Fantastic experience: Easy to schedule. Appt started on time and went smoothly. Michelle was her normal pleasant self and professional.

Negative experience: because of this visit, I switched dentists. The hygienist didn't even clean my teeth at all just appalling.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this practice for 4 or 5 years at this point and have no complaints. But I’m leaving this review specifically to say that Cara Walls is the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. She is so funny and kind and really good at setting me at ease. She talks me through everything she’s doing and somehow makes a really not fun process as easy as can be.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fuller is the nicest dentist I have ever had! He explained options to me was compassionate about my insecurities with my teeth and assured me I would smile again with confidence! Well, I’m smiling for every picture now! I always took care of my teeth but with age and lack of finances I felt doomed! When I met with Dr. Fuller he sent me to Kelly and said we will make this happen! I slash’s I doubt it my credit is poor and I filed bankruptcy 2 years ago. They said you come in we will take care of you! They found the financing and even trusted me enough to finance the balance through them interest free for one year! 7 beautiful individual crowns front teeth from canine to canine ! When they handed me the mirror at the end of everything I couldn’t believe it! Beautiful and stunning my smile was back! The most beautiful part was the smile on Dr. Fullers face when he saw me look at my new smile! He was genuinely so happy for me! It’s not about money with him, it’s about changing lives for the better! Thank you so much Dr. fuller!

Negative experience: This place is sketchy… it seems to be a shared sentiment in other reviews that they gouge their patients for money. I have been generally underwhelmed with the quality of their dental work. One crown I had put in broke in five years, and the other only last three years. I am so distrustful of this establishment, that I decided to go elsewhere to have both crowns replaced, despite the fact that one of them would still be covered under warranty and Shrewsbury Dentistry would have replaced it at no cost. I would urge the people who have left positive reviews to come back in a few years and see how their dental work has held up…

Fantastic experience: Who would have thought visiting a dentist could be a pleasant experience? Shrewsbury Dentistry was the best for me, a 68 yr old. Dr Mwangi was very thorough in her examination and explanations of the options to fix my teeth. Very pleasant and attentive. Exact same can be said of Sabrina who went over costs of my treatment plan and alternative plans. Very pleasant, thorough, and patient to answer all my questions. This place has good vibes. Thumbs up from me.

Fantastic experience: this is the best dentist i have ever been to. as someone who did not grow up in a household that prioritized the dentist and grew a huge fear of the dentist, Shrewsbury Dentistry has completely changed my mindset. all of their staff are so friendly and really prioritize your comfort. i love how transparent they are with pricing and breaking everything down for you. i recently had an emergency with one of my teeth cracking and they got me in the next day and took care of everything with ease. i really appreciate the entire team, shoutout to them - i truly recommend everyone to come here.

Fantastic experience: Needed someone to perform a root canal or an extraction. In severe pain when I called. I explained that my insurance coverage was not good and that I had poor credit. The woman on the phone said be here within an hour we will get you out of pain today. When I arrived I was introduced to Dr Schroff and Kelly, his assistant. They immediately assessed the situation, explain to me the best option, pain wise, financially, and to quickly resolve the situation. Their kindness and professionalism was outstanding. The decision on which procedure was made the office staff, Sabrina and others, fit me into a financial program that I could afford without huge monthly pressure. I can't tell you how blessed I feel to have met these people and to now have a new doctor and dental office. It was the exact opposite of what I expected and cannot recommend them highly enough. They were sent from heaven that day for me and I am grateful.

