Fantastic experience: This was my first and new patient appointment. I was very nervous because I am super insecure about my smile. They made me feel very comfortable. I had a few areas of concerns. I’ve been at other dental offices who would simply reschedule for deep cleanings etc. But they were flexible and were able to make the needed changes to their schedule to accommodate me . I came for first patient screening, X-rays, and a complimentary cleaning. Left with my PAN completed, and a deep cleaning of my lower arch. I was so appreciative. Everyone was very friendly. I am so happy I changed dentist and decided to come here instead.

My entire family of six, including our children, sees her, and we have never had a bad experience. We trust her completely and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Negative experience: Told representative on phone I wouldn't be able to wait weeks-a month on a x-ray to get a issue taken care of and that I would be checking options with emergency dental care and her response was to laugh and say good luck extremely unprofessional and wouldn't come back here even if I did have the time between the rude girl at the front desk and how badly they handled my dental care on my previous vist(got a cavity filled they did not fill it properly making it so I couldn't bite properly went back 4 times to get the problem fixed and ended up just having to live with it until I no longer noticed it.)

She made my daughter laugh when she was crying scared and updated my daughter on every step of the procedure. If I didn’t live 3 hrs away this office would be my number 1 choice. Excellent dentist.

Negative experience: Dr. Gupta I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at your office, particularly during my appointment on May 6th. This experience follows a previous incident last year when I had difficulty scheduling a follow-up for a chipped tooth, which I felt was not handled professionally. During my May 6th appointment, I arrived 15 minutes early and was promptly placed in the exam room. However, I was left waiting for nearly two hours, until 4:11 PM, without any explanation or apology. When Dr. Gupta finally arrived, she stated she couldn't guarantee the work on my tooth would be effective and that she didn't have time in her schedule. This is unacceptable, especially considering the extended wait time. I believe this treatment stems from a disagreement during my last appointment a year ago, where I voiced concerns about the office's focus on payment before service. I felt Dr. Gupta's behavior on May 6th was retaliatory and unprofessional. I have since signed a release form to transfer my file to another dentist. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to improve patient experience in the future.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I’ve ever visited. Stacie, my hygienist, did an exceptional job cleaning my teeth using state-of-the-art X-ray, imaging, and cleaning equipment. She was not only knowledgeable but also very thorough. Dr. Gupta was informative and explained the next steps to get my teeth in great shape. Lastly, Racheal was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the pricing options. I was surprised by how affordable their services are and how quickly they scheduled my follow-up visits. Negative experience: Worst dentist in Rochester. She conned me into getting invisalign, she was all sweet until she got my money then the real nasty attitude came out. I wanted them to remove the brackets they put on my teeth and she told me that they don't do that and that I was out of luck. Don't trust her. This dentistry was wayyyyy better when it was black owned. The community really need to run her out of town

Fantastic experience: I needed a root canal (my first one) and this was the only practice my insurance worked with.. but I honestly wish I lived closer because I would switch to them!! I was really nervous but the ENTIRE team, from reception to everyone working on my tooth was sooo nice and professional. The procedure was pain free & the entire set up was made for my comfort. Negative experience: HORRIBLE! By far the worst experience I have EVER had dealing with any medical professional! Refused to respond to messages left. They were NOT helpful in trying to coordinate my care and the office manager would not ket me speak during our conversation. She was downright rude and unprofessional. The doctor was great but the office staff made the decision to seek care elsewhere a VERY easy decision. Not worth the trouble.

Fantastic experience: I went to BG Dental because I was having issues with my teeth. Over time, my smile was slowly disappearing—I found myself covering my mouth when I laughed and mostly doing closed-mouth smiles to avoid showing my teeth. I had hoped for a quick fix, but that’s not where I ended up, and I’m so glad. I went through Invisalign followed by Bioclear, and my smile has never looked better. Everyone in the practice is wonderful! Dr. Gupta is amazing and made sure that my teeth look their best. Now, I can truly smile again!

