Fantastic experience: My family has been going to Dr. Phillips for several years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are kind and competent. I always learn something from the hygienists. The office is clean and well run. I recently called with a concern about my son’s teeth and we were seen the next day with all concerns addressed.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Dr. Dan (Phillips). The office staff was very accommodating when I mixed up my appointment time and fit me in anyway. They were friendly and professional. The hygienist was excellent. She was gentle and efficient. My teeth feel great. Dr. Dan is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try and sell me services I don't need and there was no wait time. I am definitely going to stay with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I took two of my neighbors to Dr. Phillips for their appointments. Then I noticed many of my neighbors also went to him. So I changed to his practice and am very happy I did! Dr. Phillips made a partial for me and it fits perfectly. I've had cleanings there. I have more work to be done and am totally confident in the right outcome. Ok...10/5/26...back to Dr. Phillips for a new full upper plate. Phenomenal fit! I got it today...it's like I've always had it! I hesitated going to any dentist after my last one in Pittsford took me for a ride. But I thank GOD for this experience. I am set for many years to come! I am Blessed! Thank you, Dr. Phillips and staff! He is gifted and talented in his field. I am grateful to my neighbors.

Marcie was very gentle and Dr. Phillips actually spent some time in conversation with me during the appointment. Parking is right outside the door and the waiting room bright and clean. Staff know how to deal with dental insurance. I am very pleased to move to this practice.

Fantastic experience: As someone who had not been to a dentist in far too long (and, as such, expected to be judged for my oral transgressions), I cannot recommend this place enough. All I remembered were dentist visits from my youth, and I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Everyone is super friendly - but more importantly - competent. I've had three visits so far, with a fourth scheduled. This is the only dentist office that makes me feel like my time is valuable, and I will go nowhere else.

I broke my tooth on a Friday but he was out of town for his birthday and would be coming back Saturday, he offered to come in on the weekend to make sure I was ok. Fantastic experience: I was having terrible pain in a tooth and at the time Dr. Dan and his entire staff were off. But he got me in the very next morning for a root canal that was absolutely pain free . Dr. Dan and his entire staff are sooo very friendly and nice to deal with !!!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I broke an older cap eating a grape. This was not enough though as our 28 year old washing machine broke too. I called Dr Phillips and he set me up with appointment today. Once again I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and friendliness of each and every person in the office……. From the women at the front desk to each nurse the helps getting my tooth ready for a new cap. They are all amazing. Dr Phillips is terrific. He is great to chat with and is very effective and efficient getting my tooth ready for the new cap. He is terrific and I like him very much. Another great experience at the dentist’s office.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Dr. Phillips with an emergency dental problem. The staff got me into the office the same day and Dr. Phillips did an evaluation. It was determined that I needed a root canal and an extraction done. Dr Phillips made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure and that my pain was well managed afterward. The staff is very attentive and kind. They also make sure that your wait time is very short. We are very thankful to everyone in this office for a great experience.
