Fantastic experience: Staff are helpful and friendly; dental services show the competency of the staff. Sometimes things don't move as quickly as one might like, as they are a very busy office. My dental hygienist is friendly and compassionate.

Fantastic experience: Jessica, the dental hygienist who did my cleaning this week, was excellent as always. She’s thorough and gentle. She answers all my (many) questions. She encourages me without a tinge of judgy-ness as I take my time incorporating positive changes in my home routine. I love this office; everyone here is top-notch. I came years ago for Dr. Goldberg, the periodontist. But I stayed for everyone else: Melanie, Dina, Paula, Van, Jessica, and Dr. Aurora.

Fantastic experience: This place is great. I’m usually very nervous about the dentist and I’m not shy about it, the made sure I was aware of what they were doing and the discomfort level expected. Super nice staff, a lot of advice other than surgery for some minor dental issues

Negative experience: I have called Gentle Dental to reschedule my cleaning appointment as I have been caught in a very powerful Winter storm. After trying numerous times to get through to a representative and reschedule my appointment, I am forced to move on. This has not been a pleasant experience. I’m surprised at the poor service.

Fantastic experience: If it's possible to have a great experience at the dentist's office, I have certainly had a great one here. I was going to the Gentle Dental office at the Trolley Yard in Worcester, and went to the larger office on Shrewsbury Street for an implant and crown. Both offices were great, and the doctors, assistants, and staff at Shrewsbury Street are all excellent. I hesitated a bit before going to a large office with a number of dentists, because individual attention, personality, and care, are all so important when you're getting your mouth dealt with, but I needn't have. Dr Klimashov (Dr K) did the first half or so of my root canal procedures, and Dr Arora-Mohan did the rest, including fitting and mounting the post and crown (about 2 years in total). Both doctors were extremely nice, explained everything fully, and worked skilfully and quickly. I was thrilled to find out today that Dr Arora will be my primary dentist there: she is kind, empathetic, and never rushes but gets the job done quick. Dina, who works as an assistant, is equally smart and nice, puts all patients at their ease, and works as a brilliant team with Dr. A. Melanie and the other front desk staff are unfailingly efficient and cheerful, and the equipment in the office is all state-of-the-art and accurate. I got my crown today, and I have already almost forgotten that it's not my real human tooth! Thanks to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I would strongly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone. The reception staff is wonderful. I have a lot of dental anxiety but this office makes you feel more calm. The oral surgeon, Dr. Klimashov is awesome. He explains everything to you and makes sure you are comfortable. His assistants that worked side by side with him were great as well. If you’re looking for a fantastic dental office look no further. I give Dr. Klimashov and his staff 5 stars. If I could give more I definitely would Awesome Dental office.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist, front desk staff and dentist are always professional and very knowledgeable and pleasant, I went to the Gentle Dental in Burlington for years when I worked out there, then when I started working from home 8 years ago I started going to the Gentle Dentle on Shrewsbury st in Worcester, never had a bad experience, everyone I have interacted in one way or another is always very professional and nice .

Negative experience: I was experiencing tooth pain every time I drank something cold. I went to Gentle Dental in Oct 2024 to find out what was causing it. They took Xrays and then a dentist came in, gave me a 90 second examination and told me that my gums were receding. “We have a periodontist on Thursdays if you want to come back”. I didn’t want to deal with a periodontist, so I dealt with it. Six months later- my tooth is hurting with pressure too. Went to another dentist- turns out my tooth was CRACKED and now it was infected and I needed a root canal. Thanks to Gental Dental’s 5 minute examination, it cost me almost $2000 to get a root canal and a crown, which might not have been necessary with the correct diagnosis the first time. Stay away from this place.

Fantastic experience: The staff is awesome, I used to be petrified going to the dentist and Gental Dental made me want to go. I can’t say enough about Dr. Tina and her staff. Thanks for making my dental experience pleasant and pain free.

Negative experience: Placing an order with you is extremely difficult. It immediately locks up and does not allow me to place the order for the complete 5 pillar health box.

Positive experience: As I haven’t been to a dentist in a long time due to a traumatic experience from my last visit to a dentist. I decided to try a different place where they listen to the patients instead of just doing whatever they wanted and didn’t care about the patients. They went at my pace and comfort level and basically held my hand the entire time. I didn’t feel shamed or embarrassed. Definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: This place lives up to its name. Personally, I had bad experiences in other places and went through a lot of pain during the procedure But here it was very professional and pleasant

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Kirill Klimashov and cannot recommend him. During my appointment for wisdom teeth removal, I opted for intravenous anesthesia. Unfortunately, Dr. Klimashov attempted twice to locate a vein and was unsuccessful. This led to the procedure being postponed, despite me taking time off from work for it. It was frustrating that no trained nurse was present to assist with the IV, which raises questions about preparedness and professionalism. Why did he even schedule a pre-op appointment? Pre-op appointment is to ensure that both the patient and the medical team are prepared for the procedure to minimize risks and ensure a successful outcome. Dr. Klimashov’s demeanor during the appointment was also concerning. He was dismissive, frequently interrupted me when I tried to explain my concerns, and came across as condescending, rude and arrogant. Instead of offering reassurance or alternatives, he appeared impatient and agitated, giving me only two options: proceed awake or seek treatment at a hospital in Boston. Overall, I found his behavior unprofessional and does have NO bedside manner.I hope the clinic takes these concerns seriously and evaluates the quality of care being he is provided. I highly recommend exploring other options if you’re seeking a considerate and skilled oral surgeon.

