Negative experience: Words cannot describe how dissapointing my experience was. Went to get teeth extracted, they rushed me, was in the process of filling out paperwork when they called me back and the woman snatched it out of my hands and said she didn't have time for that, and I'd get an email copy of it. Fast forward to waking up from the extractions and the wrong tooth was pulled! My dentist sent over xrays and numerous charts and they pulled the wrong tooth! Then to top it off I just got a bill in the mail stating I owe the same amount I already paid in the office. This place is a joke! I wouldn't reccomend this place to anybody - unless you speak whatever forever language the dentist speaks odds are you won't understand a word he says. -also if you have an appointment first thing in the morning bundle up, they completely turn the heat off at night and its freezing in there by morning!

Negative experience: I had an 8:00 AM appointment for a dental exam and X‑rays — not even a cleaning — and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. By 8:30, I was still waiting in the lobby. When I checked in with the receptionist (who was very kind and professional), she explained that the X‑ray machine was down and they were trying to find a workaround while preparing my room. I was finally called back at 8:40 and had my X‑rays taken with a handheld device, without being given a protective apron. After that, I was brought to the exam room, where I waited. They had to re-do my X-rays and then I returned to the exam room until 9:15 for the dentist to come in. She briefly reviewed my X‑rays and teeth, explained her findings, and left. I then waited again for the technician to return to chart my teeth. By 9:30, after more delays, I ultimately decided to leave. Overall, the lack of communication, long wait times, and disorganized process felt unprofessional and showed little regard for patients’ time.

Fantastic experience: They got me in right away. The entire process took less than 2 weeks for a full set of dentures. The entire staff was very helpful and super nice. The office was very clean and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was very upfront with me of what he could do. Which is what I loved he was very honest. I hadn’t had teeth in over one year and once I did all I did was cry! Aspen dental is the best! I recommend this place by far! They are caring and understanding! I’m telling everyone I know to switch! True blessing!

Fantastic experience: I recently had full upper and lower snap in implant procedure with Dr. Mishleen during 2025. The experience was long but worth it. She and her team were always professional and Dr. Mishleen confidently took me through the whole process. Unfortunately, yesterday i accidently broke my lower denture. Negative experience: I went there for a root canal and deep cleaning gave them my insurance information and they check and they said I have to pay $1800.00 before they would do any Service on anything for me so I agreed to pay that amount and 5 weeks after that I receive a bill for another $1600.00 I called them up and they said they do not know and told me to stop by the office so I did and they said the insurance did not cover so that would be my responsibility to take care of that right away

Negative experience: Horrible young secretary in the front was very Rude and unprofessional i felt Rushed because she said it was close to closing time . I asked her to send the info to me about the finance it was never sent the dentist did not give me any options telling me to get $30,000 implants. Trying to convince me . Please don't go here this place is horrible especially to this location. Definitely they lost my business .

Fantastic experience: I started going to the Allentown Aspen Dental on Krock’s Road back in 2021. Had a full upper denture put in. Had it for 4 years, and last night; It broke in my mouth. Talk about full blown anxiety attack and scared out of my mind. Called this morning, had an appointment.. was told they could be repaired! Even better; by the end of the day today! When Kelly told me about it.. I literally burst into tears and cried, I was so appreciative! Thank you Aspen Dental.. you’re amazing! And will be a customer for life!

Fantastic experience: OK starters I have to appreciate Aspen dental on Allentown 750 North Knox Rd. they are phenomenal. They are patient. They are gentle and they were so caring to my needs. I’ve been struggling with an intense severe toothache for the past couple of weeks. I was nervous at first they not only made time for my consultation. They made sure that I was aware of the multitude of options. I didn’t feel pressured. I didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch and I didn’t feel like a guinea pig. I appreciate them so highly most of what I’m saying can’t even express my gratitude for this team. Fantastic experience: I was skeptical and worrying about the need to get a full upper denture, but after meeting with the doctor and staff, I gave them my approval to go ahead with the full process: extraction, healing while having a temporary denture and even a root canal I didn't know I needed. Then came my final denture and it's beautiful, family and friends can't believe the look of it. I want to thank all the professionals I came across over the 8 months work, from the front desk to the dentists, the hygienist, the prothesis, the xray assistant and everyone else, not to forget the great financing help. Negative experience: I have no insurance and tried to schedule a dental cleaning. I was told that an exam was required first. After paying for the exam, I was informed that the cleaning would cost over $1,000 because I needed a special cleaning, not a regular one. Just to mention, a year ago, I visited a different Aspen Dental location and qualified for a regular cleaning for $140 without any problems. Very unprofessional. I would not have come for an exam if I had known I wouldn’t be able to schedule a regular dental cleaning.

