Fantastic experience: The whole office is exceedingly professional, and Claudia made my teeth feel cleaner than they've ever been--without any pain. She's lovely to have as a hygienist, and everyone in the office is just as nice.

Fantastic experience: Approximately Mid-April I will have completed my dental experience with Dr. Zahavi. This has been A+ from the first visit walking into his practice. The entire staff is professional, gracious and makes one feel at ease. Dr. Zahavi moves with ease and patience, concerned for your comfort & taking time to explain what to expect (and in my case what I did not expect) …… after the extraction, in prep for my Implant, Dr. Zahavi was greeted with an abscess that took a wee bit of extra time removing. Fantastic experience: As far as dental procedures go, this has been a very good experience for me. I have two implants installed by Dr. Thomas Zahavi. I have no reservations about recommending his services to others. He and his staff are very professional and personable. He gives thorough and clear explanations. Though the work he performs can be painful, I was put at ease by the he way he performed with such care and concern. The staff are also very knowledgeable and caring. I was surprised when after my procedure Dr. Zahavi called me days later to check up on me. That made me feel confident that I made the right choice in dentists.

Fantastic experience: I had a molar implant done and it was simply the most painless procedure I have ever had. After surgery I never experienced pain or swelling. Before surgery I was simply terrified at the mere thought of drilling into the upper mandible. Dr Zahavi has magical hands. I was not in pain during or after procedure. I hope he lives to a 100 and does not retire till he is 99 so that I can keep going to him lol. Truly best periodontal surgeon ever

Negative experience: the price is higher than others and they don't work with any insurance. WHICH makes the claim processing so long. Worst periodontist in Rochester, Zahavi never answered patient questions call and the office claim to insurance is very difficult! If possible, please avoid Zahavi and this office for your health!

Fantastic experience: Removing my tori with Dr Zahavi was a good experience. The removal and recovery was an easy process. After the surgery, I was able to breathe better and my speech was normal again. Glad I had the procedure that I had been putting off. Wonderful staff to help ever step of the way!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Zahavi and his excellent office staff made my grafting procedure as easy as it could be. I can’t sugar coat this, periodontal surgery is not a pleasant experience, it’s a bit frightening and it hurts - a lot. My regular dentist recommended Doctor Zahavi and I’m glad he did. Doctor Zahavi is a gifted surgeon, soft spoken, comforting and kind. He has surrounded himself with skilled professionals. Together they worked seamlessly to guide me through the phases of my treatment from initial assessment through final surgery and post-op. They are the best.

I can’t say enough about him and his team- I had an implant and they explained everything in great detail, including recovery, pain management, cost, and time frame. (It’s a process.) Fantastic experience: I recently had a tooth extraction (that I was very nervous about because I fear going to the dentist), but Doctor Zahavi made me feel as comfortable as possible and took his time to explain everything to me beforehand. I have to say that during the surgery, Zahavi and his team made me feel more comfortable in extracting my tooth than any other dental experience I’ve ever had in the past with other doctors. And aside from some slight expected swelling, I had no pain afterwards. I definitely recommend using him.

Fantastic experience: I had gum surgery with Dr Zahavi earlier this year. I have some anxiety related to dental care, and my teeth in general. Dr Zahavi put me at ease at our first meeting. He was kind and helped me to understand my periodontal needs, and about intervention to improve my gums. My surgery went well. I was given support from every person I interacted with in this practice. In the days after the surgery, I had minimal discomfort. He called me the day after my surgery to see how I was doing, and see if I had any questions. I had my first cleaning yesterday with Claudia. She spent time with me answering a host of questions I had about good dental hygiene, offering me more information than that which I asked for, on varying topics. It was very helpful. The cleaning seemed very thorough to me, and a comfortable experience. I highly recommend Dr. Zahavi, and his team. They have changed the experience of having my teeth and gums worked on for me. Fantastic experience: I have had chronic periodontal issues for over 25 years. Combine that with a heart attach which limited my ability to have complex dental or regular dental procedures. My teeth fell in disarray and were over crowded which created other issues for 45 years. Dr. Zahavi has help me to correct my chronic issues and teamed up with an orthodontist we have basically fixed everything in 2-3 years. I just had my cleaning and over the past couple of years I have become so comfortable with the group at Dental Implants my cleanings have become actually enjoyable. With the consistent reminders of how and when to clean, with what devices I have had great success in keeping everything up to their high standards. Cant wait to go back in 6 months for another checkup, what I now can call a "happy place".(classical music and great people make it even better) If you have complex dental issues I would highly recommend Dr. Zahavi and his group.

