Fantastic experience: Friendly, warm and welcoming staff. Very knowledgeable and has no problem going over treatment plans, or alternative options. Makes sure you understand the plan outlined and has no problem offering alternatives that are cheaper, when available. Overall, I feel well taken care of.

Fantastic experience: I had to make a last minute appointment for a minor procedure and as busy as the office was they were very accommodating and squeezed me in and and took care of my problem. During the procedure Dr. Platt explained what he was doing and treated me as if I was the only issue going on in the office. Although the office was packed with patients Dr. Platt took time to address my issue and make me feel as if I was the only patient there. Very pleased with Innovative Dental.

Fantastic experience: It's hard to choose just one part of the team because everyone in that office is terrific at what they do. Dr. Platt explained my options in depth, then went ahead with my decision. The others in the office were very helpful and caring. I don't think there's any aspect in that office that I don't like. I hghly recommend them 100%!

Fantastic experience: I had a crown come undone. I called the Liecester office the dentist was in the Shrewsbury office, they fit me in. It thankfully just needed to be glued back in place. I like the people in both offices, always very good. Dentist does a great job and same for his support team.

Fantastic experience: Innovate Dental explained and provided a detailed explanation of the proposed treatment with a cost break down as to what was and was not covered. The dental work was (two crowns) completed in one visit using cutting edge dental equipment and procedures. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental work as they are quick and painless in their treatments.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Platt and his whole team at Innovate Dental are Aces! I am in town visiting from out of state and had a dental emergency. Innovate Dental fit me in quickly to review my concerns and had an appointment for me within three days to handle putting in two crowns same day! It is obvious the members of the team all get along as they chat and laugh. I can't really say when I have had a more enjoyable visit to a dentist's office. If I lived here or near here (Shrewsbury), I would be making the switch to Innovate Dental!

After many years of experiencing typical, painful and prolonged dental care, we found Dr. Spencer Platt right under our noses at Innovate Dental. They have a lively office, with upbeat music playing and lots of laughter. They use the latest procedures and technology to make cleanings easy and crowns complete in one visit! You never need to put off dental cleanings or procedures while Dr. Platt and Innovate Dental can make them so easy!

I came in with significant pain, and they quickly worked together to not only address the immediate issue but also put a plan in place for long-term care. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Innovate Dental for about 2 years. I had an old crown break off. In less than 2 hours I walked out with a beautiful new crown. Pain free experience. Dr. Platt and staff are great!

Fantastic experience: I am petrified of the Dentist. I was very sick recently and had become very malnourished and my teeth suffered a great deal. I also grind and clench my teeth, honestly who doesn’t nowadays! Anyway I found Dr Platt and got an appointment right away. He was personally available, it was Memorial Day weekend, but I went in for X-rays and expected to hear from him the next week. He texted me that day and explained everything! We set up an appointment for the following week. During the appointment he explained everything perfectly in a way I could understand and without making me feel like I had failed to try to take care of my teeth. His staff is friendly and very welcoming. They are all kind, caring and helpful. I am also extremely immunocompromised so I am very nervous about any procedures but the entire office is clean and they followed all proper protocols. If you are nervous about going to a dentist call Innovate Dental. They will put your fears at ease and take very good care of you .

Their in-office dental insurance plan is a money saver as well! *** Update: I am 100% satisfied with every step in the process of my recent experience of having a tooth implant. Dr. Platt even texted me the evening of the implant procedure to check in to see how I was doing! I highly recommend Innovate Dental! *** I have to give a shout out to Nicole who is the dental hygienist that does my twice a year cleaning. She is professional, so very congenial, and very knowledgeable in her field. I always have questions for her and she is more than happy to answer them!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Platt is very professional and skilled in his craft. He strives to do his best and does not cut corners. What I also like is his thorough and honest discussion of the issues and the problems, and the different treatment choices. I have full confidence in his diagnoses and recommendations. He is also nice and friendly fellow. I am also happy with his assistant, the hygienist and the rest of the stuff. They are nice, professional people and work as a good team.

Fantastic experience: From the moment we walked in, we were treated so kindly. I had to bring my daughter since my husband works odd hours. They took very good care of me and did not mind her sitting in a chair next to me. They also got me a new retainer when the one I had from my old state broke. I’m glad to say I have found a loving dental office to continue going too.

Additionally, Dr. Platt has routinely gone above and beyond to assist us when we’ve had emergencies. We wouldn’t consider going anywhere else and highly recommend this practice :)

Technician did a great job of cleaning and dentist was wonderful at explaining the situation with my broken tooth and crown that needed replacement. Quickly accommodated my schedule and was able to 3D print 2 ceramic crowns in hour and I left the office with them installed and fit beautifully the same day. Highly recommend Dr. Platt and his team.
