Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, explains full treatment plan to you, amazing Dentist. I recently got a bunch of dental work here. We all know the dentist is the last place you want to be. However it was not nearly as bad as previous experiences at other places for me. Overall experience was a 10 out of 10!!

Negative experience: …very unorganized, went to get a tooth pulled they had the wrong one listed to pull. Also told them the injection to numb your mouth didn’t work they STILL gave me the injection and my mouth never went numb only my lip, ended up leaving without getting anything done

Negative experience: Doctor and hygienist were great! Front office staff was horrible. Stop playing the music and TV so loud. I was in so much pain with 2 other patients waiting and their next opening isn’t until October. Not to mention, yall didn’t take my I surface or give any medication.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked through the doors to the very end, being a First time patient made my experience a great one very friendly and professional.. they explained step by step what was abt to happen in a 2 hour procedure… I was scheduled for 9 and I was called to the back at 9:02… Definitely deserve a 5*

Negative experience: I had good experience before, but recently I had very better experience. Received the phone call from staff for cancellation of appointment due to non availability; three hours before appointment time and forcing their date and time and not ready to cooperate to move around for the convenient dates / time. Rather telling that if I will not accept the next available appointment will be in July. I am switching to other doctor.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here since last year. I have not had any complaints from her. The service is outstanding. The workers are all very polite.

Positive experience: I loved my one experience there that I waited 2 months for because of how booked they were. I am just disappointed that I now have an emergency with a chipped tooth & they told me I can’t be seen for it for over a month from now. I am so sad that I have to find somewhere else to go. They are just short staffed from what I have been told. If you need immediate care, I would suggest going somewhere else just due to the staffing at this time. My one experience was great though.

Positive experience: I think the office and Doctors are great. Thee only issue I have is that I wish you had a local lab to be able to get a better turn around. And to also better service your customers. Here we are again. First let me say again the staff is great I have no complaints at all about that. But now I got my wax Dentures back and the uppers were way off and need to be redone. So here I am again waiting another 3plus weeks again. That's just wrong.

Dr Holt was attentive and had the best Bedside manners. They provided excellent professional care and treated me like I was part of the family. They listened to my concerns and offered knowledgeable suggestions. This practice went above and beyond to make my visit a a pleasant one. Outstanding Job on every Front!!!

The Entire Front Desk have Beautiful and Comforting Personalities. That first call I made to them, Tania (front desk) comforted me due to my overwhelming Anxiety. Upon arriving for services and to this very day the Entire Front Desk: Tania, Kim & Paris has been compassionate and respectful very professional yet heartfelt. Dental Asst. Karen is Totally a Beautiful Spirit that takes great care of being an excellent listening ear and gentle. Dr. Downer is very patient, kind ,skilled and informative.

Positive experience: I have been looking for a new dentist in the Montgomery area and I was actually trying to get in the patient list for another dentist in the are a but I have not received a response to my inquiries. I called the office for Montgomery Family Dental Care and the receptionist was very nice and professional. She was able to find me an appointment for the very next day. I did try to complete new patient paperwork online but was unable to complete it. Once I got in office ALL of the staff were exceptionally professional and pleasant. My wait time was short and I got a chance to see the dentist very soon. My hygenist , Brittany, was thorough and provided feedback on my concerns. Dr. Holt was kind and professional. I have my next cleaning scheduled and information on some other services. They knocked my first experience out of the park!

Fantastic experience: I came in with my man for his dentist appointment but I asked the nice receptionist if they are accepting new patients and if any openings this week. She checked and let me fill out paperwork right then, to be seen. The dental hygienist was very nice and thorough. The Doctor came in and helped explain everything. Everyone was so professional. After my dentist retired, I was currently looking for a new one and I found one. Highly suggest this place!!

Fantastic experience: Let me preface this by saying I've not been to a dentist in 24 years, and I've had horrible past dental experiences, including cleanings at times. I was extremely nervous that this was going to be another horrible experience. I am thrilled to say IT WAS NOT TERRIBLE! Mary Lea was INCREDIBLY GENTLE even though she had to really work to clean my teeth! She was very concerned with my comfort level, letting me know the next step before she proceeded, explaining everything in as much detail as I needed. She is an angel! I actually began to RELAX during parts of the procedure and I don't recall ever doing that before with any hygienist ever! Thank you Mary Lea for being so outstandingly skillful and caring! Thank you Montgomery Family Dental Care for having extraordinary people like Mary Lea and the sweet girls at the registration window on your team! God bless y'all! I wholeheartedly recommend this practice, especially if you normally hate dentists, like I did. They will change your mind for the better!

Fantastic experience: My first ever visit there and I must say I was impressed with the facilities, modern and very clean. But what really stood out was the staff, from the check in to the dental assistants they all were friendly and helpful and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. And Dr. Holt, She very much attended to me, she listened to my concerns and addressed each one. She also took the time and attention to me to insure that I understood what was going to happen and even though she was unable to address my problems that day, she had my best interest and comfort in mind the whole time. She made sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable and take care of my infection so when I returned we could proceed with my treatment. She was very sweet and truly concerned about me and my situation. I would give my whole experience so far two thumbs up and a A+. Oh I failed to mention that I called in with unbearable pain, no insurance, never been there before, but they listened to my situation and worked me in within 30 minutes of my call. Wow! Amazing care and compassion! Awesome team!

Fantastic experience: I was traveling from Pennsylvania through Montgomery and I developed a severe toothache. I went to two other dental practices, who would not take a walk-in. The staff at Montgomery family dental found a way to work me into the schedule. I was examined on site and was given an appointment later for that day on a Friday and then another follow up appointment the next Monday. I could not have been treated better. The staff and Dr. Gloria Holt were all so kind and welcoming. They all went way above the call of duty to resolve my dental emergency and get me back on my road trip. They didn’t even charge for the follow up appointment on Monday. I wanted to pay at least for a standard visit but Dr. Gloria Holt told me to just have a safe trip. Thank you, Dr. Gloria and all your staff for saving my once in a lifetime cross-country road trip from being a disaster!