All the staff from receptionist, treatment coordinator, hygienist/assistants and Dr Zahavi were all wonderful. They were all helpful and explained everything to me. My procedure went well. Fantastic experience: Today I had my 11 yr check up for my dental implant. 11 yrs ago I was unsure that an implant was the right choice. I was nervous about it and how it would go. Dr Zahavi and his staff were patient, kind and understanding through the entire process especially Dea. I am thankful for that. And now I am glad I made the choice to get the implant and with good hygiene my implant is great. I have had no problems at all which is such a relief. Fantastic experience: I highly recommended Dr. Zahavi. He has the ability to calm an anxious patient and explain in layman’s terms the extensive work that needs to be done. Dr. Zahavi leaves you feeling like you were truly heard. He explained scans and future procedures. He is what every Doctor should be. Confident, professional, and caring. I would be remiss if I did not mention Dea Beadling, Clinical Coordinator. She made everything seamless. From collecting data, coordinating future procedures, and also calming a nervous heart. Truly, this is where you need to be if you are in need of dental implants and periodontal work.

Fantastic experience: Holy forking shirtballs, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I'd seen two other dental providers and neither were able to accommodate my wisdom teeth removal because I needed sedation (or if they could, I'd have to wait a month before a *consult.* Not for surgery, for a consult.) I'd been at a 6-10 level pain for weeks and couldn't do another month of waiting for treatment in this kind of pain, so I kept digging and found this place. I called and scheduled with Dr. White, and they were able to fit me in for surgery the very next week. (And, I called the day before Thanksgiving, so that's some impressive speed for the holidays!) All of the staff were lovely, professional, and incredibly understanding of my very intense medical anxiety/phobias. I got my consult from Dr. White, and he and his team were able to get my (very painfully impacted) wisdom teeth removed, same-day, within hours. Appointment time was at 1, I was in surgery around 2:30-3, home by 5. After weeks of hearing "sorry, can't help you" from other providers, it was SUCH a relief to see medical staff actually caring about their patients' wellbeing. It's only the first night of recovery still, so I'll edit this later with any updates, but so far I'm healing well and already I can tell this is going to be a huge relief. A note for other potential patients who might be on the lookout for this: this practice was INCREDIBLY mindful and safe with how they addressed me as a trans patient. My pronouns were respected and my gender was a non-issue in receiving equal treatment. If you are LGBT+ and need more intensive dental care, this is (in my admittedly limited experience because I've only gone there once) a safe place to look for it. All in all, thank you to everyone who helped today. You did some real damn good work. PS: Sorry for the rambling while I was going under/coming out of anesthesia. Y'all were very kind and patient (or so my friend tells me, because I do NOT remember). You did in fact give me the Good Stuff™️, and WOW it showed.

Fantastic experience: After having more experience as a patient in this wonderful office, I needed to update my review. Dr. Zahavi is truly a rock star, very calm and gentle. He takes the time to explain your dental needs without rushing through the details. I feel 100% confident that he is showing me the best options for long term success. He is THE best periodontist and implant expert. Claudia and Alessio are amazing hygienists, with thorough exams, gentle hands and a wealth of knowledge. Dr. White performed a small procedure for me, which was comfortable and fast. I can't recommend this office enough!

Fantastic experience: Today I visited Dr. Zahavi's office for a cleaning by hygenist Claudia. I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but she did a wonderful job of keeping me calm and comfortable during the procedure. I highly recommend working with Claudia! I'm a new patient and am very impressed with this office. Everyone, including the front desk staff, has been extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fantastic experience: The office staff are efficient, the office is clean and sterile, the assistant technicians are excellent, Dr. Z is highly qualified. During my procedure I was comfortable , I was well informed and I had zero pain. It was over so fast I was in shock. After having one failed attempt at an implant this office was a pleasant surprise. I worried for no reason.

Alessio was my hygienist & was the perfect person to assist me. He has high EQ & was able to see how anxious & scared I was. He made the experience easy & comfortable for me. Fantastic experience: Dental Implants Periodontal Health of Rochester saved my teeth. I went to 2 different Dentist & they all told me all my teeth would have to come out then finally the sec Dentist sent me to this fantastic place & they did everything & thought me lots of thing,that also help very much. Now I've been coming her for a year now & I still have all of my teeth & they are way more healthier. Im only 33 so having all my teeth is a big deal to me. Dr. Zahavi has done miracles & Alessio the hygienist is the best in the world. I recommend everyone to come here because they saved not only my teeth, but my life.

Fantastic experience: My wife is a patient of Dr. Zahavi while I am not. I had a dental emergency on a Friday morning and my dentist was out of town. My wife called Dr. Zahavi’s office explaining my issue and the office found a way to see me THAT morning and had a 2hr procedure for an infection and had the tooth extracted. Fantastic experience: Amazing Office and Caring Doctors I'm terribly afraid of the dentist and Dr Rapoport is very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make sure you feel comfortable. Love her!! During my surgery Amy assisted with Dr Rapoport and both always check to make sure i was doing ok, I was able to relax and had my anxiety under control I had a very pleasant experience.
