Fantastic experience: I always love taking my kids here! We always have a good experience. Laser dentistry is the only way to go. My kids look forward to visiting the dentist, who else can say that?

Fantastic experience: My kids and I love Dr. Karren and his staff. They are patient, kind and caring. My kids are never scared to go see the dentist and they enjoy getting to watch their favorite movie or show while getting worked on.

Positive experience: I've previously had great experiences here with my babies and kids and was disappointed to learn that Dr Richter retired recently because we really enjoyed him. After repeated billing issues (offering xrays that were not covered by our insurance), we have decided to look for another provider. They were mostly willing to work with me but after I was told that they waived the fees in the past "as a courtesy", I was done. Correcting your own errors is not a courtesy or a favor.

Fantastic experience: I am always amazed every time we come to this office. We receive the best service from everyone. My daughter use to be so afraid of the dentist, and now looks forward to going every time.

Negative experience: We have been long-time patients of this office, and when Dr. Richter was there, everything seemed to run much more smoothly. The dentist himself is fine, but the office staff has been incredibly difficult to work with. Appointments are booked months in advance, and the scheduling process feels completely disorganized. When I went in to reschedule a cleaning, they somehow rescheduled the actual dental work instead. They briefly offered another appointment time, but when it didn’t work for our schedule, they refused to let us switch with a sibling’s appointment. The next available option was two months later. The lack of flexibility, communication, and basic organization made the entire experience unnecessarily frustrating.

Negative experience: I have called 11 times today during the whole day, and i called 8 times las week and they never answer me. Horrible costumer service....

Negative experience: We have been patients here for YEARS! They are the best in my opinion, however, the last three times we have needed work done (extractions for ortho purposes, trying to save adult teeth from transposing etc) they have been scheduling MONTHS out. That isnt beneficial for anyone. How can a child with a progressing cavity wait 3 months for a filling, and then be forced to get a crown. Its so frustrating. It has only become an issue in the last couple years and we have been forced to go elsewhere.

Negative experience: I showed up 10 minutes late after they called me two minutes earlier. They said they have a 10-minute late policy, so we were within that timeframe but the front desk lady waited on purpose to check us in until it was 3:11 and then rudely said we can’t take you in today. No apologies or anything just a blunt no. I told her we want to cancel altogether, and we can find another dentist for my kids. They’ve rescheduled this appointment two times now because they’re short staffed. Not worth the hassle especially when they won’t work with you while we were very flexible with their rescheduling.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this office. They are so good with kids. My kids have no problem with going and even get excited about getting a little toy at the end. The hygienists are all 10/10, just so kind, so efficient, and so knowledgeable. They do an excellent job staffing only the best. I'm distrusting of Dr's and dentists typically, but can say I completely trust the dentists at this office. They're fantastic. One of my kids has autism and intense anxiety, and literally laughed through getting two fillings. They schedule all 3 and get them done all at once, which is so nice and less stressful than one after another like a lot of offices seem to do. We've never had to wait more than a minute or two to go back, as they dont overschedule at the patient's expense. That's so rare these days in offices where patients are seen. We have had only good experiences here for the years we've been going (its been 4+ years if I remember correctly.)

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist office. They are so kind and patient with my kids. The Dentist are awesome too. Always thorough in communication and kind. We have been coming here for years and plan on staying!

Negative experience: Horrible payment help no one explained the process at all just got us to sign and hurry out the door. Set me up with 2 separate payment plans that double charged me and ruined my vacation! Never coming back. Don't bring your kids here.

Fantastic experience: We came to this office to have my newborn's tongue tie release/frenectomy procedure done. The entire staff was super friendly. The assistants were really cute and sweet with my baby while he was having the procedure done. I could tell Dr. Richter was very experienced and gave an honest assessment as he recommended against needing a lip tie release as well.