They have a beautiful water fountain once you walk in which helped relax my anxiety. The front desk ladies were wonderful. They were kind and professional. Great hygienist! She took her time with me and was very thorough. She listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. The Dr. was fabulous! I had my cleaning first and she came in after and was extremely professional, kind, very empathetic and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and educated me on how to take better care of my oral health. If you want 5 star service I recommend Dr Gupta!

Negative experience: Edit: How are you saying I’m not a patient of your practice? Is this because you don’t want the public knowing of your scam? Terrible communication and it seems they want to charge insurance as much as possible and make your life inconvenient. I needed some dental work done and was under the impression that it would be done at my appointment. I sat down to get the work done and the dentist not once told me what she was doing or that she was only going to do partial work. She finished the work and left without saying anything to me. She was also extremely rude to her assistant. I asked why the work wasn’t completed and she said we only do a little bit each time. I have found out that this is so they can charge insurance for each visit instead of just making the patients life easy. They make you schedule multiple appointments to do one simple thing. Why can’t they ask the patient what they prefer instead of doing what they want to make more money?

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and exam and I can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone there is so friendly, kind, professional and caring. I saw Stacie for a cleaning and she is amazing. She’s very thorough and made me feel totally at ease throughout the entire cleaning. She is very supportive and educational. I felt very involved in my care, informed and treated with respect. Front desk, hygienist and doctor are all very wonderful and amazing! This is a wonderful practice that I would recommend to anyone. Fantastic experience: All the ladies in this office were incredibly professional, considerate and kind. They were very communicative about all of my questions and the care I would receive. If you’ve ever had traumatic experiences with dentistry this is the office that will restore your faith and ease your fears. The office manager was even willing to take her time to sit down with me and help me understand the entire process of my root canal and our financial situation. They allowed my spouse and our 3 young children to come in and use the bathroom and they gave a little goodie bag to each of my daughters while they waited in the waiting room. In a stroke of good luck they were even able to get me in for the procedure on the same day. They deserve six stars. I’m very grateful how considerate they were toward me.

Negative experience: I was NEVER seen by Dr. Gupta or any dentist on my confirmed appointment date of 9/12/24 at 12:15pm. MY MOUTH WAS NEVER OPENED! NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED ON ME OR MOUTH FOR OVER 40 MINUTES OF WASTED TIME! MY TIME WAS WASTED! Had I known that this was going to waste MY time, and put a block on my schedule I would NOT HAVE COME! UGGGGH!- oh, and the MUSIC IS TOO LOUD FOR AN OFFICE OF THIS SMALL SIZE! I had an appointment to get looked at for cavities, a cleaning, and to see about the overall health of my mouth, nothing complicated. I just got an implant in august. -Please see attached photos. I arrived at BG Dental Wellness and Cosmetic Center earlier than my appointment time at 12:00pm. I was greeted about 10 minutes later, there was a blonde lady and her daughter waiting as well to I guess check out. I am already not impressed. -The front desk rep was nice, and did their proper sign in protocol. my insurance and information was taken. I seated and waited to be seen. -There soon afterwards walks in two people a couple and they check in after me and they are seated. HOWEVER, There was one of the dental workers that came in the waiting room and called one of the two in the couple back before me! I have already waited and its my turn to be seen first. Very unprofessional. Their significant other was still in waiting room. --I arrived at 12 noon, my appointment was at 12:15, someone else got called back before me, and I have now been here for over 20 mins! I am also working FT since this is the only time I can see a dentist. -I finally get called back about 12 minutes AFTER the one of the two in the couple got called back. (the worker told me to go to the GREEN room, the rooms are painted (RED, YELLOW, BLUE, ETC.) I am sitting in the dentist chair, and their system had some sort of issue, which is understandable, HOWEVER, I have already been here over 20+mins into my appointment and not ONE DENTIST OR PROFESSIONAL HAS LOOKED INTO MY MOUTH, OPENED MY MOUTH, OR ADDRESSED ANY OF MY CONCERNS OR ISSUES! The worker who showed me to the GREEN ROOM was not able to login to her account and view my XRAYS which I had already sent over a WEEK BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, WHY WEREN'T MY XRAYS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM BEFORE MY APOINTMENT?!?!?! thats RIDICULOUS! (See photos that were emailed) -I walked out of the GREEN room on my own, and to the front desk and informed the clerk that no work, no appointment actually took place, no services were done, all I did was sit in two chairs, one in the waiting room and the other in the GREEN room for over 40+mins of my life and my time! I DO NOT APPRECIATE ANYONE WASTING MY TIME OR MY LIFE! -OVERALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST PRACTICE TO ANYONE! DR.GUPTA AND THEIR ENTIRE OFFICE DOES NOT VALUE THE TIME NOR BUSINESS OF THEIR PATIENTS!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience! For months I struggled to find a dentist that wad taking new patients and accepted my insurance. Finally I was able to find Dentistry@521 they not only accepted my insurance and were taking new patients they got me a cleaning appointment within a week! I have struggled with going to the dentist in the past because of childhood trauma with Dentists in the past. However my appointment today was so pleasant they were very kind & gentle when cleaning my teeth. Looking forward to continuing treatment with them.