Negative experience: This dentist office is run like a sleezy used car lot. They tried to charge me $3k AFTER insurance for a cleaning. No explanation, just tried to schedule a cleaning then run my card for $3k. I told them I'd call back to schedule and asked for a breakdown of the price. The sheet they gave me included a $200 toothbrush which was the first time I heard anything about that. Now I need to wait a year for my insurance to reset so I can get x-rays at a real dentist. Worst place ever.

Negative experience: It was not a good first experience. I made the appointment and verified that they take my insurance. They do my X-rays and just before my cleaning they tell me that they don’t take my insurance at that location I need to go to go to their other location. What is the difference they are both Aspen Dental. I felt some type of way.

Negative experience: I ended up at Aspen Dental in a pinch due to an emergency, my primary dental office was closed for vacation, otherwise, I never would have gone here. I was experiencing sharp, pulsing jaw pain and made a last-minute appointment at what they claim is an emergency center. I had an 11:30 AM appointment but wasn't seen for nearly 45 minutes. After X-rays, I was placed in a room and left waiting until 12:45 PM, just 15 minutes before they closed. The dentist rushed through my visit and vaguely diagnosed me with a possible need for a root canal. I was then scheduled to see their specialist a week later, meaning I had to suffer through the pain for another 7 days. When I returned, I could barely eat or close my mouth. At my 9:00 AM appointment, I waited another 30 minutes, then was seen by the specialist for only ten minutes. She repeated the same tests as the first dentist and quickly said, “Yeah, you need a root canal,” while already walking out the door to see the next patient. I explained that I’d been in significant pain for over a week and needed urgent treatment. She was completely dismissive. I asked for a referral, she said she couldn’t help. No options, no pain relief offered, and no urgency from anyone on the staff. It wasn’t until I was visibly upset that the receptionist finally offered a referral. How can they call this an “emergency center” when they schedule a root canal two weeks out, ignore your pain, and only respond when you're in tears? Completely unacceptable and disorganized. Truly a disgusting experience.

Fantastic experience: Took my granddaughter there for emergency care. Everyone there was great. The xray tech did a great job calming her down. Then the dentist and oral surgeon were fantastic. She left feeling so much better about dentists. She will be going back there.

Fantastic experience: Honestly going to the dentist or doctor isnt cool for anyone, but this location everyone was super nice. The x ray tech was pleasant and efficient , the hygienist was quick and professional, the support staff was nice, and the dentist had a wisdom tooth removed out of me in literally like 3 minutes. Dude was ripping away, i felt no pain, then he said he was done and i was like, “what?” 5 days later its all about healed up. No nonsense just got the job done and sent me packing which is exactly what i look for in any

