Negative experience: Terrible customer service. I made an appointment over the phone, explained my situation, and asked if they could help me. They said yes, but when I arrived for my appointment, the first thing they did was charge me, and five minutes later they told me they couldn't help me, that they couldn't do what I needed. After I made an appointment. I asked for permission to leave work early, I EVEN PAID, and it turns out they can't help me. Horrible service.

Negative experience: Everything at beginning was ok but after getting the x-rays and them look at a broken tooth they said it could be taken care of there. Went a few days later to get it taken out. Got there they numbed my then a different Doctor came in looked at it and said they couldn't do it. I was pissed that they didn't just say that from the beginning before making me waste my money for something they couldn't do. They sent me to oral surgeon and on top of that they could of have me sign a paper to release my x-rays for the oral surgeon so I wouldn't have to pay twice. Unprofessional wouldn't recommend them...

Negative experience: Went in for a “cleaning” same ole “we don’t do that same day” got an X-ray & gave me an entire 2-3 page review on the extensive repair & work my teeth needed. I got a cleaning eventually & after that the insurance I had thru my job had ended because I stopped working there. They’re still sending me this $2700 bill for work I’ve never received. The people were nice there but I don’t appreciate the lack of communication & accountability. I’m not paying for work I didn’t have done

Fantastic experience: Dr Tejwinder Sidhu and Lupe & all of the other doctors were very kind. They did an amazing job!! now I can eat all of my favorite foods again. I highly recommend 10/10.

Negative experience: My husband Tim Sweeney went to Aspen dental on Friday Jan. 30, 2026 just for a teeth cleaning. Of course they said they had to do a lot of x-rays and a check up with the hygienist and the dentist. Well then of course they said he had bone loss, gum disease and two cavities. Seriously our old dentist has retired and he never ever said that to my husband who gets his teeth cleaned every six months. Well since his time is now to get them cleaned he did just that and they charged him almost three hundred dollars which they never ever had him take his dentures out and clean them. How horrible is that you charge full price but yet you do not clean a persons teeth appropriately. He will never ever go back to them or recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I started with a horrible toothache 2 days before Christmas and called almost every dentist in the area and couldn’t get an appointment before January. I decided to give Aspen a try yesterday and was able to get an appointment for a consultation the same day…... Everyone was so very nice….from the welcoming receptionist to the sweet young lady who does the x-rays, to the knowledgeable doctor, and the very patient billing specialist. Not only did they get me in for a deep cleaning (which Mikaella did super fast and painless) but also got me in to have 2 teeth pulled, bone grafting, and some other things with the surgeon who was AMAZING…and they did it all today.. on New Years Eve! I haven’t been to a dentist in a couple of years because I’ve had some bad experiences, in the past, but I will definitely be staying with Aspen and getting routine dental treatment there moving forward! I also plan to schedule appointments for all 4 of my boys there now that I know how great they are!

Negative experience: Atrocious customer service, and downright rude!! Scheduled an initial exam and cleaning, only to find out the day before that they do not conduct cleanings on the same day as exam. When I called back to reschedule and told the operator I did not have time to come in 2 different days; and was worried my insurance wouldn't cover that, she was very receptive and said that she needed to reach out to the Allentown office. Upon being transferred to the Allentown office, the receptionist was extremely rude and claimed that the operator told me "multiple times" that wasn't their procedure which was a blatant lie. Suffice to say, I gave this rude lady a piece of my mind after being completely caught off guard and being scolded for something that wasn't relayed to me. I will happily support a local dentist versus going to this one due to proximity.

Negative experience: Recently received treatment at Aspen Dental Airport Road Allentown, PA. Had my 4 wisdom teeth removed, while the extraction process was quick I have to say the post follow up has been terrible. They did not explain the person driving me back home any post surgery care, no suggestions at all and worst of all they forgot to order medications painkillers, anti inflammatory and antibiotic on a Friday. Spent all weekend under pain and swelling, and did not self medicate to prevent any further side effects. I would not recommend the place.

Positive experience: Very good office for dental care, BUT if you don’t have insurance PLEASE consider some other places. I now have to pay $4,000+ just for removing a tooth and cleaning. I was thinking for that amount of money I was going to have a deeper treatment but nop! Looks like I paid every employee before leaving office

Negative experience: Called to speak about a cleaning that was done. The hygienist was very cocky and rude when it came to my concerns. I don’t recommend coming to this office at all just based on the attitudes. Was told we could not book a deep cleaning appt without paying $600.00 and making TWO SEPARATE appointments. Come to find out they took my husband back did not numb him and did all four quads in ONE day instead of the two appointments that “we had to have in order to receive the perio cleaning” which is *NOT HOW A DEEP CLEANING IS DONE* it should be done two separate appointments as they numb one side of the mouth at a time. My husband was not numbed at all and they did the “deep cleaning” on both sides in one office visit. They still charged us for the perio 4 quads even though that was not the service received. Do not come to this office!!!! Massive headache and can’t even get answers without the hygienist being very rude and arrogant. Zero stars for aspen.