She saw how bad my situation was and I wasn't judged I was welcomed with open arms and that is a very important thing for me. She's willing to help her clients and she cares. Positive experience: Dentist top notch professional great job. The front receptionist Cara doesn’t do any favors for that Dentist to make money she wants cash upfront she calls you repeatedly enforces you to use a credit card or pay cash. She’s manipulative rude I’ve never had a receptionist call me repeatedly and force me to do something I did not want to do I have every record and how she treated me when I walked in there, the dentist is losing money and client from her attitude and unwillingness to accommodate a patient in pain.

I'm coming back and I can't wait THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! EDITED: Dentist dismissed me after I stated I wanted to return for cleanings and routine work. EDIT 2: You take my insurance no issue there its just that you refused to see me again after I clearly stated I wanted to return for normal cleanings

I felt at ease upon even walking in with a nice warm greeting. The whole staff took their time to answer any questions I had they take their time. Fantastic experience: I came in today to have my teeth cleaned by the hygienist but was surprised by the dentist asked if I had any problems with my teeth. At the time I didn't think I did. Then I thought about the missing tooth I had and wanted to know if my insurance would cover getting it fixed. She said my insurance won't pay for an implant but she mentioned if I wanted to have something else to replace the tooth she would check what my insurance would pay for. She wanted to know if I wanted to get my other tooth fixed that I lost a cap on. I let her know whatever my insurance will pay for that would be great. The dentist cleaned my teeth and did a great job

Fantastic experience: After years of dental hesitancy I am very pleased with Dr. Gupta and her practice. When I first started going to her practice I was pleased that there was very little wait time to get an appointment. She a d her staff are genuinely caring, compassionate and understanding. She's very knowledgeable and thoroughly explains each procedure. I recently had a dental emergency and within days she took care of it and even called me to find out how I was doing. I am blessed to have found such a caring dentist and no longer hesitate to address my dental health. I highly recommend her!

The owner Mrs. G is always there and every time I’m at my appointment she always makes it a point to make me feel very welcome on a personal level & she has a great personality. Fantastic experience: My wife and I both just had our first visits with Dr. Gupta and their hygienists. We were both very impressed with their entire staff & office from start to finish! Everyone was exceptionally kind, professional, and humane. Both Dr. Gupta and the hygienist were very thorough and attentive. They listened very carefully (so refreshing!) and explained our options for what needs to be done and why. It appears that they are proactively seeking out and learning about new technologies and techniques to provide the best treatment options. We really like that they are quite willing and able to work with us to make sure that the treatment plans work comfortably for us financially, and is flexible enough to accommodate our priorities. Finally looking forward to a good relationship with with competent and compassionate dental professionals!

Negative experience: This is definitely not a place for Black Americans with united healthcare. Dr Gupta and office manager at the time will continue to harass you about payment, even though you still haven't used all of your dental coverage. Between the two of them, it's a racist environment to begin with. I wanted to know why they were always canceling my appointments, and Dr Gupta went right to race relations. And although she tried be slick, she was also telling me that she was having a problem with black Americans in particular. I knew that was a red flag. Later she called to tell me it'd be better if I just didn't come to her office anymore. It's been a while since my last visit, but my experience there still bothers me to this day.

