Fantastic experience: It was an easy process from my first call to my appointment. Everyone was so friendly and there was a great atmosphere. My dentist was awesome and I felt very comfortable with him. For someone with dental anxiety, this was a great experience. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: We love this Dentist! The office is clean and welcoming, while the staff are above and beyond. My daughter LOVES the hygienist Selena/Celina (sorry didn't catch the spelling). She is wonderful; her tone is calming and she does a great job explaining what's happening while maintaining her kind and gentle tones. Dr.Zajac was also incredible. Fast, gentle and easygoing. We can't wait to come back :)

The office was clean, organized, and ran on time, which I really appreciated. The dentist was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions .I also felt like they genuinely cared about my comfort throughout the visit. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience, which is not always something people can say about going to the dentist. Very friendly & understanding. They explain everything that is going to be done, so there's no surprises. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of the dentist! From the time I walked in till the time I left I was treated with kindness from the staff and Dr Kajac He’s very soft spoken and understanding no rushing here! Very reassuring taking his time to softly explain what was going on. If your a nervous wreck going to the dentist I promise you won’t feel like that here with Dr Kajac and his staff.

Positive experience: It’s a dentist’s office. Nothing fancy, but it’s clean and they’re friendly. I like Dr Sajac a lot. Had a crown last year and it was done quite painlessly. They take my insurance and are helpful with the billing process.

Fantastic experience: I love it when the main doctor or head doctor attends to me. So here Dr Tim Zajac himself cleaned my teeth and made all checks before handing me over to nurses for polishing. He was very polite and professional and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. That was the first time I was meeting him so I was skeptical about his services but he proved to me that never judge a book by its cover. Thank you guys

Negative experience: This is a scam! I received a bill detailing that I have to pay a certain amount of money for a cleaning however when contacting my insurance, the insurance company said that It was supposed to be free for a normal basic cleaning. When I called dentistry to confirm if my appointment was for cleaning, they said yes. However, the bill they sent to the insurance company and me said otherwise. DO NOT GO HERE!

Fantastic experience: I have seen Dr. Yo for several years now. He does excellent and thorough work. He has been joined by Dr. Zajac whom I saw for the first time today. He did the cleaning as well as the check up. I was impressed with the care he takes in his work and in explaining issues. Dr. Yu also has done cleanings when a hygienist was not available. I highly recommend Winthrop Street Dentistry.

Negative experience: Not a professional practice. Front desk employees weren’t knowledgeable, I got different answers depending on who I spoke to. My appt was misscheduled which resulted in me having to wait a month for an “emergency appt”.

Fantastic experience: I went to have my teeth cleaned. The dental hygienist was very nice and did a very good cleaning. The doctor also is very good and tells you everything you want and need to know. The staff and everyone there are so pleasant. Glad I found them!

Fantastic experience: Kathy (or Cathy, I’m sorry I didn’t catch the spelling!) the dental hygienist was fantastic and very kind about my deficiency in flossing. She offered advice and wasn’t judgmental. The dentist seemed pretty busy, but he was also very nice, along with the receptionist.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this dentistry for 30 years and never complained. I actually didn’t even mind going to the dentist! New dentist owner now and I just had the worst experience with an inexperienced hygienist. I think they’re understaffed, overpriced, and I’ll be looking for a new dentist now.

Fantastic experience: So far, so good. I went to see them for a consultation and saw Doctor Golnazarian. He was very, very informative and explained all the procedures very thoroughly. They took a 360 X-ray. And was able to determine my treatment plan which I'm still waiting for in e- mail. But I have a lot of faith seeing his good reviews and his bedside manner was excellent.

Fantastic experience: I went to Winthrop Street Dentistry for Oral Surgery on a tooth that was a complicated extraction/ infection issue. Dr. Harry made simple work of it. He and his team were patient, kind, and understanding of my anxieties. My mouth felt better even just after the surgery. I highly recommend their office for oral surgery.

They said no he needs to fix his cavity. I’m glade I switched dentist. My family gos to different dentist then ate old one . And im glade I did . They glade to .
