Fantastic experience: I went in today for a cleaning and the hygienist was absolutely wonderful. I've been going here for a couple of years now and they have always been professional and competent. I've had some really bad experiences with dentists, pulling teeth when the novacaine hadn't fully kicked in yet. The dentist I dealt with at Dental Dreams, he made sure that I was absolutely comfortable before he did any type of work. If any of the staff get to read this, Thank u so so very much.

Negative experience: I went in with my kids for a cleaning. I told them I didn’t want to get x rays because I thought I may be pregnant. And they didn’t want to do the cleaning Because I didn’t want to get x ray. What a waste of time. Plus the insurance didn’t cover for x ray. So why am I being forced to get x ray. If I don’t feel comfortable having a big bill at the moment.

Negative experience: Went in with extreme pain in my jaw. I was given 2 referrals to 2 different places for "TMJ" at my appointment and neither of them treated tmj. I was told after calling back that I have to find my own specialist. Going in for an appointment was a waste of my time. And I'm still in excruciating pain and can't even eat.

I met my new dentist Christine Sy who was a breath of fresh air. She was thorough and very informative. Her positive attitude was so refreshing. She made me feel so comfortable. Negative experience: My Top dentures were thrown out by Parsons hill rehab the morning I was scheduled to leave. I had lowers at dental dreams that were there less than 2 months. I called there, to get a new set of uppers made. They were made they told me what it was going to cost for the Top denture to be made. I showed up with the appropriate money . They put both sets in my face. Then they wanted $740.00 bucks more FOR THE LOWER ONES. I explained to them I'm disabled, and on a limited income and I didn't have any extra money and they were supposed to use the lowers that were Already made. They claimed they couldn't do it. So not only did they Rip mass health off they pulled the lower ones out of my face. They refused to do a payment plan ...they wanted CASH. I'LL be calling the bbb , mass health so there aware of the fact they paid for my teeth and I got Nothing in return, and I'm not ending it ...I'll keep going till I get what was paid for.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was good at Dental Dreams, so I have given 5 stars. However, because I have had amoxicillin before for other infections, it caused a bad reaction. Also, the luvox I take creates complications. I think my dentist's name is Dr. Fadi. I followed his advice and got an appointment at Auburn Oral Surgery, but the earliest I could get is August 26. Crompton Park availability was much later. Auburn Oral Surgery recommended an alternate for amoxicillin such as erythromycin or clindamycin to reduce the unbearable side effects. I stopped the amoxicillin for a few days, but the tooth infection started to come back. Now, I take about 1 pill a day with difficulty. So, can Dr. Fadi send a different prescription to CVS in Auburn for me please?

Fantastic experience: I made an appt on line at 9:30 for 10:30 and by 12:30 my tooth was removed - they made time for me and it was great - tooth came out quickly and no pain! Thank you Dental Dreams

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. went there for the first time several years ago when I needed to have my teeth removed and dentures made. They did a great job with the dentures. Had to return there again recently because my top plate broke. The repair was done quickly and I have my smile back. Would definitely go back again.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Fadi today she was a wonderful doctor. She made me comfortable when I had a tooth pulled, even tho I had massive anxiety before the extraction . She was the best doctor as far my past experiences with other doctors that have pulled my teeth. Definitely recommend her as a doctor.

Negative experience: I say this with no ill will toward my dentist who truly seems to be well meaning and well intentioned. Until post-covid, every dentist I went to had a sink you could rinse in. Some say these were removed for efficiency or for sanitary reasons. There has to be a better solution for rinsing than whats currently in place. The process used here is similar to one I experienced at another dentist so I know its not isolated but I don't want to experience it again ever. This is not an issue for this practise or dentist, its an industry issue that I have and doubt I'm completely alone. I could go the rest of my life never being continuously sprayed in the face again. If others are okay with that - excellent. I'm not. Its not his fault as this is now standard practise. I don't know how most people handle this well. I don't. I thank you for the cleaning. I likely won't be back but I am grateful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Fadi and his assistant Cassandra did a great job making me feel comfortable while doing a filling on a small and sensitive tooth. I will definitely return to see them again when I encounter any more tooth issues.

Fantastic experience: My first time at Dental Dreams: I noticed how professional, kind and courteous everyone was. They were like a happy family even though they were all busy helping people. I enjoyed my time there I just had my 2nd visit to Dental Dreams and spoke with 4 different employees. 2 dentists, 2 staff members. They were all kind, professional and helpful until we solved my issue patiently. They agreed to install a bridge in the bottom of my mouth because of all the teeth I'm missing for a quarter of the amount of co-pay I would have had to pay my former dentist. They are very helpful, kind and easy to speak to. Their compassion for their patients goes a long way!

