Mrs Ashley was very educational on explaining about my teeth. Mr Ero was very nice and explain everything about the pain I was having and came up with the best game plan to fix the situation. Negative experience: Worst dentist we've ever seen as a family. They won't tell you the cost till after service, make unecessary recommendations like filling cavitiesin wisdom teeth, schedule you first thing in the morning so you can be "in and out" only to wait in the cramped waiting room for 2 hours, then tell you after your service that the insurance isn't covered despite being in network. Oh and the ladies at the front desk are as rude as can be.

Negative experience: Being in Montgomery I should've known it was trash. What a waste of time, daughter had an appt paid up front and she went back sat for over 2 hours for her to come out and they didn't even do anything to her teeth so we left.

Negative experience: I just turn in the broken Dentures to the receptionist. And they return a pair of warrent Dentures repaired. They are no longer broken but they look as if they will become broken again. I did try the. On to see if they needed adjustments. Returned in clear bag.

Negative experience: Extremely horrible customer service. 1st they canceled my appointment because I didn't confirm. Something they never advised when the appointment was made. They then claimed to have some issue with my insurance. I called my insurance. No issues. They have not contacted me to resolve this issue or schedule another appointment. They only seem eager to capture my SS to send me a bill. I may ultimately have to contact my state attorney general's office to get this matter resolved. Please stay away from Aspen Dental. Thank you.

She cleans my teeth and also my cousin’s, and he is usually very nervous at the dentist. Ashley always makes him feel calm and comfortable, which means everything to us. She explains every step before she does it, answers all of our questions, and never rushes through the appointment. I love the level of care she provides because she is both thorough and informative. She gives tips that actually help, notices things most people overlook, and genuinely cares about keeping your teeth healthy instead of just getting you in and out. Her personality, kindness, and professionalism stand out every single visit. If you want someone who treats you like family and makes going to the dentist feel easy, Ashley is the one.

They were willing and able to answer my questions and address my concerns Erica with scheduling was very helpful in getting me in last minute for a service I needed the same day. She understood my time constraints and was able to schedule a secondary service I needed the very next day at a very convenient time. Thank you.

Negative experience: I went to aspen dental about a year ago. I was told I needed 5 root canals, 3 teeth pulled, fillings, and bridge/partial. Estimated cost with insurance 10k+. They did offer me a credit/payment option. However i couldnt wrap my head around me having insurance and the price that they came up with. I have extreme anxiety at the dentist which is the reason I haven't been to one in 10 years. I was having an anxiety attack while they looked at my teeth and was told by the dentist "Im not even doing anything yet" with 0 compassion. I have been even more discouraged to go back. I have had so much pain from my teeth and decided to get a second opinion. I went to SmileMakers and come to find out I only need a filling and 2 teeth pulled and had so much compassion and understanding. The best part it's not even close to 10k+ or even 1k. I have heard awful things about aspen since and I completely agree. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My visit was very nice, atmosphere was really nice they even have black doctors.Dr. Ero was great, and the office manager Chiquita was very nice, and helpful. She set me up to get started and will work on the rest next year when my insurance starts over.

Negative experience: Been here several times. Endless money pit. You pay out of pocket for the things your insurance doesn't cover and Weeks later they'll figure out something else. Your insurance didn't cover and you have to pay more. It just never ends. Just feels like they're purposely putting things in the system your insurance doesn't cover to get you to pay more money. I've had endless conversations with my insurance companies saying that they cover so much and they don't know why they didn't put it in the system for the things they cover. Their excuse it technically wasn't that it was something else and they don't want to partake an insurance fraud. But my insurance is telling me yeah it could have been covered if they put it in the system the correct way. Just lies and scammin ahh ngs.

Fantastic experience: The staff here is amazing, and to witness how some people come in and speak to and treat the staff remains respectful and professional I commend them for being able to keep it together. They get you scheduled quick and they offer financing… go see them