They always listen to my concerns and thoroughly keep me informed during my dental care and treatment. The dental assistant Kelly is also a delight. I loved speaking with her and she’s a great listener.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this office has been beyond disappointing. The office manager was the most rude, dismissive, and attitude-driven front desk employee I have ever encountered. Every interaction felt confrontational instead of supportive — which is the last thing you need when dealing with dental pain. I paid $1,500 for a crown on a tooth that was clearly infected. Instead of resolving the issue, the tooth was capped and I endured three months of ongoing pain. That crown ultimately failed, and the unresolved infection led to me needing a root canal — which cost me an additional $800+. When I reached out for help or any accountability, there was zero willingness to work with me. No flexibility. No ownership. No compassion. Just billing policies and payment demands. I was told over the phone “we will work with you financially” only to be met with the full cost of the root canal! This practice makes sure they secure their money before treatment even begins, but patient care and long-term outcomes do not appear to be the priority. I felt like a dollar sign, not a patient. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions, get second opinions, and advocate for themselves before committing to treatment here. I just paid my balance in full and transferred to a local, family dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Schroff is my hero, he and Assistant Katie saw me for an emergency and had me fixed and back out the door in record time. Everyone here is incredible, and anxiety free

Positive experience: Long wait for dentist. Pushed expensive treatments. Money is very limited for me. Fastest cleaning I ever had.

Negative experience: Worst dentistry service. Wouldn’t give them a star if possible but want to share my experience. They are a very money-minded clinic. I showed up for my first checkup. The dentist came and spoke to me about how I need tooth extractions, deep cleaning, bone engraftment and all kinds of procedures. She said the receptionist will come and discuss finances with you. The receptionist came back with a ~$3000 estimate after insurance. Moreover, kept insisting me that I should get going with cleaning right away (same visit) or else the insurance wouldn’t cover the cost. I asked her if I can get a basic cleaning done first. That should be free of cost per my coverage but I was told that the dentist has other appointments and so we can’t do it today. Didn’t make any sense. I mentioned about the costs being too high. She didn’t let me talk to the dentist again to discuss possible options. Just kept pushing me to start asap or the prices might go up. All unnecessary stuff. Guess what- I went to Gentle Dental and they did the same ‘suggested procedures’ for $350 over three visits. Including extraction, deep cleaning and one round of filling.

Negative experience: Has a finance person come in during your session to explain costs on a screen. It’s a bit weird and confusing, literally in the middle of the appt while you’re in the chair. You’re trapped. It’s on you to be clear if you just want a cleaning and expect to walk out WITHOUT a bill. They do everything they can to bill you. They do add-ons to the cleaning that make no sense…example: Cancer screening- you can pay extra to have the dentist evaluate your mouth for any cancer. Couldn’t they simply look and tell you free of charge if you look seriously ill? Another example: Floride- you can have them apply fluoride at the end which is wore for an hour or so then is supposed to come off. But it doesn’t come off, you have to scrape the stuff off, and even then it doesn’t all come off for hourS. This was an up charge I was suckered into, not knowing it would cost out of pocket. They intentionally don’t mention these services “will cost you out of pocket today, they are not free”. What medical office charges their patents? Super red flag.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mwangi is outstanding both in her ability and communications style. She is professional, respectful and receptive to hearing what the patient has to say. The staff is open to any and all questions as well. As someone with a negative experience at a different practice, I would strongly recommend this dentist. And they have all of the great equipment, including that same day crown printer and a 360 degree imager.

Fantastic experience: Shrewsbury dentistry was such a great experience. I have had very painful experiences with a previous dentist that left me afraid for years to visit a new one; however, upon entering Shrewsbury dentistry for a new consultation, I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. All of the staff were so kind, understanding of my previous experiences, and walked me through each step of the consultation all the way to recommendations. They have advanced technology and screenings and They even completed some of the needed work on my 1st visit, pain free!! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and I felt so cared for the entire time. Thank you to Dr. Mwangi, Sabrina, and Cara especially for making this such a wonderful experience and for changing my outlook on dentists!! I can’t believe I can say I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Nalin is incredibly kind and professional, making me feel at ease throughout the entire visit. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional. Not only did Nalin do a fantastic job with my cleaning, but also ensured I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. I would rate Nalin a solid 10 plus if I could—truly above and beyond the usual standards of care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental hygiene services! Allie, explained my bill clearly and answered my questions. She is A professional ray of sunshine. So wonderful to have a good experience at Shrewsbury dentistry.