Positive experience: Waiting time was awful. Nearly an hour. That had never happened before. Like they forgot I was there or didn’t notify. However, the new dentist Dr C was amazing. Professional and kind. Answered patiently all my questions. Loved the clean up job she made. Hadn’t had such a good one for the longest time. Hope she doesn’t change. Waiting room and bathroom clean. Clerks were pleasant but should be more attentive with the people waiting. I was the one that hat to ask when was my turn. Nearly an hour was too much fir me.

Negative experience: I do not recommend it at all! It's been a year since I had treatment with a dentist, my tooth needed a root canal because she didn't remove all the decay, I went back there to complain and they didn't care! They said that the dentist doesn't work there anymore, but it's their responsibility for hiring someone who wasn't professional, in my point of view they should resolve it!

Negative experience: Initially seemed like a great place. I was told I needed a root canal, which they "sometimes" refer out to an endodontist. I was not even though it was a molar with several nerve canals the whole process took TWO AND HALF HOURS. At one point I was made to move to a new room mid procedure. When the posts were "done" material was just shoved into the tooth and I was sent on my way not even a few days later the tooth broke before I could have the crown put on. The tooth is infected. All of that and that's not even including the hack-job filling that was done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Negative experience: The reception team needs to be trained on professionalism. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and noise. They never fail to be incredibly disruptive everytime I’ve visited. The dentists have been pleasant so far and I appreciate that.

Negative experience: The dentists are good - but the reception team is incredibly unprofessional. They are so loud and obnoxious that makes for a ridiculous environment. They’ve acted like this everytime and I’m surprised they’re still working here with this behavior. There’s clearly no accountability to train. It sets an awful impression for the business with the people you first talk with acting like this. The worst part is that they do this as you fill out pages and pages of patient information. How do they not have a system by now to streamline this? Every 6 months these ridiculous pages need to be filled out and your actual appointment doesn’t start until 20 mins after you even arrive on time. This has happened consistently the last 3 times I’ve been there. Please train your reception team or hire a professional team - and please figure out this paperwork. I’ve never in my life faced either of these things in a medical setting and it is completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: Very bad experience I came in for a tooth extraction. The Doctor failed to complete the removal I was left with tooth still remaining in my mouth. I had to see a specialist to properly have removed.

Negative experience: Don't go here they are so rough it’s ridiculous. I went in for a cleaning and the dentist don’t know her name (female indian) was beyond rough and just rude. She even passed the metal tool on my lip. Mind u I patiently waited 40 mins for her to come in the room, all for her to rush through and be so rough. I will not be returning!! But the ladies upfront at the desk were great!

Negative experience: Took my special needs child here on Monday. My son struggles with self care and any basic tasks like brushing his teeth, the dentist he saw said “it’s your fault he doesn’t have any teeth” because he needed teeth pulled earlier this year. ABSOLUTELY uncalled for. Will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: This appointment turned out to be good. The wait was about 20 minutes (pretty full waiting room) then after 10 minutes for prep and x-rays were taken, another 15 minutes until the Dentist arrived. After 10 minutes with the Dentist for the exam and polishing, I was out of there in less than 1 hour. Pretty Well done, Dental Dreams Team!

Negative experience: Jan 2025 uodate. Unfortunately, the new dentures are terrible. I've been back few times for adjustment, but I'm still not happy. I feel that they were not paying attention, especially when the mold was being made. When the first put new ones in, I had several issues which were not addressed. I'm very disappointed. Everyone is friendly and professional. Wait, time isn't too bad. This is my 2nd set of dentures that are being made, and if this set comes out as good as the 1st,I will be happy. So far, so good. It's definitely worth the trip to Worcester.

Negative experience: Just came out of the place 15 minutes ago.. by far the worst experience I have ever had in my life.. first the dirtiest place ever and disgusting where you automatically feel like your going to get sick, tools look gross.. so called dentist that came in was the rudest ever and nasty.. I told him that in general I needed work done in the back of my mouth but came in to fix a chip in the front before I travel.. was then told he was going to do some test to see, I said ok.. he says I’m going to put cold pressure on some teeth to see.. mind you I gave him a heads up that my teeth have always been sensitive since I was little and asked if he could give me a heads up so I could prepare, proceeded to tell me of you want me to tell you just so that you can get the work done regardless, I said excuse me, why would I do that in general and again told him just so that I can prepare for the cold.. also says I’m not going to comment on the back of your teeth was also rude in itself if someone is already upset about it.. as he’s putting the cold pressure I jump every time and the third time my hand ever so slightly touches his arm.. he looks at me and goes didn’t I tell you to put your left arm up and I don’t appreciate you pushing me, I go I didn’t even push you are you serious my hand touched you as I jump.. speaking to me like a child.. goes, I’m trying to help you because of your issues in your mouth.. in the end I get nothing done tells me I need a root canal and to set an appointment.. I go I’ll call you guys back if anything I’m all set.. he goes well how long are you traveling.. very long review sorry but I have never been treated like this or feel like anyone else should.. I’m going to try and call their boss also

