Fantastic experience: Dr. Bui is very thorough and pays attention to my pain level. It was really the most pleasant dental specialty experience I have had. And I have had a long and complicated history with my teeth.

Positive experience: Had a failed root canaled tooth #20. Stabbing jaw pain. Staff and surgeon were very nice, and thoroughly professional. Cost was $550 (no insurance), 10 minutes. Bankrupted me for 2 months budget, lots of soup in the pantry. My procedure was uncomplicated and feel bamboozled by the cost. Folks, shop around! I didn't, and paid the price.

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom teeth removed all four yesterday and I was pretty nervous about the whole thing especially with the Sedation. As soon as I sat down I had a lovely conversation with Jocelyn , she explained everything well and then receptionist Diana came in who was very lovely!! Dr.Bui is such a nice person also has a great sense of humor. Once they injected the sedative they got me ready and I was out what felt like a minute was an hour and 30 minutes. Diana and Jocelyn then helped me to my mother explained everything. I honestly loved the team work and how they made me felt so comfortable. Thank you all !! Especially Dr.Bui who did a fantastic job.

Dr. Bui was incredibly gentle from the numbing process all the way through the procedure, which made me feel so much more comfortable. Amie was also amazing, she was very informative and always knew how to calm me down anytime I felt anxious. Their kindness, patience, and professionalism truly made a difference. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: OH. MY. GOD! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I went a week ago for a consultation-Dr.Bui did a wonderful though exam of my teeth and even my tongue! Then today I had 2 teeth pulled-he is wonderful with the IV,I felt no pain,and his nurse-I believe-is Amy......OMG I LOVE HER! I even asked her if she'll be with me for the extractions. She's so happy and that made me feel so much more comfortable! And the way they now do teeth extractions has come along way! Next time I see my dentist I want to talk to her about dental implants and if she thinks it's a good idea I'm starting the process with Dr.Bui! I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone! UPDATE-Second time going back today for another tooth extraction! I will definitely NOT trust any other surgeon except Dr.Bui! Today went fabulously and I was calmer than my first visit! Sedation went so great I don't remember falling asleep! When Amy woke me up-we were done! I felt almost no soreness after-very very tiny bit. I am VERY pleased again about Dr.Bui's work and Amy's kindness.

Fantastic experience: Went in for extraction. Clean office and warm greetings upon arrival. Assistant surgeon, Erika, was great in both answering questions and being a type of comforter with good conversation while waiting for novocaine to take effect. Doctor was very experience, professional and kind. He took that took in less than five minutes and in one peace. Afterwards, was given detailed instructions (oral and written) for care. I thought they were excellent oral surgeons.. both of them. Would highly recommend taking even a child there.

Positive experience: The process did go smoothly but I felt rushed the whole time. I was trying to talk to some of the workers/doctor. They did not want to give me the time of day. They will not give your wisdom teeth back after they are removed, which I find very odd as well.

I automatically felt as if I was in good hands from the moment I met the rest of the team. Unfortunately this was my second visit. Fantastic experience: Excellent work today, had my wisdom tooth removed, thinking about going here for an implant in the near future, the staff were great and welcoming. Special thanks to the assistant Amie, she is very knowledgeable, consistently made sure I didn't pass out and did a great job making sure the broken teeth in my mouth were getting tucked up, she made me feel very comfortable. Also huge props to the dentist for pulling that tooth with 4 roots, very driven man and highly efficient. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: Was relieving to get my extractions scheduled and completed so quickly, after struggling for a year to find availability/providers that still accepted new MassHealth patients. Procedure was done within an hour, and despite my innate medical anxiety I felt supported. Recovery has been very smooth.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about my experience here today. I went in absolutely terrified and in a lot of pain, and from the moment I was brought back, Erica and Dr. Bui were patient, kind, calm, and even genuinely funny, which mattered more than I can explain. I was very anxious and admittedly dramatic, and neither of them ever rushed me, dismissed me, or made me feel embarrassed for struggling. Erica was incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout, and Dr. Bui took the time to explain things, check in with me constantly, and move at a pace I could handle. Their professionalism paired with real human empathy made all the difference. We were able to remove two severely decayed molars today, and even though I couldn’t manage a third, I still left feeling cared for, respected, and relieved. This was a hard day for me, and they handled it with so much patience and compassion. If you’re scared of dental work or have anxiety, this is absolutely the place to go. I’m beyond grateful to Erica and Dr. Bui for getting me through something I’ve been dreading for months.

