Because he “listened” to me, not just my verbal responses, but my physical, individual body cues, he pivoted in the midst of a procedure and discovered via X-ray, that a prior procedure (done by a different ‘specialist’) was not as it was presented on the forwarding orders. However, Dr. B and his staff are very sensitive to this and I LOVE going to see them. Tammy does a great job on my cleanings and periodic exams, so much so that I add in an extra visit every year to ensure my teeth get the best treatment. After the procedure and my feelings came back I had no pain or discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. B. He listens to your concerns and make sure you’re aware of what he’s doing during the procedure.