Fantastic experience: A tooth came off my lower denture from 3 years ago so when I called this morning, they told me to come in, and they would take care of repairing it and they did so. The woman called me an hour later to let me know it was finished and could pick it up at my convenience at no charge. I wish I had asked for her name, she was a young black and very attractive and wonderful woman. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and I appreciate you. Thank you again!

Negative experience: It was one of the worst dental experiences I have ever had. The plan the dentist had suggested was outrageously not needed and so much more expensive then what the average dentist would charge. Just to make sure I went to another dentist t verify what was needed. He said the plan wasn’t needed and the expense was outrageous.

Negative experience: For my first time going there, we all would agree FIRST impressions are everything. Well let me just share my opinion. I was in there for about 30mins. Not 1 person smiled out of about 15 employees. All Looked Miserable and seemed like they hated their job. Speaking to the front desk person was like talking to the wall. Couldn’t make out nothing she was saying & when I asked questions she ignored me like I was bothering her. Not only was the outrageous pricing extremely expensive but the atmosphere was so negative and off it was suffocating.

The dentist was understanding n helpful . The girl who took the X-rays super sweet and the hygienist was very sweet and explained everything to me .

Positive experience: Great welcome service, but expenses… not so much. When I called, they scheduled a same-day appointment for me, and I was able to get a full teeth examination done. I appreciated that I could pay for the “consultation” there at the clinic as a first time customer since I went without dental insurance. After the exam, I was told I need deep cleansing for my teeth. Expenses totaled over $4,000. My jaw dropped. Well, it was without insurance tho, but still, I felt it was too expensive. The staff were pretty nice to me though so I’ll give four stars.

Fantastic experience: I'm new to Aspen dental, today was my first visit, unexpectedly I had an issue with low blood sugar, they took such good care of me, allowing time for my sugar to get back up before tending to my teeth. I felt bad, but they reassured me that my health was priority. I would give them 10 stars! Thank you to everyone there for your patience, kindness, and care!

Negative experience: I didn't feel like a patient. I also felt like I was being judged because my oral health was so poor. I felt like the office specifically the back office didn't want to explain things to me. They did not speak face to face they were alwsys standing far off to the side. I transferred to the trexlertown office and they gave me a better evaluation. They sat down with me explained everything face to face with me.

Fantastic experience: Updated June 19th 2025. After a long absence from the dentist’s office, I finally faced my fears and made an appointment with Aspen Dental. They could not have been more accommodating, friendly, and professional. No judgment from them while being uplifted and kind towards me. My Dentist was fantastic! Very experienced, she had great bedside manners all the dentists do Most importantly I knew that she cared and that meant a lot. Fantastic experience: I had a crown come out on June 9th. I needed an office that had Saturday hours because of my work schedule. I was able get in without difficulty. Intake was easy. The staff and doctor were friendly. The doctor checked the molar and then glued the crown back in. Straightforward as I wanted. Thank you.

Negative experience: I give Aspen dental a 0 star. I went in because my wisdom tooth chipped and I know I need to get them removed. I went in and from the moment I got there they treated me awful. I have never in my life experience such an unprofessional medical office. I went there because it was the only place I could go with a same day appointment. After they took like 20 X-rays they sat me down and I waited 45 min for a dentist to come and looked at my teeth and said that I needed a deep cleaning or I was going to loose all my teeth because I have barely any bone left and there was nothing they could do to help me at the moment but if I talked to the finance girls at checkout they can get me set up to make the appointment. I have great dental insurance and they told me $1,900 for a cleaning and to get my wisdom teeth removed mind you they are not impacted oh and my insurance covers 80%… so 1900 is my 20%? I don’t think so…. I have great teeth and have always gone to the dentist and never in my life have I been told I have gum disease. I will not be going back there all they wanted was for me to pay them 60% of the 1900 to be able to make an appointment. They way they treated me was inhumane. I put one star because I can’t post 0

Negative experience: Pregnant wife went in for orthodontic aligner appointment. They did not check intake form and performed X-rays, then rebuked my wife for "not telling" them she was pregnant. Also overly fill-happy with cavities and had multiple need to be replaced within about 1 year.

