Scheduling issues moving my appointments and some how another dentist called my cellphone with my information but the people here dont know how another person obtained the information they had when they were the only dentist if been to since moving back to cali...

Negative experience: If could give a negative 5 star I would my first time there was insane I got there at 1 hour early and didn't get seen for hrs. They lost my X-ray file and had to repeat never going back. Was there from 9am till 12:30pm and I never got my cleaning.

Negative experience: For the 1st couple of years coming to this office service was awesome they called you in on time everyone was so nice these last couple of years has been horrible my last appointment was at 10am I didn't get called until 1230pm they're not mindful of people's time they don't know if you have to go to work or have another appointment to get to and I scheduled an appointment for 9am when I arrive I was told that my appointment was at 12pm I saw the person I scheduled with he said OH I didn't make you and appointment because you said you had one WTH they're just BS here now and it's unfortunate because I really use to like here

Negative experience: For regular dental clining they kept me waiting for an hour to resolve my insurance. Then after xray they kept me waiting for another hour. After Dentist. came, analyze my xray and teeth and then kept me waiting for another hour. When I said I cannot wait anymore they said my teeth has some issue and out of pocket would be $600. Worst dental clinic I ever saw.

Negative experience: My experience at this place has been completely unsatisfactory from the very beginning. We came in for a root canal treatment that they claimed to have started, and they even told us a temporary crown had been placed. After that, they sent us to the front desk, where we were informed that they would no longer continue the treatment and referred us to another dentist. When we went to the other office, they told us they had no record of the case and would have to start from scratch. I called Western Dental again, and they also had no record of the treatment, but asked me to schedule an appointment to “clarify the situation.” When we came to the appointment at 11:00 a.m. —we arrived at 10:30 a.m.— but we were not seen until almost 4:00 p.m. When we asked about the procedure, they told us that no temporary crown had ever been placed, no prior treatment had been done, and that everything had been a “misunderstanding.” They only had records of older visits, not of the treatment in question. Finally, after the long wait, we were informed that they do not have the proper tools to perform the procedure and that we need to go elsewhere. The staff is polite, but the level of disorganization and lack of clarity in their service is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Today, I just came back from West Coast dental and was seen by Dr. Parsa and she was so nice. I haven’t been with a dentist that made me very comfortable than she did. Gave me really thorough exam and very helpful advice. It would be a great pleasure to share be seeing her for my dentals from now on.

Has amazing customer service!! her assistant Isabel is awesome!! and everyone at the office are very nice as well, I recommend 100%, will always come back to this office very professional. Negative experience: Garbage and horrible at this and the other their other locations. Employees do not give attention to detail as they not only mess up by confusing people with other people (what kind of practice is this, if we didn't draw attention to people having maybe the same name which is common, this can cause an over look on insurance profiles and most important the whole reason why you are there). This business mixed up my wife's profile with someone else. Even more TRASH about this company is how they time manage and have you waiting endless irregardless If you have an appointment or if you have to go back for something they messed up on which they did to my wife. You should be seen with priority in these cases. As I waited there for hours I literally saw other people physically crying over their bad ways of running things. Negative stars!

Fantastic experience: I don't usually leave reviews but I feel the need to this time. You don't usually see this in dental offices and I just hope these lovely people get recognition for their hard work and discipline.The couple of times I have been there I had noticed that Joanna and Cristhian were always on top of their work, they ALWAYS had their areas clean and organized. They were always receiving me with a positive attitude even though they're always multitasking and overall were just very kind. They always received me with a smile and always brought up conversations. Everyone is awesome but these two just stood out to me. I hope they get more recognition because they truly do deserve it for their trustworthiness and reliability. A lot of people don't like going to their dentist appointments but I am always looking forward to going as they bring so much comfort and enjoyment.

But she did a great job.and shot out to the person who also helped me out. His name is Jose. Fantastic experience: Very remarkable service and always on time with the appointments for their patients. This Dental Office is always notifying their patients with their appointments in advance via text messages and/or phone calls. Affordable rates and very clean and sanitized environments, stations and equipment. Very great staff readily available for patient services and needs. Receptionists up front are always happy to help, especially, Edith and Paul.

Negative experience: I would leave zero stars if I could. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing. They had me there for an hour to do something that they did already two weeks ago. When I told the lady I wanted to shop around for prices on braces, she laughed at me. When I told them I didn’t have the money for bone marrow when for my son to got wisdom teeth pulled out. They wanted to argue with me about it. This place is a joke. Stay away.

