Greenwood Dental Saratoga Springs

Fantastic experience: Greenwood Dental is the best. They’ve been my dentist since 2014 and I’ve always had a great experience with them. The hygienists are amazing, the office staff is wonderful, and the Dentists Drs. Dale, Brandon and Bryan are all spectacular as well. Very funny guys!

Negative experience: After spending thousands of dollars, only to find out what they wanted to repair for my front bridg, the infection had destroyed the root system, thank you chemo. Went to a different dentist for a second opinion to be verified. Well lo and behold they send me a bill for 3 dollars, I guess they are unwilling to dismiss this, I will pay this small amount in protest to protect my credit. Beware of unfair billing, had problems with them years ago with improperly billing my insurance. Thought I would try again, to replace z full bridge after less than a year, that was a sigh. I had problems

Fantastic experience: I broke A crown off of my tooth last night and called Greenwood Dental Jace this morning the next morning. I was in a lot of pain. They were able to get me in within an hour of calling. They were able to fix it with a temporary and schedule an appointment that would work for me later. Aimee upfront and Dr. Brent in back did an amazing job helping me out. I am able to function today Without a bunch of pain and inconvenience because of it. Greenwood Dental has always been great with me.

I was worried about not being able to get it taken care of since the office was closed the next day. I was able to text Dr. Brandon and he was able to get me right in and get me taken care of. Fantastic experience: I chipped my right front tooth. Not ideal for feeling pretty! I was able to get into Greenwood Dental the very next day and Dr Bryan fixed me right up. It was as if it had never happened. Dentists are straight up magicians! And these guys are great. Friendly staff. Great dentists. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Greenwood Dentists greet you when you walk in. There is very little wait time to be seen and the dentists are very knowledgeable about their work. I can go to my appointment for a cleaning and be out of there most of the time within a half-an-hour. I appreciate their professionalism.

Brandon is such a kind and caring dentist, my wife absolutely hates the dentist and really struggles with anxiety around dental care but Brandon was so gentle and kind and genuinely was willing to do whatever was needed to make her feel comfortable! Dr. Greenwood, Tiffany and all of the staff are not only competent, but so nice as well. Dr. Greenwood replaced a crown for me and the procedure went smoothly and virtually pain free. Tiffany has cleaned my teeth several times now and has always done an excellent job. I highly recommend Greenwood Dental.

Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago I was looking for a new dentist and I came across Greenwood Dental on the internet. They had lots of great reviews so I decided I would give them a try. I hadn't made an appointment yet, but I ended up having a crown pop off today and needed to get in ASAP. I called and even though I had never been their patient they got me in within 1.5 hours and were able to fix my crown. I really liked the front desk ladies, the assistant, and Dr. Brandon and they have gained me as a patient!

Fantastic experience: The Greenwood Dental team is a group of all-stars from every perspective. I feel like I’m visiting a group of friends every time. From the front office, through the cleaning and ending with Dr Greenwood - they are friendly professionals that care about you and care for you in every aspect of dental hygiene and prevention. They even take time to let you talk without having a probe in your mouth. I look forward to my visits to Greenwood Dental. There are several that work there that I consider the best I’ve ever known - Christy Hope works the insurance, Janet Sansone is my hygienist and Dr Brendon Greenwood is my Dentist. Since I’m now 75 years old, I’ve seen quite an impressive number of Dentists and office staff in my life. None are better!!!

I found out through my visit the Dr had a daughter getting married that afternoon. I felt sorry for bothering them. They put that to rest and got to work. I don’t have a regular dentist. I do now!

I have seen Dale since I was a child, except for a few years when I lived away. And my four children have been seen by all of their dentists. They explain procedures to my satisfaction and answer all of my questions. I feel they are practical in their suggestions without over complicating care or costs. I will continue to use them for years to come.