Negative experience: This dentist is a scam artist. He preys on vulnerable patients by exaggerating or outright inventing problems, and then pressures you into expensive and unnecessary treatments. He told me my fillings would “eventually” turn into crowns no matter what — which is nothing but a scare tactic. Healthy fillings can last for years if they’re done properly and taken care of. I’ve since read other reviews where patients described the same thing: he “shakes you down” by saying you’re going to have “major problems” unless you agree to his recommendations. That’s not patient care, that’s manipulation. It makes me angry that he is allowed to continue practicing like this. If you check his Yelp reviews, they’re even more telling than the cherry-picked Google reviews. It’s obvious he only pushes satisfied patients with no issues to leave feedback, which gives a biased and misleading picture. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and proper care — not fear tactics and money grabs. People need to start speaking up, reporting him, and holding him accountable.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr. Schroff today, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Schroff was amazing—he took the time to carefully examine me and outlined a clear treatment plan. His assistant, Katie, was quick and efficient with my FMX and other scans, making the process seamless. Being a new patient can feel intimidating, but the front desk team, especially Kelli, made me feel so welcome. She even came into the room to walk me through the costs of my treatment, which I really appreciated. I was also fortunate that Dr. Schroff had time to begin my treatment the same day. During the procedure, his chairside assistant, Nastassia, did a fantastic job assisting and finishing up when Dr. Schroff stepped out. Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my experience at Shrewsbury Dentistry and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dental office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Logronio and Katie were extremely nice and thorough with explaining everything that was happening during my X-rays and exam. I felt very comfortable there. Also got the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time from Cara, the hygienist!

Fantastic experience: I won't tell you how long it's been since I've seen a dentist, partly because I'm embarrassed and partly because I can't remember. I finally decided "it's time" and got brave enough to schedule the appointment. I love that I was able to do everything online and didn't have to waste time on the phone or hope to call when they were available. When I got to the office everyone was very friendly. Since it was my first visit we started with x-rays. They were very thorough and the dental assistant who did the x-rays was very sweet and gentle-unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Dr. Schroff reviewed my x-rays with me and then examined my mouth which was painless and quick. He suggested I get a deep clean, I think they called it scaling. They were able to get me in for that the same day! Before starting, Caitlin came to talk to me about the cost and financing options. She was very informative and patient. I was worried the cleaning was going to be painful but it wasn't bad at all! They applied topical numbing cream making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Jocelyn did my cleaning and she was gentle and thorough. When she finished the cleaning she used a laser to help treat my gums and it has helped tremendously. I got rebooked the same day for my next cleaning and left with a treatment plan that didn't feel overwhelming and is completely manageable. The entire time I was there I felt welcomed and comfortable. If I had any questions they were answered clearly. I didn't feel like they were trying to sell anything which has been my experience at other offices in the past (hence putting off going for so long). I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist, whether you're regular or it's been a while.

Fantastic experience: I am almost 76 years old and I have had a lot of dental work done through out my adult life. In all of the years and the dental procedures that I have had, I have never seen such professionalism or so much efficiency as I experienced in the office of Dr Fuller at Shrewsbury dental. Their skill , customer satisfaction, honesty and reasonable rates are astounding. Nothing I have experienced anywhere else even comes close. I wish that I had found them years ago. I don't believe there is any other dentist who could be better. This office is better than excellent.

Negative experience: Beware-This dentist office shakes you down. I have very high coverage and walk out of the office regularly with huge bills because of scare tactics around “deep pockets” and “issues” with old fillings that need crowns, etc. I have gotten second and sometimes third opinions and usually this stuff is completely unnecessary and just an opportunity for them to inflate the bill. This has also happened to my son that moved to this office for a few years and every time he would go without me -they would put a ton of optional add on services in front of him with scare tactics that he is going to have major issues. None checked out when he returned to his old dentist. I am convinced when they see high coverage they milk the insurance for as much as they can get and then they use these tactics to get more- This dentist gives other dentists a bad name. Additionally- the front office staff is incredibly rude and needs to take a course in customer service. I have moved my business to another local dentist that is much more ethical.

