Negative experience: After spending over $20k+ in an upper bridge at this office, my father who had broken off a tooth and was in excruciating pain couldn't be seen for 5 months since he hadn't been seen in 2 years (due to illness) according to the snotty lady that answered the phone telling me he had only ever had a consult with them which is not true. These people truly don't care. The crazy part is that he would have easily spent atleast another $20k doing his bottom half but this is how we were handled. Your $10/hr support staff is losing you $$$$$, Dr. Your loss. Got in to see another dentist the same day. It's all in how you treat someone when the chips are down and this practice is not it.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I initially went in for a tooth that was said to need a crown. After the procedure, I experienced significant sensitivity and had to return multiple times to report the issue. At each visit, I clearly expressed my concerns, yet I did not feel that they were properly addressed. I was later told that the tooth became damaged “after the fact.” I strongly disagree with this explanation, as I had no prior damage or ongoing issues before the work was performed. This response felt dismissive of my experience and concerns. Dr. Ivy Wyatts was not my original provider, and it appears that patients are redirected to her when they are not receiving higher-cost procedures, such as implants. Unfortunately, Dr. McLemore now seems to focus only on those types of procedures. In my experience, the office appears to prioritize financial matters over patient care. Payment is required upfront before services are rendered; however, when concerns arise afterward, there seems to be little willingness to accommodate or resolve issues in a satisfactory manner. I did not feel heard or valued as a patient, and decisions seemed to be made without truly listening to my concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this office. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and properly cared for throughout their treatment process.

Fantastic experience: I went for my cleaning appointment on Tuesday 3/25/25. Met with a new hygienist named Abbey Carden. She was very nice and very professional. I have a fear of dentists and do not look forward to these appointments and I explained this too Abbey. She was extremely understanding and talked me through the whole process! She was very patient with me and did not hurt me at all. When Dr McLemore came in to check my mouth at the end, he greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. I was very happy when he didn't find any cavities! I would highly recommend both Dr McLemore and Abbey if you are looking for a dentist in the Montgomery Area!!

Fantastic experience: Just went by to let Lexi Varner clean my dentures and check my implants.While talking with her I decided to let her do a reline on my top plate. 45 minutes i was walking out . It is like I have a new top plate . First time in 20+ years i have not glued my dentures. You owe it to your self to go by and talk to them. The staff is REMARKABLE. I owe a special thanks to Levi .

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how incredibly wonderful Dr McLemore and his staff are. I have never had any type of problems with Dr McLemore’s office at all. Dr McLemore ensures that his patients are happy with him, & his staff. If there is a problem that begins after leaving his office, just call and they will get you into their office so it can be resolved immediately. My decision to use Dr McLemore was the smartest decision I could’ve ever made.

Fantastic experience: Dr Mclemores staff is friendly and helpful. I use a mobility scooter. The staff always helps o0ening the doors as well as moving chairs or equipment for my convenience on scooter. I have gotten 2 crowns within the last 2 years. The staff has made sure I have had no pain or discomfort that they could prevent as well as providing emotional support with shoulder massage during procedures. I drive 50 miles one way because of their wonderful care and I don't dread the visits. Love the staff and professional care

Fantastic experience: I personally don't like having to go to the dentist because it's always uncomfortable for me but Tania Marie Ball, RHD made it a lot more comfortable on me with the way that she handled everything and utilized the instruments to clean my teeth. As well as talk to me a lot which kept me from being so nervous because I was listening to her good strategy

I’m typically nervous about shots, to the point of requesting sedation, but Dr. McLemore and his team made it so much easier. Fantastic experience: At 17yrs I had a root canal..I wasn't numbed enough and felt it (bit the dentist hand)..since then I hate and I'm scared of dentist's. I was freaking myself out with assumptions and thoughts and it had my BP up..They listened 2 wat I wanted, did NOT treat me like I didn't matter or what i had 2 say (other dentist's hv) and made me feel comfortable! And it was just a consultation visit. Dr. McLemore explained everything!!, so I didn't hv any questions 2 ask once he got done talking. GREATEST Dentist's appointment I ever had!!

Negative experience: You couldn’t put me to sleep. You felt 2 sleeping pills at 8:00 in the morning would work. It didn’t. You also neglected to mention you were closed on Fridays. My work was done on Thursday. I needed to talk to someone on Friday. I also don’t think the gas was on during my procedure. I will go back to Birmingham for any additional work that is more invasive than a cleaning. Your intentions were good, you just didn’t listen when I told you that wouldn’t work. I had it tried on me once before and received the SAME results.
