Negative experience: The ladies in the front and Firas are great. Yesterday I went in because my tooth hurts like hell, I dont even know who the dentist was as he came in quickly and didn't even introduce himself, he looked at his screen, quickly checked my tooth saying that he doesnt see anything and quickly dismissed me with a referral to an extraction office, like I went in there to get my tooth pulled because he was too busy to actually let me speak and ask some questions. Who even was that guy, accent and bald? Needles to say I'm all set with that place.

Negative experience: Worse place to to go. Always running behind. They made full implants on top for my mom. Lack of explanation .they took two moments and then he started no space even to explain what we are going through or time to translate For my mom because keep saying they know what she needs and no time. We came ten time to adjust the temporary one so she can eat . Final results the shape is horrible has big gap where is the food keep stacking over there. They keep saying its fine she will used to it. Plus tens time for adjustments because the implants weren’t even. Unprofessional at all . I don’t recommend the place to do implants. Update on 08/26/2025 Please read my review carefully ‏From the time the implants were placed on March 2023, my mother had to return to the clinic multiple times due to persistent pain. Despite her ongoing suffering, the clinic never scheduled professional cleanings or proper follow-up care. We maintained strict oral hygiene at home. Note: Dr urban who did implants never see my mom And Dr mazo who is not Specialist with implant he keep continue to see My Mom and estate nothing wrong with My Mom when he took the x-ray . Also, they send me a letter to my house to seek for another clinic instead of helping My Mom out.

Fantastic experience: I had been suffering from sharp tooth pain for a whole week. Today, I was finally able to see Dr. Mazo. He carefully examined my tooth, gave me effective anesthesia, removed the decay, cleaned the area, and placed a filling. The procedure was painless, and the relief was immediate. My tooth feels great now! I highly recommend this dental clinic, and especially Dr. Mazo. I will definitely return for future dental care.

Fantastic experience: My experience was amazing. I called with an emergency and 4 hours later I was in a chair. I’m petrified of the dentist and was calm the entire time without the need for drugs. First time in my life I didn’t need drugs to get into the dental chair. Pain free and happy!

Negative experience: Worst dental experience of my life – Stay away from Dr. Urban Two years ago, I brought my elderly mother (now 74 years old) to All Dental Westborough for treatment. Since then, she has been in constant pain, and we’ve had to return more than once — but what happened back then was shocking and unforgettable. We had an appointment, but we waited over an hour in the lobby and another 40+ minutes in the exam room while my mother was in pain. Dr. Urban finally showed up. I explained that my mother has memory issues and asked to stand by the door to help translate — he agreed. But during the procedure, he acted unprofessional, joking around with the assistant inappropriately, and suddenly told me to leave. I asked politely for just one minute to explain to my mother before I stepped out. Instead, he angrily ripped off his gloves and said, “I don’t have time for this,” then walked out in the middle of the procedure, with her mouth open and already injected with anesthesia. I went to ask for a written report, but KATHERINE, the office manager and her assistant MARINA refused and spoke in a rude and racist manner. I asked if another doctor could see my mom — they refused. I had no choice but to call the police. Only then did they finally give me the report, but they tried to flip the story on us and claimed the doctor “couldn’t continue because he was too emotional.” When the police asked to see security footage, they claimed they “had no access.” My mother left the office in worse condition, bleeding and without any explanation of what was done. We had already come back twice, and now we’re facing a third visit for the same unresolved issue. Today, we returned to the same clinic for the third time, but Dr. Urban refused to see my mother because of what happened two years ago! Meanwhile, my mother is in a critical condition — she hasn’t been able to eat for two days, she has high blood pressure, diabetes, and takes multiple essential medications. Our whole family is extremely worried about her health. We hold Dr. Urban fully responsible for all of this. If anything happens to my mother, it is on him. They rescheduled the appointment probably a different doctor — would see her next time. We truly hope this problem gets resolved. But honestly, if anything happens to my mother and they are responsible, I will expose them publicly on social media, take legal action, and file an official complaint with the state medical board.

