Fantastic experience: Unreal, my girlfriend has such dental trauma from childhood, I nearly forced her to go because of how much pain she was in.....she sobbed the entire drive. I told her it was her decision. When we got there she refused. The staff was incredible, they talked to her and got her in. They put her in a private room to ease her stress. Today she did the massive work she needed...it was a 5 hour job. They provided her with anesthesia...but the amazing thing was, she had so much less anxiety than she had for the checkup even though it was a major procedure. Dr. Blake and his staff made her that comfortable....I am so grateful.

Fantastic experience: I have MS and am prone to falling. I lost my balance and fell face first and chipped my front tooth. It happened to be Friday afternoon. We raced down to Blake Dental as quickly as possible but they were closing and Dr. Blake had already left for the day. Instead of sending me away, they called Dr. Blake and he came back and fixed my tooth. I don’t of too many dentists that would do that. His staff ant Dr. Blake were very kind and understanding.

Negative experience: Asked for 5 lb post and he gave me 2 lb post they lasted 3 weeks tops and don’t even snap in any more total waste of my money $150 thanks for nothing … Had him make my second pair of dentures and then never fit my mouth he is terrible go anywhere but here …

Fantastic experience: Dr Blake and his entire staff are stellar. I am 50 yrs old and until I met Dr Blake I was still a nervous wreck everytime I'd go into the Dentist for even a cleaning. Dr Blakes ability to assess the patients needs (including anxiety levels) and adjust and communicate to make you feel comfortable and relaxed are unprecedented. I have been a patient for 5 yrs now, and even after moving a bit farther than I'd prefer to drive for a dental apt I have kept him as my dentist because I have never felt as at ease or tended to as I do at Dr Blakes office. For a person who has lived with anxiety around even the smell of a dental office the lack of fear I have now is invaluable to me. Additionally his work is amazing. I have had extensivework done with him, and he always goes the extra mile. His hygienist are also amazing. They clearly communicate any work being done, and are constantly checking in on your comfort level as well. I highly recommend Dr Blakes office.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist there is! So honest and good at what he does. Was new to the area and had gone to others that were telling me I needed to replace my crowns. He told me I could, but it wasn’t necessary yet. Love that I can trust that he will be truthful. Also, my daughter did new a new crown and he was much less than others quoted. Fantastic experience: I had only seen one dentist my entire life, so I was a little stressed to find a new dentist especially for cosmetic reasons. Dr Blake went above and beyond to make sure I liked my teeth. I got composite bonding on two of my teeth and a retainer. The customer service was fantastic when I needed to get back in ASAP, which I’m sure was stressful on their end, but they were so great. His Dental assistants (especially Kennedy) and team are also really great and played a big part in providing such a good experience. I would recommend them to anyone and already have!

Negative experience: Dental services were great however, I was not informed of additional charges until after the services were rendered. After several phone calls & text, I was refunded but not without having to listen to the billing managers explanation of why they don't inform patients of their "extra" services along with hearing derogatory blame towards me and my insurance for not being "educated". I've also received bills in the mail for services I paid for prior to leaving their office. The office manager's display of defense rather than understanding and lack of integrity, professionalism and respect has lead me to find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Blake is one of the nicest angels on Earth. He healed my mouth and saved me! I had upper and lower crowns that did not fit and was in pain as well as looked awful. He and his wonderful ceramist had to remake my 22 crowns without a mold (a nearly impossible task) and were able to do it and I have zero pain! He is super nice and I would trust him with my soul. He is the best dentist there ever was! I love my teeth

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is awful. So mean. Not compassionate at all. You walk in the door and feel like a huge burden to them. I have never been treated that way anywhere. Especially Dianne. Looking through other reviews and talking with others who recommended this dentist office it looks like many people have had the same issue with her. I have friends who went there once and never went back because of her as well. I have family who dreads having to go into the office and deal with her. Dr Blake was great, so I'm really sad that we had to go elsewhere. Wish they would get better staff. This was not just 1 or 2 visits either. Me and my family were patients for years and just couldn't take it anymore.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed in the quality of dental work I received. I had a filling fall out only months after getting it "repaired". Reception was unfriendly and gave me the run around when I called to schedule an appointment to fix their faulty work, and billing was unwilling to even negotiate a fair price. Waste of time & money. Save yourself the toothache!