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in over 5 years. The dentist gives me horrible anxiety. When I came here I just wanted to walk out the door. The girls at the front greeted me so well and made me feel so welcome. On top of it Allie and Sabrina told me they were the same and there is nothing to be scared of it took some of the stress off my shoulders. Dr.Schroff was my doctor and needless to say he made me feel so safe in the chair. It truly felt like I was not even at the dentist with how comfortable I was he talked me through every single step of what needed to be done and heard my concerns. He didn't rush me and he actually listened. I had some work diagnosed that I definitely did not want to do. Money and just my anxiety. The team worked so well with me and what I needed done. Kelli went over all of the financials with me and I was able to set up a payment plan to pay for my work over time instead of all up front. I then called back because that night I ended up chipping a tooth! When calling I did find out that Dr.Schroff was on vacation, the manager Caitlin told me that Dr.Fuller was just as good and I took her word. Dr.Fuller was able to get me in same day and fix my tooth. He made me feel comfortable and let me take my time with the process he did not rush me! But to sum it up I highly recommend this place as someone who doesn't enjoy the dentist! Also shout out to all of the dental assistants and the hygienists that helped me along the way! You guys are all greatly appreciated!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has a HUGE fear of the dentist and has a history of panic attacks, I can’t recommend this place enough. I went 3+ years without seeing a dentist due to my fear of the dentist. My husband happened upon Shrewsbury Dentistry when he had an emergency situation and they were the only ones who would take him on such short notice. After his wonderful experience, he convinced me to see Dr.Fuller, and my only regret is not going sooner. Years of negative experiences and anxiety from other offices disappeared after my first visit. Kelly specifically was amazing through out my entire appointment — she was so kind and somehow made going to the dentist a fun experience for me. Michelle did my cleaning and I can’t say enough about how sweet and amazing she was. Every single person there was so compassionate, and there was no shaming for not having been to a dentist for so long. Dr.Fuller is an honest and trustworthy dentist, he did 3 fillings on me and it was honestly more comfortable than my past experiences with mere cleanings. This facility is way ahead of the game when it comes to technology, I was truly impressed. I could keep going but for the sake of time, I’ll keep it at that. 10/10 would recommend especially if you’ve ever had a negative experience at another dentistry.

Negative experience: The workers are professional and polite. However, going there will make you feel like you are at a car dealership. Their prices are incredibly high: I had to negotiate with them. They cut my price for care in half when I told them the original price was out of my budget.

Fantastic experience: I have had dental anxiety since I had some bad experiences as a child. This caused me to avoid the dentist for years unless there was a dental emergency. Under the care of the team here I have received incredible support that is allowed me to manage my anxiety And take care of my teeth. I cannot recommend Shrewsbury dentistry enough. Their team, from assistants like Katie and Lovetta, to their dentists like Dr. Schroff, everyone here is committed to their patients’ health and comfort.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely speaking, this is the best practice you could visit. Dr.Fuller and Dr.Schroff were great and made me feel important. I recommend this practice to anyone in the area. As you will feel the same way I did. Also shout out to the girls at the front who greeted me with a smile and made me forget I was at the dentist, the dental assistants and hygienists also made sure I was fully taken care of.

Fantastic experience: Brought my mother here with high dental anxiety and Dr. Schroff took such good care of her, he took time to explain everything and didn’t overwhelm her even though it had been quite some time since she had been to a dentist. The front desk knew about her coverage and made it easy!

