Fantastic experience: We were recommended to Bush Pediatric Dentistry by friends and it did not disappoint at all! Dr. Bush, himself, is amazing and all the ladies on staff with him are also equally awesome! So considerate, helpful, and loving towards our kids and I know their job isn’t easy but it meant the world to us having such great people working on our babies. We will always recommend them!

The entire team was warm, welcoming, and so patient, but Kaylie (Dental Hygienist) and Dr. Alex Ward were absolutely incredible. They made her feel comfortable, explained everything in a fun kid-friendly way, and turned what could have been a scary experience into something she actually enjoyed. The office is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly designed for kids, such a positive environment from start to finish. They truly think of everything. We even left with helpful samples, and my daughter got to pick out a prize and a lollipop (sugar-free and teeth-friendly, of course), which made her feel so special and proud. My daughter left smiling and confident, which means everything as a parent. Fantastic experience: Such a wonderful experience for both me and the kids! When you enter, there’s an area for the kids to play and relax while you’re able to fill out paperwork. It’s also very comforting that even in one room, there are windows everywhere to watch your other kiddos getting their teeth cleaned. They were so respectful of time and thorough with their cleaning/examination. Absolutely highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Very clean and friendly staff from the front desk to the back of the staff. Both kid’s technician handled each of my children really well, was an enjoyable experience for both of them. Dr Bush was very helpful in explaining everything and very assuring for the next procedure my child needs. Very glad we came here. They also have a cute doggy that you can see thru a window in the waiting room! The children loved it!

My little felt right at home with sweet staff, her favorite movie playing while her teeth were cleaned, a sweet and sugar free treat, and petting Poppy on the way out! The office is simply the cutest. It’s cozy and clean and every detail of it is so well thought out! It’s peaceful from entry to exit, with Romans 15:13 etched into the stone by the front door, the bright smiles and eyes of light! We valued how they honored and respected our choice for no fluoride and provided the best care all around! Thank you for the best first dental appointment that we could have prayed for for our little!

Fantastic experience: Brylee was so nervous this morning about going to the dentist! The 2 hour drive and 100 questions later we made it to Bush Pediatric Dentistry! We have been seeing them for years, however with Brylee’s anxiety she is always nervous and needs to be told what your doing and how your going to do it as your about to do it! This can be aggravating to some but today our Dental Hygienist Kaylee was amazing! She explained everything to her and was super sweet! Brylee even told her about her stuffy collections and she went to her car and brought her in a stuffy! She was so happy! Then to pet poppy topped it off! We have always had the best experience, but today topped it off!! So thank you Dr. Bush, Dr. Ward, and all the amazing ladies that make the experience anxiety free!

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old son had to have a big procedure done and be put under anesthesia which I was super nervous about but since he had to have 3 extractions, bridges and 4 crowns put in so it was just best to do all at once and I’m so glad they talked me into it unlike other dentist offices wanting to split it up between 7 different apts and a lot more stress and fear on my son. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and informative and the procedure went smooth as it possible and only an hour/2. They had toys, put his youtube on as they seated him and he doesn’t have complaints now he’s back around to himself. The office is beautiful, clean & comfortable . The worse part was waiting for him to come off of the medication and getting mean and rowdy but after a few hours he was absolutely fine and back to his normal self. So far he isn’t complaining of any pain anymore and been eating soft foods and his teeth look great.

Fantastic experience: This pediatric practice is fantastic! The office is very clean with photos of the support dog and a play area for the kids. The staff was very friendly. The hygienist and Dr Bush discussed his teeth with us, checked for tongue and lip ties, and was so good with my grandson. They told us how to call after hours if we have any concerns. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We have a sweet little boy staying with us for awhile who has not had regular/good dental care for most of his life. We tried getting him in at other places and nobody would take him. This dental office not only accepted him but worked him in quickly for a consult. They were fabulous with him, patient, and focused on his comfort. They were so kind and patient explaining his situation and getting him back in the very next week for his needed procedures. We feel so blessed to have found this dentist office!