Negative experience: The dentist is really good. However the lady that does the billing in the office is horrible at her job. She doesn't bill insurance correctly. She is rude and doesn't take accountability for her mistakes. I find myself doing her job or she will expect you to pay for her mistakes. It's happened to me a few times now. I'm in the market for a new dentist. My insurance is Regence I pay alot for my insurance I don't want to pay twice

Negative experience: I have never had a good experience with this dentist. I have had multiple nerves hit and done nothing about, crowns broken and fallen off within 24hrs and cavities only half filled, leaving nerves exposed. When sensitive nerves have been brought up, multiple time, I was recommended expensive toothpaste instead of fixing the exposed nerves. I have had ALL teeth done by Blake redone by my new dentist.

Positive experience: Cleanings have been fine, but today my husband went in and they did x-rays without asking him even though they did them 6 months ago. Our insurance only covers it once a year so we got charged extra. They have also scheduled his appointments before the 6 month mark and we had to pay for the cleaning out of pocket then also. I feel like these are things they could easily check and usually do, just not consistently.

Fantastic experience: Fastest, most efficient drills in town! From the time Dr. Blake walked in to the time he left, it took 13 minutes to do 3 fillings, and that's with the chatting before and after! I have never been happier walking out of a dentist's office. Highly recommended.

I really hated having cavities filled when I was little but Dr. Blake and his staff really made me feel safe and eased the horror I felt with dental work. Every time I had to have something done I was given a step by step run through of the procedure which helped a lot. They've really made it a positive experience for me.

Fantastic experience: First off, let me just say, I have never had a good experience at a Dentist, let alone, a great experience, and I hate going more than I hate communism. That being said, I have had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Blake, most recently, having 3 cavities filled. For context, I have a very low tolerance pain threshold, even lower than my tolerance for BS. And my experience started off with reassurance from the staff that everything would be fine. I went in to my procedure, filled with dread and hopelessness. In the end though, I left with a successful procedure and a new found love for Dr. Blake and his staff. The procedure itself ended up being painless due to the numbing techniques and steady hand of Dr. Blake. I lay there listening to music and before I knew it, it was all over. As I sit here writing this review, I am still pain free, my mouth is getting back to normal, and I have no lasting side effects such as a completely numb mouth and tongue like I've had with other Dentists. My mouth feels great and I am at peace knowing these cavities aren't going to turn in to something worse having put them off for fear of a botched operation. I am extremely grateful to the front office staff, dental assistants, Diana in the billing office and Dr. Blake himself, mostly for caring enough about me to almost force the procedure and second, for the way they took care of me both pre and post appointment. I literally could not recommend them with any more fervor than I am attempting to convey and it is safe to say that I am almost looking forward to my next procedure. Thank you Dr. Blake and thank you to your staff for taking care of me mentally, spiritually and physically.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Blake and his staff for 10 years now. They are always friendly, make me feel comfortable and take extra care at each appointment. I started coming here after having some bad experiences with other dental providers, and I haven’t had a bad appointment yet. Fantastic experience: I had been told by a previous dentist that I would need 2 crowns. I had never had any before so I was nervous about if I really needed them. I called Dr. Blake's office because they had great reviews and asked if I could come in for a consultation and see if he agreed with my dentist. They asked about my pain and got me in a couple hours later! They worked with me on my lunch break and were so friendly! Dr. Blake and the hygienist talked in depth about their treatment plan they recommended (which was the same as the other dentist luckily!) I was given a quote for their services and everyone answered all of my questions in depth. If for whatever reason I don't go to my current dentist, I will definitely go here! Very impressed and highly recommend. Also i have huge dental anxiety if that helps to show how great they are in making me feel comfortable!

Fantastic experience: Another dental appointment...another stellar experience! Kandace is the best hygienist...friendly, great sense of humor, and makes the typically uncomfortable dental visit enjoyable. Dr. Blake is a straight-shooter and also has a good of sense of humor. Diana is easily the most on-point administrator I've worked with. She's very knowledgeable in working with insurances and excellent at explaining options. The receptionists have routinely been friendly. The automated texts are helpful.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient of Dr. Blake’s. My old dentist left a lot to be desired and Dr Blake and his staff filled those expectations very well. They squeezed me in same day and put my mind at ease. Their fees are very reasonable and he was very honest with me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a full service dentist. Fantastic experience: We were recently referred to Dr. Blake's office and have been so happy we were. It is such a nice, clean atmosphere and we are always greeted with a smile. Dr. Blake is so kind to my kids and they think he is the coolest dentist ever. I've been impressed with the staff. They have been so friendly and let me know all of my options before any work is done. We will not need anymore referrals anytime soon!