Negative experience: I asked if they took my insurance when i called to make an appointment. They won't tell you over the phone whether they accept your insurance or not. They wasted my time and gas making wait until I made it to my appointment to tell me they don't accept my insurance. Very inconsiderate people. 0 stars

Negative experience: Con artists. Used cars salesman with a license. They don’t treat patients, they misdiagnose and extort them . I went to Aspen dental as a new patient. After X rays and a very brief examination by the hygienist and dentist, I was told I have periodontal disease, required scaling & rooting, am a candidate for a root canal, and my crown has to be replaced. I was not shown any X-rays and the “conversation” was more like a one sided sales pitch were they tried to create an immediate sense of urgency I was then given a treatment plan for totaling $7,373.00, with $5,286.30 out of pocket. Now, I know I have a few cavities. That’s why I went to Aspen dental, to get fillings. I asked if I could get my cavities filled and not the ~$2600 cleaning and ~$2,000 crown replacement. They told me no, I needed my gum disease treated. They then told me if I cannot afford the treatment, they can offer a payment plan. The payment plan is really a high APR credit card from a third party lender. So, I went and got a second opinion at a private practice today. The dentist was great, he reviewed the Xrays with me and took photos of my teeth and talked me through it all. I have 4 cavities that will be filled. I am. Of a candidate for a root canal. My crown is well appearing, and he briefly mentioned that my gums are well appearing and I don’t have gum disease. I asked him to elaborate more as I was recently told I do. He showed me on the X ray there is no sign of bone decay whatsoever. At worst, I may have mild gingivitis but nothing worth noting. If I had gone through with Aspen dental, the insurance claim would’ve been denied because my Xrays did NOT show gum disease and I would’ve been down another $2k. I’m scheduled with that dentist for a normal cleaning, fillings, and elective whitening. Im so grateful I got a second opinion because holy cow, Aspen dental terrified me. But they’re just liars and crooks. Never go to this place. And do yourself a favor, google “Aspen dental periodontal disease” and you’ll see it’s a common scam they run. Here’s a photo of my teeth. The I have cavities in the back 2 molars and the front teeth have signs of acidic corrosion. All of this will be fixed by a real dentist, not the crooks at Aspen dental

Positive experience: Out of town and crown fell off my tooth. I called Aspen dental to see what the earliest appointment could be. Lady on the phone scheduled me in 2 hours and that was fantastic being out of town. They replaced my crown in quick fashion and cost was reasonable. The facility was a little outdated but served its purpose. I will use them again as I am signed up to visit any facility in the US which will be convenient for me.

Negative experience: Actually, I like to give this franchise a negative ten for falsely demonstrating on the website of Walk- In and Emergency Care that's for start, because their way of emergency care is to have a consultation will not be able to treat you for whatever pain or whatever situation you got going on and doing x-rays. Plus there's only one dentist on staff. So how will they would be able to do any type of emergency care? When they have a lobby filled with patients that are super booked in today's schedule. As the website says they accept walk-ins and emergency care. Well, let me tell you a brief story about my situation. I got there before the doors opened. They open up at 8 AM. There was a patient in front of me. They sat down, I walked up to the to the desk. The lady who was checking patients in; I guess because of her delivery of her words which were very harsh, and I told her I had never been here before.And i'm asking, and seeking emergency care. She informed me that she had to check with the dentist first. Because they are really booked for the day, and we could try to see if we could squeeze you in. Wrong step at that point. So I sat down for about a good 25 minutes before that, the same lady ask for me to come and discuss the situation.at her desk.. She advised me that The only thing we can do for you today, "As part as as part of emergency care" is to give you a consulting, take x-rays. But the way she was wording it,sounded like a lot of gibberish, until I said, so wait a minute, you're trying to tell me. That you won't provide any treatment of emergency care. Because my mouth is swollen at the gum line, which is an Emergency, but the only thing you could do is consult me,and give me x-rays. I said thank you for your time, ma'am. I'm good. I walked out and I also said in reply while I was walking out. You need to check and remove the emergency care from your website. Because that's false advertisement that is not emergency care and based upon some of the reviews that I see on Google right now. Maybe just maybe some of those people are not actual real patients."5Stars ones" They are people who probably work within the facility or friends of now speaking from a person of intrest with parts of E-Commerce Commission. This is not acceptable.