My dentist, Dr Phi, and hygienist, Van, are both incredibly skilled, gentle, and thorough. They take the time to explain everything and make sure I'm comfortable every step of the way. Fantastic experience: My daughter had 2 lower wisdom teeth removed and it was a smooth process. They were extremely kind and attentive. I had 2 teeth removed, a few crowns and a recent partial for 4 missing teeth. They have been fantastic every single step of each process. I highly recommend! Thank you to Rima, she was great at assisting me with proper after care /tips and tricks with keeping my smile and my retainers clean & to prevent mishaps that may cause my teeth to shift. & Dr Amir!!!! Who not only listened to my concerns and the little details that I was uncomfortable with about my teeth but he FIXED THEM. Negative experience: My experience here was terrible. I went here for an obvious and painful abscess, and the dentist spent the entire time hurling personal insults at me. It was a bewildering experience, and no, I was not combative. He did ultimately schedule me for a tooth extraction, but here's the kicker: He refused me antibiotics, and refused to acknowledge the abscess at all. I had to perform that surgery on myself at home later, using sharp tools and a waterpik to drain it. A week later, after the extraction (which went well and was performed by a much more professional doctor), this guy strides into the room to taunt me further. As I said, a bewildering and humiliating experience. Edited to add that the desk staff was excellent.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very friendly, doctors all answer my questions and explain procedures before they do them. Always very comfortable and very little pain during work. However they are usually very busy so sometimes I find myself waiting a while during visits, but the kindness and thoroughness of the staff out weighs that wait for certain.

Negative experience: short version: not a clean place and very rude dentists stay as far away from this place as you can got covid the first time going here and when I got my tooth taken out the guy and lady were miserable and rude the whole time also refused to give me any information on what to do about my tooth being taken out saying it would just be on the paper and then they preceeded to rush me out the door with no paperwork long story short don't go here find a different dentist

Fantastic experience: My hygienist Jess is the most caring person. Her compassion and sweet personality enabled me to get through some very tough procedures. She is the main reason my oral health is 10 ties better than it was. Jess is the best!. Dr Tina Aurora-Mohan also treats me for some cosmetic work and other issues. A super sweet lady who cares about doing it correctly. I love her direct professional manner. She’s a super kind caring Dr. I love the combo of Jessica and Tina. They have helped me immensely get over dental anxiety and to get back on track. My oral health is the best it’s been in decades. They truly care. I won’t see anyone else !!!! Love them both.

He informed me how I might’ve felt discomfort during the procedure but I had no issues whatsoever!

Fantastic experience: I am allergic to a lot of medications, also to local anesthesia. I recognize that I am a patient with many challenges due to my health and I am grateful for Dr.Arora and all her team. I really appreciate the Dr. Arora because she is always on the lookout, she is very careful, attentive and take her time to give me a good service without taking any risks with my health.

Fantastic experience: Gentle Dental is true to their name as they were as gentle as could be throughout my first time visiting. Booking an appointment was painless and I was seen less than 5 minutes after checking in. I was very nervous and the staff made me feel at ease and provided me a treatment plan in house , where I didn’t have to go to 5 other doctors. I was also impressed with the Dr walking me out and personally letting the scheduler know what my needs were. I was shocked at how inexpensive my treatment plan will be with my insurance and I live the office made sure to help me maximize my benefits!

Fantastic experience: What an incredible practice. I called in for a tooth emergency. It had been awhile since I had been to the dentist, so I was anxious and feeling guilty/ashamed. They got me in almost immediately, focused in on the priority issue I was dealing with. I fully understood all of my options, they kindly offered their recommendation but never pressured me into any decision or the other. They treated me with the upmost respect and dignity. I didn’t anticipate to go to the dentist in all the pain and discomfort I was in, and be smiling and laughing with the staff as we took care of things. I am eternally grateful for all the patience, empathy and professionalism this place exudes. The entire staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. You can tell they really enjoy their job and are happy to do it. The willingness to want to help and desire to ensure you’re comfortable and understand any processes, are top notch. When all was said and done I immediately moved my entire family to the practice, and have been raving about them to anyone that will listen. It’s not often you find a medical establishment that removes the dread from attending. Finding folks who love what they do, and the genuine desire to help people? Perfect. I never thought I’d look forward to going to the dentist, but here we are. Thank you!

