Fantastic experience: I have been going to Calnon and Cilano for my dental care for the last several years and I can’t say enough about Dr. Chris Calnon and the care that I’ve received. Dr. Chris is easy to talk to and he makes one feel very comfortable. His attention to detail is amazing. I had several implants last year and Dr. Chris was putting in one of the teeth. He was not pleased with the quality of the tooth and he had it remade. He did a wonderful job with my implants and he worked hard to make sure that my implants fit well and were comfortable! My hygenist , Angela, is wonderful as is the staff at the front desk! I highly recommend Calnon and Cilano for your dental needs!

The Technicians followed through with that, and were relaxed, friendly, and very professional. The doctor made me feel so very comfortable, reviewed my x-rays, and let me choose from several potential courses of action. I can't get over how caring and competent the entire staff was. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: So pleased with the excellent care I receive! Went in for a cracked tooth, that had gotten worse and Dr. Chris not only fixed that, which was more work then planned, he replaced a filling next to it. Still have one more tooth to fix in 2 weeks!

Fantastic experience: Been going here for over 40 years and still get the same great dental work. Dr Bill has since retired but still getting excellent dental work from Dr Scott Update Nov 10, 2025 - Broke my tooth on Friday night. Called in Monday morning and they were able to squeeze me in that morning. Dr Scott Koopman made a crown for it at the office and I was on my way after about 2 hours. Should be 6 stars, but Google reviews limit it to 5.

The dentists explain what they are doing and they assure that you don't feel any discomfort. It's like visiting a big happy family and you are included.

The whole team was friendly and helpful - they got me in right away and made the whole experience stress free. Dr. Koopman was great. He explained everything and fixed my tooth perfectly. I’m switching my dental care to this office after such a wonderful experience. I’m so grateful for their prompt care and friendly service. Fantastic experience: I am writing this in response to the great care Dr. Molly Hatala has taken with my 82 year old mom. I live in Colorado, she is in Rochester living on her own. We talk every week and lately there hasn't been a week where she hasn't raved about the care she gets with you guys. She is a former nurse so has experience on both sides of healthcare from being both the patient and provider, which makes her doubly impressed with how you handle her as a person, not just a patient.

Fantastic experience: Today, I had a teeth cleaning with Janae, and I really appreciated the experience. I've always made dental cleanings a priority throughout the years, Janae has been the only hygienist who explains every step of the process. For the first time after a cleaning with her, I can see a noticeable difference in my teeth when I look in the mirror! The dentists, Dr. Cilano and Dr. Calnon, are also very thorough and take the time to explain everything in simple terms. Additionally, the staff at the front office are pleasant to work with. Fantastic experience: Today my teeth were cleaned by Isabella. She also took X Rays of my teeth. I have a gag reflex and she was quick with the XRays and I didn't have any gagging. I think she did a great job with the cleaning and the X Rays. Dr. Chris Calnon checked my teeth and discussed my X Rays. I've had him for years. I highly recommend him. All of the staff are great!!!

Fantastic experience: Been going to Dr. Calnon for over 40 years. Everyone is always pleasant, helpful and highly capable in their field! Always willing to solve a problem or suggest other approaches, new technologies and handle emergencies. My ONLY go to dentist! Just had a crown put on. Incredible how it’s just a one stop appointment now. They digitally make the crown in their lab and fire it in their kiln in about 2 hours instead of two appointments! Fits beautifully, very comfortable I don’t even know I have it.

Fantastic experience: Just relocated from Texas and obviously - finding new medical professionals is a daunting task but this was one less thing that I now have to worry about. They took care of everything, getting me scheduled checking insurance the whole 9 yards, even reminded me 2 weeks out when they had not received my x-rays from my previous dentist office. I got there bright and early and they were so kind and did an intake visit and x-rays of only what was needed to ensure care was of the highest quality, went over a few of my concerns and got scheduled for a cleaning 6 months out from my last one prior to my move from TX. Already referring friends here and family, cant wait to go back and get the cleaning! For sure give this family oriented office a try - you wont be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist office since I was a teenager, either Angela or Cari have been cleaning my teeth most of those years. And Dr Bill was always my primary dentist until he retired in November. I wish him well and thank him for all those years being a great dentist and a great person. This office has always felt like family to me.

Negative experience: Both myself and my husband have been going to Calnon and Cilano since Bill started his practice - both of us have nothing but good things to say about the practice - Carrie has been our hygienist since she began her career with the practice - always friendly and always professional - we were sorry to see Bill retire but look forward to having Chris as our dentist for many years to come! All the staff is always friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to refer the practice to anyone that is looking for a dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have always found Calnon & Cilano to be a joy to visit. This does not seem to be the way most people feel about visiting their dentist’s office. I could not ask for friendlier, more welcoming staff. I actually look forward to the twice a year cleaning visits and even other dental work when needed.