Fantastic experience: I stopped by to drop off my denture that got cracked. It was fairly new so I was worried. They said it could be repaired by 10 am the next day. I was happy with that answer as I didn't want to go there twice in the same day. I got a call approximately 8:30 am the next day. I picked it up around 10:30 am. I inspected it before I left. I told the receptionist it looked perfect and went on my way. Very fast turnover. Very friendly receptionist. I am totally satisfied.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this location today. I was a new first-time patient and went in knowing I needed a lot of help. The receptionists, radiologist, hygienist and dentist were all friendly, thorough and patient. Not once did I feel embarrassed or ashamed. I really couldn’t have hoped for anything better with my issues. I got X-rays and exam done all with full explanation and a future action plan. Fantastic experience: Just had a check-up and deep cleaning for myself and a check-up for my daughter. The first time I can honestly say I felt no pain and neither did my daughter. The best dental experience I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: New patient. Went in with a chipped front tooth. Short wait time. The staff was friendly and attentive. They didn’t push X-rays or possible future dental work. They fixed the chip promptly and it looks and feels great!!

Negative experience: If I didn’t have to hit a Star I would not give a one star they are terrible. They are terrible!! Don’t care about their patience. Just to get paid to do the work on the teeth. But if you get an infection they could care less. This place needs to be reported to OSHA. And Attorney General’s office.They nasty. They need to be closed down! That’s how serious this issue is!!

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a second opinion in regard to extensive dental work that another dental practice was advising. After thorough examination, Aspen Dental said I didn't need to follow the other recommendation at this time, unless I just wanted to since it wasn't necessary, that my teeth were in good shape.They saved me a ton of money, pain, debt and inconvenience. Went in with a lot of pain, waited in chair for 30 minutes ( the doctor did apologize for the wait ), when he did come he said he couldn't do anything because it was a wisdom tooth. I told them beforehand that it was a wisdom tooth. Then he gave me nothing for pain. Recommended Motrin lol. I hade a bare nerve causing great pain. They were polite and professional but , for me, it was a huge waste of time and money

The higenenst however wasn't happy when I wouldn't let her jab my swollen gums. She was rude and took offense to my asking not to cause me pain and then tried to over charge me 3000.00 for a deep cleaning and 200 for a toothbrush. Lol. And root therapy! If you need dental work done this is the place to go. I would just avoid a cleaning in this establishment

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. My husband went in and they kept insisting we had no insurance and after 30 mins finally found it. Mind you my husband is in pain and told nothing they can do about it the hygienist was out today but here's a bill for $5000 if you want us to do any work. No help whatsoever total waste of a sick day and he is still in pain. This place is a joke.

Fantastic experience: It's the best place ever. I was always afraid to go to the dentist. I had alot teeth that was very bad for years because I was afraid. I was told that I had small mouth, so alot dentist would not work on my teeth. Aspen dentist was the best, they took care of everything. My teeth were taking out without pain in no time and little pain after. My dentures were made and they fixed any adjustments,no matter how many times. The staff is very friendly and very helpful.

I was in so much pain and was ready to feel so much discomfort... I felt nothing, but safe. I am so excited to say I found a place i now fully trust and will return too

Negative experience: My daughter went there a few months back, wasn't able to get a cleaning because she had braces they said, which is bull. Went back today got charged $85 and they still didn't do her cleaning again. The workers also give bad energy in the place too. They tool my money to do nothing to her. I only gave it a one star so I can post my comment. I wouldn't give them any stars

Fantastic experience: The staff and dentist treated me as a priority. They listened to my requests and accommodated me with privacy and candor. They showed me all of my options and did not make me feel uncomfortable with of them. I am grateful for each person being professional and efficient in their position. This is by one of the best experiences I have had at a place I least like to go the dentist. But they are making my dreams of a seamless smile come to reality. Happy Birthday to me having the first part down and moving forward the way i have always wanted to. Also, they have their own lab on site so it cuts down the waiting time.

Negative experience: Got a estimate of 7k in work and was told I had several cavities when really all I had was 1. They suggested a lot of work that didn't even need to be done. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: From the front desk personnel to the back, great place!!! My teeth look great so far, I get the finished set on 11/7/2024! The only issue I felt was if I had paid for the $4,000.00 dentures the girl advised me about, I probably wouldn't be waiting as long as I am for teeth!! This is week 4...

Negative experience: Service itself very efficient, and people were great. However, the cost is astronomical with a huge grocery shopping list of different expenses when really I just want 2 fillings and a plastic retainer. Before going back to have them do the work, I plan to try and find a private practice. This experience was a reminder we need various private practices with competitive prices. Things seem to be becoming more monopolized enterprises, which is bad for the patient because that would mean more cost & less options.