Fantastic experience: Took my three week old baby girl to get her tongue tie fixed. They were highly Recommended by my lactation consultant and dry Creek pediatric dentistry lived up to my expectations and more. They were so kind and gentle with my little baby and even went above and beyond to help keep my toddler entertained while his little sister got her procedure. The dentist was very thorough and made sure to make sure she was comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommend and will be going back.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about our experience here! I have a 2 yr old and a 1 yr old so needless to say my hands are full and these appointments could go super bad for us lol. But the staff here was so beyond helpful and understanding, especially through toddler screams. My one year old is pictured laying back relaxing with a movie playing above her. Definitely would recommend and will for sure come back when we need to!

Fantastic experience: We love Dr. Richter!!! He is the best dentist in every way!!! He uses the latest techniques and has the best bedside manner. He explains everything clearly and makes my children and I completely comfortable. We love that he uses lasers to do his fillings, and there’s no need to use numbing shots and drills!! We can trust him completely to take care of all of our dental needs, and he never tries to do more. We feel so lucky to have such an amazing dentist! All of his office staff have been wonderful and kind as well. They are all quick and efficient, I never feel like I’m waiting much if at all. We feel we’re 100% in good hands! Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: I love the staff. As a Mom who seeks and makes educated decisions regarding my child's dental health, I appreciate the level of respect, competence, and knowledge that is freely given to me. It enables me to make the best decisions per child. I have not yet been met with resistance when asking questions regarding procedures, dental health of each child, or billing. My children feel comfortable at each appointment and look frwd to going. Who looks frwd going to the dentist?! They provide sensory noise canceling headphones to listen to the t.v above their heads and glasses. It's a fantastic experience each time we go for them and that of myself.

Fantastic experience: The hygienists at the office are so patient, and so kind and warm to all the little kids. I was so impressed with everyone at the office. I like how professional everyone is, it looks like a really great place to work. I liked watching the dentist too, he was so patient and waited until my daughter felt comfortable. Despite having multiple patients waiting for him, he did not rush, he took his time and waited for my daughter to warm up to him. She was really scared going into the appointment, but everyone made her comfortable and safe. I would recommend this dentist!!

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old LOVED coming here and asks when she can go back! From the toys in the waiting room, the TV on ceiling and choosing her show, picking a themed toothbrush w/ colorful floss, picking her toothpaste flavor, getting a surprise toy from the token machine, and a flower balloon, she loved every second! She's excited to use her new toothbrush and show everyone how clean her teeth are.They had a cute nook for taking X-rays and it didn't freak out my kid at all. The staff are friendly and kid oriented and the procedure rooms are cute and comfortable! Hardly like any dental office I've seen. The dentist had excellent chairside manners and interacted wonderfully with my child.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and hygienists are wonderful, and so patient with my kids. I appreciate how they roll with the disruptions that come up when dealing with kids, and how positive and supportive of my kids they are. I’ve never had another dentist tell my kid that he’s doing such a great job and he’s proud of him before, but I loved hearing it! I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: We love Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry!! We have toddlers, and the staff are always so friendly and kind with them. They go above and beyond to help my kids feel welcomed and happy. They especially like the balloon animals, toy nook, and the prize they get at the end. Fantastic experience: 10/2019 Got referred here for possible tongue/lip tie procedure for my infant. I was SO appreciative when they honestly said my son wouldn't need the frenulectomy procedure. THEY AREN'T GOING TO RECOMMEND PROCEDURES AND DO THINGS JUST TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU (Which is a huge problem in the industry.) Plus, they had a friendly and knowledgeable in-house lactation consultant who visited with me at the same appointment, and she referred me elsewhere to get the help I actually needed. It was so wonderful to have different disciplines working together to truly HELP people. Incidentally this is the dentist my kids have gone to and this place is just fabulous. Well worth traveling to and paying for! Added 8/26/20 The worst thing is I continually get message requests to review them, thumbs down for that. 11/2023 Still very happy with this dentistry. Checkups are always a good time, cavity fillings and seals went smoothy. We feel very comfortable and "seen" here.