Negative experience: I went here to get my wisdom teeth out. Surprisingly I was able to get an appointment the week that i called asking for a consultation. The staff were very nice and calming for a stressful situation. A couple days after the surgery I noticed that my pain kept getting worse. It was radiating up to my ears and my jaw felt like it had been broken. 6 days after my surgery, I went to visit the dentist again, as i assumed i had dry socket at this point. The doctor looked at me and confirmed that he did not see any signs of dry socket and prescribed me a second dose of opioids. Before leaving the room, his assistant asked me if i was ever given a syringe to clean my sockets in which i said no, she seemed surprised and gave me one. Before i left, the doctor said to give it a couple more days and if the pain doesn’t get better, to come back in. 5 days later i go to see him again. At this point he confirmed he saw some infection in my sockets and cleaned them out, but did not confirm dry socket. I was then prescribed antibiotics and another opioid. Luckily i was able to schedule an appointment with the surgeon and see him in the upcoming days. I ended up having to go to the ER that night to get a CT scan to make sure my jaw looked okay (while getting prescribed morphine which finally took away the pain that i have been having for 11 days at that point, and got prescribed a 4th opioid. The next day I finally saw the surgeon, where he diagnosed me with double dry socket. While getting injected with at least 8 needles to numb my mouth, he proceeds to tell my mother that oral birth control increases the chances of getting dry socket, which was not disclosed to us before the surgery. He asked me if the dentist had numbed my mouth the last time he had cleaned my sockets (in which i said no) and he made a face as if that was a bad decision. I ended up being out of work from the 4th to the 22nd. Overall, i have never been in more pain in my entire life, the doctors did not give me the right information and materials to properly heal from this surgery. Again, the staff were extremely sweet but the main dentist should’ve been able to detect the early signs of my dry socket.

Fantastic experience: Sabrina at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I was being taken care of. I arrived a little early and when other patients were taken before me; she came over to me to make sure I had checked in and then found out how long I would be waiting. She later checked my insurance to make sure the charges were correct. My hygienist, Nalin, was so kind, thoughtful and professional. She even gave me a tip to use my water pic in the shower to help keep my gums healthy. From the dentists to the front desk staff; I would highly recommend Shrewsbury Dental.

Positive experience: We loved this office but left. Insurance paid more than they anticipated, we paid our co pay up front. Took us 4 months to get the over payment back and we were not given the entire amount overpaid. Very disillusioned.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great experience here as a new patient! Checking in with reception was smooth, Jocelyn and Nalin were fantastic with making the X-rays and cleaning an absolutely painless process, and Robert was great at explaining how my dental health was doing. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to in my entire life. Full of money hungry people that don’t care about patient care and only lie to make money. I went in for a routine cleaning and left without ever receiving a cleaning and a three new appointments for things I “supposedly” needed which I explained I could not afford at this time and would like to call later to schedule but they insisted they have payment options and signed me up for this credit card that was supposed to have zero interest as long as it was paid within the time frame you choose -all lies. I got the credit card ur had an extremely high interest rate so I immediately cut it up and cancelled all my appointments. Now I have found out weeks later that they have applied a $700 balance to this card without my knowledge and charged my insurance like $1300+ for a visit I am not sure what they truly did other than xrays and telling me I need to see an oral surgeon. I will be reporting this place to the BBB

Negative experience: Ignore the positive reviews on this dentistry. This is a commercial outlet looking to upsell force unnecessary dental services that are not covered on conventional insurances without any disclosure. This happened to my spouse who went in for an annual deep cleaning and they forced several additional services on him without consent, leading to out of pocket expenses in excess of $700.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years, so I was nervous to go back to the dentist after not so good experiences with past practices. The dental assistant Katie and Dr. Ramani and the front desk helped with fully understanding everything they were doing during the X-rays, gum tests, and financially what to expect. They weren’t trying to nickel and dime me, and when it comes to follow-up needs they were transparent on a good timeline. Don’t hesitate to book with this team! They are wonderful.

