Fantastic experience: The office remodeled beautiful and extended more rooms, more equipments , every time I come I receive such a warm welcome from the staff. Dr Pham is always pleasant and professional with her work. My teeth problem always get fixed right and I would recommend to everybody who need dental work. Outstanding!

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service. They are ready for you when your appointment starts. You don't have to wait in the waiting room or the back room. As soon as you're greeted they are ready for your appointment. I would recommend them as a 10/10 for customer service and experience.

Fantastic experience: I always feel that I am in good hands with the staff at Eagle Glen Dental. Today I was scheduled with Peyton the hygenist for my cleaning. Peyton was very professional and quite fast with my cleaning. I saw Dr. Kong for the final exam on my teeth. He was very thorough reviewing everything with me. Fantastic experience: Okay, so I finally took my teenage daughter to my dentist (hubby and myself go there, kids go to pediatric dentist) and I was so happy to receive the amazing service from start to end. I usually have a ton of questions and at no point did I ever feel rushed by our amazing Dr. Pham , Dr. Soto or their very courteous staff. They always relax my nerves and make me feel very secure and educated about the care we received or will receive in the upcoming appointments. If your kids need to be screened for the health of their wisdom teeth or need any extractions I suggest you start at this dentist first and you will be so happy you did. We love love love Eagle Glen dental and would never think of going anywhere else for the top notch quality care that we receive at every appointment. Positive experience: Beautiful place. They are very accommodating with scheduling and fast to react. Only reason I gave 4 stars today is that today I had a scheduled cleaning and they were going to fill a cavity right after which I appreciate so much, when the lady was getting ready to numb me I told her it was on the other side. She corrected me and said no. So I let her do her thing, so the dr comes in and sets up and sure enough he goes to the other side and goes in the with drill! I raised my had quick! And told him that she numbed the other side! He quickly numbed me again then moved forward. My heart was racing fast!! And I left with both sides of my face feeling numb

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Eagle Glen dental and let me tell you how clean, professional and welcoming their team is. I was greeted at the door and was then taken on a quick tour of the office. The doctors were very thorough with my examination. My cleaning was done excellently. My recommendation is to make time to have your cleaning done, they are very thorough, 10 out of 10 dental office. I would also like to add that they gave me my up front cost while I was sitting in the dental chair. It made me feel like they were being very transparent, with up front cost on future recommendations.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit to this place and I could not recommend more! They gave me a tour of the whole place, then the exam room was so nice and they brought me a blanket and had a movie playing on a TV on the wall AND ceiling, and everyone was so nice. They did X-rays and 3D scan right in the room from my comfy chair. The facility is beautiful and new and Dr Pham and staff were very thorough and explained things well. I have never found a dentist I loved but I am happy to keep coming back to this place.

They definitely have a strong “customer experience” focus with 2 tvs in every room, playing whatever you want (Netflix, Disney+ etc.) and they gave me a blanket too since I was cold everyone was nice and professional, and everything done in a timely manner.

I have been coming here for almost 20 years and I have never been to another dentist who comes close to the level of attention and thought that Dr. Pham and Dr. Sotto give. Their office has always felt comforting to me, especially as a kid. They were so great and sweet to us when my sisters and I were younger and the same is true even now. I moved away for a few years and had to see a different dentist and I really felt like just mouth, lol, but coming back to Eagle Glen Dental it's completely different. They treat you like an individual and they are so so kind AND they are woman owned we love to see it. I HIGHLY recommend them! They are great with children, experts at Ortho, and incredibly attentive dentists. Also, special shout out to Moi who is the best in all the world My sister hated having braces but she got to see Moi every month and he always did a great job distracting her during her appointments. She would always come home raving about their conversations. They ALL build real connections to their patients and you'll never find a practice that does it better.

After going to 2 other local dental groups, I had the best cleaning with Dr. Sotto. She recommended a treatment plan for 2 fillers. Negative experience: I believe this office is good for run of the mill services, but if you need special accommodations or have anxiety around the dental office this is not the office for you. Really friendly staff just unable to stay organized enough for anything that might need to take them outside of their normal operations.

Fantastic experience: I called Eagle Glen Dental to reschedule my cleaning appt in June. Danielle was very helpful and informed me that they had a cancelation that same day I called. I was concerned about insurance coverage since my previous cleaning was in December. She took the initiative to look up my coverage and confirmed that I would be covered. I was very happy that they were able to get me in!!! The dentist was very nice and examined my teeth. He explained a couple of issues and remedies. The hygienist was excellent and thoroughly cleaned my teeth. The office manager spoke to me about my previous appointment and I appreciated her reaching out to me along with solutions to ensure my appointments are very satisfactory. As someone who’s highly sensitive and has very sensitive teeth, I usually feel anxious about dental treatments—but Dr. Kong completely changed that. He was so patient, took his time, and truly made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I’ve never met a doctor who was this kind and considerate. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next treatment!

Negative experience: I don't normally leave reviews, but wow. I went in expecting a professional, routine dental visit and instead got a lecture on health and nutrition. The dentist, a young Asian man, was incredibly rude--making assumptions about my diet, assuming I snack all day and eat sweets and that's why I need a filling... and then proceeds to tell me what I should be eating. First of all, I already eat healthy. Second, don't assume things about someone you don't know. There's a way to offer professional advice without being judgmental or disrespectful--and he clearly hasn't figured that out. I left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.

Fantastic experience: Pretty sure this is my new dentist/dental team for the rest of my life. I had a dentist for 35 years he retired and I didn’t like the guy he sold to. I moved to Corona and Eagle Glen was recommended by several of my neighbors here in the Retreat. It had a great visit with cleaning & X-rays then got a professional teeth whitening today. I like this place a lot. And I’m super annoyed at having to find a new place after all these years. So I didn’t have the best attitude and they put up with me and exceeded my expectations to help me transition to a new home.

These doctors have gone to the best dental schools and their workmanship is incredible. My older brother who moved out of state still calls for advice.