Negative experience: I went there to fix a tooth, they told me it cost nothing later I get a bill for $2200.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this dental office about 4–5 times since the beginning of the year, and I’ve finally decided this was my last visit. Every single time, the wait to be seen has been at least 30 minutes, sometimes longer. At first, I tried to be understanding...maybe it was just a busy day, but the pattern never changed. Today was the final straw. I arrived 5 minutes early and ended up waiting for an hour before I finally walked out. I even checked in at the 30-minute mark to ask what was going on, and the receptionist told me my provider was just finishing up and it wouldn’t be much longer. That clearly wasn’t the case. This office shows a total disregard for people’s time. I had other important things to do today that I had to cancel because of this appointment...all for nothing. It’s frustrating because I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same issue, and the office claims they’ve addressed it internally. Clearly, they haven’t. If you decide to come here, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes or more before being seen. My time is valuable, and I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: If I could give this place a -100 stars I would the oral sergon sent my husband to the hospital with nerve damage to his gums..... This place needs to go out of Bisuness or get a younger oral sergon that knows what they are doing ...The sergon was pulling teeth on my husband on September 15 2025. This man hit a nerve sent my husband into shock and sent him to the ER, they called me saying they have to call the ambulance cuz he was going into shock and couldn't clam him down .... the tooth was never pulled they never gave him medicine. I was then told I would get a phone to be updated on what was happening and I never got a call back.. there was no reschedule no prescription no communication at all. This oral sergon has mant complaints and is still working here just HURTING PEOPLE. THIS IS HOW PEOPLE ARE SUPOSE TO GET TREATED WHEN GOING TO A DENTISTS. FIRE THAT ORAL SERGON he is TRASH... and its not the end there will be a law suit..... im am pissed off as a wife NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO GO THRU THE PAIN OR EXPERIENCE MY HUSBAND WENT THRU TODAY DO BETTERR!!!!!!

Negative experience: Just the worst experience spent 2 hours for nothing. Everyone was rude expect front desk and Dr.T the dental assistants were even rude to the doctors! They make you feel stupid for asking simple question! Just Save your time and go some place out. They just want people in and out and not care about the health of your teeth. Fatima or whatever dental assistant is rude and rushes! Avoid at all cost! Maybe the location in norco be better but the one by Ralph’s is horrible

Negative experience: Horrible customer service.! prices are extremely high even though you have insurance. it seems like a scam when you have a 10-day infection in your jaw and an abscess on your tooth they only give you 7 days worth. I know my body. this is the second time I have had this type of infection. of course I know I neither need an extraction or a root canal but that's up in the thousands. On the prescription bottle it says to take one pill every 6 to 8 hours and it is supposed to last 7 days but there are only 21 pills in the bottle with no refills. so on day 5 I am running out. I have three left. do the math. they didn't say every 8 hours. I was in excruciating pain. I am going to complain to Aetna Insurance I think. A couple days later I went back to my original dentist because I could get a emergency appointment and they said that I did not need a root canal and only needed just a filling. it SEEMS this place was trying to talk me into getting a root canal, because they do dental surgery there? Not certain? Remember to always get a second opinion. places like this will tell you you need something when you really don't. that root canal was going to cost upwards of thousands of dollars plus the crown. And on top of that, they wanted to do an extraction and a permanent Bridge. of course that would be needed. But not the root canal. I'm thinking of calling the A.D.A and have them investigate this case. I kind of feel victimized they were just pulling out all the stops it seems even though I'm still in quite a bit of pain. My original dentist is giving me antibiotics to finish out the infection that I still have and have a appt.in 10 days for the filling. Once again get a second opinion before you start spending thousands of dollars on your smile for unnecessary work. By the way the people at the front desk were very courteous and nice. I did not have a problem with them, it was the senior staff that didn't seem to help me at all. I'm trying to help people, I'm not trying to just make a "Karen" event. There was not even a follow-up call to see how I am doing. An abcess on a tooth can be a fatal event if you are not careful.

