Fantastic experience: Every time that I have an appointment, I’m welcomed by the receptionist, Michelle. She is a very nice person who always makes me feel like I’m home. Dr. Durai is great and the all staff is lovely. If anyone needs a dentist, I strongly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Michelle love this lady she helped me alot in understanding insurance claims etc also made the transition smoth and easy and always goes beyond to find better solutions to fit me financially. Dr Fonseca is awesome she made sure im comfortable and always made sure I felt no pain definitely recommend this dentist its family here literally highly highly recommended keep up the great job guys me and my family appreciate you all oh yeah they are awesome with kids too had my 12yr old,15 or old and 17 yr old all been here and had work done here and satisfied thank you guys MICHELLE YOUR AWESOME THANK YOU

Negative experience: When getting a phone call back after my families insurance, The desk clerk had an attitude the entire time with me over the fact that my insurance was out of network and it doesnt have dental which i knownit does and i was already informed it was out of network. On top of it a little advice if your insurance is out of network ask then what your fees will be due to it was never told to me when I first made the appy for myself and family.

The front desk ladies are incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring you never feel judged and immediately easing any stress. I love the comforting decor, the great photos, and the festive seasonal touches that make the environment so welcoming. ​The dentist definitely knows what she’s doing; her examinations are thorough and precise, and I always feel like I'm in the best possible hands. I leave every appointment feeling relieved, knowing I’ll have the best smile from here on out.

Fantastic experience: Pretty efficient service from initial consultation to the actual dental treatment. Front desk staff was knowledgeable made me feel at ease and took care of forms for the insurance claim. Was accommodated rather quick didn't have to wait months for an appointment. The dentist was professional, took time explaining the process with care and pressition. A5+++ experience.

Negative experience: I am sharing my personal experience with this dental office. The first time at this office, I went in for a routine cleaning with a hygienist who used an ultrasonic cleaner. During the cleaning, my bottom tooth was chipped. On my drive home, I noticed the tooth felt very rough to my tongue. I returned for a follow up to see what the issue was and learned the tooth was chipped. At that visit, my insurance was charged for the appointment, even though the issue appeared to be related to the prior cleaning. Afterward, I experienced tooth sensitivity from the ultrasonic cleaning for about three months, which I had never experienced before. During the exam after the cleaning, I was told I had two “shallow cavities” on molars, even though no cavities were visible on the X-rays at the time. When I returned to have them filled, one "cavity" was found to be much deeper than expected, and I was told I almost needed a root canal. The fillings were done in May, and I still cannot chew on the tooth with the deeper filling without pain. When I returned, I was told that because I was not in constant pain, this could be considered normal. However, this did not feel normal to me. I sought a second opinion from another dentist and had a very positive experience. After reviewing my X-rays, they did not see evidence of cavities and referred me to an endodontist to determine the cause of my ongoing pain when chewing on the tooth that was drilled. I also had billing concerns, as I noticed I was charged out of pocket for a treatment while my insurance was also billed for the same service. When I asked for clarification, I was told it was a mistake. This review reflects my personal experience. You only have one set of teeth, so choose your dentist carefully.

Negative experience: I had a very frustrating experience at this dental office. A treatment was done without giving me any options or asking for my consent. When I questioned it, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. I was told the cheapest option was chosen for me without any discussion, which made me feel disrespected and ignored. Patients deserve to be included in decisions about their own care. I would not recommend this office based on how I was treated.

Negative experience: I came March 25, 2025 for invisalign consultation and I did some x-rays. According to the x-rays, I had 7 cavities. Being that I’ve never had a cavity before, I got a second and third opinion who told me I had no cavities at all, just some staining on two back teeth. At the end, Bright Choice was the most costly option. I was initially charged 800 dollars for all 7 cavities when I didn’t need anything done. What a scam. I had read some reviews about it too, but decided to go to Bright Choice because of its convenience and cost.

Negative experience: I went there,for dentures ,then sent off to another dentist for my impacked wisdom teeth,nobody ever gets back to me about my dentures I've left amounts of messages to no avail,so I've already went to another dentist,not sure what there issues are ,but I was not satisfied with all that went on for over 2 months with no contact

Negative experience: Called in asking if they have a periodontist which they said they did. Upon arrival they immediately did X-rays and then sent the dentist in who said she would give me a referral. They don't have a periodontist and the whole visit was a waste of my time. Had they told me on the phone, I would not have wasted my money, time, gas or energy.. I would not recommend this place nor do I plan to go back.

Marie and the front desk was very lovely and can't forget the amazing dr she is Indian and beautiful sorry I forgot her name she took care of me and she made sure she answer any of my questions you have. I recommend everyone check them out you won't regret it .thanks bright choice for taking care of me.

Negative experience: I originally made an appointment for tooth pain. When I tried calling to cancel because I catched the flu they never picked up the phone. Then I get a text the next day saying I owe them like $80. I was never even a patient there, but thank God I'm not because this place seems like they just money hungry, instead of taking care of your teeth they just want money upfront. Don't go to these thieves.

Fantastic experience: TOOTH EXTRACTION APPT so dr Rachel pulled a tooth I have been ignoring for 4 years. But I made the appt and stuck to it. I could not be happier! There was no tooth on the top it had ground down and she extracted it and literally I hardly felt a thing. I have never been to a dentist like her before. She is soothing and calming and made sure I was ok through the entire thing. She is by far the best dentist I have ever been to here and NY. I am scheduled to see her again in two weeks and I’m not even nervous. I’m so glad I found this excellent Dr. but it doesn’t stop there the assistant was amazing as well she kept me calm and chatted with me. She was great. I can’t thank them enough for the care that went above and beyond Suzanne My cleaning was amazing. I really do not think I have ever received a proper cleaning after getting one there today. I can literally feel the difference. Everyone was really very nice and my appointment started right on time the office was very clean.

Fantastic experience: My last visit to a dentist was 10+ years so to say my nerves were shot is an understatement , I came here on an emergency tooth pull to start and Dr Rachel and Brandy fixed me right up, Mary up at the desk was a pleasure to deal with for insurance info and fully explaining everything in easy to understand lingo. I have had a tooth pulled , full deep cleaning and 2 fillings done and I couldn't be happier with the quality of this office as a whole. Dr Rachel is stellar at what she does and it shows in not only bedside manner but her technique as well . Thank you again , will be back for sure!

This will 100 percent be the dentist I will continue with . The one and ONLY thing that would make it a bit better would be having the option for a payment plan if you’re needing a lot of work done , but other than that the people are fabulous .
