Fantastic experience: Dr. Anna Ross made my son comfortable and she was so friendly. She motivated him to take better care of his teeth in such a kind fashion!! She’s a win!

Fantastic experience: The whole team was incredibly patient and kid friendly. Best dental experience ever honestly. They walked us through everything step by step in a way that was appropriate for my daughter to understand and not feel afraid. She left feeling confident and happy and even dare I say excited to go back! They have a Nintendo in the waiting room and kid friendly books. They also have a little prize machine for after the visit.

Negative experience: I choose this place for all the great reviews. But honestly I wonder if that's even real? The Drs might be good but I can't not accept the total rudeness of the front desk staff. So rude and with a terrible attitude. I got a call back from them 3 weeks after leaving a message and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I'm not taking my child to this place to be traumatized.

Fantastic experience: Love Love Love everyone at this Dentistry and Orthodontist. Dr Ana has been incredible with all 5 of my kids. Her bedside manner is very patient and soft spoken. 1 of my kids had a fear of heights and leaning back on the chair was incredibly difficult. But with time and patience she loves visiting Dr Ana and her team. 2 of my kids needed braces. Very easy straight forward process because everything is done in house. The receptionists are so kind. They make everything so easy and communication is top notch. Again I really dont have anything negative to say. Very family friendly crew. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had such a great experience here! From the moment we walked in, it was the most child-friendly dental office we’ve ever been to. My daughter Lylah is 6 and has been afraid of the dentist in the past, but this time her fear completely disappeared because of how kind and gentle the staff was. They even made a cute welcome sign for her as a new patient, which was such a sweet touch. Everyone made her feel comfortable and supported, and we never felt judged at all. We’re so grateful and definitely recommend this office to any parent with a nervous kiddo!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly, nice and clean waiting room. Has a little play area and game system for kids to play while you wait. The staff are friendly and so sweet. My daughter has a cleft palate and is very nervous when cleaning her teeth. The staff is so patient and nice and with some distraction get it done fast. Team is very organized and never had an issue. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Update: My son is now 7yo and had his first filling today. Dr Matt is amazing with kids! He had my son perfectly calm the entire time. He broke things down so he could understand. My son was nervous at first but Dr Matt had his comfortable the entire visit. I have to say as a parent, I was really relaxed as well! Fears conquered! So patient! So kind! Still a superhero getting rid of the sugar bugs! We met with Sarah and Dr Matt for the first time today! My 3yo was a little shy at first but Sarah had him laughing within minutes. He had his first cleaning without any tears. Honestly he was laughing and giggling most of the time. Then Dr Matt came in to examine him. My son was shy for a moment and then felt completely comfortable. Dr Matt was really thorough and informative. Can't wait for our next visit! LOL I may have told my son that Dr Matt is a superhero that saves him from the sugar bugs! Thanks for playing along, Dr Matt!

They are all so kind, patient and skilled. Recently, they worked wonders fixing my oldest child’s chipped front teeth and the results were amazing. The orthodontics team has been equally wonderful. We’ve had such a positive experience with my youngest’s retainers and braces. Their modern equipment and attention to detail really make a difference. The staff continue to be exceptional in all parts of the office! My husband loves taking our kids; he knows that the service will be conducted with utmost care, and total efficiency. He is always able to get our kids to school just about at their start time, and zoom right off to work. That's clutch for any busy parent. Check in is a breeze, and check out always involves a considerate scheduling of the next cleaning. When I called to ask about how our daughters appt went, I was given assurance and details from an incredibly gifted office assistant. She took my call and questions seriously,and was an on valuable help to me. I understood far more than I would if my husband had given me the report. We know that our kids are always psyched for the epic prize collection, too. Keeping their "eyes on the prize" definitely wards off any dental angst they may feel. We look forward to the next appt. Fantastic experience: My daughter (22 months old) had her first appointment here today and it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. We had previously visited another pediatric dentist this past fall and felt like the appointment was rushed and that the hygienist lacked the patience it takes to work with little ones. Today’s visit exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so kind and cheerful! The office itself was immaculate. Our hygienist, Gabby, was so sweet and patient with my daughter. We saw Dr. McGary and he was wonderful and so down to earth. I am so, so glad we decided to make the switch to this office!

Im happy with their service and dealing with children on the spectrum..they are on the top of list. The whole group are fantastic. Happy, courteous and fantastic with the kids!

Negative experience: Trying to call to notify my daughter isn't feeling well and can't make her appointment today. Machine needs message taking ability its the 21st Century or someone to change setting/answer phone. Machine says office opens at 730am. Time now 746am Tuesday October 10th 2023. Kaley will not be there today. This post serves as notice.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else, when my insurance changed and they were no longer a covered provider, we still stayed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Paul and his staff in the orthodontics do a fabulous job. They are warm and friendly and have patiently supported our child through anxiety about orthodontics. We are very pleased with the whole team and highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Made an appointment and unfortunately we missed it, keep in mind we have never been here before so I have never canceled on them before, I asked to reschedule because something important came up that we couldn’t miss and they told me no you can’t reschedule because you missed the first appointment. So I asked does that mean I can never reschedule again so my son can’t be seen ever? And they said yes. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible way to run a business.

I have a child with sensory processing disorder and autism and they are great with him, staring us off on regular visits to desensitize and create a routine. They are so patient and explain everything! My daughter has had braces for a year now and the changes to her smile are amazing! Everyone there knows us, and we are always treated with kindness. 10/10 would recommend anyone with kids to bring them to Lahair & Gallagher.

Fantastic experience: Our dentist referred my 8 year old son here because he unfortunately has a few dental issues. From the momement I called, I knew we were in good hands. Dr. Anna and her staff are phenomenal. They made my son so comfortable. I was very impressed with their knowledge and recommendations. They were able to get my son's orthodontist on the phone while we were there to make sure everyone was on the same page with my son's extractions. This practice is a friendly, genuine, and a great place for pediatric dental needs!

Their level of care and compassion is atypical of the Healthcare industry today.
