Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Brightman for 26 yrs, it has always been a pleasant experience. No one likes shots but when he gives you a shot you don’t feel it. I recommend him and his team of very friendly nurses to anyone who is nervous about going to a dentist.

From start to finish, the staff provided top-tier care with professionalism, attentiveness, and cutting-edge technology. The dental hygienist, Kira, who performed my cleaning did an incredible job. She quickly recognized that my gums were sensitive and took the extra step of numbing them before the procedure. Thanks to her thoughtful approach, this was the first time I’ve ever had a pain-free dental cleaning! Been going here for years and I'm always satisfied with the quality of dental work whether it's a routine dental cleaning or getting a crown. Prices are very affordable and their new office is fantastic. Had work done recently by Dr. Madany and I was very, very pleased with his work and professionalism and he explains everything and is very easy to talk to. Definitely on the A list.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my 1st visit to the brightman dental office after VA dental referral of my dental issues . The office staff were friendly and accommodating to my needs. The office inside maintained clean hygienic environment with friendly welcoming atmosphere, uses modern technology and equipment and skilled staff. The initial X-rays shows visible major dental work on my teeth and receedding gums and bone loss requiring major bone graft and implants This was also the opinion and advice of the VA doctor who oversaw my initial consultation because of presence of gum disease and failing tooth ...¹ Over an hour of scaling and deep cleaning procedure , the hygienists has done incredible job of removing hard core plaque above and below gum line. Hygienist made me feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure as well as educating me about oral health prevention and treatment... All my front teeth appeared super white and bright just like the advertised name of the brightman dental. If allowed by VA I would like this dental office to do the regular scaling deep cleaning maintenance on a periodic basis in addition to doing my major dental work beginning with bone graft tooth repair or replacement , tooth implant with the help of a skilled periodontist. While I appreciate his expertise, I believe it's important for a professional environment to foster mutual respect among team members. I noticed that he scolded an assistant in front of patients, which was uncomfortable and seemed unnecessary. If he has teaching moments to share, I would recommend doing so in a private setting. Respecting his staff not only creates a better environment but also sets a positive example for patients. Overall, I believe Dr. Brightman has a great practice with an exceptional team. Positive experience: I had a crown replaced. However, instead of doing the crown in one visit, they put in a temporary crown that broke off the next day. The new crown is to be available within 10 days. There are other dental clinics that do the crown while you wait. Otherwise, the staff is exceptional. I was treated very well and will definitely return. Very professional.

Fantastic experience: Veteran with the same issue with my rear molar since boot camp for the Marines. It progressively got worse with grinding, TMJ, and just sleep issues. I had work done on it numerous times over the years. Dr. Yang, the Peridontist identified more than just the teeth issue but also discovered I have Eagle's syndrome which affects the jaw and the nervous system in the face. I'm ready to explore different options and paths to further improve on the issues I've been experiencing. Great staff as well from the front desk, hygienists, the doctors, and everyone else that has helped out. I am hopeful and thank you.

The new dentist in Mansfield, TX told me I had six cavities, I told the dentist in TX I'm getting a second opinion to which I returned to Dr. Brightman. Dr. Brightman said zero cavities. He is honest and straight with you and won't operate needlessly just to bill your insurance.

Fantastic experience: As a kid, I went to a dentist to get a cavity filled. I didn't get anything to numb me for this procedure. Needless to say, the pain I went through painted a bad picture for future dental work. I finally visited a dentist after years of not wanting to go because of my past experience. On my first visit, they took x-rays and explained what treatments I would need. Today was my second visit to Brightman Dental. They did 2 new filings, fixed the old filing I had done when I was 9, 1 cavity filled, and some deep cleaning. It was the dental experience I should've had as a child. They made me feel so confortable and PAIN FREE! I'm not paid or sponsored by them, but I recommend them 100% . Hope this helps anyone with similar dental horror experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental “emergency” and immediately went to Dr Brightman’s office as a first time patient during lunch hour. Although Dr Brightman was out of the office, his staff was very accommodating and kind. Dr Brightman was able to see me the same day at 2pm. Linda got me all set up, took xrays and prepared everything for Dr Brightman to repair my tooth. They were quick and so kind. I had a great experience and am so thankful for the care I received.
