Fantastic experience: Great experience with all the associates. They are happy to help and answer all my questions. I've been with Dr. Deanne from the beginning and I follow her wherever she goes. Commonwealth Dental Associates has given me a great experience.

Fantastic experience: This office has been great! Jessica the manager got me in fast to see the dental hygenist. Connie the dental hygenist who I saw was so friendly and gentle. And first the first time my mouth didnt feel like it was attached when the cleaning was over because she was so gentle with it. Dr.Deane was also very nice during my consult as well was her DA with getting me ready for Clear Aligners. I would recommend the whole team!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. The dentist modified a decades-old existing filling to close a gap that used to get wedged annoyingly full of food. After the modification, I have had no trouble with trapped food. Things are much more comfortable now.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at my dental appointment today. The receptionist was very friendly. The dental assistant was super nice as well. Dr. Deane was incredible, thorough, kind and took her time without rushing. She also has a beautiful voice which puts you at ease. I am a needle phobic and I barely felt it. My hygienist Connie was wonderful also. She was so gentle, friendly and professional. Overall a top-notch experience! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care!

Fantastic experience: I had extensive work done: 3 crowns and two partial dentures. Throughout all of the numerous appointments I never felt any pain at all! The staff was always thorough, explained each step, and could not have been more pleasant! I would recommend this group to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Deane without hesitation. I’ve been a patient of hers for over 15 years and am so grateful for her professionalism, expertise, knowledge and support. I am anxious about dental work and she knows this about me and always is sure that I’m comfortable. She has a great sense of humor and puts me at ease with her calm manner, kindness and compassion. She always answers my questions thoroughly and makes sure that I’m informed and knowledgeable about any actions that may be taken. My family also are also patients of Dr. Deane as well. She and her staff are the best!

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience at this dental office. At one point, they almost extracted the wrong tooth instead of the one that actually needed treatment, and I had to stop them and question what they were doing. Later, after several of my teeth were filled, I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told that the fillings were poorly done. Some were not properly sealed and appeared incomplete, with possible gaps underneath. Unfortunately, every tooth that was treated ended up having issues again. To make matters worse, my insurance does not cover having the work redone by another dentist, which has left me frustrated and disappointed. As a result, I lost trust in the quality of care I received

Fantastic experience: Dr. Deane and her team are wonderful. Dr. Joy-Anne Deane is very professional, skilled, confident, and kind. I feel very comfortable under her care. The assistants I have met (Denise and Amy) are excellent as well, showing the same level of professionalism and kind interaction. I highly recommend this office and dental team.

Fantastic experience: My daughter (13) chipped her tooth at a game on Saturday over the holiday weekend. We showed up on the first open business day at 8 AM. They were very gracious about seeing her even though there were no appointments available. They were able to take care of it right away, even though we did not have an appointment and they were fully booked up. Everyone was very kind and professional. My daughter walked in full of anxiety and left smiling. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Fantastic experience: You did meet my expectations. Kathleen did a great job on the admin when I arrived. She called me the day before and everything was handled very well. Denise did a great job on the cleaning et al. She has a very good skillset. I would like her to continue as my hygienist in the future. Dr. Deane is simply the best. She has done significant dental work for me in the past, going back many years. I specifically sought her out and travelled over 1 hour to get to the Commonwealth Dental Associates office because of the quality of the work. BTW it is Da not De for the spelling. Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Commonwealth Dental Associates enough. I had a fear of the dentist for quite awhile, but my hygienist, Connie, has alleviated all anxiety. She was kind, patient, and made me feel so comfortable during my exam/cleaning. I am so grateful to her and will be continuing my dental care here!

Negative experience: The front desk was a disaster. When I called to make the appointment for my 88 year old mom. the lady confirmed checking the insurance and when I asked that if they accept the insurance, she confirmed on text that yes , all set. I went to the office today and she had us wait for an hour, calling insurance company and telling me that they don’t accept the insurance, saying that it is out of network. The Dr was v nice and I reported the totally unprofessional attitude of the front desk to her. I wish offices train the front desk staff so that it doesn’t cause inconvenience to the patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Deane and her team are the best. My daughter has severe dental anxiety and she is fully comfortable and knows she's in good hands when she sees Dr. Deane for a procedure. She is very thorough, does great work and makes sure she explains everything to my daughter and even makes sure to go over regular dental care tips so she knows what to do and how. She's amazing.

From the front counter staff to the dental assistant to the hygienist, all were happy, friendly and abundantly helpful. Dr. Deane has a warm demeanor and an obvious wealth of knowledge. I waited for all of 2 minutes to be seen after arriving and was in & out for my x-rays, cleaning and consultation in just over an hour. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was cozy. So happy that my Google search led me here! I highly recommend Commonwealth Dental.
