Fantastic experience: Absolutely phenomenal dental office! I struggled to find a dentist that accepted my insurance, and I’m so thankful I found them. The entire team was kind, professional, quick, and genuinely caring. They listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and helped me get the treatment I needed without breaking the bank. I was even able to avoid a stressful root canal situation. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and affordable dental care!

Negative experience: I was a patient here for several years. At first I liked this office, but over time I started noticing cleanliness issues and the front desk staff often seemed dismissive and unwelcoming. After switching to a new dentist, I reviewed my records and was surprised to see multiple “behavior management” notes, even though I was never a difficult or uncooperative patient. I also found documentation that did not match my understanding of the treatment I received. Seeing this made me lose trust in the office. I would encourage patients to review their dental records and insurance statements and ask questions if something doesn’t seem right. Because of my experience, I decided to switch dentists and would not recommend this practice.

Negative experience: this place is a joke. I came back twice for tooth pain and for some reason they just can’t seem to figure out the issue. But they have no problem taking x-rays every time

Positive experience: I think it is ok as I do not have problems, but what bothered me was the staff speaking another language, while I was having my cleaning, the doctor and assistant did it all the time.In a regular setting is not nice, but worse in the medical field

Negative experience: Shady shady shady! They will try to squeeze every dime out of you for lazy and incomplete work. They tell you that you need work done that you don’t just so they can charge you. They try to strong arm you to pay cash or threaten to ‘have to reschedule’ if you want to use your insurance. Ofc staff is SO rude and unprofessional. I believe any good reviews are friends and family bc this place is a disaster

Fantastic experience: I was in a car accident as a teen and sustained major damage to my teeth. Throughout the years I’ve had a lot of exposure to Dentists both to restore and keep my smile. This office has been the kindest, gentlest and most supportive. I am grateful to have found them and I highly recommend their services. Thank you !

Negative experience: Do not be rude to someone if they need to reschedule due to inclement weather we are getting today or anything important, as it does not give you the right, especially when I am coming 20 minutes out of the area!!

Negative experience: Do not go here!!! Went into the office for my routinely 6month cleaning and they had an EFDA, expanded functions dental assistant SCALING my teeth with a Cavitron. My teeth were not probably cleaned. I have been working in the dental field for over 5 years and I KNOW that SCALING is not in EFDA SCOPE OF PRACTICE. They can lose their license and so can the doctor.

Negative experience: Did a horrible job cleaning my teeth and as well as never flosses my teeth on top of didn’t put clean head rest on the chair after the first person used it.

Negative experience: Please don’t give them your money look around for another dentist I gave you fair warning beware. Did not do anything to my teeth and charged my insurance for a whole cleaning. Scam dentist!

Negative experience: I called them to cancelled to photo of my tooth . When I call not too long today while I was on bus one of sectary acting like she knows everything. So I don't appeaicate anyone speaking my insurance for coverages knowing fact she not insurance company everyone case are different as far I know I already make phone calls I was told they do cover root cancals but they wouldn't not cover for crowns . I'm not return here I feel very disrespected and I don't like that at all . That something they need change on they can't not tell their patients oh doesn't cover if they go different locations . I called them myself my insurance told me they want doctor to write a documation but she thinks she knows everything I don't recommend it here . Today wasn't not good day . Then when I getting photo taken they talkin to me like I'm dumb . Make sure u delete my info bc. I'm not coming back second time . Ever again

Negative experience: I went there also the place is dirty ,and the dentist never changed his gloves ,that I'm aware of,he had cold,and low and behold 3 days later I was sick for 15 days.ugh and I did ask him about implant ,so he pushed a application Thur and lied on it and said I made more money than I actually did.i only inquired about it and 3 days I got a bill for implant work.mind you I was there to get a second opinion about 2 impacked teeth ,needless I finally got it all straightened out ,stay away from them he got the loan pd to him in way before any actually work

Negative experience: Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. At first I was ecstatic when they were able to get me in almost immediately.. this is relatively unheard of not being a previous patient. After the 90-second "cleaning" they took x-rays and informed me of the cavities that I needed filled. Again they're able to rush me in. I saw the dentist for fillings two days in a row (mind you I know now you're supposed to have a thorough cleaning before having any work like that done. That was completely neglect ed) the fillngs that were done left my teeth fused together needing to come back for another visit to have them separated. That's when they told me that I needed a root canal. that's a couple weeks to get started with my insurance. After it was approved the doctor tried to tell me that it was in fact not approved and I had to pay out of pocket. $1,100 for the root canal. 1100 for the crown to follow. Luckily my insurance sent me sent ME written approval. I COULD go on and on about the ways that I was misinformed and mistreated. The teeth that he touched are still (a year later) incredibly sensitive leaving that side of my mouth basically useless. I've got NOTICEABLE gaps in my teeth where previously there were none. The root canal tooth ended up "leaking" which led to inner decay that I was unaware of, and now that tooth is too far gone, and has to be removed. Awesome right? There's even more that I could continue on about... But you get it... Tbh the whole experience left me feeling very taken advantage of, and violated. I had relatively good teeth before I went there. Anyway. Steer clear. That is all.