Negative experience: I went to Shrewsbury Dentistry to get an implant done. The dentist performed the implant procedure even when the area was infected. They said it was okay to do it immediately after removing the infection. Because of this, the implant failed. After asking for a second opinion, I was told they should have removed the infection, waited, and then done the implant. I requested a partial refund, and they promised to go through with it. However, they ignored me various times when I asked about the status of the refund. They only took me seriously when I started the legal process to take them to court. The entire procedure cost $6,000.00 and now I need to wait over four months to try the procedure again somewhere else while waiting for the failed implant to heal. During this time, I’ll be without a tooth. If I’d never started the legal process, they would’ve never refunded anything and I would’ve gotten scammed. Please beware of Dr. Shawn Fuller, Dr. John Kounsalieh, and Caitlin Denault who gave me a hard time throughout the whole situation.

Fantastic experience: honest review! I've never had this experience in the Philippines, since I moved here I was hesitant to make any changes or procedures however I really need to do so I decided to search reliable clinic around the area. This clinic didn't disappoint me, Dr. John and Dr. Ramani's one of a kind. they make you feel comfortable and assure you that they know what they are doing. Staff are nice and welcoming, they even remember my name and my face even with mask on :D I admire this dental assistance who never left me during and after my surgery. she's amazing, idk her name, but she rocks. It's a bit expensive but I guess it's worth it since the facility is clean and nice, people too.

They greeted my wife and i, gave me a complete exam followed by detailed explanation as to my needs . They spent time setting up a treatment plan. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with Shrewsbury Dentistry this week...Dec 11. I found the staff to be friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had all of the usual first time visit procedures. My take away from this experience was...no pain! I was back again for another procedure on Thursday and have another visit on Saturday! No pain!! A special shout out to Cara and Sabrina...two lovely women who explained the procedure and billing. I highly recommend Shrewsbury Dentistry!

Negative experience: I made the mistake of choosing this clinic for my annual cleaning because of its convenient location, but it quickly became clear something wasn’t right—and their customer service confirmed it. If you want to be treated like a second-class citizen, this is the place for you. They’ll greet you with a smile, have you fill out four forms (where you might as well include your Social Security number), and force you to go through their mandatory X-ray and an exam. During this exam, they’ll “discover” three nonexistent cavities, insist you need braces, and recommend additional work to fix your teeth. The cherry on top? They’ll parade you like a trophy in their glass-walled room, fully visible to everyone passing by on their way to Whole Foods. Even if all you want is a basic cleaning, you’re required to go through their entire process. Their condescending tone might be slightly more tolerable thanks to their polite smiles, but trust me, it’s not worth it.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here the workers are great!! Nate made me feel very welcomed as he was doing my x rays. Dr Schroff was very nice and easygoing. Along with Katie and Michelle who helped me feel right at home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Cara, the RDH, provided the teeth cleaning for me. She is very patient and gentle and I can feel the difference compared to my previous experience. I had a good time in Shrewsbury Dentistry.

