Fantastic experience: Had a fabulous experience as a new patient! Felicia at the front desk is wonderful. Cleaning was thorough with good recommendations to keep my teeth clean. Dentist was professional and even with my multiple retained baby teeth, he did not bring up pulling them once! Prior dentists have pushed for this and other procedures I felt were not necessary, so it was a great experience in the office not feeling undue pressure about procedures!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for years. I was thinking about changing to a dental practice closer to where I live, after Dr. Burt retired, but this week’s visit changed my mind. I had the most gentle cleaning ever, saw my X-rays showing plaque build-up before and after the cleaning. What an eye opener! Both Dr. Patel’s and staff are awesome! Highly recommended!

Negative experience: Things went okay. I was not impressed that nobody introduce themselves to me. Appeared, my medical background was not known. Was told there was a portal I could see things on, but don’t know how to get to it. I did try to call today to ask for a printout of how much things cost, but nobody ever got back to me. I just asked them to email me the information of the portal and a print out of what things cost. Sorry, they did get back to me after I wrote my review.

Negative experience: Dr Burt botched my molar extraction. When he could not pull it out by hand he cut it to pieces … i was pulling tiny shards of tooth out of the socket for a week, Dr Burt pretended it couldn’t have happened … I believe he did not see any shards when he looked … but he acted as if it were my imagination. I went through the process of having the socket prepared for the implant and went to all scheduled appointments. i was under his care the entire time and the molar implant failed, it was never installed but I paid for it. Dr Burt told me he would give me a kind of denture that is attached to the neighbor teeth to make good on the money I paid. I was not sure I wanted to have him cut into healthy teeth and did not make the decision right away. The pandemic came along and I did not go back to the dentist for several months. When I returned I had another issue that I asked Dr Burt to take care of. That issue was roughly a 400 dollar procedure and then I suggested we could call it even as I was not interested in the procedure he offered to make good on the failed implant that I did already pay him at least 1200 for. He offered me a 100 dollar discount, I refused and he would not listen to reason, coming out 800 ahead on bids both her job wasn’t enough, he had to keep it all. The doctor started screaming “get out get out” … I would suggest passing on Dr Burt, but if you use him get any promises in writing.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was impressed at the speed of which I was able to get an appointment; the amazing staff and Dr. Dave made me feel very taken care of and were extremely helpful with answering my question, as well with showing me different flossing methods. My only complaint is that I hadn’t found moutainville dental sooner. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Was a patient for many years. Had ortho work done and Dr. Burt put in wires behind my teeth to keep in place, now that I need follow up to secure wires The Dr. Refuses to keep up on his own work. He suggest I go to new orthodontist to fix what he did. No explanation just go somewhere else. Everywhere Ive been tells me go back to original Dr who did this. Very dissapointed in the facililty after having refered countless new paitients to them.

From Dr. Burt, his assistants, to the office staff, I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable with/during a procedure or my decisions to have a procedure. Everyone takes the time to listen and explain everything! I’ve had a major procedure, will be having another and everyone at Mountainville Dental is wonderful! Fantastic experience: For a first visit, Mountainville Dental exceeded my expectations!! The receptionist was so pleasant and helpful even when I left my mask in the car, my healthcare ID at home and sent the form history to the wrong email address. I was then greeted by the X-ray tech who also was pleasant and would say things to smile or make me laugh. I then met with the dental hygienist who educated me and explained many things while being treated. She also was caring and kept me calm in a stressful situation and had me laughing. I wasn’t treated in 2-3 yrs and need much dental work. My fault for not seeing a dentist sooner or calling this office. Dr. Dave explained everything and was patient and professional. Definitely recommend!! Sorry, for not knowing the staff names listed above.

Fantastic experience: It is an amazing dentist office and they are so kind and relaxing when you were stressed out from what's getting ready to happen. And I still cannot figure out when I get stabbed with the needle I don't even know that they're stabbed me with the needle. Besides seeing it in the corner of my eye. They are so patient in explaining my teeth to me. And giving me many different options on a plan. On May 12th I had another appointment and they just get another great job. With cleaning my teeth and telling me what I'm doing good and what I need you to better. Everybody is very friendly and says hello. I truly will go nowhere else besides Mountainville Dental on July 19th I just had another amazing visit they're very organized they get me right in they asked me many questions and then give me an amazing care plan and give me many options and not just tell me about the most expensive one. I truly would go nowhere else it's an hour and 30 minutes from my house what is truly worth it

Dr Burt took the time throughout the whole process to make sure it fit properly and to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend him and his staff if you are in need of a sleep apnea evaluation and are interested in an oral appliance.