Fantastic experience: I've worked at a few dental offices (before kids), and I've taken my kids to a few as well. I have to say this is the nicest practice I've ever been to. The love they show the kids in speaking tone and gestures is above and beyond. The options they offer to them are amazing. Kindness and expertise is "chef's kiss". I had to go back for a lost squishy and they opened their door to happily oblige. (Thank you about that bc it helped diverge a meltdown <3.) Which also amazed me as well that this practice cares about the assistants, office workers, and hygienists enough to give them an actual lunch break. Too many practices work without breaks. You can tell they really care all around, and the kindness and joy is real. We wish we lived here bc we would definitely make you guys our dental home. We will definitely be driving back from Vegas for treatment for our little one. The option to be in the practice with her is a way better option than having to go to the hospital where I can not be with her. Not to mention to have a gentle, kind, and experienced dentist and assistant to work on her. Another "chef's kiss" great option to be able to have an anesthetist in office, and to gently sedate with mom there will help my baby not create traumatic memories otherwise. That's a huge blessing for babies with sensory disorders, autism, and honestly just good for all kids all around. We appreciate all of you! My kids and I absolutely love you guys! Thanks for having us!

Fantastic experience: Love this place, oh and so do my kids. :) The hygienists and dentists are GREAT! My 2.5 year old, who usually has stranger danger especially with men, has had two cleanings and fillings done without any issues. Both of my young children enjoy going to the dentist! Very welcoming and safe environment. So happy with my toddlers front teeth filling results! They look beautiful and she’s very pleased with her little smile. Thank you DCPD!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to take your kids! So patient and kind! My 4yo loves it and is excited to go! They did amazing with my nb tongue tie as well!! 100000/10 recommend them!

Negative experience: Record your all of interactions with Dr Ben. He is a façade, deceiver and falsifier. The manager is alleging that I was combative with the doctor and staff? That is a false claim since I didn’t even talk to the staff. She’s also alleging that I am defacing this office with multiple accounts? That is also a completely false. This is my only account. She’s also alleging I didn’t pay my bills? That’s false and I have receipts. Maybe I’m getting mixed up with another client? How many clients have had the same problem?? The lengths and efforts of falsehoods being made to cover up these legitimate concerns about Dr. Ben is intense and astonishing. It looks like there are multiple people that have been gaslit by Dr. Ben and his obsession with Anesthesia. And if you voice legitimate concerns about Dr. Ben and his reckless recommendations anesthesia especially when you have medical reasons to avoid it. Then you are kicked out of this office no questions asked. Lindsay the office manager is very happy to refer you out to a different non-preferred dentist, instead of address the real problem or try to find a non invasive solution with Dr Ritcher. She doesn’t even have the courage to do it herself she makes the staff members have her awkward conversations for her. This is highly disappointing and monopolizing because this office is one of the preferred providers of these services. I am highly disturbed by the dynamic and power play that this office is perpetuating. Can this office l please explain why Dr. Ben was trying to send my patient down river to go be evaluated by an ENT? How much training has Dr. Ben had with oral ties? He was giving decades old advice. This is highly concerning. Can this office please explain why would Dr. Ben downplay and disregard and invalidate and avoid to acknowledge my patient’s medical afflictions and symptoms? He made audible scoffs and mockery about my patient’s medical history. Instead I was questioned for my credentials and asked for official diagnoses and gaslit and tried to be convinced that a class 3 tongue tie could not possibly cause or contribute sleep apnea or decay. Anyone with the slightest amount of training knows that that is complete a falsehood and backward reference to the integrity of this office. I am appalled that I was forced into a situation where I had to defend a decade of Myofunctional and Craniosacral education and experience and was still spoken to in a condescending, patronizing and eye rolling tone and attitude. Dr Ben was audibly scoffing and mocking that a class three tie would cause sleep apnea. I am genuinely worried for the young parents who don’t have in depth knowledge or experience and don’t know how to advocate for themselves or navigate this type of completely false misrepresentation of this complex oral functional specialty. Dr. Ben did not complete a thorough and comprehensive exam of my minor patient myofunctional restrictions like Dr Ritcher preforms. He barely and briefly gazed into the mouth of my patient. I am completely shocked at this gross negligence of care that we were subjected to by Dr. Ben. If you are a young parent with a child that is older than 6 month old — absolutely avoid this office for tongue tie release provided by Dr Ben. I am extremely disappointed that Dr. Ritcher “agreed” with Dr. Ben’s poor judgement recommendations without even seeing or evaluating my patient at my request. Dr. Ritcher wasn’t even there that day I asked for a second opinion. Lying to and about patients is highly concerning and unprofessional. I am completely appalled at the nosedive and level of service this office has stooped to. My confidence in the competence of this office is completely slashed. I can no longer in good faith recommend this office with integrity to my circle of patients and associates.

