Fantastic experience: This review is for Cedar Creek dental At Tilghman Street in Allentown Pennsylvania. I have been going to this dental office for a very, very long time when it was owned by a different dentist, but still has a few of the longtime staff. I find this team to be very friendly, efficient and welcoming. The new dentist Has become acquainted with my slight fear of root canals, and is very accommodating and calming my fears. The staff is unbelievable and I could hug each one of them every time I see them. What more can I say?

I had an appointment booked call to find out about the appointment and they don’t have it. Completely a useless place

Fantastic experience: Update 2/2025: My procedure is complete. My previous 5 star review is confirmed! Dr Branton and all of his staff are top notch. They continue to be friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and know how to take advantage of all the high tech diagnostic equipment that they have available. The results are a very satisfied customer who will continue to have Cedar Creek Dental as our family dentist!! I have only met Dr Andrew Branton and his staff for an initial consultation on some complex dental issues I have. So far everyone had been very professional, friendly and thoroughly explained every step of my numerous scans/xrays. They have very modern equipment and the facility is clean and well maintained. I will update my review during or after my procedures are over.

My dental hygienist was pleasant, engaging, remembered my daughter was getting married in 2024 and asked when the campground was opening up that my husband works at. She was gentle and caring. Fantastic experience: I recently started going to Cedar Creek Dental and have been very pleased. Dr. Branton and his staff are excellent and practices medicine the way I believe it should be practiced. He educates his patients, explains what he believes is best based on his expertise and experience and then gives the patient options. This not only educates his patients but also empowers them to make the best decisions for them. Due to uncontrollable circumstances my surgery needed to be delayed which was going to result in me having to miss a vacation. However, Dr. Branton and his staff moved mountains, as the saying goes, to enable me to not have to miss it. They went above and beyond good patient/customer service. I have also been very pleased with the services from Dr. Branton and his staff. While other dental procedures I have had done have been quite painful, I have experienced little to no discomfort while at Cedar Creek Dental despite having more intense procedures performed. I highly recommend this location to anyone searching for a good, skilled and considerate dentist. Dr. Branton and his staff are exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Had tooth extraction, painless and quick Doctor was awesome, friendly and explained all options before I made my decision.

Negative experience: My husband came down with a severe case of Covid after going to the practice and the hygienist did not wear a mask. Whoever heard of this? We were new to this practice after using Andrew's father was our dentist for 40 years. We know ait was from the open enviroment and no protection for patients. First we ares homebodies and we were not anywhere else. We also still wear masks but as I said we were not anywear else. I am pretty upset that when I sent them a message no one even bothered to call us. I am a at risk person so we take all precautions. I cannot say the same for the practice. Business degree on wall and yes cattle call. Really irresponsible practice. Protect your patients! Easy protocols to folllow!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this clinic for the past three years and have been seeing Dr. Branton. I needed extensive work and have had multiple root canals, fillings, and crowns placed over the years. The front desk, Kim, and Dr. Branton had been exceptional. If I haven’t moved away, I would keep coming here. 100% recommend them!

Negative experience: First nice office but been going to his Dad for Years unfortunately retired. Thought i'd check Andrew out after i left felt like was held up at Gunpoint Chaged $95 just to examine one tooth nothing done to it just looked at it . Like what a ripoff pretty sure not going back there anymore. Too many hands in the pot. Oh asked about a payment plan like his Father used to do replyed Dad did things old fashioned way . I prefer the old fashion way when went to his Dad felt like a person here you feel like a $$$ Sign .

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this location for 30 plus years. Although Cedar Creek Dental took over the business, the atmosphere and new Dentist has not disappointed. Always a super experience and excellent results from Cedar Creek Dental and Dr. Branton. Office staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommend!! I live 30 min away and could find someone more local, but I have nothing negative to point to- to make the change. Worth the drive.