Negative experience: It was my first time and the person who did my cleaning only brushed my teeth, she didn't even floss, the doctor checked my gums and in less than a second he said that everything was ready, then the doctor started telling me that I need something to protect my teeth when I sleep, to which I told him that my previous dentist had already for me, so he started telling me about teeth whitening treatments, they don't do their job well and they only look for ways to get money from you, very bad experience, I do not recommend them

Negative experience: This place is horrible dirty equipment never again stepping foot in this place horrible cleaning the dentist just rushed threw my cleaning i left with a mouth full of blood they dont even have a water cup and sink for you to spit waste of money pretty sure they do more harm than good to your teeth horrible experience if i could give 0 stars i would.

Negative experience: I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have actual goggles for patients to wear when getting x-rays or cleanings done. They gave me sunglasses when I asked for some sort of protection. The cleaning is very rushed each time. I’m nervous to get a filling here because my mom had a bad experience here as well. They filled half of her filling but then claimed they filled the entire filling, so when we got a second opinion, the new dentist sent photo evidence to them.

Negative experience: The treatment here is terrible. I came to the dentist to save my teeth. After the dental tube treatment, the gums were inflamed because they were not cleaned properly. Now I have lost my teeth. Don't trust them.

Negative experience: I was absolutely a patient there! So was my twin sister who you treated badly. My son who you refused to finish work without trying to charge us and my grandbaby who you lied to insurance company that you did work on her and never touched her. Scam place for sure.

Negative experience: The lady at the front desk is very rude, and they tried to convince me to get a root canal on a tooth that didn't even have an infection or cavity. Supposedly, it used to have an infection but no longer did, so it "needed" a root canal. I asked why, and they didn't answer, dropped the subject, and never brought it up again. The 2 crowns they put in both fell out, 1 of them fell out a second time.

Fantastic experience: The crew was so nice and helpful! For someone who has high anxiety at a dental office, they talked you through your process and was very understanding of your emotions. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for my daughter for 4:00, and the receptionist told my wife that they had a cancellation at 3:30 and asked if we would like to come early. My wife said that we would try to come early, but in no way confirmed that we would. I arrived with my daughter at 3:50, and staff was walking out as we got there. The dentist looked surprised that I was there, and told me they had already closed up. They’re supposed to be open until 5, but they just couldn’t wait to close up and go home early. Not our dentist anymore. The end.

Negative experience: Worse experience at any dentist office. During the cleaning the doctor looks away and start talking to someone at the door while moving that sharp metal tool was still in my mouth and it hurt me so I moved. The asked why I moved. I said because you wasn’t looking while you had the metal tool in my mouth and it hurt me. The doctor said She was trained to do cleaning with her eyes closed. SMH. I can’t! Very unprofessional! I would give no star if possible.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was very professional and personable. Dr. KS was patient to explain the procedure and a plan to address best way to improve dental issues. This was my first visit here and I felt at ease from the moment I entered the office.

Truth be told not all dentist offices have pleasant employees.. not only is every person who works here just the sweetest but the dentist himself is so nice and so gentle. Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST. I trust them a lot!! Doctor was very nice and fast. I got my cavity filled in less than and hour and he was able to help me with another issue. My previous dentist took 3 hrs on my 4 cavities and left me in pain. This place is amazing I can’t believe they did them this fast.

Positive experience: The staff is not on top of things with return phone calls, pre authorizations, etc. You need to constantly call. The Dr is always late with 10 people in his waiting room. He rushes. There's no parking.

She is friendly and so understanding towards her patients. She CARES about you. Which is so amazing and not easy to find these days. This is the best dentist I have come to since moving to PA in 2014! I will continue to come here. I don't have to go searching for another dental office again as long as I'm living in PA. Fantastic experience: I was seen for a toothache which included a serious infection last week by Dr Godani!! He gave me antibiotics n meds asap to help me stay comfortable until i was able to be seen!! He was absolutely amazing!! I have baadd anxiety when it comes to the dentist but he had me at ease and did everything so fast that I didn't even have time to be anxious!! I highly recommend this Dentist to anyone who has anxiety!! They are very affordable!! The staff there are so polite n reassuring as well!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you guys so much!!

