Everyone from the ladies upfront to both dentist that I saw in the back to the people who are working alongside them throughout the whole process were so amazing and so kind. I was very anxious going in and needing a lot of work done. I walked out feeling so confident and so beautiful having not smiled or wanted to smile in a very long time.

I’ve been with Aspen Dental since 2017, originally seeing Dr. Basha, and the customer service has always been top-tier. Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Aspen Dental for over 5 years. Each and every time I need help, even if it's Walk-In, I am treated with respect. I recently needed extensive work, with multiple visits. Each visit, was no exception. Dr. Tin and his assistant, Dr Masood and Bambi listened to me, reasurred me, and took care of me throughout. I feel this is a wonderful office with very caring people.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely outstanding experience. I hadn't been to a dentist "in some time", had a problem with one of my wisdom teeth. They got me right in - full exam and x-rays. Extracted the problem tooth right then. I will be back to have the rest of my dental work taken care of, and continue going for regular maintenance.

Fantastic experience: The employees are great here. My daughter doesn't have insurance, and they made sure she knew of a discount plan they have. It saved her almost $200!

Negative experience: Was not satisfied at all. Went to get a cap put back on. Me and another woman waited over 15 minutes to get checked in while they were checking out someone in the check in line. They took a full month X-ray found 2 cavities, said I was overdue for a cleaning and didn’t discuss the missing cap or even looked at the cap until I bought it up again and they said they couldn’t use it , they just needed to pull the tooth out. So I just got my teeth cleaned and left. Got home and glued it back in! When it falls out again I will find another dentist office!

Fantastic experience: Very good service. The receptionist, Ms Amanda, the X-ray person, the dental asst. & the young dentist, Dr. Mcsood (?) were all very respectful of me and my problems. The office was very clean and neat. It was a most pleasant visit. This was the Greece location on West Ridge Road ,next door to Longhorn Steak House & Chipotle Mexican restaurant .

Fantastic experience: going to the dentist was actually a pleasurable experience for me today even though i needed 2 fillings and a tooth extracted. the staff was very friendly, compassionate and fun to talk to with. all of my options were explained with honesty and plenty of fun discussion . i was fortunate they could get me in right away and i am grateful for their hospitality.

Positive experience: We had a positive experience at Aspen Dental in Greece. My mother, who is 84, had been very nervous due to her age and not having been to the dentist to address her particular issues for some time. All staff members were professional and patient. Dr. Masood, as well, was patient and explained all options professionally and in detail. Neither of us felt as if any procedure was being recommended for any reason other than being informative and offering all possible options. We have scheduled an appointment, and we'll continue with Aspen Dental with confidence.

Positive experience: The lady's at the desk was so helpful and friendly, but the lady who did my x-rays was to the point and not as welcoming. The doctor was very helpful and very informative. As a veteran it is very hard for me to feel good about things when you run into people who are not friendly. But I do understand that every day isn't a good day for all.

Negative experience: Called to make an appointment. They said they couldn't help me. I ended the call. They called me back for some reason even though they just said they couldn't help me. I told them I ended the call because they couldn't help me. The person tried to argue with me that they were helping me, by telling me to call someone else. Then when I tried to say that's not helping they kept interrupting me, cursed at me, and just kept repeating the same thing over and over.

Fantastic experience: staff was amazing - Dr was knowledgeable and explained everything. We left with a plan in place and appointments made and they helped us finance the work we needed done.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a change in dental insurance and needed to find a new dentist. I reached out to Aspen Dental in Greece, and they were able to see me right away. After my initial visit, they recommended a treatment plan, and I had my first appointment yesterday. Everything went smoothly, and the entire team—from the front desk staff to the doctor—was professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with.

I cracked a tooth and Dr. Masood explained the whole process and what possible outcomes could happen. He did not rush me and was very helpful. Lastly, I saw Lisa, their office manager who was so sweet and got me in tomorrow morning for a root canal and crown to try and save my tooth. Negative experience: Made an appt online for an emergencytooth extraction, a few days later as my husband is driving me to the appt I get an email saying I need to call to verify my insurance. I call and she said that the appt was made for a 1st time patient. Which it wasnt. I went through all the prompts and not once did it ask me that. So in the end, she couldnt take me and didnt have any appts available same day. So now I sit here in tooth pain for another 3 days til I cam get into a DIFFERENT place. Also, last time I went in, I was pregnant with my son and the woman pretty much shamed me for coming in while pregnant and making me feel like crap bc my tooth chipped....