I had a partial plate from another dentist which never fit right I actually lost it once as I had to remove it since it hurt so much.After receiving a new plate from Dr, Tina I realized the old one never .. fit right .After leaving Gentle Dental with my new plate I went home and went ..bed that first night and forgot to remove my plate. I finally built up the courage and came to Gentle Dental and cannot express how comforting and personable the staff was. They explained everything in detail and did everything at a pace I was comfortable with. I never felt judged or put down and walked out feeling confident in my smile and couldn’t stop telling everyone how wonderful my teeth looked and felt! This is the place to go!

Fantastic experience: I lost a tooth at 7:15 PM !!!! I bit into a snickers and my front tooth fell out. I was horrified ,apparently I had a route canal eighteen years prior and the cement loosened. I googled for dentist near me feeling hopeless. This place closed at 8pm !!! The receptionist was extremely empathetic. Which was my first impression but my second third and fourth impression was all impressive,,,literally the dentist and all the staff. ( aleena Desai, DMD and Hima (Asd) all helped and did such a fast job . They generally care about you there. Like I already mentioned tooth fell out at 7:15 I drove 10 mins because I was visiting a friend in Lowell and my tooth was cleaned , cemented , and secured in its place by 7:50. Absolutely amazing and I'm extremely grateful . I may change dentist and drive to this location. They were just the nicest people considering they were about to close. We all know how dentist and doctors can be if it's near close time. Receptionist, Dentist , and assistants. AMAZING. I hope higher ups see this review. Beyond happy. Call for an appointment and just enjoy hanging with the crew !! Work the next day if it wasn't fixed would have been embarrassing. Blessed

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of dental trauma over the years and have dealt with a lot of dentists that weren’t very kind.. but I am so grateful for how well I’ve been treated at this gentle dental location!! Specifically Dr. Arora-Mohan, and Dr. Klimashov - they are so kind, and well…gentle! I’ve never had a dentist be so calming, communicative and understanding. Incredible staff all around as well. All the front desk staff, the manager and dental assistants are rockstars. Made me feel so at ease. I have a long road to get my teeth into better shape but I’m happy I’m going down that road with them. ❤️ Thank you!!

Negative experience: I wish I could say I had a good experience, I will say that Dr Aurora was very kind. The company is terrible, I was going to have a bridge done, and after some time I decided not to go that route and went with implant surgery elsewhere. They then told me they couldn’t refund me the $5,000 I paid, then they offered back half, I said at this point fine. Well it has been months and I have not seen the payment, wish the company was good, but nothing gentle about this experience! If you’re looking for a company with compassion and care, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Positive experience: My dental hygienist was friendly and very professional but I waited 15-20 minutes after the cleaning to see the dentist and actually heard her chatting next room over about everything BUT treatment and teeth- like my time wasn’t worth it !

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall. Been having wisdom teeth issues and they were able to get my first consultation visit within a week and then my wisdom teeth extracted within a month. Very pleasant experience overall. Great staff. Each member I dealt with did their specific jobs very well. The Dr. who did the extractions was great. I was nervous. They made me comfortable and wisdom teeth extraction was quick. Full intravenous anesthesia for 2 hard to reach wisdom teeth. Healing up nicely so far. I would go back for my next extractions or any future work. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: four stars because getting dentist work done is never really great. Good clean facility, nice friendly staff.

Negative experience: If I could give no stars, I would. This place lacks communication and the dentists are super rude. They kept pushing for fillings to do done prior to another procedure. They did not give me the right to say what I wanted done. After all the hassle, they told me that they would call me to set up my next appointment but they never did. I even called to follow up weeks later and got the same “we’ll call you back” response. NOTHING. It has been 2 months. If they didn’t want me as a client, they should of just refused service. Not ghost me and leave me hanging like a child. Whoever manages this establishment needs a wakeup call.

She is my hero!

Fantastic experience: Loved this place! I got a root canal done there and they gave me an appointment within 24 hours of my initial call and the staff is so professional and nice. I loved the fact that prior to moving on with any procedure they will talk to you about prices, insurance, & payment options so you can have a clear idea of what will happen next. The place is clean and has great technology. I highly recommend it if you need to go in for an emergency because they’ll most likely take you the same day.

Fantastic experience: My visit was EXCELLENT from start to finish. Greeted on the way in from the front desk. Minimal wait time and the dental assistant brought me in. She was very informative and helpful. The doctor came in and she was great. The doctor was gentle (filling) and kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I was OK at the end. The doctor made sure to send me off in the lobby. The front desk was amazing on the way out as well. This Gentle Dental office should be the model for the rest. Thank you
