Fantastic experience: Love them! They have been so awesome from when my daughter had braces, to when both my daughter and son had to have some teeth removed! My kids love going to the dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: I have 5 kids, and even though the MPD&FO office is a bit far from home, we still love going. The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and fast! My kids get great care, are in and out quickly, and come away with large bouncy balls and toothbrushes. Win! :)

You can feel that this is a family-owned practice that values its community. The staff is always happy and welcoming, which makes every visit pleasant, and that speaks volume in authenticity. I once saw Dr. Frank handle a difficult phone situation where a customer misunderstood or borderline refused to pay a fee that had already been agreed upon. Even so, he handled it with total grace and chose to waive the fee to keep things positive. That level of professionalism and kindness speaks volumes. Highly recommend this family owned business.

Fantastic experience: The staff is warm and friendly. Tia, dental hygienist came with a smile to greet us. She took my son to the back to begin his cleaning. They returned with a good report of no cavities and everything looks fine. That’s the best news ever. We had our next appointment scheduled and we were out the door in less than 45 minutes.

I've been going to that dentist since I was born and now I'm 17. The overall environment makes me feel warm and welcome. Dr. Rob worked today (11/18) and was very complimentary and observant of my smile and keeping it perfect for me! I love mpd & family ortho and will miss it when I'm grown :(!

Dr. Drew and the staff made sure that I the parent was also comfortable and aware of exactly what was going on. Any questions I had they answered. He was very knowledgeable and courteous when explaining what was done and what to look out for during her healing process.

Fantastic experience: Our orthodontist Dr. Frank was so amazing! He was so thorough and went above and beyond to help my 14 year old have the confidence she was looking for in her smile. I would highly recommend him and their office in general to anyone needing care. Such a nice and kind office for every interaction and if we hadn’t have moved 3 hours away I would send my other two boys that need braces there as well, without hesitation!! Fantastic experience: I traveled over two hours to have my son see Dr. Drew and after our apppintment I would HAPPILY make that trip for my boys anytime. Dr. Drew is so friendly and wanted to be sure my anxious boy felt as calm as he could, he explained what each tool he was going to use was and how nothing he was holding was sharp or could hurt him. He set aside plenty of time for us just to thoroughly explain my son’s diagnoses to me. I know he was very busy but he truly made us feel like we were the only ones at the office. He worked with me and gave me multiple options of what he could do to treat the problem based on our comfort level and budget, I was told in detail about what I can expect going forward and he was very comforting and encouraging about the future. I would recommend all of my closest friends and family to Dr. Drew!

I have to drive from Dothan all the way up to Montgomery and coordinate around my schedule at work, but that is all well worth it for the quality of service and care that my two daughters receive at this location. Also, I just found out that they are out of network for my insurance. Still worth the drive and money. I totally recommend!!

Dr. Drew recently extracted one of my daughter’s teeth because there was a tooth growing on top of it and she was so nervous. She was out within 15 min smiling! The nurse, front office staff, and Dr. were so sweet and reassuring. The waiting room is also a plus because the aquariums kept my other kiddos thoroughly entertained!
