Fantastic experience: My son is 12 years old and Autistic Dr Brinton is great with him and one of the nicest people I've met and the dental hygienist did an amazing job everything went extremely well ,him and his staff are amazing they made my son feel so comfortable and he enjoyed the visit I strongly recommend this place my son has be a patient for many years

Fantastic experience: Great experience for my 15 month old's first dental visit. Office is clean and staff is professional. Dr. Brinton is warm, welcoming, and exactly who you want a pediatric dentist to be. He spent plenty of time with us and made sure my son (and I) were comfortable with what was happening. Dr. Shah performed my 2 yr old’s extraction and did an amazing job making the experience comfortable for our child while keeping both my husband and me informed throughout the process. He didn’t cry at all This office truly cares about its patients and their families, and it really shows.

Fantastic experience: Changed my girls insurance just so they can come here based on great experiences from reviews and word of mouth. We came for the first time a couple of weeks ago, and I loved the way they explained what they were doing to my girls, eased their concerns as they were cleaning their teeth, and explained things to me. Highly recommended Brinton Pediatric!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent expierence throughout from the first call to the appointment! I have a 6YO and they were extremely patient with him and addressed our concerns and went over in detail what they were going to do with him (and us) directly and he was pretty comfortable with the staff/hygienists/dentist. The office itself is welcoming and location and hours are very convenient. Available for after hours calls or concerns as well.

I have taken my kids here since they were very young and unfortunately had to change dentist for about 2-3 years due to dental coverage changes. Fantastic experience: We started going to this dentist because I had heard great things, and they definitely lived up to the reputation! My child is usually very uncomfortable with anyone touching him, even when I’m in the room holding him, which can make appointments a challenge. The staff was so patient and understanding — his teeth cleaning was quick, gentle, and just the right amount for him to feel okay by the end. Someone in the office had noticed that my child liked rubber duckies and made sure to put one in the goodie bag! When we left, my child actually asked to go back.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched dentists to this practice for my son. He really has a lot of anxiety when it comes dental cleanings and procedures. Our last dental office never took their time and would give up and provided him less than acceptable care. From making the appointment and informing the staff of how overwhelming this process has been for him in the past, they hit the ball out of the park. They were so patient and talked him through everything. If something didn’t work because he was scared, they tried something different. They gave him the time needed to get through it without pressure or annoyance. Everyone there truly cares about the kids experience and recognizes that they have feelings and emotions too instead of treating it like a conveyor belt like some other offices do. It was a great first appointment and we will be back again!

Fantastic experience: Our 1 year old had her first appointment yesterday and everything went better than I expected. Even though she cried for a bit during the actual exam and brushing (totally expected). She handled the overall appointment very well and still left in a smile. The staff, Felicia and Dr. Brinton were so wonderful and kind. They took the time to answer all my new-mama questions and explained everything so well.

Fantastic experience: Great friendly dentist! They are the true definition of a PEDIATRIC dentistry. All staff are very friendly and know how to treat children and make them WANT to go to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brinton is the kindest, most patient pediatric dentist! He is wonderful with all of my children! I couldn’t recommend him more! If I were to complain about anything it would be we have to wait a little longer to be seen but it shows me he takes his time with every single patient. I don’t really interact too much with the front staff so I can’t say much about them but they seem pleasant.

Fantastic experience: My 7 year old loves coming here for her cleanings. After having a few negative experiences with dentists, we finally found our happy place! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to little mouths. Today’s appointment began timely and we were out the door with a note for school in about 40 minutes. I was happy- clean teeth with no fuss. And she was happy- a swag bag of dental goodies and a rubber bouncy ball in hand.