Fantastic experience: Their way with kids is unmatched. My 2 year old is shy and they went out of their way to make him feel comfortable. Finding a toothbrush he loved, making him a balloon animal with the color of his choice, and putting on a show he loves while he got his cleaning done. By the end of the appointment, he was happy and comfortable with everyone there. Dry Creek is worth any amount of driving time because they are seriously amazing! Amazing staff from check-in to check-out. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I have children with severe anxiety and autism, and this office has been so supportive, understanding, and patient with them for over 10 years. We never wait long, and they continually make the dentist a pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: Both my babies had tongue and lip ties released here by Dr. Richter. He is very knowledgeable and we were confident in his diagnosis and skill. Even my husband was impressed (which is hard to do because he’s kind of anti doctors if any kind lol) Everyone is always friendly and helpful. The lactation consultant after the procedure was very helpful, even answering questions not related to my baby’s ties (other nursing questions). 10/10 recommend this office for frenectomies!

Fantastic experience: I don't normally remember to write about positive experiences with businesses, but our experience with Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry was next-level. Our newborn had a tongue tie, and they diagnosed it and treated it extremely effectively and efficiently. Our experience, from calling in to set an appointment, to checking in when we arrived, to surgery, to following up--I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: The providers in this office are absolutely phenomenal. I really love every human we have ever interacted with here, but the billing office is a joke and so disorganized I will never return. I’m increasing my previous review from 1 star to 2 stars because one employee was kind enough to look into the source of all my confusion, but in the future it’s just not worth the headache.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: The office did reach back out and made it right. The bad taste I had had after so many good experiences is gone, and I am once again super grateful to have found this office and these doctors. This office is so great for so many reasons! I switched to them for the laser cleaning and better prices! And have for the most part been satisfied. Unfortunately, when we had to schedule an appointment a month after my sons fillings were filled for tooth pain, I went over in detail how much it would cost me since we just spent so much on cleanings and fillings. I was told on the phone I had a $25 credit that would cover the X-ray so I would just pay the $60ish for the exam and then to fix what we found. What we ended up finding was the recently filled cavity was exposed again, no filling in sight. I remember trying to schedule the filling in the back and I wasn’t sure on the time. So I went up to checkout and we scheduled there. I always pay my bill each time we leave, and never was I asked to pay for the office visit or X-ray and was told that it’s would be covered because it was such a recent filling. A few weeks later the bill comes. They did comp the work done on the tooth but charged me for the visit and X-ray, and to top it off, the $25 credit I was told about was no longer there. When I called and told them what I was told there was nothing they could do. It’s such awful customer service to not follow through on what YOUR employees told me. It’s not the amount that matters it’s just how tacky and rude this is. Will I change offices, no, everyone has a bad day, so I am leaving a review because I want them to talk about this and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Believe your clients. I’m not making up stories about $25, and having an experience like this just leaves a bad taste in your mouth you know?