Negative experience: They are not knowledgeable enough about special needs. Every time I go there is over a hour wait and they treat the patient as if they are less than and they are afraid of them Because there is one doctor there and they are only allowed to spend 10 minutes on each person .only good thing are they are open on Saturdays

Negative experience: Worst place you can ever go! They would not see me because my third party insurance was canceled in 2018 but my mass health insurance is still currently active. The front desk just did not want to wait because all I hear when I walked in was “ugh I’m just ready to go home”. They gave me no solution to my pain. I walked in with a clearly swollen face & needed to be looked at immediately because I booked an “emergency “ appointment for a reason. Very unprofessional & I will be taking me & my son else where. As well I will never recommend this office to anyone.

Negative experience: Dental dreams was more like a dental nightmare! Went in at the beginning of the month, first time ever being here. Thought it was great that they could get me in so soon, and even though my appointment was scheduled for 3:00 they said I could come in early so I did! I went in for a 13 year old metal filling that had partially fallen out. At first the dentist (I don’t remember his name) came in and did the quickest cleaning I’ve ever had done in my life. Smeared the cleaner on my teeth with his fingers and was done in 2 minutes if that. He checked my teeth and told me I had 3 other cavities that needed to be filled, ok whatever. Then tells me how he’s tight on time and doesn’t really have time till later to fix my filling but was like well let me try and squeeze you in between patients. He did just that going back and forth from me and another patient. So I’m not sure why they told me to come in early knowing I was coming in to have a filling fixed.I was completely numb didn’t feel a thing it was over pretty quickly so I thought great. The next day when I tried to eat and floss my teeth I was feeling major nerve pain where the new filling was. I called they booked me to come in 2 days later, so I did. Come to find out he did not put enough filling in and that was the problem. So he attempted to numb my mouth again to fix the problem, but it didn’t work. So he added more and said I’ll be back in 5 minutes. He was back in 2 minutes and I told him that it still hadn’t kicked in yet. He said ok well I’m going to try to get in there quickly and fix just the area that needs more filling. I could feel EVERYTHING!! He knew that and said if you need me to stop just raise you’re left hand. As I’m groaning in pain I finally raise my left hand to let him know I need a break and he says I know I know I see ya, but still continued to drill away. So I said screw it I'm going to let him finish that way I can just be done with this. He finished, I still wasn’t numb so when he stuck the floss between my teeth I no longer felt the nerve pain, I figured great it’s all set. Was completely numb after leaving though! Within 2 days the nerve pain was back!!! I can’t chew anything at all on that side and it is now sensitive to hot and cold temps. I have decided to go elsewhere and cancel the other appointment for the “3 other cavities” because no way am I going back a 3rd time. I am also 34 weeks pregnant and can’t keep going in to have work done and waiting 4 hours after each appointment to try to eat. My suggestion is the dentist (younger white man) should probably take his time and not rush through everything!

Negative experience: Went in 9/9/24 for impacted wisdom tooth causing pain and to possibly receive a referral to a surgeon. Waited an hour and a half after considering walking out of the exam room I finally got my X-rays during my X-rays I observed two doctors disagreeing/arguing over which patient is who's. No communication. All I wanted was an exam on the (affected) tooth to determine whether or not to remove the wisdom tooth/teeth. Due to possibly infected tooth I am currently dealing with headaches and irritation through the base of jaw I never received proper treatment during my visit. I am still currently in severe pain. The dentist assigned to me refused to consult with me he was to busy with female patients. so another dentist came in and seemed very rushed and not interested in what I had to say. She asked me a question then jammed the utinsil in my mouth before I can answer. She then sprayed my mouth with air and kept repeating that I need multiple "several fillings sir". She never checked the affected tooth! Even though on the paper work it clearly stated pain in wisdom teeth she stated that I would need a referral i was well aware so I then stated I am aware and would like to receive care from the referred surgeon. when I had mentioned the removal of my wisdom teeth she then replied with " air come back for a deep cleaning and fillings "several fillings with emphasis on the filling" while I'm practically in tears because my wisdom tooth is impacted and inflamed. (I will not be returning due to lack of care two days later and no follow up appointment no notifications nothing! as a referral is needed from a dentist to remedy the issue) she would not refer me with out seeing them multiple times. Feel like the paper work took longer then my visit. Disappointed in the health care system and they need to be better

Fantastic experience: I have been really happy as a patient at Dental Dreams. Started going there because of emergency tooth pain and Dr. Fadi was able to take me quickly and resolve my issue. He is great. I have since been a regular patient, and all of my appointments and procedures are quick, painless and thorough. Highly recommend this practice.