My 8 year old typically has tremendous anxiety around dental appointments, but Dr. Brinton and his dental hygienist, Ms. Chris, were so kind, patient and wonderful. This was especially important, considering my daughters hadn't been to a dentist in over a year and were well overdue for a cleaning. Fantastic experience: Dr. Shaw and Dr. Brinton are the absolute best. One of my kids is on the autism spectrum and not only has a terrible phobia associated with any sort of Dr. office, but has some oral sensitivities as well. Both Dr. Shaw and Dr. Brinton meet my kid where she is at and go above and beyond to connect with her and make her feel as comfortable and as possible. I would recommend 1000%

Fantastic experience: Every single visit we’ve had has been an absolutely exceptional experience. Every hygienist and doctor is phenomenal and personable. They have a unique ability to make the kids feel totally comfortable with their positive and vibrant personalities!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a couple bad experiences at this practice. First, I voiced a concern that I didn’t want my daughter having frequent xrays, personal belief not good for kids, and I would get attitude from staff about it. Sometimes, they kept insisting and I felt pressured. A few times, I had a dental hygienist who would never use any suction or have my child rinse mouth during or after cleaning. Then, I had a dental hygienist who did use suction so I was concerned and told her no one else used suction. She said they should have. So I felt apprehensive but I kept quiet. Finally, I consistently kept noticing that the disinfectant wipe containers were usually left open. As a healthcare provider, I have been educated this is UNSAFE practice due to air drying out wipes and making them less effective in disinfecting. I voiced this concern to Dr Brinton himself. He seemed receptive and even said he would make sure staff was educated on this. However, I later found it, he had my child discharged from the practice due to this. I was planning on taking my daughter elsewhere but he didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me this. I am beyond disappointed with this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shah and Heather were amazing with my kids - they were patient and gentle and took the time to make their first dentist experience a positive one. All the staff were very kind and thorough from the first phone call to set up the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brinton and his staff were AMAZING, to say the least! My 6 year old has had some bad experiences with attempts to treat a cavity. They were very thorough and explained everything and all of the other options/routes that we could have taken. But, Dr. Brinton and his staff were able to get the job done by being patient and friendly with my daughter. They have earned her trust, she left the office saying how much she likes this dentist and wants to return!

From the little play house to all the staff, it was friendly and efficient. The hygienist was kind, funny and excellent with my son. Dr Brinton is gentle, patient and made sure all questions were answered. We’ve already scheduled our next appointment and we will stay with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have never been so pleased with an entire staff of people. My children feel comfortable going there and I have only ever had great experiences. Dr. Brinton is quite literally one of the most friendly, accommodating, and personable professionals I have ever met. I am a part of a local family group where very often recommendations are asked for a children’s dentist. I can say out of the multitude of responses a majority of those responses recommend this practice. Today, I called in and had an issue with my son complaining of tooth pain that was becoming pretty severe. Not only did they offer me a spot today to be seen but the team was so welcoming and the new dentist was just as friendly and personable as Dr. Brinton. The problem was identified and promptly resolved. I cannot say enough good things. I am very appreciative for the work this team puts forth and highly recommend this practice .

My daughter can be very scared of anyone in a doctor looking attire because she's been through alot being a preemie baby but she had such a wonderful exsperiance that she even said she wanted to do it again being 3yrs old. I was surprised and happy.They don't rush with the kids and try to make it pleasant for them. I can not say enough how wonderful they are.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is just not even CLOSE to how high I want to rate this practice!!!!! We just moved to the area and I had previously taken my daughter to my old pediatric dentist who I loved and I was struggling to switch practices… but this place blows every other doctor, pediatrician or not, out of the water!!! The kindness of every single person in that office is unmatched. I honestly don’t have words for the amazing experience we just had! We saw Dr Shah (I’m probably spelling that wrong so apologies) and he was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!!! Heather was our dental hygienist and she was just as amazing! My daughter had been crying 20 mins before our appointment because she was scared to go, and now she’s begging me to go back! lol! I could go on and on about how incredible this practice is! The ONLY suggestion i could make? START TAKING ADULT PATIENTS PLEASEEE!!!!!