Negative experience: The young lady on orthodontics was rude when we brought up our concerns, she make us feel like we didn't know how we felt and talked to us in a condescending tone . How can we communicate if they ignore us, we come here for a service, and of course, we don't know stuff, we're not dentist's , but there's better ways to explain things to us than to make us feel bad.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t had a deep cleaning in years because I’ve always been super anxious about going to the dentist. But Tanisha completely changed that for me. She was so kind patient and knowledgeable. I honestly felt like I was in the best hands the whole time. She explained everything clearly, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. You can really tell she cares about her patients she is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at West Coast Dental in La Sierra, Riverside and it was one of the best dental experiences I have had. The staff was very nice and welcoming since the very begging. Dr. Joey did one of the most thorough examinations I’ve ever had by a dentist. She was very patient with me and answered all of the questions I had regarding the treatment she recommended. Dr. Joey really took her time with me and that made me feel well treated. You can tell she knowledgeable and confident about the work she does, one of the most honest dentist I’ve met. Her Dental Assistants are so sweet and welcoming, full of good vibes. Cristhian (Cris) was so wonderful with me really made me feel comfortable, such a friendly person, he also took his time answering my questions. He did part of my cleaning and was very gentil as well as thorough. I am more than happy with this dental staff and I will definitely be recommending my friends and family.

Negative experience: Had an appointment for myself and my partner at 8 am. I arrived at 7:58 am and was taken back quickly so I thought everything would go well, boy was I wrong. They had to take my husband's x-rays 3 different times in 3 different rooms because the machine wasn't capturing which is fine I understand things happen BUT they would go through the WHOLE set of teeth until they realized something was wrong. Finally was seen by a dentist about 2 hours after I arrived and then I was told my x-rays were too dark so then again I had to go back for round 3. The dentist rec a normal cleaning and then I was told I would speak with a benefit coordinator to discuss some options for my cleaning. Then I was encouraged to reschedule my cleaning because of the amount of time I had been there. I explained that I specifically came for a cleaning and would not want to come back, so I waited for the hygienist expecting to get a great cleaning because multiple staff members said the hygienist was amazing , I was not impressed. She barely scaled my teeth and did not floss, also they started with the polishing rather than finishing with it. I felt like they were fine wasting my time but then wanted to rush through my visit so they could catch up. Didn't schedule a 6 month follow up and dont recommend this office to anyone. Again to recap my visit was at 8 am I didn't leave the office until 11:30 is and maybe only spent 20 min with a dentist/hygienist.

Negative experience: Let’s start with how I had to wait for a simple cleaning. 1 pm appointment staff still all out for lunch, 45 min in the waiting room, I complained to them. Finaly going for Xray very good technician there. Move me to the dentist chair, waited 1:15 minutes finally the dentist does his exam then he leaves, waiting 10 minutes HERE COMES THE SALES PITCH outrages’ pricing they try pushing financing. I told them I only want a cleaning, he says “a polish” no only a cleaning. Then I ask how long of a wait for that, Replies; 2 minutes. Waited 10 minutes then left. MY TIME IS AS IMPORTANT AS THEM. The only good thing I can say is a nice new office, TOTAL WAIT TIME 2hours and 20 minutes and never got my teeth cleaned.

Negative experience: . I called to follow up on a billing issue after leaving a message a few days ago with no response. When I called today, Mandra at the front desk refused to take a message for the manager, who was off, and then abruptly ended the call—twice—claiming it “got disconnected.” On the third attempt, Gracie answered, took the message professionally, and assured me she would let the manager know.

Fantastic experience: Update... Tinisha did a deep cleaning on my old lady mouth and she was amazing! Gentle reassuring explains everything as we go. It was the most relaxing teeth cleaning I've ever had! Ask for Tinisha and you won't be sorry!! The staff there are amazingly kind thorough and efficient. My first time visit and I'm very impressed I will stay stay. One of the things I greatly appreciate about the front desk is an elderly woman who spoke only Spanish needed assistance and they were right there for her speaking Spanish for her. Negative experience: If i could give it a zero star rating I would but it does not allow me. This was probably one of the worst experiences with a company, and the way they run their business. Especially with their financing department, they will sign you up for a credit card without explaining this when you are financing. They push this stupid credit card and do not offer you any other options. All they will tell you is that they are signing you up for a payment plan and will not tell you they are signing you up for a credit card. They will not tell you that they are putting your whole balance in a stupid credit card, meaning maxing out a credit card and driving your credit utilization to more than 100% since they max it out. They will ruin your credit score and screw you over. Once you confront their finance manager, they will blame you and tell you it is your fault because you are filling the application on your phone, when in reality they do not explain anything to their customers; all they tell you is to sign up to get approved for your payment plan. There is no further explanation on the payment plan and they will not even offer you any other payment options. They will push this credit card with CareCredit. They will not do anything to solve the problem, such a shady way to do business and screw over their customers. I came to this dental office to get some braces and it was my first time doing business with them. What a great way to welcome new patients, right?!

