Negative experience: Stay away. This place is run like a chop shop. Rushed, careless, and impersonal. I raised concerns about ongoing discomfort from a crown they did years ago and was dismissed as having “sensitivity,” when I actually have periodontal disease. The dentist barely looked in my mouth before immediately saying I needed a root canal, without even going over my X-rays. The dentists don’t take time to listen or explain, and if you need a tooth removed, good luck—they only have an oral surgeon once a month. Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: 1/16/26-Excellent service all around!! . Addendum: On 1/20/26 I had a tooth pulled by Dr.Sai. Let me preface this by saying my teeth are highly sensitive and I have great anxiety while I’m in the Dentist’s office. Dr. Sai was exceptional in every aspect. He was patient and made sure I was comfortable and feeling no pain throughout the entire extraction. If you need a tooth pulled you won’t find a better man for the job than Dr. Sai. My sincere thanks to him and the entire office for they’re service

Negative experience: SCAAAM! They said I had 3 cavities and I don't have any, it turns out. Plus they are inducing anxiety. They make you watch weird videos about diseases which is part of their scheme so that you get worried and rely on them more. It was such a clockwork orange moment. Not only was the video itself dark, but one of the dentist was smirking and mouthing the words. It made me feel like they don't care about their customers and they are just one greedy chain. At the end when they showed us the bill there were stuff which I didn't even ask. Don't even consider this place.

Fantastic experience: Loved my first experience! While I didn’t love seeing the staining in my back teeth especially, I did like that I COULD see it via 3D imaging. That was so cool and eye opening. Tiffany got me checked in and out with warmth, friendliness, and the color pink. Arelis got my scans done with expertise and understanding. Elijah was kind and knowledable. Dr.Mandavi was more thorough than any dentist I’ve ever seen. Looking forward to continued care by this team. Bonus: they checked my blood pressure which was high and I am now monitoring…would not have known otherwise. This really important knowledge to have for my overall well being. Thank you guys! Fantastic experience: I have used Aspen Dental for several years now and have nothing but, good to say. When I first went there I was skeptical, being as large of a company as they are I thought it would be a mill get’em in and get’em out. The truth could not be farther from reality. They are extremely friendly and treat you more like an acquaintance than a patient. I have never run into an unfriendly person. And I have to tell you the Dr. they have giving the Novocain should get an award. Sometimes that is the worst part but, he has it down to a painless art.

Fantastic experience: I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist so I was on edge when I initially came in. I was in a lot of pain so I had no choice but to be seen and from the start the staff were welcoming and caring. All the staff members I encountered were great and made my experience a great one. The operations manager Tiffany was of a great help and explained everything to me and helped me with all my needs, she is very informative and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely get all my dental work done at the Henrietta office and I highly...HIGHLY recommend anyone with anxiety to do so as well. Fantastic experience: My visit to the Aspen Dental Henrietta office was genuinely refreshing. Unlike my experience at the Chili branch, the atmosphere here felt warm and welcoming from the start. One thing I really appreciated was that I never felt judged. Sometimes in dental settings, you can sense a little tension or judgement but here even if any judgment existed it definitely wasn’t present in the room. Tiffany was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and willing to break everything down in a way that made sense. They didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel pressured, and made sure I fully understood my options. Overall, the Henrietta Aspen Dental team showed me a positive dental experience.

Fantastic experience: I would strongly recommend Dr. Mandava — she is truly skilled, experienced, and has a great sense of humor. Since I had a bad experience with dental work in childhood, I’d been afraid to get my wisdom teeth extracted and kept putting it off for a long time. Dr. Mandava comforted me and was a wonderful listener. I had three teeth removed in one day with partial anesthesia, and surprisingly, the injection didn’t hurt at all — it was totally beyond my expectation! The recovery was also very quick; I healed completely in just a week. I can honestly say this was the best tooth extraction experience I’ve ever had. My hygienist, Kelly, was also very careful and efficient, and all the staff here are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!❤️

Negative experience: I went to this dental office expecting a simple teeth cleaning, but that’s not what happened. Instead of doing the cleaning, they took X-rays, examined my teeth, and immediately put me on a treatment plan to remove a tooth and get dentures — without even asking for my opinion or discussing other options. They never addressed my gum disease, which I later had properly treated at another dental office. I felt like they cared more about selling expensive treatments than about my actual dental health. Overall, I left feeling misled and disappointed. I went in for a cleaning and ended up feeling pressured into unnecessary treatments. I don’t recommend this office if you want a dentist who truly listens to your needs and focuses on your oral health instead of sales.