Negative experience: Gotten a full set of dentures was told they be exactly like my old ones turned out nothing like them feel big bulky cut and trimmed to much away from gum line tops are cut way to short can't get good suction anytime you needed a simple thing like an adjustment you had to schedule a appointment place is trash. Negative experience: TL:DR Waited too long, dental team spreading misinformation? I absolutely can not believe the audacity of this place. I generally don’t like to give bad reviews, but I’ve been thinking about this experience months after it happened so I just need to warn people. To start, I waited in the lobby for probably an hour after my scheduled appointment. Frustrating, but I can cope. I feel like dentist offices are always notoriously behind schedule. But here is the kicker: dental hygienist SWORE to me that you’re supposed to SWALLOW YOUR TOOTHPASTE. I really sat and listened and half believed her as she told me that only children are supposed to spit out their toothpaste when they’re finished brushing and that adults shouldn’t spit or rinse their mouth after brushing their teeth for the best effect. I truly believed this woman, thinking she was adhering to best practice and reporting some recent study to me. I googled it when I got home and realized she was completely wrong?! It’s actually pretty harmful to continuously swallow your toothpaste after brushing your teeth night and day. So now I’m left with a bunch of questions. Am I an idiot for believing her? Is this place crazy for employing someone like this? Does she tell everyone this? Was this some social experiment? Is all the aforementioned true?? I don’t know. But now every time I brush my teeth I think about this woman and I am so flabbergasted that this experience happened. Be warned, don’t trust what these people say.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there from the receptionist to the doctor to the account manager were wonderful! Very specif about what was needed to be done and up front with the cost. I even requested to go back to look at my new dentures after leaving and they were more accommodateable to let me try them on again to assure me that they looked right!

Negative experience: Scam. Scam. Scam. DO NOT GO HERE! Tried to charge me 3 grand for a cleaning, I got X-Rays that I needed for oral surgery and they would not release them to me! Said I had to sign a release form in their office, 5 months after doing this and I still don’t have my X-rays. Workers are condescending and rude. Place has to be some sort of shell company.

Negative experience: The only good experience was with the receptionist who was kind and accommodating. I had explained multiple times that I was there strictly for a dental emergency and not for a full exam and routine x-rays as I had already had a full exam and x-rays 4 days prior with my general dentist. Those words fell on deaf ears and I was forced to go through another exam and x-rays just to be told, condescendingly with rude judgmental undertones, that I would have to see yet another dentist. After some, embarrassing, begging and pleading for them to help me as I was in excruciating pain the dentist then said she would see if she could make some accommodations to help me and walked out of the room. Rather than have her return and explain to me the process she had one of her staff come in to tell me that they were going to try to schedule me and to come to the front. They made me sit in the front waiting room for about 5 to 10 minutes just so that I could come back and have them tell me that they couldn't do anything for me and that I would have to see another doctor yet again. That dentist was judgmental, condescending, rude and uncaring. When I told her how bad my tooth hurt she said "yeah, no one likes tooth pain." I am highly doubt that she has ever experienced tooth pain that will bring you to your knees such as the pain I had been experiencing. Not once did she offer to console me, comfort me or make me feel like she cared at all. In fact when I was told to walk to the front I said I needed a minute because I didn't want to walk out into a waiting room full of people while I was crying and the dentist just turned around and walked out of the room and left me there. Once I composed myself and walked out of the room one of her employees was standing down the hall waving at me to come and sit in front of the scheduler. The scheduler then sent me to the waiting room. If you're looking for a dentist to treat you like a number and is mad when you don't want to switch your entire dental Care to their facility then please by all means go to this Aspen Dental for sadists. If I could give zero stars that would still be too generous. The sad part is, not all Aspen Dental facilities and their employees are like this. I have been to the Quakertown location in a similar situation and that dentist was more than happy to help me even though she ended up having to stay after hours because of my unique issue at that time. If you're not a sadist and you prefer to have someone who treats you nicely I would go to the Quakertown location.

Positive experience: Was able to get same day appointment. I had a referral to get an extraction done and the first appointment is ALWAYS just a consult. I do think that the customer service operators need to be more informed about pricing because much to my dismay I had to self pay and it ended costing $750. I was able to get xrays and the exam fee for free. They do offer payment plan alternatives and they operate on a 99% approval rating. I left and will be back to get the extraction completed so I will be following up once actual work is completed. So far, I would highly recommend to those in a bind without insurance. Sadly, I have insurance but hardly no place except it lol.