Negative experience: We went to them because our family dentist wanted to do sedation on my daughter and our PCP recommended not to because she was too young. The first visit was good - they took xrays of her teeth, helped her feel comfortable with what was happening, said they understood the issues with sedation and had plenty of options around it, and presented a treatment plan. The next visit went well, she got one of her cavities filled, and they helped keep her calm and did the work. The problems started on the visit afterwards - instead of giving her a brace to help keep her mouth open, they wanted her to just hold her mouth open and keep still, placed a temporary resin instead of the full fix, and said we needed to use sedation with an anesthesiologist. My wife reminded them that sedation was against the advise of our primary care physician and that they had said they had other options than just nitrous and sedation. They ignored my wife, claiming that full sedation has no risks (which it does have some risks in adults, which is why you have to sign paperwork acknowledging the risks), and I had to call later. After finally managing to speak to the dentist, he was once again dismissive of our primary care physician, claiming the doctor doesn't know what he's talking about, and that we had no other options. When I informed him that the entire reason we were paying the extra for a pediatric dentist was to avoid sedation and that we weren't going to do sedation, he hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean office, wonderful stafff & dentists! We were referred here for my son’s tongue and lip tie revision as a newborn, and have been coming here ever since! I do wish they had a fluoride alternative, we go somewhere else for that with my older child.

Fantastic experience: Very good dentists and staff. Great with the laser. All my kids are comfortable going here and love the movies and prizes.

Fantastic experience: This is the place to go if your infant has a tongue or lip tie! They are very knowledgeable and even have an IBCLC on staff to help. They automatically schedule a follow up to check things out, which is helpful. I just wish they did these appointments more than one day a week- sometimes you have to wait a while since they’re in such high demand.

Fantastic experience: I have brought all 3 of my children here. My oldest daughter who is 9 years old needed multiple baby teeth extracted for braces. She was very nervous about it. Everyone involved was so kind and understanding and helped her feel very calm. The process was explained to her as they were doing things and that seemed to help her. She left feeling brave, and the next extraction was no problem at all. My 3 year old had a great first time experience at the dentist and can’t wait to go back. We love this place!

Fantastic experience: This team and the IBCLC, Jill are completely smashing it. They are so amazing. They got my son in when he needed help and they went above and beyond to ensure that he had special care that he needed. They also helped me with my daughter. I could not recommend them enough! 10 STARS! A++

Fantastic experience: This is the third pediatric dentist we have tried with our kids, and I’m so happy to say we don’t need to look any further! Their cleanings were so efficient, and the staff was AMAZING. My 8 year old has cried at the dentist every appointment up until now, but when we got in the car today she told me she can’t wait to go back! I couldn’t be more grateful to find a place that takes care of my kids and makes going to the dentist something fun and enjoyable!

The laughing gas is life-saving and I’m so glad they have a laser for cavities! It’s totally worth my 25 minute drive to go to this office. Would recommend! I wish I could go here as an adult, too

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good about this place!! My seven year old daughter broke her permanent front tooth months ago. After going to another dentist it was repaired but it honestly did not look good. It did not look natural. When it broke again last night, we instead went to see Dr. Richter at Dry Creek Dentistry. I can't say enough how grateful I am for his amazing ability to fix that tooth! It looks perfect and so natural that it's hard to tell that it was ever broken! I am so grateful!

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to come if you are worried your infant isn’t nursing well because of a lip or tongue tie. They first evaluate how well your infant can lift their tongue and do other things that would effect eating.They save time to do the procedure that same day if it is needed so you don’t have to put your infant through another trip to the dentist. After the procedure I got to go into another room and spend time with a lactation consultant! That was SO helpful!! Someone finally understands what mothers need! What a great support to someone trying to be successful in a challenging breastfeeding situation. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best tongue tie release docs!!! We make a special drive from Idaho to bring our family! We have had 3 kids and my husband receive the release and the results are amazing! Kids sleeping better! Tension around the neck and throat are gone! If we could give more stars we would! Thank you soo much!!

Negative experience: 1) We went to the pharmacy to get prescriptions filled prior to an appointment. One had expired so we had to reschedule and drive 20 minutes each way to pick up a new one in person then drive to American Fork to the pharmacy to get it filled. Such a joke, why don't you have medication in house? Instead we have to reschedule multiple times and drive all over the state filling prescriptions? Now my son's appointment for a cavity or root canal / crown is scheduled for 3 MONTHS after his original appointment. Of course it will probably be a root canal and crown after 3 months. 2) They gave us a quote of $0.00 for sealant on my daughter's teeth that turned out to cost nearly $70. 3) They began charging interest BEFORE we receive our bills. 4) They were going to charge us $600+ for a root canal / crown. I called other pediatric dentists in the area and they all quoted me ~$350.