Fantastic experience: This is my third or fourth time at this dentist, And I have to say the new dental hygienist Ms. Neil is an absolute Gem and Delight! Her cleaning process was not only informative but incredibly thorough and pain-free. I can honestly say I’ve never had a pain-free experience at the dentist until now. Fantastic experience: I hate going to the dentist, so I let my oral health fall by the wayside. The entire staff made me feel comfortable being there. Dr. Joey is one of the best dentists i have ever had and my experience has been wonderful. I am no longer scared or anxious about going to the dentist.

Negative experience: This place is incredibly unprofessional when it comes down to handling their patients and overbooking people. If you have an appointment set for expect to wait a few hours and then be told you should have said something. I waited over two hours for a stupid check up And then to be told that no work was going to be done. I could understand 30 minutes of waiting, but seriously two hours is quite inconsiderate of people’s time especially for a dentist office. You can go to any doctors office and be seen within 15 minutes of your appointment. Go somewhere else with your oral care!!! This happens all the time.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend West Coast Dental of Riverside. I've been an ortho patient since 2023. My current doctor is Dr. Fallis. He's very acknowledged, friendly and makes sure you are happy with your treatment. My general dentist is Dr. Frangieh, I had a regular check-up (cleaning) and got a filler done today. As soon as he told me about it, I got extremely nervous, but he made the whole experience smooth and relaxing along with the assistants. The staff is always friendly and polite. I've never had any issues with West Coast Dental of Riverside and will recommend it to friends. I'm happy with the service provided and the staff!

Positive experience: The dentist was great and the dental assistant was ok. The job performance was great. The front office needs a huge improvement. They were talking bad about patients while i was waiting. They were discussing conversations with other patients. Laughing at a patient that called crying because she was at the pharmacy. The lady who gave me my next appointment had the worst customer service. The meanest face ever. Not a hello, not a smile. Looked like she hated to be there. And the other front office looked like they were only laughing ay patients and looking bad at us. Also if you have young children take them a to a children's dentist.

Negative experience: My girlfriend had a procedure done and they left an overhang or something that caused food to get stuck way below the gum line when she went back several times they said it’ll go away on its own until they called her themselves and said they would look at her ( in other words they knew they had made a mistake but didn’t want to fix it till they had time!) she went and they did a filling then a month later it falls off exposing extra sensitive area and she goes the next morning to get it fixed they tell her they’ll see her at 2 pm that day She comes back at 2 pm they do a cleaning on all her teeth then they tell her they can’t do filling til Friday!! It’s Monday now!!! So they got her in to do something else they wanted not what she needed Unbelievable!!! Come for under substandard service you’ll get it here! Will post an edit after they do the filling on Friday She wants them to correct their mistake not my idea!

Negative experience: My 17 month old child had an appointment for a general check up and the dentist kept complaining the whole time saying that my daughter was too young to be seen by a dentist. She said to come back when my child is two years. I’ve been told by plenty of other professionals that babies should get checked out by a dentist as soon as their first tooth comes out, so I don’t know why this certain dentist would tell me otherwise. The irony of it all though was when after the dentist was done, her dental assistant who was there throughout the whole checkup asked if I wanted my child’s teeth cleaned that day, as if he didn’t just hear the doctor complain the whole time that children shouldn’t come to the dentist until a certain age.

Negative experience: If I have read all these negative reviews about terrible wisdom teeth extraction experience, I would have seek other qualified and licensed doctors elsewhere. This clinic was referred by my dentist to have 2 wisdom teeth extracted as it was growing sideways, hence, the need for an oral surgeon. My teeth was extracted by Dr. Joseph Behjat, however, to my horror, when I came in for my wound healing consultation, the other oral surgeon was in practise. The fist thing she told me was that Dr. Behjat was not an oral surgeon!!, I was shaken and horrified!! I went on the California Dental Board and found out truly he does not have the surgeon license! PLEASE make sure you know a legit surgeon will be doing the procedure. In addition, the admin lady cajoled me to have the procedure done immediately and that it will not be covered by Medi-Cal, I wasn't thinking straight and trust her words and paid $900. I hope everyone reads these emails, and please be very careful with this clinic. This is truly fraud. I hope the California Dental Board will be careful in how these dentists perform, it will put a lot of trauma in patients. I have attached the License for both doctors to compare as shown on CAL Dental Board and the display at the Clinic. If they are not a board license surgeon, they should not display his name under "Oral Surgeon".

