Fantastic experience: The 1st time I went to Dr. Bullard it was a get aqquainted visit that he does with all new patients. He checked my blood pressure, felt around my jaws, neck and also checked my mouth for cancer. I have never had a dentist do that, but I think it is awesome that he checks that on everyone. He is great about sitting down in a chair across from you while you are in the dentist chair, listening to you and discussing any concerns you have. He is very thorough and tells you why he wants to do proceedures and etc. He is a very nice man and super friendly. He's a fantastic dentist. His staff is the same. The office is neat and clean and everyone there is so nice. I'm glad I found out about him and his staff. River Region Dentistry is the Best! Today I saw Dr. Bullard because of 2 mouth ulcers. He filed down a couple of sharp places on 2 teeth, wrote a prescrption and is sending me to an oral surgeon. He is always thorough and is very caring. By far he is the best dentist I have ever used. Also, his staff are always sweet and caring as well.

Fantastic experience: I know my fear of dentists/toothwork is unrealistically severe but it happens when I go (just think of going), BUT that being said, Dr. Bullard and staff listen and are gentle, remembering I have sensativs teeth and avoiding use of cold water. Just had filling done and of all the dentist I've been to he is the best at numbing correct area and all around does great work (finished crown and adjusted so solid fit/bite and edges smoothed to reduce interference with floss and catching of food). Highly recommend... Have recommended to family/friends. Just a cleaning today and they were great as always didn't rush and care was taken throughout cleaning procedure. Highly recommend - Dr. Bullard is a very skilled caring dentist.

Negative experience: I called this office on Tuesday,2/18/25 and got an appointment set up for Thursday 2/20/25 1:00 pm. Icalled back the next morning and Canceled the appointment,and was told that I wouldn't be able to make another appointment at that facility. I've never been told anything like that before. I was looking to get a extraction,ASAP.,and was told the Dentist there wouldn't be able to do it on the first visit,and was told he may do it 2 days later,but I knew 2 days later would be on the weekend,and they would be closed,so I found somewhere else to go. What was so bad about that? I did call and Canceled the appointment 24 hours ahead of time. Thank God,there's plenty other Dental Practices that will take me.

They made time to see me on an emergency appointment, even as a new patient, and were both kind and caring. The lady who did my intake and imaging was a jewel. The dentist was so knowledgeable about my medical history diagnosis, that has kept me from visiting a dentist office for years. He was very patient as he listened to me and he was also very gentle in my examination. The dentist showed me films along with discussing my treatment plan with me. The scheduler was especially nice in planning my next visit and going over insurance information. My visit was professional and not like I expected. I will return. My dental health is important and this is a great start.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been looking for a dental office that had savings plans for someone without insurance. I found them through Google. They were absolutely amazing. Everyone is so nice, and I never got the sense that they were rushing with me to move on to the next patient. The office looks really nice inside and it’s very clean. It has been longer than it should for my dental appt due to not having dental insurance and I never felt like I was being judged.

Fantastic experience: I suffered a chip to my 22 year old bridge and called at 8:00 am and the office allowed me to come in at 2:00 pm. By 3:00 pm Dr Bullard and his helpful staff had me repaired and back on the road.
