With being let down as a kid because my pediatric dentist told my mom I never needed braces (clearly do,) to having TMJ and feeling like no one actually cares about how I feel and my insecure smile. I’ve struggled with this insecurity all my life and I finally am working towards my new smile. Dr. Niaraki was very patient and made me feel comfortable. He was informative about my choices and helped determine the best option for me. Visits were quick and to the point and he addressed all of my concerns (like not wanting buttons on my front teeth -which he made happen). All of the staff were great. In my year of treatment I never had a bad experience. My only advice is speak up if you want something bc the staff are not mind readers :) Overall, I would highly recommend!

My mouth and jaw were not properly aligned, which caused speech challenges; I would sometimes bite my tongue while talking, and my tongue would get caught when I spoke. Negative experience: This office do not know to bill when you have DMO insurance. They overcharged me and told me it's my insurance's fault. I showed them all the payments I made and what my insurance paid. They didn't care. Everytime I came or called regarding insurance/payments the owner kept giving me the run around. I ended up paying $100 more than what my insurance told me I needed to pay. By the end of the 2 years, I just paid to be done with them. I never experienced anything like this. I spoke to my coworkers who also had DMO and they had the same experience. If you have DMO stay away from this place.

Negative experience: Wasted my money here! The receptionist failed to inform me that the solution I inquired about would not address my issue. If the receptionist cannot provide accurate advice, they should ensure the dentist speaks with the patient before any payment is made. Despite realizing their mistake, they did not offer a refund, suggesting their primary goal was to avoid any financial loss on their part. I will gladly seek services elsewhere, where my concerns are taken seriously. If I could give zero stars, I would. Advice: Insist on speaking directly with the dentist before scheduling an appointment. Furthermore, during a brief conversation afterward, the dentist consistently talked over me, displaying clear anxiety about the prospect of a refund request. The staff member who checked the fit of my item was also rude when I asked if it would resolve my issue. The overall experience was unprofessional and devoid of empathy. I am left to wonder if this treatment was influenced by my identity. Upon learning that I have insurance, the dentist had the audacity to suggest verifying my information to ensure its accuracy. Fantastic experience: I've been to a few orthodontists in the past, but none compare to the experience at Class One Orthodontics. Dr. Niaraki's approach is both professional and personable. Negative experience: Had braces for 4 years and come to find out from a dentist that Class One had unnecessary teeth removed. The bite is still off and they did not aligne the bottom teeth correctly. Now requiring the need for new braces or else further dental issues will occur as I get older. The staff was rude when I was going for 4 years.

Positive experience: They are nice and polite, to the point that the people at the front desk read your mind and answer your questions before you even open your mouth, they also cut you off if you start talking and give you whatever answer you need, they won't let you talk to express your concern, they know it all you just need to look at them and they will answer you. On the other hand, I am very appreciative of the effort they put in to get the insurance approval for my son's treatment.

Negative experience: I don’t have a good experience with this business for the following reasons. 1)They offered a price for the Invisalign treatment that was a good price but when the invoice came there was about $700 extra fee for things I cannot understand. If that was the case I would have gone with my own dentist who is a lot sweeter as a person. I got fooled. 2) They promised my teeth weren’t that bad so entire treatment would be 9 months. I am still wearing extra braces for another 8 months (17 months so far and not done) to fix just one tooth and nothing is happening. I told them many times that there is a back tooth blocking it to turn and that you need to do something about it and it was ignored. I am not an orthodontist but it was a common sense. 3) Billing is all messed up and every time I go in all they care about is payment. My credit score is 845 and I didn’t get there from not paying my bills. I explained to them to bill my insurance correctly and they don’t seem to know what they are doing with constant swap of admins. They overcharged me for my part and I have a feeling they got overpaid from my insurance too. 4) I hear other patients complaining about #3 above a few times I was there but they just played aloof like they did to me every time I bring it up. 5) Just very unfriendly overall. I dread going there every time I have to. I can’t wait for this treatment to be over with results I wanted.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Class One Orthodontics. The staff members are very professional and caring. I started the Invisalign treatment in August. In just one month, I could notice the difference. Dr. Nayson and his assistant are very attentive. I can't wait for the final result.