Negative experience: Go to a better dentist, if you like your face not in pain permanently then go elsewhere. This place made me wait 7 hours for a wisdom tooth extraction and that’s the least of the problems I face. I now have TMJ due to the carelessness of the oral surgeon. Not to mention she also made fun of my anxiety disorder. That coupled with the sudden rush to sign everything despite the fact that I had 7 hours to do paperwork while I was in the lobby waiting and they rush me when I’ve already been finally called back only to permanently mess up my jaw. When I called to ask about that they refused to treat me and told me to go to my normal dentist but that was honestly probably best because they don’t know what they’re doing, from the inattentive and often incorrect receptionist, to the rude woman in billing, to the disrespectful and uneducated oral surgeon; all of them need new professions and this place should be shut down. They were complaining how much working there sucks anyways and how the tools aren’t sharp and a lot of other complaints patients shouldn’t hear, I think it would be good for them to leave and find a profession they actually like cause not even the employees want to come here. And need I say it again, I HAVE TMJ NOW DUE TO GETTING MY WISDOM TEETH SURGICALLY REMOVED HERE.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist for an evaluation. The wait, especially for a late Friday afternoon, was minimal. The atmosphere was warm, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Athough the wait was longer then expected, the dentist which was the man WAS AMAZING...im sorry i forgot his name..we came from Bakersfield and toik us almost 3 hours to get there. Carla refered us and told us about the facility and we trust her judgement and seen the work she had done and were very pleased...thank you for your advise

Negative experience: This dental practice removed 4 of my wisdom teeth when in actuality I had nothing wrong with them. I had no crowding , no cavities, and no pain. They were growing straight in and everything was fine. I was coerced into thinking I needed to. And I fell into dental manipulation. They removed all 4 of my teeth at once with the use of gas and local lidocaine. It caused me SEVERE EMOTIONAL TRAUMA. I was crying the entire procedure and even years later after the removal I have ptsd. I was severely violated and cried for 4 days straight afterwards. They constantly tell me I have cavities when years later I have no pain or difference in my teeth. DENTIST ARE SHADY AND PLEASE DO NOT PULL YOUR WISDOM TEETH UNLESS YOU NEED TO. I should've filed a lawsuit and against this place. If I still can I will . Please be careful in the things they manipulate you to believe you need. I 100% did not need my wisdom teeth removed. I'm still so devastated from this experience. It was emotionally, spiritually, and physically traumatizing. They absolutely do not give informed decisions to your options. They pressure you and make you feel a sense of urgency. I 10000% regret pulling my wisdom teeth out. Shame on the doctors and employees that work here.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 12:30PM I wasn’t seen until 4:30PM and never had anything done. While I was 2 hours into waiting to see the oral surgeon I asked the receptionist if my insurance is covering my visit and she said everything is covered but when I get to the back they tell me I have to pay $900 out of pocket. Why tell me everything was covered and have me wait 4 hours if it wasn’t. Horrible team at this location they are money hungry and don’t know how to schedule appointments.

Fantastic experience: I've been here a few times. Had a couple root canals done by Dr. Cabrera. He's great. Very professional and nice to his great support staff. Mr. Robin was a great help. Very welcoming and willing to hear any concerns. Would deff recommend

Fantastic experience: Man I can’t thank this place enough! Literally been having issues with my insurance for my permanent tooth but Robin is the MAN! Literally helps me out with no problem EVERY time the ladies are the front are nice very respectful. Don’t see another place helping the way they have thank you Robin and everyone y’all keep my smile in the game!

Negative experience: Mom had an appointment at 9am. She was not seen, safe to say she was forgotten about. I think I checked in more on her by text than the staff, lol. She had been waiting to have her initial check up since 9am. It was 11:21 when she left the place. The staff told her she was next once she was leaving. Complete waste of time! If you decide to get care from this place definitely keep an eye on your watch. Don’t waste 2.5 hours or your day waiting for nothing. Extremely unprofessional. There’s another review with a similar experience.

