Fantastic experience: Coming to this emergency dental clinic was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dentist. I came in late at night, only about an hour and a half before closing, in extreme pain, expecting that I needed two root canals based on the X-rays another dentist had taken earlier that day. The team wasted no time getting me in, taking new X-rays, and evaluating my teeth. During their examination, they discovered that there was actually one more tooth that also needed a root canal. Despite how late it was getting, they immediately got to work, caring more about my pain than any time constraints. After four hours of work, and occasional pain on my end (which is to be expected), they managed to complete all three root canals and give me the relief I was so desperately needing. By the time they finished, they had stayed roughly three hours past closing, and not once did anyone make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. The entire team was amazing. Dr. Kris, Olivia, Paige, and Jane took incredible care of me from start to finish. They kept me entertained, checked on me constantly, and did everything they could to make me as comfortable as possible through a very intense procedure. They stayed focused on making sure I left that night out of pain. On top of all of that, they kept the treatment at a price I could actually afford, which meant the world to me because I don't have dental insurance. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go so far above and beyond for someone they had just met is something I will always be grateful for. I honestly can't thank this team enough. Last night they gave me my life back after one of the most painful days and weeks I have ever experienced. I would recommend this clinic to anyone without hesitation, especially if you're dealing with a dental emergency. Thank you, Dr. Kris, Olivia, Paige, and Jane. I'll never forget what you did for me.

Negative experience: I brought my daughter in last night for a tooth that was infected and needed to be pulled. I really liked the dentist. He was kind and explained everything clearly. What made me upset was after x-rays and talking to the dentist and making a plan to getting it done, we were then told, “ since it’s after hours, we have no way of calling your insurance to find out if we are providers so you will have to pay upfront and then bill your insurance yourself and get reimbursed that way.” However after I started asking questions, she then said, actually we are not providers for any insurance. Which matters because my insurance won’t cover non provides. I asked why I wasn’t told over the phone before we drove 30 minutes to get there and then waited two hours before finding out it was a cash only Clinic. The lady was extremely rude and said you’re free to go. I just wish you would have given me that info before coming.

Fantastic experience: Having a dental emergency is never pleasant and having such an emergency after hours is even more so. However, the friendly staff (special shoutout to Azalea!) at Emergency Dentists of Utah! took wonderful care of me, from explaining the procedure I needed (temp crown for a broken tooth) to answering my questions, and they made sure I was completely pain-free throughout the visit, all without criticism or judgement on the state of my teeth. If you haven't been to a dentist in years (or even if you do visit a dentist regularly), I highly recommend Dr. Kris Larson & his staff. They are kind and attentive. I'm so grateful that this dental practice was open when I needed help!

Fantastic experience: We are from out of state visiting family and my 5 year old had a dental emergency. I was super worried because it was after normal business hours and didn’t think an emergency room doctor would know how to fix her tooth. We called Emergency dentist of Lehi and they were very fast to respond and got us all fixed up! Super grateful for the quick response and amazing care they provided!

Fantastic experience: i went in with an abscess from my wisdom teeth surgery (done by a different doctor) and Dr. Larson was so amazing. I told him I had a bad experience with the last time I got laughing gas, and he made sure to check in with me multiple times throughout the procedure to confirm he wasn't using too much for me. He also explained every step and helped calm me down a lot. Overall very knowledgeable, kind, and a great listener. I sincerely hope I do not need an emergency dentist again, but if I do, I will definitely go back to Dr. Larson.

