Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr. Baird’s office to anyone looking for an excellent dentist. He’s done restorative work on multiple family members who have all had great outcomes. Rebecca is our hygienist and she is thorough, professional, and gentle. Our entire family had positive experiences with her! You will love the clean, clutter-free office and easy check in/checkout process. The finance side of things is very clear and I always know before procedures what my portion with be. I’ve been recommending Alpine Meadows to others, they take such good care of their patients!

Positive experience: Just make sure you are proactive about your insurance because they will not ask you for update information until after your appointment and then you’re out of luck when you’re out of network (every other dentist I’ve ever had has asked prior to any appt to ensure updated insurance). They are thorough cleaning and finding all the cavities. Frustrating experience overall.

Even her pre-appointment texting allayed my concerns and nervousness. I gave Courtney my dental history and background before meeting h with Dr Baird and she was able too concisely convey my past dental experience to Dr. Baird, so I know she was listening carefully. Dr. Baird himself was very compassionate and gentle. He listened. Carefully to my concerns and goals and seems to be an awesome partner WITH me to find long term solutions for my oral health. His “chair side ” manner was gentle and professional, but all with a quiet sense of humor. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit when he will propose my treatment plan. After my first visit, I have trust in this office an Dr. Baird, which hasn’t always been my experience with other dentists. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: Dr Baird caught a silent acid reflux problem I had been having for years that was eroding my teeth. No one else was able to identify why my teeth were losing their enamel. I had no other signs, but tests confirmed silent GERD, which is now under control. He also made a bridge for my son with a congenitally missing tooth, and it looks amazing. I’m so excited to see my own teeth as he repairs the damage to my teeth because of my acid reflux.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baird is kind, thoughtful, and takes a conservative approach to dentistry, only performing necessary procedures and avoiding jumping to conclusions without all the evidence. He and his team made a mouth guard for me that fits perfectly and has contributed to a reduction in the frequency and severity of migraines I am experiencing. I highly recommend him!

Positive experience: Been coming here for more than seven years. Dr Baird and his staff are professional, talented and courteous. However, perhaps increasing headaches with insurance companies have caused them to change their business model, as now it seems like their focus is on customers paying for cosmetic dentistry out-of-pocket. If this is what you need, then I think this would be a wonderful place to go. However, when only 10% of the recommended procedures (filling and partial crown) are covered by insurance, then it may not be the best choice for my family going forward.

Fantastic experience: This practice is like none I've ever experienced...and I've lived all over the country...and worked in 3 practices as an assistant. This office takes (no makes) time to get to know their new patients. They don't just say hello and ask you to open up. They want to understand the person who lives with their smile. They want to understand the patient's issues with their own teeth, both pain related but also esthetic issues that effect their self-confidence. The staff is all VERY friendly and we laughed and engaged a lot! The dentist doesn't act rushed to move onto the next chair. There are video screens in the ceilings to distract patients too. I love how during the initial exam they showed me the pictures they took of all my teeth and explained everything they saw. I'd never had actual pictures taken of my teeth (not just xrays...actual pictures) and it was very informative because we can't see our own teeth like that even with a mirror. He also seems to be up on the current technology for restoring teeth. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with the experience. The office is also decorated in light bright decor that is very clean and inviting. They nailed every part of a dental experience to help patients feel as welcome, appreciated, and taken care of! Couldn't recommend them more!!

As the time approached for my wife and I to have our dental exams and cleanings I have been very perplexed as to how to find a dental office that would meet my high standards for care. I am pleased to say that I am absolutely happy with our experience at his office. From the first phone call I knew I was in the right place. Every member of his team are very qualified, professional and very friendly. Janees, the office manager, was knowledgeable and efficient. Kenedee, the assistant, was personable and competent. My wife and I found Erin and Rebecca, the hygienists, to be gentle yet thorough. Dr. Baird was caring, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. No one was in a hurry and we were treated as people not numbers. I feel very comfortable having Alpine Meadows Family Dental as our new dental home and would highly recommend them for your dental care.

This is where I come to get the best cleanings of my life!

Negative experience: Friendly atmosphere, but don't go here if you just want to keep your teeth in your mouth and regular maintenance. The emphasis is on cosmetic dentistry and doing the most work possible instead of the least and I don't want to feel pressured into spending my mortgage on dental work when a year before my old dentist had no sense of urgency. When I showed my lifelong dentist the X-rays and proposed work his first comment was that I need a new dentist. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to leave a review about my experience with Dr Baird and his entire staff after I’ve now finished having my top 10 teeth repaired and veneered. Over the past 10 years I’ve noticed my teeth changing and I was smiling a lot less!! I had always identified my smile as being beautiful before then. Dr Baird took time to share with me what could be done to fix them. I was nervous to do it but so grateful I did!! I’m so grateful that every step of the way Dr Baird and his staff showed complete competence and were very thorough! It was not a quick fix job. Every consideration was taken to be sure my bite would not be effected negatively and that every other aspect of a healthy smile would be good too! I am now smiling BIG again and I’m sooo grateful!! And, that’s not all…I am always so grateful for Dr Baird and his staff as he/they had alway been so good to get back with me when I had unexpected teeth problems too. My baby has some extra bonus' that should have made the appointment difficult; instead, it was the smoothest appointment we have had in a long time! I haven't read a lot of reviews of Dr Baird with pediatric patients, but let me shout my praises from the rooftops - from one picky momma bear to parents everywhere, he is the guy you want caring for your bub. Pinky swear! The office was clean, and calm. I was absolutely comfortable. Every single person we interacted with treated us like we were friends and they were glad we were there. I worry constantly about avoiding Healthcare trauma and preventing Healthcare anxiety for my little dude - this team is THE team. The real dental MVP's! First of all, the receptionist, Janeece, that I set up my appointment with was super personable and kind and didn’t just give those classic robotic responses. Somehow, she made me look forward to my dentist appointment. You heard me right. I was looking forward to the appointment! When does that ever happen? When I got there, the lobby was super clean and aesthetically very pleasing but also was all cozied up with fall decorations. You got to appreciate a good first impression. The front desk receptionist was so pleasant and had such a good, welcoming smile. My hygienist, Caitlin, did an amazing job making sure that my experience was professional, but also painless, especially being careful around any sensitive areas I had. I loved chatting with her and really feeling like I was a valued patient. Dr. Baird was very knowledgeable and friendly. You could tell he loves his job and his patients. The whole process was a 10/10 and my teeth have never looked whiter after a cleaning! This dentistry not only knows how to create beautiful smiles, but also genuine, real ones. Definitely want to go back for all future appointments now!

She is thorough and delicate. She has a great balance of encouragement without laying on the typical dental guilt. Dr Baird had to fix a bad repair by a previous dentist, and was assured by Whitney. They did a great job explaining the process and my options. Then, the procedure was done quickly and now feels great! This has been a great office and staff. I certainly recommend them to you!!

Never feel uncomfortable asking questions about anything from anyone and feel like I'm receiving honest answers and they always have the answer and seem to somehow remember everything you've talked about in the past. Fear of the dentist is real for many people (myself included) but I'm completely comfortable here and would recommend Dr Baird's practice to anyone without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Baird is phenomenal. He’s been working with me for several months now in trying to get the right fit for a night guard. After several attempts we (as in he and his staff) have made one that fits well enough that I’m actually able to sleep at night. Night guards are not cheap, so he was so kind as to make sure I was part of every decision with the fit and always made sure I was totally on board with the process so that the money was worth it. Highly recommend him! His staff is also so helpful and cheerful and help you feel comfortable despite being somewhere that always brings some discomfort to the mouth haha.