Fantastic experience: We did a lip tie frenectomy with their office and had a great experience! We received a lot of information in advance to prepare and helpful follow-up emails as well. Highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: We love coming to Dry Creek. The staff is amazing & caring with our children. The procedures used are much more comfortable & less invasive than others. Even after moving out of state, we still come back to Dry Creek for our kids dental care.

Fantastic experience: My baby had his lip and tongue tie corrected here by Dr. Chris. The whole team was amazing and he did such a great job! He followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was healing correctly. I definitely recommend this office to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I love Dry Creek Pediatrics! Dr. Richter and Dr. Kareen are honest and through. We moved out of Utah county and we will always make the drive for my kids dental care. Anyone with PTSD from childhood dentist will be able to undo some of those awful memories with their experiences at Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: It was my son’s first visit to the dentist and it was AMAZING! We originally went in for a lip and tongue tie consultation and found that he didn’t need a revision (YAY!) then the good news kept piling on lol. My son has no cavities and all his teeth are coming in appropriately. He felt safe and was able to see the x-rays of his teeth and he was really happy being there. Any place that can make my son feel this safe on the FIRST visit has our loyalty as customers and as patients. THANK YOU for taking GREAT care of my son, for answering all of my questions and for explaining things to him and making him feel as safe and happy as he did. 10/10 ✨

Fantastic experience: I love the staff here. They are very friendly and professional. I would know because I used to be a dental assistant and worked with my dad for many years who was a dentist. Dr. Richter has always done a great job. I just met the new dentist and he gave me great advice for what to do in an upcoming health issue. Cant beat that!

Fantastic experience: We love Dry Creek pediatric dentistry! My kids love the kind staff, office, prizes and balloons. 6 month check-ups are fun for them. I'm grateful for their work on lip and tongue ties. It has saved my breastfeeding relationships with three of my children. I always recommend Dr. Richter and now Dr. Karren whenever anyone asks for a pediatric dentist and especially whenever I hear moms struggling with breastfeeding! I wish there were more doctors like them.

We've had tooth extractions done, tongue ties fixed and our regular cleanings and everything has always gone so well for my kids. My 3 year old who gets a little nervous around new people kept saying that the "dentist girl" (her dental hygienist) was so nice. Fantastic experience: The staff at DCPD is always wonderful! They are friendly and comforting or energetic and your cheerleader, whatever is needed by your child. The facility is clean and welcoming too! We love Dr Richter and take his advice on our kiddos teeth! We have also been Dr Ben and he was awesome too! I never have to worry if we have any cavities because they use laser dentistry and I know it doesn't hurt the kids! Highly recommend you go here! Covid 19 Update. They are following precautions and my children were in and out efficiently.

My kids enjoy coming here and every experience we’ve had here has been great. My kids feel at ease and are eager to come to the dentist. My oldest daughter is with autism and she used to be dread going to the dentist but now she looks forward to it. Fantastic experience: I am extremely pleased with the incredible customer service I received from Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry from start to finish. My 3-week-old and I were really struggling with our breastfeeding relationship because of what I suspected were lip and tongue ties. Her pediatrician attempted to clip her tongue tie earlier on, but could only go so far with his scissors. I called after middle of the night research online because I was in so much pain - their website and reviews made it obvious they are very experienced in oral tie release using a laser. They got me in the next morning. Dr. Richter was able to quickly assess that my baby did have both types of ties and they were able to do the laser frenectomy quickly and with very little bleeding. They even had a lactation consultant (who was amazing) send me educational materials beforehand and she met with me after the procedure to observe my baby’s latch and give me nursing tips. Thank you so much - I will recommend your practice to others!

Fantastic experience: Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry helped me with my 4 month old who was tongue tied and lip tied. Dr. Richter and his dental assistants where very open and caring. Dr. Richter described the procedure to me in a way that was easy to understand. The dental assistants were kind and gentle with my baby while Dr.Richter used a laser to do the procedure and there wasnt any blood.