Fantastic experience: Very clean office and friendly staff. I liked my dental hygienist and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Gupta is very caring and thorough and spends as much time with you as needed.

Fantastic experience: The office is very clean and all the staff is friendly. Dr. Gupta was very caring and patient with my two children (2 and 10). She made a glove balloon for my 2yo and made his first dentist visit relaxing and fun. With my 10yo she explained everything she was doing and gave the instruments a funny name I.e. Mr. Thirsty (it made my son giggle). My husband also talks wonders about the staff - Darla and Dr. Gupta they go above and beyond to make him comfortable. Overall they have all had an incredible experience. I am looking forward for my visit to experience the service and care first hand.

Negative experience: Hi there They have asked me to give them a review couple of years ago and I hesitate doing so , however today I change my mind and wanted to let you know that from my experience if you want to take care of your health and your teeth are very important to you don’t go to this place. I’m still paying other dentist to fix their mistakes My husband had to take out three wisdom teeth and they began the procedure before novocaine took effect, then as he was shaking the dentist said “stop, calm down, you’re fine”. Is that how we get treated ? Don’t let anybody tell you different and always listen to your gut. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience at this dentist office. Manny was great! My appointment went by quickly and she told me all about plant care during my cleaning. Left with clean teeth, a big smile, and tips for both my dental care and my green thumb! Aside from the staff, my favorite part is how easy it is to schedule appointments. The process feels much easier than other dental offices I went to during Covid.

Negative experience: I've gotten two fillings here. The first one was maybe two years ago now? It got infected immediately and has 2 or 3 times since then including just this past week and it was the worst yet. Incredible pain (same as the other times) but this time my face swelled up to an unbelievable degree. They couldn't see me right away and told me to go to Emergency so I sat there for several hours just to get an antibiotic to hold me until my appointment. Even when this tooth is without infection it's still very sensitive to the touch even from the outside of my face. Each time I've gone in and complained about it the "dentist" tells me "it's a perfect filling, you shouldn't be in pain." Oh ok. The second filling I got fell out not long after and had to be redone. Both fillings are still rough. I know this is not normal but they tell me it is. I'm never letting them do anything to me again. It's amazing to me there are so many positive reviews. Are these people even real? Don't go here.

Positive experience: First visit and staff were very welcoming. It's a busy office so there was a fair amount of waiting between things, but I got an appointment easily for a broken tooth and missing filling, which was a real blessing. They did a thorough examination and will call me after checking with my insurance to see what will be covered. The staff all seemed quite competent and knowledgeable. I'll be back!

Fantastic experience: 4/25 /23, I had a root canal done and the Dr that performed the procedure was excellent as well as her assistant! I only like to go to the dentist for my cleanings. Anything beyond that I’m extremely nervous. It was not as bad as I thought! Well done-

Fantastic experience: I recently made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, the dental hygienist was very thorough and professional. She clean my teeth and explain a few ways I could deal with some of the issues I deal with due to throat cancer, like dry mouth and needing to add fluoride toothpaste, plus better ways to cleaning my teeth properly at home, I believe her name was manny, I would highly recommend dentistry@521.

Fantastic experience: Manny did a great job at getting the gunk out my mouth today (general teeth cleaning). Seamless check-in and courtesy staff to get me ready. Dr. Gupta addressed my concerns and did a thorough job checking my mouth health. I've been attending this dentistry for several years now. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist couldn't have been nicer. The office was busy but I only had to wait about 15 minutes. The hygienist was very pleasant & even apologized for the wait. The Dr. came in after about 5 minutes and was very nice & caring. I was extremely impressed with the entire visit.

Fantastic experience: Just had my BioClear procedure. I absolutely love it! Dr Gupta performed the work on my teeth which needed it so badly. Her and her assistant,Jessica ,did a marvelous job. I am very happy with the results. Like myself, my husband could not believe how good my teeth looked after BioClear. I would highly recommend this BioClear procedure to anyone and everyone.