Positive experience: Went for the free consultation for my daughter since I was recommended to start her off on phase one. A family member recommended this place and it just so happened that they were in-network with us. The staff was super polite and friendly and the orthodontist that saw us was also - she explained everything so clearly that I only had a few questions to ask. My only issue is I wish they were open a bit earlier than 9:30 am so my daughter wouldn't miss as many hours of school - so that's the reason for 4 stars. Other than that, couldn't have asked for a nicer/friendlier staff.

Fantastic experience: I recently started Invisalign treatment after considering it for several years and am so glad that I chose Class One Orthodontics! I am early on in the treatment process, but so far I have been extremely satisfied with Dr. Niaraki and the rest of the office staff. I was able to get a next-day appointment for the initial consultation, and it has also been easy to schedule follow-up appointments that accommodate my work schedule. All staff members have been very friendly and professional, and I was especially impressed by the clarity and level of detail with which Dr. Niaraki explained the treatment process. Although he felt that I would also need surgery to fully correct my open bite, he is leaving the decision entirely up to me and offered to talk more about my surgical options when I feel ready. Dr. Niaraki and the hygienist were very willing to answer my many questions about the treatment process during my office visits, and they have been easy to reach by phone to answer additional questions that have come up at home regarding treatment and payment. The cost of Invisalign at Class One is also far more affordable than some of the other options I was considering, and the staff were able to arrange a very reasonable payment plan. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment at Class One and am confident that they will work with me to ensure the best possible outcome even if I do ultimately need surgery as well.

Fantastic experience: Class One specializes in orthodontics. So it's much different than a dentist office where an orthodontist comes in once or twice a week. As soon as we started going to Class One, my daughter was put on a two-year plan for braces and other appliances. The orthodontists work well, are efficient, and know what they're doing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs braces.

We were seen the same day when I had an issue with my son’s expander and was called over the weekend when I had written to them About another concern. They’re honest and excellent at what they do and you shouldn’t be worried about being taken for a ride.

Negative experience: Do not use this Orthodontist! I purchased a Groupon for Invisalign in hopes of fixing a rotated tooth in the front of my mouth. Once the treatment was finished my tooth was still slightly rotated so he recommended I complete another 6 months of Invisalign treatment, which I did. At that time the tooth was still crooked. What I didn’t realize at the time of my purchase was that he also charged $300 per retainer which is not included in the Groupon price. After purchasing my retainers (one for the bottom teeth and another for the top at an additional $600) both retainers were cracked within 5 months and one of the cracks were located in the proximity of my “not fixed” tooth. I believe this was due to the tooth slowly moving back into its original position in spite of the retainer. Towards the end of my treatment I saw my dentist who asked me about the Invisalign. She saw many problems with my treatment such as, it caused an overbite, and now my midline was way off (my two front teeth had shifted and where no longer centered). Later, after my treatment was over and my tooth was still crooked I asked her about my Invisalign treatment and she told me that it can be difficult for Invisalign to rotate teeth and typically in that situation an orthodontist will use braces for several months if the treatment doesn’t work. Dr. Niraki never offered such a thing and was quite happy to send me in my way with my tooth still rotated in the front. He was not professional, had little bedside manor and in my option is just interested in collecting money and not providing quality care. Several years later, in spite of wearing my retainer, my rotated tooth is right back were it was prior to treatment and my smile is worse than when I walked through his door! Do not use this orthodontist! Go somewhere else even if it’s more expensive. You or your child will be better off.

We are happy we chose this office, every appointment at Class One has gone well and it is great to see the progress towards a perfect smile. The entire office is family friendly, professional and Class One Orthodontics matched a reduced price. Always superior service at all our monthly visits. I wish we had sought out this office 2 years ago, we hesitated because my son thought braces would hurt and he dreaded regular dental visits. This experience is not like going to dentist, there is nothing to worry about, and who knew what a difference a few years would of made. If we had gone there when my son was eight then he would get his braces off sooner since a jaw is still forming. Thank you Class One Orthodontics!
