Fantastic experience: Unfortunately, I have had to have a lot of cavities filled. And Dr. Sidhom very adapt at keeping it as pain-free as possible and doing it quickly as well.

Fantastic experience: Great Expressions Dental of Auburn are exceptionally professional and friendly from the front desk to the hygienist and doctors. They explain everything in great detail, making sure the insurance covers the procedures before following through. I never had a difficult time getting through to them for appointments nor with cancelling. They are all understanding. I highly recommend Great Expressions Dental of Auburn .

Fantastic experience: I had to find a dentist SUPER last minute to get cleared for a cancer treatment. I was freaking out and looking everywhere and no one could get me in quickly until I called here. They were able to get me in on time and made the whole appointment as easy and painless as possible. From the moment I got there until the moment I left every single encounter was a dream. Even the tooth extraction. Everything. These people are professional, compassionate and caring and I am blessed to have them as a part of my care team. Thank you for everything you do and for being so great.

Fantastic experience: Lily (dental hygienist) whom cleaned my teeth was sooooo talented. She went over everything that she was doing and pointed out things that needed attention. Showed me pictures of my teeth which was above and beyond! She was so thorough with the cleaning , I was so impressed! She was so much better and nice, (compared to some others :( ). My Dr Saha was also good. She was through explaining my options for future plans for other appointments. I’d definitely refer others to this dental office!

Positive experience: I love this dentist office, started going here 3 years. I refer everyone I know here because of the ease of appointments, friendly staff, and level of care. Every step is explained and charges are transparent. The visit can be a little long because of the amount of patients being seen, but it does not take away from the quality of work done. The Dr talks to you and cares about your comfort and tolerance. Your health is important and suggested work is necessary. I highly recommend this office.

He explained everything to her step by step, so she didn’t feel scared at all during the filling or the anesthesia injection. Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience at this location. They tend to push unnecessary services and make it very difficult to cancel appointments. Even more frustrating, I was given an estimate showing $0 out-of-pocket cost for my visit, but later received a $106 bill for the same service. It turned out to be an issue with how the insurance code was handled, which should have been verified before billing. Overall, I found the process unprofessional and confusing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Update: On the Google review, they offer some help, but when I sent an email about the issue on the provided email, they didn’t take any action for 2 weeks even though I set an email times within that time range. I don’t think they are willing to help customers.

Fantastic experience: Got veneers done with Dr. Sidhom. He was very kind and thorough throughout the process and continually made sure I was comfortable during all procedures. The lab he ordered from had messed up the veneers a few times and he didn’t stop until they got them right at no extra charge to me. Any time one of my temporaries came off he always made time to get me in asap to make me a new one until I had all my permanents in. I’m very satisfied with my experience. The assistants Juju and Marie are also very kind and knowledgeable about what they’re doing.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Great Expressions Dental Centers. I came in for a routine cleaning that is fully covered by my insurance, but the office refused to see me unless I agreed to pay out-of-pocket for additional services I didn’t ask for and didn’t need. When I declined, they told me I wouldn’t be seen at all. This practice is not only unprofessional — it’s unethical. Denying a patient care that is covered by their insurance simply because they won’t agree to your upsell is completely unacceptable. It feels more like a sales pitch than a healthcare environment. The office manager was dismissive and lacked basic customer service skills. I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to be cautious before trusting this office with your care.

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist to have them look at a tooth that was really bothering me and as I suspected the tooth had to be extracted. Fortunately for me the oral surgeon was in and they took care of it right there. I was done in less than an hour. Positive experience: I have been going to GE for about 5 years now, and I have had no problems with the service. Found out today that Nicole was leaving the practice so I may follow her to her new place.She is very friendly and down to earth and she makes me feel comfortable when I am there. Don't want her to go. :( GE should do everything they can to keep her there. I have been reading the reviews and she is a big part of the positive posts... Since the last review I had a new hygienist by the name of Sophia..she was great but she has now left the practice. I now have to get use to a new Hygenist.