Fantastic experience: When I noticed a spot on my extremely shy 3 year old’s tooth I was super anxious. I imagined a stressful appointment, having to cajole, bribe and even hold him down. But Dr Ward, Dr Bush and their staff were amazing. My little guy was hesitant but let them clean his teeth, do X-rays and then do the filling without a single tear or stubborn refusal. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Bush Pediatric Dentistry has been a phenomenal experience! It’s the cutest office ever, aesthetically beautiful, and carefully thought out. In the wait area, there is a small kids’ playroom with a car table, TV, and bean bags on one side, and on the opposite side of the room, there’s a window area to see Poppy, Dr. Bush’s therapy/office dog. All the kids get so excited to see Poppy, and that simple interaction calms kids and brings so much happiness to everyone. After the dentist visit, kids get to pet and interact with Poppy, along with getting a small toy and sugar-free sucker, which always makes my kids so excited and happy to come here! There are several private rooms with smaller dental chairs for the younger baby/toddler patients. These rooms have bookshelves full of kids books, that my kids get so excited to read. The bigger kids go in the open room with several dental chairs for their cleanings/check ups. In the ceiling, above every dental chair, there is a TV for the kids to watch a movie while they get their cleanings. Along the walls, there are benches for the parents to sit and watch their kids. You can tell Dr. Bush truly cares about his patients with everything he does, going above and beyond to make this the most calming, pleasant, and happy experience for the kids. He also takes time to explain everything thoroughly to us and isn’t ever rushed to leave the room, but is rather calm and makes sure we don’t leave with any doubts or unanswered questions, and complete peace of mind. The hygienists are so caring, patient, and sweet, and they display the same demeanor and bedside manner as Dr. Bush. The front office staff is super friendly too. Our kids, soon to be 3 and 5, have been coming here for almost 2 years now, and they love it! We moved to Auburn shortly after becoming patients at Dr. Bush’s and decided to stay here. Though we have pediatric dentists in Auburn, the 1-hour drive is well worth it to us when we know our kids are fully taken care of in all aspects, and the quality and care given is exceptional. I always recommend Dr. Bush to anyone that is seeking recommendations on a pediatric dentist, whether it’s the local Auburn moms or Autauga County moms.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bush came highly recommended to perform our newborn’s tongue tie revision. Upon arrival, I was immediately blown away by how beautiful the office was but it didn’t stop there. Every detail of our visit was amazing! Fantastic experience: Best Pediatric Dentist We’ve Ever Been To! I recently took three of my children to this office, and I was beyond impressed. As a military family with seven kids, we’ve been to many dental offices across different locations, and this was by far the nicest in terms of cleanliness, decor, and overall atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient, making my kids feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The dentist was fantastic—thorough, knowledgeable, and great with children. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll absolutely be returning. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We drove about an hour and a half to see Dr. Bush concerning a tongue tie. He came recommended by my lactation consultants when I was having some nursing difficulties. I am beyond impressed with the staff and Dr. Bush! Everyone was so friendly, attentive, and thorough. Beautiful and calm new building but the same wonderful staff and familiar faces!!! You know it’s awesome when there’s not a high turnover! Love this place!!! Love the staff and Dr.Bush! My oldest always feel comfortable and loves going! Dr.Bush and his staff are wonderful with kids! With my second, I was concerned about a tongue and lip tie. He’s not cut happy and I’m thankful he listened to my concerns and explained the procedure thoroughly so my family and I could make the best decision. Hands down best pediatric dentist in town!!!

I know it’s a new facility but the old one was just as clean. And there’s also another dentist there and he took care of me and my baby’s needs just as Dr. Bush does. Fantastic experience: We had very first visit today with Bush, my daughter (7) said she really liked it and the new building was “nice and fancy”. My son (1) was not the best camper for his first ever visit to a dentist but they made the process quick to not cause him any discomfort. Everyone was so sweet and helpful.

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience having cavities filled with Dr. Bush and his staff yesterday. My 8 year old had cavities filled for the first time and we were referred here by our regular dentist. I only wish I had brought my kids here sooner! Dr. Bush and his staff are wonderful with kids. My son is a bit shy and can get pretty nervous around new people, especially in a new environment where he has to have an intimidating medical procedure. But Dr. Bush and his staff made him feel so comfortable and at ease during the whole thing that he is ready to go back! He had no idea (and still doesnt know) that Dr. Bush gave him a shot to numb him. He just thinks they put "medicine" on his mouth, which is a testament to a great dentist. Because of COVID19 restrictions, I was unable to stay in the room. I was concerned about my son not handling it well without me, but he didn't bat an eye. I can't recommend this doctor and staff enough. We will continue to see Dr. Bush and will bring our toddler here as well. They have a special gift of working with young children.

When Dr. Bush came in, he provided the same level of comfort and care that was evident the moment we stepped in the door. I would definitely recommend this office for any “first timers”.

Fantastic experience: We had a lip and tongue tie consultation with Dr. Bush and he was amazing! Answered all of our questions, didn’t rush through the appointment, even left time open in the appointment to get the procedure done the same day if we had chosen to. It was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son had to have a tooth extracted today, 11/20/24. The staff here is absolutely AMAZING! My son was super anxious about it. They talked him through everything and helped ease his anxiety. He hasn't complained once about pain or anything! Thank you to Dr. Bush and all of his amazing ladies for taking care of my kiddo!

Fantastic experience: We were not established with practice and had an accident with my 19 month old with dental damage. They responded to me promptly. Worked us in that day and were amazing! Very impressed and happy to say we found our pediatric dental clinic!

Fantastic experience: They had spot for the kids to watch cartoons and play. They also had a puppy for the kids to look at, which my son loved. The staff are super nice and we're so patient with my son and the dentist was amazing as well.
