Fantastic experience: I told Dr. Brown as I was leaving the office this morning that on a scale of one to 10 I would give Cascade Dental Partners a 12. As I drove away, I thought a 15 would be more appropriate. It was the best dental experience I’ve had in my 79 years. The kind and professional young lady who cleaned my teeth, was not only very thorough, but she explained everything she was going to do, and why before she did it. I was very comfortable and assured, which was a blessing for an old guy like me who had had a lot of trauma in dental chairs. When Dr. Brown came in he showed me the X-rays and gave me alternatives as to what could be done with no pressure or attempt to upsell. I had gone to eye exam a few days ago, and it was the exact opposite of my experience here. I walked away today with a smile on my face happy to know that there are good caring people willing to help. So, yeah, a 15

Fantastic experience: Got an appointment for the same day my tooth pain started walked in hoping I’d just get antibiotics, I sat down and they asked if I’d like the tooth pulled or root canal I asked the price and they said they could do most of the work today and then did the root canal. I haven’t been to a dentist in many years but I’d vouch for this dentist any day truly fantastic work and showed me everything that was going on.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for 4:30 and I’m standing outside right now (4:20) and no one is answering the office door. Missed my appointment and Zocdoc is going to charge me $75 for missing my appointment. Let alone the fact I’m in 10/10 pain and have to find another place that can get me in after waiting 4 days with a huge headache

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jerry Brown is one of the best dentists you'll find anywhere! What sets him apart is the descriptive words he uses for every action. So you always know what he's doing and why in real time, not a briefing like most do. His quality of shots relative to pain is masterful. It's hard to even know he's numbing you up at all. His staff is organized, polite, and the office is always spotless. I've seen young kids in there, up to geriatric patients. He genuinely loves doing what he does, it's evident in his craft. I grind my teeth at night & he's helped me protect me from grinding since I'm not mindful I do it. My last dentist took an x-ray & said I needed to see an Endodontist because I had two root canals & my canals were too skinny for him. I see Dr. Brown & laughs at my x-ray & gets to work. No root canal needed. I was there less than an hour which is 1/2 the time I spent looking for an Endo to accept my insurance. He saved me thousands of dollars in money & thousands more in time. I highly recommend Dr. Brown. His craft is untouchable. Not all dentists are created equal. If you feel like something isn't right with your dentist, go see Dr. Brown for a second opinion. He'll shoot straight with you & not put a sales pitch on you. I've never heard him speak badly of any other dentists.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had another great experience while visiting Dr Brown’s office. Front desk staff was nice, and cordial. My assistant did an amazing job making me feel comfortable during the cleaning. Dr Brown was very prompt and concise with his exam and I always look forward to our visits. He always asks about me and my wife and family. Great guy. They educated me on newer cleaning products that they offered and trained me on at home care that I should be improving.

Negative experience: I requested an appointment with Dr. Brown. I arrived and Dr. Brown was no where to be found. I was not informed that my appointment would be with a Dr. Tobler. The hygienist wanted to polish my teeth first prior to cleaning them because Dr. Tobler was busy. I said I would wait to be cleaned first then polished. Dr. Tobler spent about 6 minutes in total cleaning my teeth. Poorly done. Don’t waste your time here, they don’t seem to care!!!

Negative experience: Super disappointed in this place. I called to make an app last week for my first app and the lady taking the app took literally 20 mins to set up this app (which was for today). I had a babysitter set up for my kids who came to my house and I left for the app on my way there I got a phone call from them [10 mins before my app] they said sorry our doctor is out of town so we can't see a first time patient today. How frustrating. They didn't know this until ten minutes before my app? And they didn't know last week when I made this app that the Dr would be out of town? I had to pay my babysitter for coming to my house for nothing. If I were to have canceled my app 10 mins before it I would have been charged yet they can do this to me? Obviously won't be going here ever. Unprofessional and disorganized.

Negative experience: Has rescheduled my appointment for work done 3 times now. While he is very efficient at his job. If you say a patient needs 3 appointments to get all work done don't do 1 appointment and then reschedule the next one twice. You let me know today saying you are shutting the office the day of my appointment. This is very unprofessional, and with deep cavities they can get deeper. If I have to have a root canal on that left side you guys are paying for it cavities eat up decalcified teeth. If there was a no stars I would use it.

He’s knowledgeable, and so is the staff, and there’s never been any pressure to do anything that isn’t necessary, like I’ve heard about at other dental practices. He’s great with the kids, and they have a solid and healthy foundation with dentistry. What else could you ask for?

Negative experience: I came in because of tooth pain. The dentist said I needed a root canal and then pressured me into having him perform it. Down playing the need for a specialist and saying things like “I don’t know when they can get you in.” He used my pain to pad his bottom line because it turns out he missed the fourth root on my molar. A year later significantly more competent professionals are having to retreat the same tooth and fight significant bone loss. There are simply too many quality dentists to waste your time here.