Negative experience: I have with your badness already. I went there for an appointment. I have been set for almost a month. Made an appointment to get top teeth removed. I can’t do local anesthesia so I will have to be put to sleep. They would not give me any type of sedation when your agreement was that they would because of my anxieties tried to explain that I would pass out with local anesthesia did not want to take that into consideration.

Fantastic experience: Let's be real honest, no one wants to have to go to the oral surgeon. No one! But, if you need to this is the place to go. I had a pretty nasty infected tooth and was referred to Crompton Park Oral Surgery. I've had teeth pulled before but I've always had issues afterwards. This was the very first time I've woken up the next day with zero pain. I can't thank them enough! Dr. Bui and his assistant (I forget her name but she was amazing!) were so kind and patient with me. Hopefully the need never arises again, but if I need an oral surgeon I would 100% go back to them.

Fantastic experience: I needed a painful tooth pulled and I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the next day! I came in and the receptionist who was very nice and professional. The nurse Amie was amazing explaining everything etc. the doctor was also amazing. They made sure I was totally number and explained everything. I know for sure I will be coming there if and when I need another pulled. The other place I went before was such a horrible experience so driving 35 mins is worth it in my opinion. Fantastic experience: I had excruciating pain in 3 teeth. Got a referral for CPOS same day as seeing dentist. I was only in the building for about 90 minutes and half of that time was spent filling out paperwork and talking to staff. No pain during the surgery, local anesthesia worked great! Felt wonderful post-surgery because the anesthesia was still active. Didn't feel pain until a few hours after getting home. Nurse Lisa and Doctor Bui were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone with MassHealth who needs emergency oral surgery!!

Fantastic experience: Went in today for consultation and X-rays. X-rays were done in 30 seconds of my entire mouth! Usually they put that hard metal piece in your mouth, tell you to bite down and repeat that process several times. Not here, they have a machine that circles your head and in 30 seconds they have the X-rays of your entire mouth. Very nice, informative and professional *****UPDATE***** So, went back in on 11/4 to have 13 teeth extracted, many of them impacted below the gum line. I opted to be knocked out (no way was I gonna listen and feel the cracking, breaking, pulling of 13 teeth out of my skull). I got in the chair, they gave me the anesthesia ….i woke up in zero pain, and went home. As I write this 2.5 days later, the pain and discomfort is gone. I have no swelling or bruising either. They made this whole experience a breeze. If you are looking for the right place to get your dental work done…..look no further! I NEVER write reviews but I am so happy with this team…. making the horrible work that I had to get done as pleasant as I could have imagined.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this office and everyone in it. Everyone is nice and very helpful. I had a tooth extracted yesterday and Lisa was my nurse. She was amazing. She helped me with my anxiety and was able to keep me calm. She went above and beyond. Let me sit for a few extra minutes to calm even though they were closing. Fantastic experience: I want to note the loss of a provider in Worcester who served a particularly vulnerable population and is no longer able to see CCA members. This represents a significant gap in access to comprehensive dental care, including surgical services. It seems both reasonable and in the best interest of CCA members to rectify any outstanding $$$ issues with that caregiver and ensure they are compensated for prior work, as well as to facilitate future care. Ensuring access to these critical services is essential for community health and continuity of care. These are dedicated professionals who deserve to be compensated for their work. It is critical that the responsible authorities ensure insurance programs do not undermine or shortchange providers in the City of Worcester who serve communities with essential healthcare needs. Addressing any outstanding $$$ issues and facilitating future care is in the best interest of members and the community.☮️