Negative experience: I'd never go back to Stafford Street. I made an appointment online for severe tooth pain. The dentist cleaned my teeth and said he couldnt help with the tooth pain because he had too many other customers waiting. Waited an hour to be seen filled out tons of paperwork, they took 18 xrays, cleaned teeth and rushed me out Never going back here ever again.

Negative experience: Kind of dirty as I was waiting to be seen in the chair dust and some remnants of blood droplets can be seen, spider web on the over head light dust on the floor, when was asked to take off glasses and used there safety glasses they were not clean with previous use water stains and dental grime and what looked to be pinkish stains on the outter side.

Negative experience: If you’re looking for your teeth to be done in a partially renovated garage in a strip mall - this is your place! Short Staffed in front and apparently in the back too. After having my teeth x-rayed by an assistant (I hope) and then cleaned by the Dentist I was instructed to self care from that point on. Cleaning was great because I love when it’s done with the device that shoots water at the same time. But he then physically smeared polish on all of my teeth by hand then used polisher, apologized for not having a working suction and instructed me to rinse at the sink. Then told me to throw my bib in trash, leave glasses on counter and bring my chart up to desk. Front desk person told me she would call me in 6 months. What?!?! On my way to front I saw a growing pile of trash bags, clinging and clanging of metal instruments in the big room across from mine. Obviously it was the end of the day/week and all was in a hurry to get the hell out! Dentists included! As one left in front of me. I’m in my 60’s and have gone to the Dentist every 6 months my whole life. And I have NEVER SEEN OR EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL CARE OR OFFICE STRUCTURE! I won’t be back!

Positive experience: My family and have been going here for our dental care. My boys when little loved the activity room , All their dentists throughput where and are nice, kind. Experience were delightful. Took time explain process of work being done. They gave me smile back.

Fantastic experience: I like my dentists style. Just my initial exam had me really anxious. I only need an upper and partial denture but the remaining teeth are super sensitive and needed cleaned. The thought of having them blasted with cold water and air had me petrified, but my dentist, (who cleaned them himself, undeterred by my constant squirming), just got on with it, stopping once or twice to remind me to breathe and offer a few words of comfort. He never once became impatient or spoke to me in a harsh or condescending tone. I'm so grateful for that and for his diligent work, done with a confidence that by the end of it all, caused me to feel safe and unusually calm. I have a form of OCD which causes my hands to be in constant motion. When I'm anxious it speeds up and looks weird, to say the least. I guess I'm a patient who comes with some baggage. However, he remained gracious and professional, pressing on and getting the job done. Fears of the dreaded dentist are very real for some of us, and finding one who can instill trust is like finding gold.

Negative experience: This location at Stafford street sucks. They called to schedule my appointment, got there and was told to come back after a certain date as required by my insurance. Same thing happened last year and they can’t figure it out in order to schedule me on the right date. Today, I arrived there for my appointment and was told I don’t have dental coverage, why couldn’t they call or text to cancel.In any case, I have active dental coverage. My insurance just emailed me other locations to go other than them.

Negative experience: I had gotten a root canal done and they filed half of my front tooth down and didnt feel the need to build it back up. I recently got a cleaning and they damaged my gums so bad that after 4 days they’re still swollen and sore. They used what felt like a nail file to clean my teeth and my teeth are now extremely sensitive. It almost feels like they’re going more damage just so you’ll come back. You never see the same dentist more than once. It’s dirty and the staff do not care about you or your comfort. I also brought my 2yo daughter here for a cleaning and a check up. she had a lip tie which caused cavities and they said they weren’t concerned and that they would fall out anyway. They said it was my fault for not brushing her teeth (I’ve always brushed her teeth twice a day everyday) . All they did for her was open her mouth. They had me brush her teeth for 5 seconds and told me to stop when she was crying and sent us home. I followed my gut and I immediately brought her somewhere else after that and she was taken in and got crowns and a lip tie removal and they said if she didn’t get help sooner she would’ve lost those teeth. And said that it wasn’t my fault but rather the lip tie and that they don’t understand why they wouldn’t have taken action immediately. Do not bring your children here!

Positive experience: Had a great experience came in with some tooth pain and the dentist was able to help with the problem instantly. Always great to have a dentist listen to your opinion with out pushing what they think best on us patient. Appreciate everything they did no more pain.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service. If you are having severe tooth pain they do their best to get you in immediately if you call ahead.

Negative experience: It was horrifying to think that when u arr oaying that soneone would tell u ee cant't help u because ur expectations are too high. How do u treat people are we not supposed to have expectations for ourselves