Negative experience: This practice messed up on a root canal, then tried to place on two temp crowns, that subsequently fell off, -which then, created a horrible infection in my mouth. And on top of it I never got my permanent crown put in and yet they billed insurance without me getting a tooth in my head. Because of the infection I had a swollen face my work put on FMLA leave because I couldn’t work with the public in this pain and condition. Then, they refused to give me a different antibiotic to help rid the infection. I had been calling several times even the emergency line to explain about the constant pain and swelling, and to push off liability from the debouched root canal I had done at the Auburn ma, Location (from a doctor who’s no longer there) they gave me the run around told the pain was not present and that Dr. Sidhom would not fill out the required paperwork needed for me to collect my time to heal before the next appointment. They gave me absence excuses from work, had a X-ray done to show that I had an infection and then told me they were filling it out and working on it which took two weeks to let me know that they actually wouldn’t fill out the paperwork. Now I can’t even afford to get the new procedure from my new practice because they wouldn’t fill out paperwork. I can’t go back to work until my face and infection is eradicated. So in short, I would stay miles away from ever even thinking of getting any sort of work at Great expressions auburn ma location done.

Negative experience: I've been calling for about a week now, everytime I call i get a Nicole on the phone who is extremely rude . I don't have dental insurance and I was simply asking if they have a office plan where I can pay yearly and receive discounts for procedures because I have alot of work that needs to get done , she told me she doesn't have time to answer questions and that I can get dental insurance and proceeded to tell me she can't hear me and hanged up . Finally I got someone else on the phone named maria who was a great help, very empathic and just all around great person... I hope this buisness removes Nicole from front desk. I didn't even proceed to make an appointment because I'm literally scared of this woman Nicole having any of my information or being near my mouth...I'm just flabbergasted at her nastiness . Never again

Fantastic experience: I went in today for a cleaning. I have a lot of anxiety with the dentist, so I have not been in years. I ended up getting a bit emotional during my X-rays because of my anxiety. The hygienist was so patient and nice. She allowed me a few moment to reset, calmed my nerves and was very gentle. She explained everything to me from that moment on and checked in with me periodically. She was so understanding and gentle! She definitely made my anxiety seem like I was just being silly! It was nothing to worry about. I’m a lot less nervous for my next cleaning. I wish I remembered her name, but I appreciate her kindness so much! I already recommended this dentist to my boyfriend who also has anxiety with dentists. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant visit! Thank you so much!

Negative experience: My husband had a full set of teeth upper. In plants bottom his upper teeth had holes and implants broke in half and the implant screw fell out. He hasn't had them a year. Then his teeth broke again. Again now his implants broke again again and his top teeth broke in half. Calling the insurance company 2/30/2025 this time . He's had his teeth a total of almost 2 yrs and has nothing but trouble.4 times they had to be fixed.

Fantastic experience: Nicole in Auburn, MA is the best dental hygienist I have ever had, by far. She was able to troubleshoot issues I’ve been having with my gums for over a decade, and I’m finally healing. Today the dentist said that I had “perfect” teeth! Everyone at Great Expressions has been nothing but helpful and courteous and kind. Update 2025: the employees and doctors often change but honestly this is still the best dentist office I have ever been to. My teeth are by far the healthiest they’ve ever been.

Negative experience: Everything went on smoothly until my hygienist started using a very painful method to clean my teeth without explaining the procedure to me ahead of time. No warning was given or permission sought. The pain was excruciating so i had to stop her before she killed my teeth. She called it ultrasonic cleaning when i asked. In the future, i cannot have anybody use ultrasonic cleaning on my teeth again ever: I personally cannot recommend this harsh type of cleaning to anybody as a matter of fact.

Fantastic experience: I recently just started going here because I had changed my insurance and needed an in network office. I had a cleaning last month and it was a good experience. Usually everyone dreads the dentist cleanings but I didn’t feel as if there was unnecessary aggressive stabbing and it was a comfortable cleaning. I received a filling today and it was my first time being numbed and I don’t do well with needles nor dentists altogether. But he broke down each step and communicated exactly what he was doing in the process and it was absolutely painless. Being able to anticipate the next steps alleviated my anxiety of the whole process. Would absolutely recommend this office to anyone looking for comfortable services!