Negative experience: I was referred to see a Periodontist and when I went in I was told I had to be seen by a general doctor first. I was examine and schedule back for a deep cleaning. Once there on my second visit for the deep cleaning; I was told the deep cleaning was going to be done later and that I needed fillings first. Then after complaining they did both. But after my deep cleaning, I waited in the room by myself for 30 minutes; no one ever came in. Once I walked out and complain because I had already been waiting and needed to be somewhere else they finally help me and put me back in a room. My appointment was at 9am and I left at 12pm because of how long they leave you in the room by yourself. Oh and I still haven’t been able to see a Periodontist which is why I went there the first place.

Negative experience: Place has gone downhill! No matter my appointment time i still end up waiting in the chair for at least 45 minutes. A cleaning is now just a polish. If they have to “scrape” off any plaque or tarter they charge for a “deep clean”.

Negative experience: They have taken great care of me other than the front desk lady. I believe her name is Jenny. I have 2 insurances and I asked her clearly to bill both of them and she only billed one. And this has been going on since November it is now May And she said that they had sent that request out but She had clearly lied. Because i just spoke to my other insurance. And they clarified and said there has been no request for approval sent whatsoever. Even though I had asked Jenny multiple times what is going on? And why is it taking so long and she just kept leading me on. But the rest of the staff is phenomenal.

Fantastic experience: It was very difficult to understand the Dentists accent. But... she listened to me, and did Awesome Work! Very skilled and gentle hands. I plan on keep coming back. Fantastic experience: I really really loved the service given here from initial call to the front desk Rosa, was the person who helped me in the front desk! She was very friendly and welcoming not only that but she saw me struggling with my English and didn’t doubt to talk to me in Spanish and help me ..the service itself was amazing!!!! From a person who hated the dentist because of childhood experiences dr. Parsa Was patient and understanding! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Negative experience: First time patient here. My appointment was at 1:30 pm. Did not leave the office until 3pm. All they did was take XRAYs and an exam… did not do the basic dental cleaning or fills that needed to be done. Had to schedule a separate appointment for cleaning and fills. Honestly a waste of time.

Orthodontic treatments often require regular visits and adjustments, and being confined to just one day a week can lead to delays in treatment progress. It also creates a bottleneck effect, resulting in crowded waiting rooms and rushed appointments. I urge the management to reconsider their scheduling policy to better accommodate the diverse needs of their patients. A more flexible approach would not only improve patient satisfaction but also ensure optimal treatment outcomes. Overall, while the orthodontic services may be satisfactory, the limited availability significantly detracts from the overall experience. Negative experience: When you express yours concerns and confusion, they cut you off instead of allowing you to explain why you are confused. Really unprofessional. When they did the cleaning they didn’t put the tissue* to prevent my cloth from getting dirty. Also, the documentation keeps having either my wrong address or a combination of different names, despite how many times I have addressed it with them. Definitely not coming back here again

Negative experience: Id forgotten why I had stopped going to your office. Thank u for reminding me. Not only had I forgotten the incompetence of ur front office staff when it comes to scheduling, but also how your main priority is not the patients health or their comfort, but more about how much u can squeeze out of the insurance company for a profit. I understand that it's a business, & u can't function giving away services, but waiting 5 HOURS for an emergency extraction while a patient is in pain, just bc u want to "force" options in my face, when you've already been TOLD to just REMOVE it, is really quite cruel. Never again will I ever make the mistake of stepping a foot in ur office & I will strongly advise anyone else, to go somewhere ELSE. These people SUCK, the scheduling staff is just acts & looks LOST & nobody there ever takes responsibility for screwing u around. They need to be better trained, not be wasting time decorating the damn place. Avoid this place. Go somewhere ELSE.. ANYWHERE ELSE!! P.s. please don't bother responding to my review if ur from west coast dental. My feelings will NOT change, and neither will the fact that this is NOT the 1st time I've given u guys a 2nd chance, hoping my experience would be different, but you just don't seem to improve your service. Negative experience: Really dissatisfied … Came here a couple weeks ago to check out some gum issues which lead to a cavity filling treatment. After the treatment they had left my fillings done wrongly which has led me to feeling constant pain. Tried visiting again so they could check what went wrong and they proceeded to tell me “It was fine and I had to give it a couple days”. The pain did not leave and I ended up visiting a different dental office! They had told me the cavity feelings were done terribly. Now I have to get the fillings redone. Do not recommend, worst experience & unprofessional.

