Fantastic experience: How refreshing to have actual pleasant and knowledgeable persons to assist you with your dental concerns! From scheduling my 1st appointment, to all other aspects of dentistry and billing , EVERYONE went out of their way to ensure that I had answers and understood all my options! The office is located in an older home remolded for the dental practice. The waiting are was in a beautiful sunroom! Very well taken care of, extremely clean. I arrived for my scheduled appt a few min. early and was signed in and into an exam room under 5 min. A thorough exam and a wonderful cleaning! Discussed all my options- was not hurried or "pushed" to choose any certain one- as matter of fact, was told to wait, think about it , & when ready , they would be there for me!! I cannot express how fantastic this place is. Hopefully. It's real and not a "front" to scam money outta me! I will let you know after next appt...

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr Gibbs for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about the care I have received.Dr Kearns, in my opinion, is the best and only dentist to take over his practice. I recently needed to get a crown and Dr Kearns along with his assistant did a wonderful job. I also needed an adjustment on my retainer so that it would fit properly after my crown was completed. I thought I would have to wait a while but Dr Kearns said to come in the next day and he adjusted it perfectly. I would also like to add that Lorah, my dental hygienist is great. She is very gentle and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Definitely a five-star practice!!

Fantastic experience: i have severe dentist anxiety due to bad past experiences. However, coming to this office has changed my life. Everyone was so friendly and made sure I was comfortable every single step of the way! I am so thankful there is a dentist who genuinely cares as much as this entire office of staff does! Amanda is also incredible. I cried because I couldn't even feel the numbing needles. I finally found a GOOD dentist! Thank you all so much for what you all do. UPDATE- been going to this dentist faithfully for about 6 months now. I cannot even begin to explain the positive turn around of my teeth and gums. Since my scaling and root planing, ive been able to use a waterpik comfortably and an electric tooth brush without my gums bleeding! The first time in my life my gums haven't bled or been fire engine red all the time. I just got a filling done yesterday, didnt feel the numbing needle at all, didnt feel anything at all. Not even pressure. Completely just amazing on every single level. Its crazy that in the past when I used to get fillings done my old dentists would tell me when I would flinch from sharp pain "your teeth are just sensitive thats why you feel it so much, stay still!"....... Listen I never thought it was possible to become un-traumatized of the dentist after everything I have been through, but please hear me, this dentist is LIFE CHANGING on so many levels. I no longer shake uncontrollably during any appointment and I no longer have to sedate myself to go to a dentist appointment willingly, a lifetime of horrors and trauma gone in 6 months thanks to this dentist. I'll never be able to show my gratitude and appreciation for this entire team for being understanding, honest and incredible in everything they do! Thank you all for being amazing! Thank you for changing my life! Thank you for helping me control and love my oral health again!

Great office and a very good, smart, knowledgeable, Doctor. Dentist Sean Kearns. Found this office on the word of a referral. After being bounced around by dentists in berks county for a not-so-simple tooth extraction. I was able to be seen very promptly by Doctor Kearns. He made easy work of the extraction. Didn’t feel a pinch. And no trouble at all afterwards besides a loose suture which I was told was intentional. Not sure why that is. Didn’t even ask. You know when your care is in great hands so just let the professionals do what they are trained to do. Switching my office and this is my new home for dental needs. Happy New Year!!!!

Fantastic experience: I am a recurring patient, my insurance isn’t in network with them but they still worked with me. I love the staff. I am paying out of pocket but they help me with payment plans. They are very attentive, and caring, making sure you are comfortable while they are working on your smile. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Kearns Family Dentistry is a great dental practice. Dr Kearns, Dr Sharmin and all of his staff are professional, talented and friendly. I highly recommend them. (If you have difficulty driving or walking, please note that their parking lot is very tight, and there is no way to access the building without encountering stairs.)

I normally am afraid of going to the dentist ( that dam needle) but Dr. K has hands of a saint. I got my front tooth finally fixed after years of my previous dentist telling me he had to shave my tooth down and put an implant. Dr. K fixed it and it looks amazing. I had not felt this good in a long time. I highly recommend this dentist. I made appointments for my kids and have given his card to family members telling them "if you want a good dentist, this is where you need to go". Oh, and they have great taste in music!!!

The Dentist treat me really well after I explained to him that my periodontal disease was because I spent ten years in a dark moment on my life and I wasn’t taking care of my teeth. I went there with no hope and with the idea of I was gonna be charged a lot of money like most dentist offices in the area. But he explain how we can work financially with my insurance and I feel relieved when he spoke me like that. I’m gonna fix my teeth and take care of my periodontal disease on that place. Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Dr. Kearns since he started his business on 17th St. He and his staff are very friendly and show great concern about any issues one might have. Tippy is my hygienist I've been assigned to since she started, and she makes sure to clean my teeth thoroughly and address any concerns she has about my teeth to me and Dr. Kearns. Dr. Kearns is young, very knowledgeable and stays on top of any problems that might be going on with my teeth. The team works with you to get you an appointment that suits you. Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. Not only are they supper helpful and friendly customer service on the phone, the doctor is 10 X more knowledgeable than any dentist or even dental surgeon I've ever seen. I called Kearns because I had a really bad infection from a tooth extraction at St. Luke's. They took me in that same day, the dentist looked at my infection, was able to tell me 10 X more than the surgeon at St. Luke's told me, and treated my infection immediately. This will be my new family dentist going forward, and I would refer anyone to go here. Thanks to everyone at Kearns for taking care of me today!❤️

I regret that I moved away from Allentown and can no longer use their services. They are the best dentists I’ve ever used.

Fantastic experience: Kearns Family Dentistry is one of the best dentists I've gone to in a long time. I have some past trauma from dentists that were uncaring and didn't listen so I was nervous and hesitant to go to a dentist again. But I couldn't put off my teeth health any longer. I saw a lot of positive reviews and decided to chance it. The staff were all kind and helpful. I got checked in right away and saw the hygienist, Tammy. She was so kind and funny during the appointment. She let me know when certain procedures were going to be painful which helped me prepare mentally for those experiences. The dentist herself was also really kind and helpful. I'll have a more in-depth appointment with her later to fix some cavities. Overall it was a good experience and I feel confident in my care team to treat my teeth well. They didn't try to oversell me on extra procedures or anything I didn't need. I felt like they really cared about getting me the work done that I needed. I'll definitely be back and more regular with my dentist appointments now that I have this place to go to!