Negative experience: Submitted a form to request an appointment with all of our information. Got a call and the woman on the phone acted like I called her and she had no clue what to goal of the phone call that she initiated was. When reviewing insurance I let her know that we have United Healthcare and Amerihealth and she immediately snapped back “we don’t take Medicare welfare” okay fine we have other insurance HOWEVER my daughter has Medicare because she has a chronic medical condition not due to our income or anything related to that. So I simply replied that our primary insurance is United Healthcare she replied/assumed quickly “CHIP?!” I corrected her and let her know it was a PPO Choice Plus which they do take. She continued to ask me for information and clearly wasn’t paying attention because I had to phonetically spell out our last name SIX times as I sat in a quiet room with no background noise. She then put me on hold came back and asked for my email, on the third attempt to provide her with the same email I submitted on the online form I just gave up and let them know I was no longer interested. Completely ridiculous unprofessional, rude and inattentive.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 4 year old here for the first time, and we saw Dr. Shah. Like any parent I think, I was nervous about how my daughter would do with this visit. She was initially shy and wouldn't make eye contact with anybody but me. Dr. Shah and all of the staff were phenomenal. He spoke directly to her, joked around with her to get her to open up (figuratively and literally), explained each step of the cleaning and exam to her giving her time to look at the equipment to be more comfortable with it, and answered all of my questions. The office was clean and comfortable, parking was easy. I was able to stay right with her in the exam room, and could see her through a large window while she had XRays taken. The office had Disney movies playing, including on a television mounted to the ceiling that she could watch during her cleaning. Prizes for the visit were an added bonus for her! My daughter went skipping out of the appointment and a few days later, asked when we could go back.

Fantastic experience: We took our four year old and five year old to their 1st dentist visit. This was our first visit to this dentist. It was an amazing experience for them. The office is nice and clean. The staff are so kind, friendly and patient. Ms Kris was wonderful. She explained everything to the kiddos and let them touch the tools before she started the cleaning. The kiddos got some prizes before we left. Ms Kris and Dr Brinton made their dental check interesting and fun. We definitely will recommend this to others.

Fantastic experience: Both my daughters ages 3 and 8 come here. Dr. Brinton is so great with the kids. They work every visit with my youngest to make sure she isn't scared. We finally got her to sit in the chair by herself and she let them brush her teeth with no issues. The dental assistant Kris is such a sweetheart with the kids as well. They really know how to make the kids feel comfortable. Absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing a dentist for their kids.

My son usually doesn't let anyone touch his mouth area, including me (his mom), but he loved Kris and Dr. Brinton right away and let them check out his teeth. Received helpful advice on how to keep up my son’s hygiene. Definitely recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Brinton for a few years now, we always have a pleasant experience. Everyone is very friendly and great with kids. My daughter gets a little shy at first but the dental hygienist and Dr. Brinton make the experience fun for her.

Fantastic experience: The dentist is great. We did have a bit of a wait today and my girls got restless, but it was fine. The staff and Dr. Brinton are so good with the kids. It makes the experience really painless. Definitely recommend. Edit: We went again today for my girls’ next check-up and had an even better experience! Everything was fast and the dental hygienist, Kris, was so kind and patient. Both Kris and Dr. Brinton are so great with the kids. Kris also gave me so many great tips for difficult brushing and thumb sucking. I’m so glad we found this office.

Fantastic experience: Best pediatric dentist! Took my 20month old and 3 year old. They weren’t pressured into anything and had a fabulous first dentist experience. My 3yr only got an exam due to being extremely anxious and nervous and they were okay with that. Made her feel comfortable and now she’s excited to try again next time.

Fantastic experience: I've never been so happy with a dentist office. My son has some sensory issues, and that was the first thing his dental assistant asked about! she was so kind, and was absolutely Fantastic with both of my kids. Dr. Brinton has excellent bedside manner and reassured my son through some sensory issues. Cannot recommend this facility enough.

Fantastic experience: The office takes great care of the little ones understanding they may be nervous especially under 2 years old. They are patient, kind and reassure you with any worries you have. I mean they even were able to brush my 2 year old's teeth without a fight.