Negative experience: Called west coast multiple times to speak to a manager have not received a call back. I love this dentist and I never had a bad encounter until recently. I went in to see the oral surgeon. They did a procedure and the three times that I seen the surgeon she Repeatedly said how much she dislikes to do the procedure that was done and how she hates it and made me feel uncomfortable as a patient there , on my last appointment, she told me that it was unsuccessful and she couldn’t do it and that if I wanted , I can go somewhere else. I ended up seeing my ortho for my braces the following week and she advised me to go get it done somewhere else she said it was possible to get it done, and there was no reason for it to be unsuccessful. So a month later, I found a surgeon who is able to perform the surgery and guaranteed a successful outcome . I’m a little frustrated then I haven’t received a call back Regarding the complaint , the money I put in with the surgeon at west coast was just a waste, and I wish I never would have went with her very unprofessional. Now I’m spending more money for the job to actually be done.

Negative experience: Total scam organization..One fateful visit nearly 5 months ago. I was overcharged, traumatized and after several requests, I finally got a statement and found out I was overcharged ( check your dental EOB, don’t trust their word) Found out I had overpaid, and they REFUSE to refund my $. Have no option but to file a small claims case now..My advice would be to run away from this place as fast as you can, or suffer the consequences.

Fantastic experience: I was grateful and thankful for all the help & work on my teeth. I have been with them for atleast 10yrs. I would like to thank Maria Parsa (Gen. Dentist), Rosie Figueroa (Office Manager), the Orthodontist that straightened my teeth with braces, & the ladies that work in the front who help me schedule my appointments. They all make me feel comfortable & make me feel important & accommodate to my needs.

Fantastic experience: I love coming here. I've been too a couple of locations and I was never satisfied. I found this location after searching for a while and this will be my permanent location. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Plus other mental issues that messes me up and makes it very difficult for me. They are very patient with me and don't rush. They work with me and help me a lot. I know that I am very difficult but the amount of patience they have for me blew my mind. They help me understand they're just trying to help and explain why they need to do things. I've had insanely horrible experiences before in different dentist offices where they would rush and not tell me why they had to do work on my teeth other than they had too. Everyone is very professional and the staff in the front is amazing as well. I like to have Robin help me since he remembers I have jaw issues and it dislocates. So he's very patient with me during x-rays and works with me as well. The only thing I didn't like from this location was the biller. I let the dentist know that she doesn't call me to see if I was approved since last time they were wondering why I didn't make an appointment and I told them she never told me if it was approved or not. So I couldn't make an appointment. I was then informed that I've been approved and the Biller tried rushing me to get crowns ready. I asked her how long would it take and she said 10 mins. So I was like alright cool I'll wait. (Which my first mistake was asking the biller how long it'll take.) The procedure I needed for the crowns was a 3 hour plus procedure since my tooth was very damaged. I had no issue staying but just don't lie to me about it. I prepared myself for a cleaning not a procedure. Other then that everyone else is amazing. My anxiety is getting better now. I am beyond happy with coming here.

Fantastic experience: Front office staff very kind and professional. Their greetings were genuine. Lobby area clean and presentable. X-ray process was quick and painless. The tech was very good about checking each pix to ensure clarity. Her very breathless (almost silent) comments were in concern for her colleagues who would use the films to conduct their duties. The dentist was PHENOMENAL!!! I am very pleased that my family, Joan Christmas, referred me here. The dentist explained what was currently happening with my dental hygiene, she then wen into necessary work needed. When I compare her assessment to the two received previously, I’m glad God intervened. I was in a hurry to get resolution because of aesthetics. I only had 15 teeth remaining!! I needed help. She reduced the number of teeth that needed to be extracted by 50%!! She’s going to extract them herself so I don’t need the extra trip to the oral surgeon (which is my preference ALWAYS). The number of root canals was reduced by 100%! In a few weeks I’ll get the cavities fixed and upon insurance authorization, we will move on to my upper and lower partials (these increased by 50% in my favor). Although normally plastic partials considered cosmetic (no functional use, I’d maintain the same soft diet), because I’ll be down to 13 remaining teeth, I MAY qualify for upper and lowers AND they will likely approve permanent which isn’t just cosmetic, they have “functional” use value!! OK, so I’m very happy I came to West Coast Dental. The delays made it possible and the outcome thus far has been amazing. I look forward to a long future with this team.