Positive experience: I had an excellent time with Jocelyn during my dentist appointment. She was able to complete my teeth cleaning without an issue. Also, Jocelyn managed to perform the dental laser on both my gums and teeth promptly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ramani gave me such more confidence in my care than the last dentist I went to. She was very competent, compassionate, and outstanding in her care. Rachel and Sabrina were also amazing, explaining things well, took care of me, and made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to being with them long term!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Shrewsbury Dentistry enough! Every experience I have had with their professional and courteous staff has been exceptional. This is my second appointment with Cara and she provided thorough and efficient care. She clearly prioritizes patient comfort during intensive procedures. Likewise, when it came to billing and insurance matters, Sabrina stood out for her clarity and professionalism. This always this always appreciated as she took out all the anxiety and guesswork that comes with these types of appointments. I suggest anyone looking for a new dentist should give them a call!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always had a good experience at my regular cleanings or getting the occasional filling over the last few years. Dr. Fuller and the other doctors here all do great work. I had my first crown installed recently and was walked through the procedure in detail and had all my questions (including about insurance and payment plans) answered thoroughly and very patiently by Jocelyn, Sabrina and Kelly. I really felt like they had my health, comfort and best interest at heart throughout the cleaning, X-rays, and procedure over a 4-hour period. Katie did a great job with my X-rays, and then I had my cleaning with Cara. I’ve always had super sensitive teeth, and cleanings in the past have been a struggle due to discomfort, but this time was completely different. Cara was not only incredibly gentle, but also exceptionally skilled and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time, taking extra care to avoid any sensitivity. She also gave me great advice on how to care for my teeth at home, which left me feeling much more confident about my dental health. Fantastic experience: I switched dentists after moving and going to the same dentist for over 15 years. I was nervous to switch but felt like I was in the best hands at Shrewsbury Dentistry, especially with Michelle Symonds as my hygienist. The office is clean, warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly helpful! Not only did Michelle make me feel at home, but I walked out of there with a new appreciation for simple cleanings because of the advanced technology they have there! Negative experience: I came in for a teeth cleaning which they never did. They put me in a room to wait for 1 hour. Then they did check my teeth, which they said they do before a cleaning, but this was not explained to me before my appointment. They then said i should get a retainer. So i had to wait one hour in the chair before they could do a mould of my teeth. After an hour they did a mould, messed it up, had to do it a second time. I was there past closing. The whole appointment took 3 hours. Then, i paid 300$ out of pocket for the retainer to be picked up when they call. I waited 2 months and kept calling the office to find out when my retainer would be done. Each time they said "in another week". Finally, after two months they admitted to me they lost the mould. They did issue my refund but this was a frustrating experience and my teeth never were cleaned. 3 hours wasted and no retainer. Theyre also far more expensive than other dentists ive been too. A laser cleaning treatment at my last dentist cost $250, this one was closer to $400.

Negative experience: People were nice and the office was clean but I always felt like they were trying to sell me a service on top of whatever is covered by insurance. The last straw was when they attempted to sell me a $700+ treatment. They almost got me but the office manager literally sounded like a salesman which give me a bad feeling. I decided to cancel the procedure last min and find a second opinion… and guess what.. they were wrong. I would not recommend this office.

Negative experience: Very clean / new location. BUT they are just WAYYY to profit driven. You come in for a simple consultation and end up leaving with a woman suggesting to remove 5 teeth from your teeth with NO anastessia so the price doesn’t scare you away! Totally wild how blatant their fear lingering sales tactics are. They need to retrain the staff to mask their greed and atleast try and make it seem that they care for what’s best for the patient. Soooo wild and disgusting. Very ambiguous business practices, try to scare you into removing your entire smile so they can rebuild it for thousands of dollars. IT FEELS LIKE A CAR SALESMAN NOT A DENTIST. The young Indian dental assistant or dentist is just way too obvious that she is pushing SALES not CARE. SMH you guys are exposing your hands way too soon. Poker 101 let’s take it back to the basics before you get exposed for some Wild stuff. I WILL ADD THAT THE ACTUAL SURGEON THAT THEY HIRE IS SUPER ON POINT AND PLEASANT. Everything else is in shambles. They didn’t even send my prescriptions to my pharmacy correctly or give me post op/dose instructions. Just so wild lol

Fantastic experience: I’ve had my fair share of dental nightmares, and my last tooth extraction was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. So, going into today’s extraction, I was filled with anxiety—sweaty palms and all. I was genuinely dreading it and even thought about backing out last minute. Thankfully, Dr. Robert Schroff changed the entire experience for me. From the moment he entered the room, Dr. Schroff was compassionate, calm, and completely reassuring. He took the time to ease my worries, and his gentle approach instantly put me at ease. I went from wanting to reschedule to feeling confident that I was in good hands. And I was right—he made the entire procedure so smooth that I didn’t even feel the tooth come out! Dr. Schroff, thank you for making what could have been a scary experience into something painless and stress-free. I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually not worried about future visits anymore.

They have a full team - specialists too - everything you need in one place with modern equipment. I was impressed with Caitlin and her team. They have their own in-house insurance which I took advantage of and she outlined a plan and different options on payment. Her team attended to my needs too. I'll be able to have all work done and peace of mind. The enironment is family friendly - I left feeling happy and recommend them to anyone seeking a new dentist.