Negative experience: My experience at Aspen dental was less than pleasant. Issues verifying my insurance before the appointment. Picked an early appointment before work but then the staff were having a meeting, so that pushed everything back 20 mins. Still baffled by how a “new patient” consult took an hour and a half, not even including a cleaning. As someone who suffers from depression and dental anxiety I felt judged and hurt by comments made by staff and the dentist. My first time at a chain dentist and will definitely be my last. They definitely try to upsell you on procedures and products. Don’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today was a great visit!!! They went over everything I needed! Excited to get started! Doctor and Office Manager explained everything and I was able to get on a payment plan through financing!!!!

Negative experience: I visited for the first time Aug 2025. The staff were really kind. However, I lost trust of Dr Mandava over the obvious infection I had of my tooth on my X-rays. I’m an X-ray tech and noticed a defined circle under my tooth, where my tooth roots were. They pull up the X-rays on your first visit and go over them with you. I had no pain and had no idea that tooth died until she told me. She claimed it could have happened years ago. Her biggest statement to me was that I could do nothing. They would “keep an eye on it” if I develop any pain. She did mention to see an Endodontist if I wanted, but she claimed that it wasn’t necessary. If I wanted to, I could. She did say if pain did happen, that root canal or extraction would be my only options. She never mentioned my infection or gave me a script for antibiotics. I saw an Endodontist almost 4 weeks later because something didn’t sit right with me. They were the ones to tell me I had a dental abscess brewing and immediately gave me antibiotics. I saw the same defined circle near my tooth roots. Dental abscesses can kill. Maybe she thought since I didn’t feel any pain, that it didn’t matter. But that is unacceptable for my dental care and health.

I wanted to give adequate time to truly evaluate whether the comprehensive treatment plan and preventive recommendations would yield lasting, positive results. I'm pleased to report that they absolutely have. Elijah, the radiologic technician, demonstrated exceptional skill in capturing my full-mouth radiographic series and panoramic imaging. Kelly, my dental hygienist, performed a thorough charting during my initial scaling appointment. Her effective technique in removing calculus and biofilm was impressive, and her patient education regarding proper interdental cleaning and home care protocols has genuinely improved my oral hygiene routine. Dr. Mandava, the managing clinical director, performed my root canal therapy with remarkable precision and care. Her expertise was evident throughout the visit. Her thorough assessment of what needed to be done had excellent results. Her sense of humor was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, her inquiry into my choice of a more sustainable transportation option, an e-bike year-round, was genuinely appreciated. Tiffany, the financial manager, made the financial aspect completely transparent. Her clear breakdown of treatment costs, insurance coordination, and flexible payment options demonstrated both professionalism and genuine care for patient accessibility. This entire team at Aspen Dental exemplifies quality dental care with heart and mind. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Both doctors and also each of the 3 assistants that helped me were amazing! I have dental anxiety and fear. Everyone listened to my concerns and helped to ease me throughout the process of a tooth extraction. They got me in and completed the extraction same day when I was in pain. I highly recommend Aspen Dental and had good experiences at both the Henrietta and Batavia locations.

Fantastic experience: Henrietta staff members are polite friendly and professional had 5 teeth removed quite quickly. My temporary dentures are a great fit. Maybe it’s just me but it has been relatively painless so far. Some swelling of course but it mostly subsided in 3 days. I was happy with the ease of access to appointments.

Fantastic experience: I went to Aspen Dental as an emergency. Within an hour of arriving, I had a complete plan for how they were going to treat me and save what teeth I still had. I hadn't been to a dentist in over a decade because of anxiety but from the first conversation at the front desk I was completely at ease. Everyone - from the Dental assistant Arelis, Kelly the Hygientist, Tiffany the Operations Manager and Dr. Mandava were beyond amazing. I unfortunately and sadly don’t remember the dental assistant’s or hygienist’s names that took care of me, but both girls were great. Super thorough but efficient at taking my X-rays and doing my period charting. Dr. Lakshmi was great as well! Great demeanor, super friendly but still professional. Seems to have a great relationship with her employees (heard some funny banter when I was walking out). The office manager that checked me out was organized and communicative and patient with my questions. Overall, great experience and would definitely recommend this Aspen dental location to anyone that needs a new dentist!