Fantastic experience: This dental office is amazing! Everyone -from Rosa at the front desk; Myra X-Rays; Gracie in billing and Dr Paras; were extremely polite and made me feel like a valued patient - not just a number! The entire office environment is upbeat and the employees go above and beyond in their treatment their patient's. I would recommend this office to all of my friends and family!

Negative experience: Orthodontist team is amazing. It’s the management and front staff that don’t communicate with ortho team. They over book! They need another orthodontist. I believe it’s impossible to have so many clients/patients for only two days of orthodontist service. I asked to speak to a manager about this situation and she spoke to me while staring at her screen. She never made eye Contact with me! Never acknowledge that it is a problem. Basically left her assistant which is very polite to address me after I asked to speak to a manager. I do believe that with better management they would be more successful.

Positive experience: The last time I went in for my appt on 07/19/2023 (Wednesday) I felt rushed and not taking care of. I understand they had a full waiting room since the ortho team was there but to have my teeth cleaned with needles constantly being scraped against my gums isn't acceptable. Whoever the guy was that was in charge of cleaning and removing bacteria from my teeth was rude. I didn't need to hear "well do you want your teeth cleaned or not?". While I was moving in the chair in pain. That is just poor professionalism. Everyone else on the team was fine given the amount of time pressure they were on. I've went there 4 other times and it was fine aside from that one event.

Fantastic experience: So I absolutely LOVE this office. I was told at a previous dentist I had gum disease and a bunch of cavities I needed done and redone . I came here for a second opinion and they found one with no gum disease !! The Dr. Was so sweet and she made me feel so comfortable the hygienist was also amazing and was so gentle . I wish I found this office sooner. I prob had a lot of unnecessary work done at the other office !

Fantastic experience: Love the professionalism from this place. Super good vibes and they take care of our teeth so it’s fix or nice and clean. Everyone was great but some of the staff I liked to mention that I can recall was Dr. Amer, Sabrina, Marisol and Isabel. Super dope jobs guys and thank you for taking care of my teeth!

Negative experience: They performed a dental procedure without authorization on billing on a minor and sent us to collections. I called corporate to get it resolved and yet to find a resolution. They are giving me the run around. They cannot perform a dental procedure without telling what's covered and what's not and then 4 months later send me to collections without offering the chance to be aware of it. Horrible service from the manager at the facility. I have filed a complaint with customer service. No viable resolution has been reached other than a $50 discount. If this is how this company works, watch out... you will owe any amount of money as they perform it under the illusion that it's covered and then say it's not and expect you to pay it. No response after submitting a formal complaint to customer service

Negative experience: NOPE. Tried to scam me with a cleaning that I had to pay for $45 when I had done the same treatment 2 weeks prior. Also, I was waiting in the room for the longest time without being informed anything. People kept asking me to sign things BEFORE telling me how much I have to pay. Don’t do that to me or other customers. The lady who wore a turtleneck was unfriendly and rude when I asked about the price.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, overall great experience. I came in because my 8 year old son was in so much pain. De.Parsa is my actual dentist and my whole family has came and done services with her! She is AMAZING the whole staff is accommodating and helpful when it comes to emergencies. Thank you so much Dr.Parsa for helping my son and figuring out why he was in pain.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist, very efficient. I had more problems than I'd like to admit but the people there made it seem like routine work. The only downside in my visit today was in my opinion the wait time was a little longer than I would have liked but a)can't really complain about wait times at a doctor's/dentist's office due to how busy they can get, even if at times it doesnt look like it. And b) this could've been due to the fact that this was my first time at this location (new patient). So I'm still giving a 5 star review. Thank you West Coast Dental for taking care of me today! :)

Negative experience: I made an appointment for 3pm. I didn’t leave until 6pm and all I had done was a crown re cemented in. And of course I was told I had to get an exam because I hadn’t been in since before Covid-19. Of course they do the X-rays and exam and sent the “coordinator” in to see how much she can jam you up for. Honest to god it’s gotten to be like going to the car dealer. I really miss the smaller Dental office. Much more personable and no sales pitches.
