Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist care with friendly personal. They do excellent work and they make sure I'm comfortable. I've been going to Dr. Grubb at same location and now Dr. Hung since 1980 and I would never go to anyone else for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I had my six month appointment and as usual all employees had exceptional customer service. The hygentist was knowledgeable and skillful. She answered all questions. At the end of my appointment I was told I would not see the dentist who was on vacation. I was fine with that as I did not have any issues. If I had issues it would have been ideal to know that ahead of time. This is one of the best dental offices I have experienced.

I had to cancel my first appointment and got weekly texts with new openings to be able to reschedule my cleaning which was very helpful. Fantastic experience: I have had the same dentist for over 20 years. As somebody who also went through several dental surgeries, orthodontics, etc. throughout those 20 years, you can imagine that it was a bit scary moving to a new state and trying to find a new dentist. A local family friend had recommended Dr. Hong suggesting she’d be a great fit considering my history and concerns. I have been going for nearly 2 years now, and she’s been wonderful. The hygienist who does my cleanings is also wonderful - I don’t think I’ve had someone clean them as well as she does. Aside from the actual dental work, many people tend to complain about customer service at the front of medical offices. I have never had anything but good experiences with the ladies up front, and they’re always patient and willing to answer if I call with a question. I will continue to go to Dr. Hong’s until anything proves my statements above otherwise

Fantastic experience: I won't go anywhere else, they treat me with respect and kindness and patience. I've had bad experiences before. When I came to Julie I was fearful and distrustful. And over the years going to julie and her staff. Those fears have slowly dissipated. My teeth have never been in better shape. I feel like i'm a part of the team to keep my teeth healthy.