Positive experience: Doctor and staff were great!! Only reason for 4 star was due to waiting 50 minutes past my appointment. ( I am not a regular patient there and was scheduled for an urgent visit)

Negative experience: These guys suck. They will just keep cancelling your appointments. It is June right now. Last August, I scheduled my next regular tooth cleaning with them for February (Valentine's Day, specifically). And then like two weeks before my appointment, they cancelled it and told me I had to reschedule. I took the soonest opening, which was late June. And now, exactly two weeks before my appointment, they just cancelled it again. I would say that I'm never going back, but that is pretty clearly not an option since they don't even want me to come.

Fantastic experience: I arrived early and they graciously took me in early. Very efficiently took my X-rays and checked me out. They are currently running short of hygienists so I did have to wait a bit but an assistance was kind enough to keep me company so it was fine. My actual cleaning is tomorrow. The Hygienist gave me some good practice tips and got me their earliest available time slot so I could be all done and on my way the following morning.

Fantastic experience: Terrible toothache out of nowhere at night turned unbearable by 1 pm the following day. My dentist wasn't available so I began a Google search. Called Aspen Dental and spoke with their regional/national? Operater @ 2 pm and they booked me at 2:30. I arrived to find that the location in Greece that I thought I was booked at had no information. However the appointment was available and I was able to get in without delay. I had MRI 's, X-ray's and some kind of 3D imaging. Waited a bit for the Dr and he walked in, introduced himself and had looked at the imaging prior to coming in. I had a cavity in a back tooth and he recommended that given the location that I have it removed to which I agreed. I then met to schedule the appointment and review the charges. To my astonishment there was no charge at all as this was my 1st visit! My entire interaction from the time I walked in was thorough, professional and moved along quickly. Service that I would have happily paid for. I would like to thank the team members that I interacted with for all that they do. We live in a senselessly angry world these days and experiences like I had at Aspen Dental help to sustain the faith I retain for the generations to come. A heartfelt thank you to Dr Masood, DA Fatima and ADM Selina! You turned my difficult day into a truly positive experience with you. Keep doing what you do so well! ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: I recently moved from NYC and, of course, dental issues popped up when I least expected it. I called several places in the area, but most weren’t accepting new patients or had long waits. Thankfully, Aspen Dental in Greece got me in right away. From the moment I walked in at 7 AM, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. The receptionist greeted me warmly, the paperwork process was smooth, and I was quickly brought in for x-rays. The medical assistant was incredibly sweet and explained everything as she went, which made me feel at ease. Then I met with the dentist, DR. P, who truly impressed me with his patient-first approach. When I told him to do whatever was needed—even if it was costly—he reassured me that his top priority was getting me out of pain, not discussing money. That really stuck with me. He made me feel like a person, not just a patient. After the exam, I spoke with the office manager, who took the time to go over insurance details, costs, and payment plans. When I mentioned I work in Syracuse (nearly 2 hours away), she and the dentist adjusted the day’s schedule so they could get as much done as possible to reduce the number of visits I’d need. That level of accommodation was above and beyond. They ended up doing most of the work that day, including a root canal, and were ready to do fillings as well—only stopping to make sure I was feeling okay. Every step of the way, the staff showed genuine care and concern. I’m so grateful to have found Aspen Dental in Greece. They are professional, compassionate, and truly go out of their way for their patients. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Went in to an initial consultation to see what they could do for a chipped tooth and some other things. They got me all set up with a cleaning and a few follow ups to get me all situated. It was all very quick and the staff was wonderful throughout the whole process.

Negative experience: This place is a joke. It takes such a long time for your appt to come and when it does, they casually call you and say that they need to cancel and that the next available appt is in January. Don't tell me to reschedule for January, what you mean is - find another dentist. Don't use them if you value any kind of consistency.

Positive experience: I had two extractions performed yesterday by Dr. Pathan Tin; Oral Surgeon I read his reviews / feedback and was hesitant. I have to say I was pleasantly impressed with his professionalism. He is not going to chitchat with you. He knows what he has to do and he just gets it done. His Novacaine injections were pretty painless. The entire procedure was quick. I know that having a tooth extracted IS a scary thing and you will be anxious and scared. However, his chair side Dental assistant, Fran, is very caring, and she will help you with your anxiety.

Fantastic experience: The only place that got me in same day!! Everyone was super nice, Anela took my x-rays and set me up for Dr Basha. I lost two teeth and really needed a partial as soon as possible. He looked at my x-rays and said that I would need o do other work in the future because of my bone loss, but right now let's just get you that partial. They had everything all worked out as far as what my insurance covered and the discount and my bill went from $1,200 to $300, I was grateful I could afford that. They took my impressions. We laughed and the experience was good. I was there for 1 hour, and was able to get back to work on time. I will get my new partial in a week. I highly recommend the Aspen Dental on West Ridge Road in Rochester.