Fantastic experience: My twin 8 yr olds LOVE going to Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry! We have gone there every 6 months for check ups ever since they were very little, and they have had a great experience every single time! The entire staff is warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable! The dentists and hygienists are very gentle and great with my kids!

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST pediatric dentist office ever ever ever. Every single member of the staff is fantastic. My kids actually look forward to going which is something I can’t relate to from my own childhood experiences haha but they are so incredibly efficient. We’ve never waited more than five minutes to be taken back (never) and then we are never there for long at all either! Such a well oiled machine! I don’t feel this way about any other office that we see. Not in awe of my kids pediatrician office, my own family care provider or my dentist- and I never leave reviews. This office is amazing.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Dry Creek!! The staff is so friendly and always take such good care of our kids. They look forward to going to the dentist. They are so timely and get us in and out while still taking care of all our needs. I feel like there are a lot of dentists out there that try and do extra work for more money. This is definitely NOT the case here. We’ve been going for 4 years and it’s always just the routine cleaning and X-rays. If there ever is an issue with my kids teeth I will completely trust them because I’ve never felt like they have tried to upsell us on any treatments.

Fantastic experience: We LOVE Dry Creek Pediatric Dentistry! I found them 5.5 years ago when my newborn needed a tongue and lip tie revision and they did so well with him that I took my six year old back for hers. We had seen them for regular cleanings, but about a year ago our insurance stopped covering them. When my son had an abscessed tooth a couple months ago, I didn’t care that they weren’t covered and I called and they got us in the same day. They pulled his tooth and there were NO tears from my 5 year old (or me when I saw the bill!). They took such great care of him and it was so reasonable that when another dentist recommended a crown for my 11 year old, we went in for a second opinion and not only did he recommend a different course of treatment until she’s grown, but he saved her from a root canal. I really wish our insurance covered them but if we need anything outside of regular cleanings, I will go in and happily pay out of pocket because I KNOW my kids are getting the best care possible!

Staff is great and friendly, and Dr. Richter was extremely efficient, thoughtfully assessed my baby, and explained everything in detail to me. The lactation specialist was SO HELPFUL and took a long time answering all my questions and working with me one-on-one. I highly recommend this location!

Fantastic experience: This guys are absolutely amazing and very patient! So professional and so sweet with my scared 2 year old. We were able to get 4 fillings without any sedation because the doctor and assistant were so attentive to my daughters needs.

Fantastic experience: We love this office. Everyone is seriously so nice. Front desk girls, hygienists, and the dentists as well are so kind and caring. My daughter had a bit of trauma at a different office and I told drycreek this before our first appointment and they went above and beyond to make her comfortable and she loves going to the dentist now. Highly recommend this office!

Negative experience: Their office constantly calls me to make an appointment with them which is really aggravating. Its too many phone calls. I finally say ok and schedule with them. Of course we have been patients for years but they still can't fit us in before our insurance year ends so we have to schedule out a month and a half out. Today we show up for our appointment and I was told by the receptionist that we do,t have one. She read a lot of random notes in the computer that said I was getting new insurance that are not about me at all, another mistake. I was told they could work us in slowly since they are full. Well I didn't make an appointment a month and a half ago to control three kids in a dentist's office for over 2 hours waiting around for them all to be seen. No one came out to talk to us or apologize besides the 20 year old receptionist who had an artificial apology to give and moved on to the next person. Furthermore the dentist's aren't that great. They just drill and fill and are really behind on the most current evidence based dentistry. They tried to convince me to fill a tiny cavity on one of my children and instead we went home and worked on healing it. When we came back the next year we were told no cavities and they never acknowledged that they had said he had a cavity the last year. Also recommended surgery for one of my children and shoved a random business card of an oral surgeon at me with zero information. And the next week the problem resolved itself by his permanent tooth descending. So if I was listening to these dentists I would have let them drill a hole in my kids tooth and let major surgery occur with General anesthesia on a six year old. Just avoid this office.