Fantastic experience: My cousin was having very bad pains on her teeth and most dentist places were closed, these people were open and were able to help her remove the tooth in no problem! I would 100% recommend people to come here

Fantastic experience: The staff at emergency dental went above and beyond on a Saturday night to get my tooth repaired. Picture this: you feel a massive amount of molar pain in 2022 but then it kind of goes away as long as you don’t eat anything hard on it. A normal person would go “oh I should probably take care of this before it gets worse.” Not me. Maybe I thought I was being tough. Maybe I’m an insane person. But I suffered through it. Putting it off for years until last week while eating a cucumber and some rice I feel my back molar collapse (see earth quake footage of office buildings collapse for an analogous image.) There was a brief “oh no” moment. It’s at this moment you would think I’d go get this fixed immediately. But a quick deeply scientific scan with my tongue showed that I actually wasn’t really feeling any more pain than usual. Fast forward to next week and the pain is increasing. I definitely need to call a dentist soon. Then it hits and nothing but lifting weights and running a sub 6 minute mile will offer temporary relief. I was about to take a crowbar to everything I own to distract from the pain but instead I called the emergency dentist and we got it taken care of in a few hours. No one wants to work at 7 pm on a Saturday. Much less spend that Saturday night digging around in a guys mouth who procrastinates important dental procedures. But the dentist and his staff were incredibly kind. They made me feel comfortable about getting the help I needed even though it sucks having to pay for emergency dental care and take the time to do it. Excellent root canals. 10/10 would go there for all root canals. Tell em Marcus sent you. I’m pain free in my mouth for the first time in 4 years.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency on a Friday and Emergency Dentists of Utah got me in the very same day. The entire staff was incredibly nice, caring, and made sure I was completely comfortable the whole time. A painful and stressful situation was made so much easier by their amazing team!

They also have great financial payment plans! Dr. Kris Larson was phenomenal! Made sure that I was comfortable and completely numb before he started. Then it was out within 5 minutes! Fantastic experience: Definitely worth while, came in thinking I had a chipped tooth at my root. Come to find out it’s just calcium build up which was a major relief! Would easily recommend to anyone needing a check up or wanting to get clear understanding of their dental health. They even offered ways to help a twisted tooth adjust to its normal self down the road which sounds great!

Fantastic experience: My front tooth broke off late on a Friday night and took care of it immediately. They made it a much better crown that was an excellent match to the other teeth. The staff was amazing and patient and Dr.Larson was very skilled and precise in making the new crown look perfect. I will use them again.

Fantastic experience: I had a good time I watched one of my favorite movies turbo I recommend it heavy heavy and the people who were helping me were super nice the one lady gave me headphones and usually at a dentist place if they let you watch a movie it’s silent and you gotta read the subtitles this nice lady gave me headphones and I enjoyed half the movie I didn’t get to finish it but I can go finish it when I get home super cool place very recommended by me

Positive experience: Not to happy. I came in for a crown to be placed and was demanded to take my blood pressure I relented but I don’t come to the dentist to have my blood pressure taken. I come to get teeth fixed. I like coming here as it’s close to home and great dentist. But when I came in to get the root canal they didn’t do blood pressure and I’m not going to do it again if I come back

I was in an unbelievable amount of pain and they fit me in, he took the tooth out completely painlessly and walked me through all of the next steps. If you have a dental emergency I strongly recommend coming here! Their hours are also incredibly accommodating.

Negative experience: Talk about bait and switch scam. Son had a scooter accident that damaged his 2 front top teeth. We called and were told it would be around 200$ for us to come in. We completely told them what had happened, what was going on etc. once my wife gets there with my son ,and he's examined, she's told it's going to be just under $500 because they're going to extract one of the teeth. The tooth is a baby tooth so shouldn't be a complicated extraction but he does need laughing gas and shots for the pain. Once they start on my son. They then tell us it's going to be another $200 because they want to take the other tooth as well. So here we are expecting around $200 to start then bumped to $500 and then to $700. I hate the practices of emergency services in the area. So many times I see the same things because people are stuck having to go there in an emergency.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Larsen and staff were great! My daughter had dental work done earlier in the week at a different location and she started complaint of pain again! They got is in quick and he was kind enough to not charge me for a quick filling adjustment.! Definitely recommend him for dental emergencies!