Fantastic experience: Five stars – today’s team was amazing, but I need to warn you about what happened last week First, I want to give full credit where it’s due. Today’s experience was exactly how dental care should be. The female doctor and her assistant were incredible—professional, careful, and genuinely caring. The doctor used a topical gel to numb the area, gently placed the needle, and took her time to let the anesthesia fully kick in before doing anything. She checked on me multiple times, making sure I was okay and pain-free. She was gentle, communicative, and focused. Both were, It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and her assistant was on the same page. They gave me confidence and peace of mind. I left today completely numb and actually feeling taken care of. But this review also needs to serve as caution Last week, I was treated by a different doctor—a male dentist who, frankly, should not have continued once he saw what was happening. He rushed the entire numbing process. He jabbed 2 needles in my mouth for about 3 second, pulled it out, and went straight to drilling. I was not numb at all. The moment that drill hit my nerve, it felt like a lightning bolt went through my body. I jolted hard, out of instinct. I convulsed in that chair. My whole body shot up involuntarily from the pain. But he didn’t stop or ask if I was okay He saw my reaction—he knew I was in pain—and he just kept going. Without saying a word, he moved right on to the next tooth and started drilling that one too. Same thing—he hit the nerve, I jolted again, I was visibly suffering. And again, he ignored it. There were little 2 no pauses, no questions, no double-checking if I was okay. Just a cold, fast-paced job that completely disregarded my pain. That was not okay. That was negligence. Nobody should have to go through that kind of trauma at the dentist. I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile, and now I understand why so many people are afraid to go. That experience made me feel helpless. So yes, I’m leaving a five-star review—for today’s doctor and her assistant! They brought me relief and comfort after a horrible experience. But I urge you—if you’re coming to this location, request the female doctor. What happened to me last week should never happen to anyone. To be fair, my financing took a while to process that day—it was over an hour before I was finally seated, and by then it was getting later in the afternoon. Maybe the delay threw off the timing, or maybe he felt rushed. I don’t know. But even so, there’s no excuse for what followed. Pain is pain, and when a patient is visibly reacting the way I did, the response should be care—not more drilling

Negative experience: This place is a scam... They stress on deep cleaning that's 1500 bucks before any procedure. The root canal n crown here cost a fortune and after opting payment plan and paying for everything and then after a month or two they say some more amount due and charge it to our cc .. They didn't provide receipt norx-ray copies. they cancel appointments if we are 5 minutes late and if we are well before time they don't honor our time and keep us waiting for more than 45 minutes .

Negative experience: If I could leave a zero I would. I was forced to pay $130 for a panoramic x-ray that my oral surgeon wasn't able to use because it wasn't done properly and didn't show the root system. So he had to take another one. My insurance only covers one panoramic x-ray per three years. I called and asked them to give me a refund for it so my insurance would cover the one that actually shows the root system and they refused. So digusted, I will never visit another one of these "chain" dental centers again.

Positive experience: I had a broken tooth, and they were able to get me in and pull it the very next day. They’re the most affordable dentist I’ve been to for an extraction. The staff was super friendly and completely non-judgmental, which made the whole experience much easier. The oral surgeon was great — he was really nice, talked me through the whole process, and even respected my wishes when I asked for a minute to breathe. I wasn’t too fond of the general dentist — he came off a bit rude — but other than that, this place is great. I also lost my necklace the first day I went in, and the lady at the front desk was kind enough to take a second look and found it. I was so relieved because that necklace literally means everything to me. THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL!!

I drive 40 mins just to go to this office because the staff is always friendly, happy, fun and also professional about their job, something i feel that other companies should adopt, a more friendlier and laid back atmosphere to give that actual sense of comfort amd relaxation while also maintaining that professionalism of their jobs. I always have a blast here cuz the ladies are always so happy, and fun. The drs and their assistants are always respectful personable and professional, theyre thorogh in explaining procedures and anything you have questions. And they do excelent work. Fantastic experience: Not going to lie, I only went to Aspen Dental because I knew I could get in right away, wasn’t expecting much. BUT the staff was super friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible and was always checking on me to make sure I wasn’t in too much pain! (Had a deep cleaning on my teeth and had one pulled). Was a little pricey, but that’s not the staffs fault! Would recommend here to anyone!
