Positive experience: I was there for cleaning and lost crown. Cleaning was fine and Dr C was able to ck Crown and scheduled for 8/27. Everything went well no complaints

Fantastic experience: Dr Colaruotolo is such a kind and caring dentist. We love coming to see her and everyone at the office.

Negative experience: Recently changed policy that you need to pay upfront front for routine cleanings when you have insurance is a joke. Btw we have good insurance. They will no-longer have my family’s business. Plus they are always trying to upsell.

Fantastic experience: The staff is always friendly with a smile and a cheerful word. Even when I’m not their client for the day, other staff often pop in to chairside to say hello. Dr. C is very compassionate and skilled at her art. It’s a pleasure to visit and see how well they work together and knowing they are genuinely happy to be together. I would recommend BC Dental to anyone.

Melissa, the tech who spent the most time with me was professional, personable and truly walked me through next steps and I lived the sign n her wall. Dr Colaruotolo was thoughtful and helped me feel comfortable during the entire experience. Oh, and the two gray chairs in the waiting room are very “sink in” comfy!

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Dr. C and hygienist Melissa since BC Dental Design opened. The dental care is excellent, from routine cleaning to caps to implants. Dr. C painstakingly matched the color for my front tooth cap to blend well with adjacent teeth, using high-end camera shots with different lighting and angles, and precise communications with the lab that makes the caps. Melissa is knowledgeable and skilled, and uses cool tools to make the cleaning experience comfortable. She also is a good educator and motivator for home dental hygiene. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and seem to really care about their patients.

ADDENDUM: And now, after my third visit, where I had quite a bit of work done, I can say that I was treated with great care; I was having some difficulty positionally due to some structural issues, but was helped with patience and compassion to manage the treatment I needed. Dr. Brittany is amazing, but let's not forget the staff that assist and who are great in the room. Thanks so much, all!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. C and her team for a few years now. I never have liked going to the dentist but I love all the staff and dread it less now! The BC dental team is warm and you can tell they all enjoy being there. I have been able to see the same hygienist every visit which has been great for me. I have had some work done from small cavities to a crown replacement and while none of that is fun, Dr. C is efficient and has great technique that gives great results! I highly recommend this practice!