I have to change this because I just recently found out the dentist build my insurance company for two partial plates of a higher quality and I never received either one of them. I was given a cheap temporary upper plate only now if I want what I was supposed to get in the beginning I have to pay out of pocket. I have an actual proof of this on paper but I just want my smile . I want what's right I don't need to turn someone in I just need them to make right

Fantastic experience: I came here for a second opinion. From the time I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. Once I started talking to the technician I felt very understood as well. I'm kind of confused as to what to do with my dental health however they were able to come up with the treatment plan that I was very excited to do. I was nervous about the expense and just considering having all my teeth pulled and getting dentures. But again after speaking with the dentist and the technician we came up with the plan that is affordable and I can make payment plans. I will definitely recommend this place to my daughters who are looking for dentists. I also recommend to anyone who really wants a dentist and technicians that listen to your concern. Upon checking out the girl Victoria was super kind to me and went over everything with me and wrote out everything so that I had it and knew what was going to happen. I give these guys five stars and would recommend to anyone!

Negative experience: Extremely unprofessional, and just overall ghetto. Constantly loud in the office , hygentist don’t even introduce themselves before beginning working on you or let you know what they will be doing. Cleaning was like 5 minutes and they constantly poke your gums . do not recommend.

Negative experience: Incredible. I pondered reviewing Bethlehem Smile Design for a few weeks now, and I've finally decided to leave my review. The staff are amazing! They definitely don't talk about customers in Spanish behind their backs when the customer leaves. They are very professional, especially when it comes to doing routine cleanings as they definitely don't judge and mock the way you clean your teeth nor do they complain about how much work they have to do cleaning your teeth, incredible. If you need to get a filling, you're in luck because you'll get to go back many times for the same tooth and the dentist will never tell you the odds of how many fillings fail and you just happen to be one of them. Wow! Also, if you want invisiline, don't sweat it. They never pressure you into making a decision in a salesy way. I hate when other places do that. Go here if you like load, hygentists that yell room to room and discuss your teeth in Spanish while they work on your teeth. Negative experience: Bethlehem Smile Design told me insurance wouldn’t cover my son’s filling. I asked them to run it through insurance and they said they weren’t going to cover it and I’d have to pay out of pocket. I paid out of pocket at the office but a few weeks later received an explanation of benefits because they had put it through insurance after I already paid them . On the explanation of benefits was a behavioral management charge and charges for a filling and 4 teeth extractions. My son got a filling, not 4 teeth pulled. My insurance company said they would investigate and reimbursed me all my out of pocket expenses. Check your explanation of benefits.

Negative experience: My girlfriend's permanent crown became loose after just 1 year. She said the staff were nice, but not thoughtful. The teeth cast was done on the temporary teeth instead of being more thoughtful about the permanent outcome.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough to impress upon everyone that I believe Drs Hitesh Godhani & Nirali Patel should be your go to dentist to have the best work done! Their office is very conveniently located, their staff is so friendly and sweet, their prices are totally reasonable, and they care so much about their patients! I came here initially to have another dentist's work repaired after the filling that was formerly the front half of my tooth came out. I looked up dentists that were covered by my insurance. I've never been here before then, and this was the only place that gave me an appointment the same day and was more than willing to help me in any way they could! My tooth looks just like my other teeth color and all! No pain at all whatsoever! And how many times do you ever hear children singing in a dentist office? The kids are happy to see him! I am definitely a huge fan and will happily show my mouth to anyone who begs to differ. Just take a look at my smile and you tell me which was the tooth he had to fix!

Negative experience: I thought I had a good visit, but apparently after looking at my teeth and feeling the tooth brushed feel after my first time visit , they didn’t scape any tarter , or plaque just a sprinkle of water and some power tool I thought this was dental hygienist Apparently not after I specifically asked the receptionist lady that I wanted a cleaning done by a dentist hygienist . So I was asked to come for deep cleaning on my next visit so it makes me think why the .. Hell Would I come back when first cleaning was insufficient, Overall customer service was excellent they let me know the prices off hand which was nice I don’t feel comfortable coming back after getting second thoughts especially I probably now I have pay for a cleaning out my pocket since I’m only two cleaning a year from Insurance they obviously know this I got ripped off; I’ll probably go to the Real Bethlehem Smiles . I am not happy!
