Fantastic experience: Best dentist ever! And I've been to many. Highly recommend Dr. Lorscheider. I have been a patient for 18 years and it's always a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: My family really loves this office! We moved from California and we’re very nervous about finding a new dentist, but Lone Peak Dental has been amazing with the wide variety of needs in our family!

Negative experience: WORST dentist i have ever come across, extremely unprofessional. Yelled at his employees in front of multiple patients. The doctor made me extremely uncomfortable in my personal space when it was unessecary to be that close. Over charges, diagnosed me with 2 things multiple other dentist never said a thing about, doesn’t listen to the patient. Do not come here

Negative experience: The dentist said he wouldn't do anything because my gums bleed easily and poked my gums with a needle leaving my mouth hurting for weeks to try to prove his point. Also my first cleaning he was trying to use me to teach some of the new kids in the dentistry field

Fantastic experience: First visit…office is welcoming and staff already feels like I’ve know them forever. They are very kind, knowledgeable and again, welcoming.

Negative experience: After letting me know that my cousins also use this facility, they told me I had 7 cavities- under all my fillings and would have to redo them. It was my first time here so they didn’t know my history. I got a second opinion elsewhere which said I only have two cavities and the fillings looked good. Interesting to say the least.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lorscheider and his staff do such a fantastic job. They are welcoming, professional and truly care about their patients. I drive nearly 45 mins just to sew them. I find his and his staff's experience worth that extra time and distance. I strongly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: I can honestly say that Dr. Lorscheider is one of my favorite people to see. He is always so kind and caring, making every interaction a pleasant experience. The receptionist is equally wonderful—warm and welcoming. I've never had a problem scheduling a quick appointment that fits perfectly with my busy schedule. Highly recommend this practice!

Positive experience: My last 3 appointments had to be rescheduled by his dental practice because of last minute trips with family during his kids’ breaks. As patients we schedule appointments 6 months out, it would be nice if we can rely on those times. As a teacher, it made it impossible to get an appointment without having to take time off of from work. They don’t have appointments past 3:00pm and open at 7:00am, either way, I am forced to miss time from my teaching job. So I ended up opting for a place that had better hours and more flexibility.

Fantastic experience: Lone Peak Dental is great. Everyone from the dentist, dental hygienist and receptionist are so friendly. Casey is very friendly and fun to talk to she is also very informative and made sure I was comfortable the whole time she was doing a deep cleaning on my teeth. Love the Dentist himself he's very personable and friendly. He was amazing with my kids especially my 7 year old son who has autism. He took the time to come visit with him before taking him back and he had my son giggling and happy the entire time he was checking his teeth.

Dr. Lorscheider is very personable, friendly, and concerned about patient comfort. He worked efficiently with no excess chatter or other distractions. He said he had been in dentistry for 27 years.He deadened my mouth before numbing it. I was very pleased with the whole appointment and would gladly recommend him to others. Fantastic experience: Came in Wednesday for the first time for an xray/checkup. Everyone was very friendly and I was able to get an appointment that same week because someone else cancelled. (Lucky because the next appointment was like 3 weeks away) Janette was very friendly and easy going while making sure I understood everything that was going on. I had my teeth cleaned and xray's done quite quickly and re-scheduled another one for 6 months from now. The process was really quick and easy and they were able to get my fillings appointment the next day. It was my first time getting fillings so I was little nervous going in but Casey made the process go smoothly. I got to understand the whole thing and she was willing to answer any of my question to pacify my worries. I was offered the laughing gas which I'm definitely going to take whatever they're going to give me. The numbing was fine and the entire procedure took about 45 mins and I didn't feel any pain at all. The only funny thing was that the doc Sean kept trying to make conversation with me as I was biting down on the mouth holder and he was operating on my teeth. Like uhhhh I kinda can't respond right now with all that's going on so I just tried to give some hand gestures like a thumps up to somehow try and communicate back. Overall an easy going dentist trip and the entire process went smoothly and was enjoyable. No long lines or wait during your appointment and everything just goes smoothly and quickly. 100% thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lorscheider and his team are always friendly and informative, but more importantly never cease to do amazing work. Recently got 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Kyra greeted me with a smile, got my X-rays and she and DrL got me taken care of in less than 45 minutes. Stellar work.

I usually leave my check ups with no need to follow up. When he says something needs to be done, I can trust his judgement as he doesn’t frequently suggest additional treatments. They do amazing work and they do it quickly. They are very accommodating if I get double booked and need to change my appointment. They never make me feel like it's a burden. Fantastic experience: We love Lone Peak Dental! The assistants are fun and very patient with my kiddos, and Dr. Lorscheider is great at taking the time to explain procedures or answer the 'how' and 'why' questions. We used to take our kids to a pediatric dentist and we would see another dentist, but I love that we all see the same dentist now. The entire staff is personable and my kids don't get scared to go to the dentist anymore... my 6 year old even said at our last visit "I love the dentist!"... so if you don't believe me, just ask my son

Fantastic experience: I have been to several dentists in the last few years. Some private offices and some corporate offices. Most of these made me feel like I was at a vehicle repair shop, being sold treatment that was unnecessary. Lone Peak dental was a breath of fresh air. The staff treated me like family, like they truly care about my health and my well-being. Thank you for treating me like I am more than a number. I have finally found a dentist I can trust!

Negative experience: After many years going to this office, I am going to find a new dentist. During my visit today, most of the staff was unmasked. Thinking back to my visit 7 months ago, Dr. Lorschieder was ranting about how COVID‐19 was "just a cold". I gave him another chance today and clearly the office doesn't take public health seriously.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt comfortable going to the dentist. It’s been one of those “scary” things my whole life. This dental office changed that for me though! They put me completely at ease. Dr. Lorscheider is so personable and he listens. He makes it all seem easy and simple and not scary. I also don’t feel like he does extra work that doesn’t need to be done just to charge me for it. He’s honest. His staff is amazing! They are all so good with kids! I faithfully go now every six months and that really says everything! No more putting it off now because it’s just not a big deal anymore for me!
