Negative experience: Came for my 10 o'clock appointment and front desk said they did not have appointment for me and said I made a mistake. I have the email from them two days prior confirming the 10 o'clock appointment for today. Became very rude and unprofessional and never acknowledged it was their mistake not mine. I canceled all future appointments and found new provider for both of us.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional all of the time. Dr. Loveless is a great dentist. My father was a dentist and I have some insight into what makes a truly great dentist. Dr. Loveless checks all the boxes in my evaluation of what a great dentist should be. He is thorough, yet efficient. Extremely thoughtful and has a great way of treating his patients during the procedure. I recently had some moderate to big dental work done and I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Dr. Loveless and his entire staff. The view outside while you are in the chair is very relaxing. I highly recommend this practice.

Vicki handled my exrays and denture impressions with care, and a gentle touch. Elizabeth and Megan are thorough when explaining charges and insurance coverage. Parking is readily available. The office and patient rooms are clean and comfortable. Extremely pleased with the care and services I received. I returned for extractions and dentures. The procedure was a great success. I am very happy with the results. I could hardly believe the transformation. Excellent work done by Dr. Loveless and Vicki. I would recommend Parkside Dental to family and friends. The above review was for February 2024. I guess I didn't post it. Today I met with Dr Loveless. The visit went well. Dr Loveless is easy to talk to. He addressed my concerns and questions. He had Elizabeth meet with me, regarding payment alternatives. Elizabeth was great, she went over all my options. It's wonderful to sit down with these professionals, who truly seem genuinely interested and concerned about you, and your health.

Fantastic experience: I was told by the dentist at Advance Dental that he could pull my teeth but I am extremely sensitive to mouth pain, he shot me up 3 times to deaden the area and I was still feeling pain. So he referred me to a Dental surgeon to put me to sleep in order to pull them. Two years later the teeth were in worst condition . Dr. Loveless pulled them and I didn't feel anything

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been going to Parkside Dental for several years now. Dr Loveless has taken over the practice now. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. He takes the time to explain options and I think is more on the conservative side of dentistry, not wanting to rush a procedure if it is not immediately necessary, which I feel is not the norm in other practices. The practice as a whole is very welcoming and friendly. Wait times are kept to a minimum and I have never had a problem getting "fit in" if the need arises. I would happily recommend Dr Loveless and Parkside Dental.

Fantastic experience: The best dental visit I’ve had in years . I enjoyed the entire visit from the esthetics to how welcoming the front desk associates were. My dental hygienist was very informative and did an amazing job. She even helped me with my jitters and arranged for me to get some numbness for my cleaning . My dentist mad me feel comfortable , he has a sense of urgency and he’s SMART which are 3 things that I look for .

Fantastic experience: Dentists are not most people’s favorite place to visit, but everyone at Parkside Dental changes that! They treat you like family & are always so sweet while keeping the professional aspect of care front & center! Dr. Loveless was kind, caring, and took the time to explain my implants treatment plan. He does amazing work, really cares how you feel & helped give me back my smile! Vickie was always there to answer questions & provide any help she could. She helped make me feel comfortable and helped Dr. Lovelace to ensure I had a great fit with my implants. I consider her a friend now! Brenda was so nice at my initial visit & made me feel very comfortable there. Elizabeth was a great help with my insurance and payment options. I love this whole group & you will too!

Fantastic experience: The staff is always great and attentive, I have had some issues with my teeth, something we all extremely care about and how much of a difference you feel regarding your mouth and teeth issues, and they always help with whatever can, the lady I have seen the past two appointments, she just makes me feel at ease, comfortable and I know she will do what it takes to get my problem, fixed and handled.

Fantastic experience: My husband needed work done on his teeth from a work accident in 2017. We advised workers comp we didn’t won’t the dentist used in 2017/2018 and they sent him to Dr. Barganier. With workers comp. we’ve learn not to expect much but I have to say we love Dr. Barganier and his staff. Every visit has been great. Usually any dental work he has done is really painful but here it has been little to no pain. They are friendly and professional. Will definitely be recommending Dr. Barganier and I look forward to continuing my husband’s dental needs with him and his staff.

Update Edit: I had my procedure done today and the staff and Doc came through for me with flying colors. Made something that could have been a traumatic (seriously) experience not so dang bad.I was told I’d have to have an oral surgeon put me under w anesthesia to have this done and that was not true.Dr. Loveless was able to do it by simply numbing me up and I chose (obviously) to have nitrous gas to make things a little more comfortable.I’m home now and feeling much better. Not a big deal at all. I highly recommend Dr Loveless and his friendly staff.Their commitment to their patients’ comfort and their patience with patients like me are outstanding. I give them the highest rating possible because they earned it. BW