Negative experience: This place is a mess! They are hard to get a hold of. We live an hr and a half away and both times we drove down in the morning for denture repair the tech has left early for the day. The first time we sat there waiting and nobody had a clue that the repair tech even left for the day. Apparently you can only go back to the Aspen that made the dentures. An Aspen closer to me said they could do the repair but not honor the warranty so it would've cost $200 for the repair. For as popular as they seem to be they don't seem to be very accommodating to their patients.

Negative experience: What a horrible place. My dentist retired 4 months ago so I scheduled online “emergency” appointment at Aspen Dental. My appointment was at 1 pm, after waiting til 1:20 I stood up and asked if they knew how long was it gonna take because I had to return to work? Everyone finally stopped chitchatting and i was taken to X-rays immediately. Apparently that was just an appetizer. Then they sent in hygienist and after 1:45 min at the office I was told “ no work will be done today “ I was shocked. After the doctor came in told me I needed 22k worth of work and 5 root canals , crows and 2.5h later. I thought he has lost his mind. I told him I will absolutely not be scheduling killing nerves in 5 teeth that do not have any kind of pain whatsoever without second opinion.Keep in mind I’m not someone to skip my dentist appointment, my last appointment was 4 months ago I had 0 cavities at that time. Best part of it all after 2.5h full evaluation that I did not ask, I left with my tooth still in pain! I scheduled emergency appointment for pain, but they didn’t even look in to my mouth other then to mark down teeth that needed work! Why do you allow emergency appointments to be scheduled if at the office I was told they NEVER do work first day but they didn’t have time to call and let me know? You waisted my time. Reading other reviews, sounds like this is normal practice for Aspen Dental. I was not told there was any fee, even though I would have paid if I got help for pain which is why I had my appointment in the first place. However whatever this was I did not ask for neither can I get my time back or have additional time off from work to ACTUALLY go get help for my pain. So I expect you not charge me OR my insurance, I would like you to return 2.5h of my life that I never get back. What is amazing that this practice is allowed to even operate. At the very minimum it’s insurance fraud and false advertising. The experience had me so baffled, it took me few hours to gather my thoughts. Never go there and never recommend this place to anyone! Instead spread the word to absolutely AVOID this place!

Fantastic experience: Upon arrival at Aspen Dental, the check-in assistant greeted me with remarkable politeness. Her ability to recall my name from a previous visit six months earlier was particularly noteworthy. This exemplified superior customer service. The hygienist's friendly demeanor and efficiency also deserves commendation. Consequently, I am inclined to recommend Aspen Dental to friends and family.

Negative experience: Aspen Dental in general is so awful. Doctor is awful, he doesn’t explain nothing to you. Receptionists are so bitter and rude. Super pricey. The girl who does the cleaning awful. The only one who’s actually doing her job is the girl in charge of xrays.

Negative experience: Told them about my horrible experiences with dentists in the past and she told me she was just going to look and she was picking at my teeth and everything and then I was told it was a lot more cheaper than most places and they still wanted 17,000 dollars and didn’t listen to me at all about anything I wanted for my teeth or anything. I also seen all over the website that the first visit was free with free X-rays and I still had to pay 35$ (I don’t have insurance right now)

Negative experience: There are cosmetic upgrades needed to the office - worn and torn seat cushions,spots where paint was torn off the wall etc. Everything I saw was clean just very worn. Very much assembly line dentistry where I spent 2 minutes with the dentist who just looked at xrays. I scheduled this as an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth and all they did was confirm the broken tooth and schedule a repair at the end of the month. I've never used an emergency dentist so maybe this is a normal experience but it mostly felt like a waste of time.

Fantastic experience: I have no problem with going again to this dentist. Great staff and doctor. Explain all i needed to know . And yes very clean also polite. I recommend it to anybody. Thanks appreciate the help and work your team. Provides for the patient .

Positive experience: I got my deture 18 months ago. It fits a little loose but all in all it looks very much like my actual teeth. Last week a piece of it broke off I though since I had it made there they would repair it for free but they charged me $175 to repair. But they did offered to reline my denture for free next week. Also they told me today that my denture was a temporary denture something that should have been said to me when I purchased it. They told me today to get a permanent denture it will cost upwards of $1,100. At the time I purchased my dentre I needed it and I was able to get it for just $500. All in all I was very happy with my denture. If you plan on going there and getting a denture I advise looking for deals for Aspen Dental online that is how I got the great $500 price. They do amazing work and they get you your denture in days not weeks or months.