Negative experience: I have been coming here since 2012. This is now an updated review of my experience with this dental office. They ask you to review them after every session, but after reading some of the recent reviews here, I know I'm not alone in how rushed you are. I have probably given this place 72K in the 12 years I've been a patient, and the lack of respect from the office staff to Dr. Mazo is evident. Dr. Mazo was super rushed into doing an impression for two implants, kept conveying to me to open my mouth wider, when if you're the doctor you should know the anatomy of my mouth, and if they actually looked at the multitude of paperwork that you always had to update, they'd see I have TMJ. I couldn't say anything to him because I had the impression stuck in my mouth which him and his assistant messed up the first try, then they did the second. Just slammed the plastic impression piece into my mouth, not even realizing that I have a build up of bone on one side. Now I'm reading from other reviews on here right now he's stating to individuals it's his practice that they can go. Well they can trust and believe that after May 31, that will be my last time. I know Dr. Lender used to be a co-owner, I know he's no longer working there because he's semi retired. But I would suggest that if Dr. Mazo is overwhelmed, then maybe hire on new doctors. I did see a dentist back in February for her to check something, she said she didn't see anything wrong. I had already seen a doctor saying nothing was wrong with a particular tooth there, but he wanted this new girl to check. When she didn't see anything she states to me she wants to have Dr. Mazo to look. She left me there for 20 minutes, waiting for him, who was with a client. Not to mention I waited 15 minutes for the first doctor. I guess they believe that only their time is valuable but not yours. The last straw was I had my husband get a consult. This dr stated he could probably save them but to see an endo somewhere else, because for some reason they can't keep an endo. I think I had one root canal there since 2012. Any other time I had to go to an endo in another town. When my husband went yesterday he was told by that dentist he could have two implants or two root canals. Since I handle the finances, and have had two root canals fail, one they just put an implant in, I conveyed to my husband that I'm not paying for teeth an older dentist of his years ago said were extremely bad then. He I stated the one his old dentist said was very bad should be an implant, because if a root canal failed him, I would not pay for an implant later on. When my husband called Amy today who seems to be rude a lot of the time, she stated to him she needed proof from the dentist that looked at his two teeth that she could show the perio here ...was not salvageable. I did email her myself after he texted me, and stated since when does a dentist decide what option you should choose? You're paying them either way. But she wanted proof that it didn't need a root canal. She didn't respond back to me about that, nor did I think she would. This place has gone completely downhill. They seem to overbook, they used to have two cosmetic dentists that were co-owners, now I don't know who they have, but yes if you desire to be rushed and have your mouth hurt after, surely utilize them. There's one doctor there that does a good job, anyone that has been there long enough will know who I'm talking about. Other than that, their assistant for cosmetic seemed like she really didn't care how you felt either, and forget the front desk staff. Bills me for 3000 which in all 12 years with no insurance I have paid them every time ...they know how huge my cases were, and I was told to bring the last 3K in when I got the teeth installed into the implants. So they got a check on the 30th, I don't need bills stating you are owed anything. I am owed teeth. At the same time, when I went in November and tried to pay the first 6000 in cash they were saying they couldn't take it just yet. Wouldn't recommend to anyone anymore.

Negative experience: I have been with this place for more than 25 years and never had an issue until today. I had a dental operation with Dr. Mazo today and the entire process was a rush and a mess. His assistant was not professional enough either, she kept using the pipe to suck on my tongue for many times and the big splash made my clothes soaking wet. Dr. Mazo accidentally cut my gum and chopped off a piece of tissue from it when doing the drilling. When I mentioned it to him after the operation was done, he was trying to deny it in the first place by saying “I only drilled the lower part and never touched the upper part so it was not me who caused it… besides, it will heal soon.” What?! And then he started to lose his temper after I showed him the wound. I told him that I was unhappy about today’s services and this was his answer: “I am the doctor here. Please leave my place right now.” So rude! Very disappointing! I wish I could give him a 0 star

It is hard to believe, but now I always look forward to the visits. It can be explained by high expertise and experience of the people that deal with me. Negative experience: I have been having many issues with my veneer and the dentist has no clue why it keeps falling off. I have been there almost 10 ten to get it fixed. I feel like he doesn’t like being asked questions as to why things are happening. He rushes and doesn’t explain things well. I have now experienced this brushing off with two dentists now. I have come to this place for a long time and my dental hygienist is great, but I am not happy when I am not explained to issues with my own teeth

Negative experience: My appointment was rescheduled without notifying me. I arrived on time but had to wait for 20 minutes while another patient was being treated. Why was my appointment rescheduled if you couldn't accommodate it? This happens all the time.

Negative experience: HORRIBLE experience! The Dr's have ZERO experience with patient comfortability. I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist so I made sure to mention it to the Dr and asked if he could give me extra novacaine just because my anxiety makes it wear off faster than normal and all he said to me was that he does what he wants to do which is very unprofessional and not considerate at all when it came to my comfortability level. Highly DO NOT recommend going to this dental office!!

Was also scheduled for a chipped tooth and a cleaning separately - but they decided to make one appointment instead….then ran out of time to do the cleaning.
