Positive experience: They very helpful and kind people my wisdom tooth was pulled only thing I didn’t like I felt the pain when it was pulled but it was so worth it cse I felt so relieved after thank you guys

Fantastic experience: Had top wisdom teeth removal there - the entire staff was great and professional, the doctor even texted me a few days after surgery to make sure I was doing well. I had very minimal pain and healed quickly, which I'm sure had a lot to do with the standard of care. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing dental procedures done.

Fantastic experience: I really loved my experience here! I went to the Prattville location once, after that visit it had me hesitant for this visit. But the Montgomery staff was beyond super sweet, caring, and even helpful post surgery! Ive also been trying to find someone who would give me a whole new mouth full of teeth, and was always turned down. Here, I finally had someone say yes! And I am super excited for the next steps! Oral surgery isn't fun by no means, but would highly recommend this amazing group of people to anyone who needed work done! Negative experience: They told me that my doctor was new there and his name is john...he did my surgery so fast that i felt all the shots in my mouth n when he took out my 1st tooth it was so painful...they had to hold me down i felt the pain of the shots and all i shouldn't felt it ... I was told that my gums was going be numb then do the shots and procedure ...but he didnt wait for my mouth to go numbed at all .... I was crying and was shaking it was that bad im NEVER getting my teeth pulled again at there office he kept saying "I can't stop you from feeling the pressure" but it wasnt just pressure i was feel it was pain really bad pain n im pregnant they knew that i was they ask me what im having and they still gave me pain medicine that would have harm my unborn child i couldn't even take the medicine ....i had to call my doctor for pain medicine that i could take...the nurse was very nice and they even hold my hand though the pain they are the sweetest thing ever but never again ill just take the wisdom teeth pain then me have that doctor name john that work on my teeth...if you decide to go to that doctor's office get a different doctor than what I had ...he will put you through some pain that unnecessary ...honest it felt like he was in a rush to get out of the room... Im just being honest with you

Positive experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Dr. Johnson’s office on April 3, 2026. One of the employees, Tashon, was extremely rude and unprofessional during my visit. Not only was their attitude dismissive toward me, but they were also very disrespectful to my mother, which made the situation even more upsetting. When patients come to a medical office, they expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, but that was not my experience at all. The way my mother and I were spoken to made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Customer service is a big part of any healthcare environment, and this interaction fell far below what should be expected. Coming from a dental professional and an office that refers majority of our patients to this practice, I was highly disappointed. However, Dr. Johnson was extremely pleasant and respectful. I hope Dr. Johnson’s office addresses this issue and reminds staff of the importance of treating patients with respect and professionalism. No patient should have to deal with that kind of behavior when seeking medical care.

Negative experience: Drove an hour to get to this appointment and hit some unexpected traffic resulting in being a few minutes late. Was told I’d have to reschedule. No thanks. Plenty of other oral surgeons to choose from.

Fantastic experience: My surgery was two days ago. My healing process was very fast. This was the best experience of professionalism from a surgeon and his team that I’ve ever seen. I’m a 22 year old nurse who’s been around numerous physicians and ancillary staff. Dr Parker is a must see oral surgeon if referred. He has exceptional bed side manners and EVEN followed up with me via text to ensure that I wasn’t having any complications. Who does that? I would recommend this facility to everyone.)

Fantastic experience: Man they took such good care of me Dr. Jung took her time as well as her team placing an IV in me for my sedation. I was so scared, her assistant eased my mind. I don’t even remember falling asleep. She also helped me to my car and explained the postcare instructions well and answered any concerns I had. This will be my go to for my other procedures for now on.

Fantastic experience: Long post aIert: I must start by saying the level of professionalism I experienced is rare. I was able to schedule a consultation within one week of contacting the office. The procedure was scheduled within a matter of days. In most cases, it is normal for offices and practices to schedule months later due to availability. My daughter and I were a bit nervous at the thought of the procedure, as well as recovery. Our initial visit to the office definitely calmed our fears. The staff worked well together and offered such friendly smiles. Everyone spoke with such reassuring tones! I appreciate the timeliness of the entire experience! Post procedure instructions were detailed and clear which were significant to the recovery phase. Within hours my daughter was feeling better! Dr. Parker even followed up the next day to extend the availability of he and his staff regarding any concerns. I can not brag long or hard enough about my experience. I would love to see every business and institution operate same as this; the world can then start to become a better place!!!! Thank you Dr. Parker and staff

Fantastic experience: I had all 4 wisdom teeth and my number 20 molar extracted and had a dental implant placed for my number 20 molar. They were able to get me in quickly and the procedure went smooth and without complications! Healing is going smoothly so far. I would definitely recommend Dr. Parker! Fantastic experience: Dr. Parker is a true master. Despite the complicated nature of my extractions (nerve entanglement was involved), he left me with zero pain. There was some swelling, but that's to be expected. There was only a little blood after I removed the gauze, not at all what I was expecting. He texted me the following day to check on me, make sure my recovery was going well, and to make himself available for any questions. I truly appreciate the care and skill of his work and highly recommend his services to anyone needing an excellent oral surgeon.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best place to get wisdom teeth removed. I had 4 removed and had to get stitches. Was out of there 35 mins top. They were very sweet and caring. The lady that stick me was smooth no problem. 10000:10 recommended.

Negative experience: I had wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Jung and I had a “co-pay” of $120 for the procedure after a few weeks I received a bill of $60. The co-pay is nowhere to be found on the bill where I paid it and I called the office for a week to speak to someone about it and no one has answered the phone nor called back. Now I want to know where did my money go. Not to mention, they are very rude on the phone when they do not want to answer questions.

Fantastic experience: My consultation was Wednesday and I had my surgery the very next day. Dr. Parker and his team were very informative, comforting, and polite. They also check on you the next day after for any concerns you may have and to make sure everything is going ok. As of now I have very minimal swelling and still no pain. My experience was great and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Dr. Parker and his staff definitely exceeded my expectations, going above and beyond, providing full transparency regarding my procedure and costs. There was a little miscommunication by my referring office, which resulted in me having to take off of work again, but thankfully they were able to fit me in the next day. Other than that everything ran smoothly. The final touch was when I received a text from the Dr. checking up on me and my recovery the day after surgery. The hospitality there is amazing and one of the many reasons I chose to move back to Alabama. Southern hospitality at its finest!!!!

Negative experience: I spoke with Emily & Brianna with Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Associates - Montgomery, and my experience was very disappointing to say the least! I was told on January 7, 2025 that they would accept my Retirement Spending Account as payment and after I had gone to the appointment I was then told that the young lady that is no longer with them is the one that gave me the wrong information. They then decided that they could not accept my RSA. My bill is $179.00 and I informed them that I would not have come to the appointment had I known that they would not accept my payment source. They still insisted on payment and I informed Brianna that the payment should be waived because it was their mistake or lack of knowledge concerning payment sources. I then informed Brianna that I will pay the amount due because I am not one to continue speaking with someone when there is no understanding. Your office was wrong and now she stated that they have made sure that everyone in the office knows that the RSA is not an acceptable form of payment! Wow, I have never had to deal with anything like this in any Dental nor Medical office in my 65 years of living.. Very disappointed and would never refer anyone to this office for services because of the confusion and lack of knowledge.

Fantastic experience: My experience was WONDERFUL!!!! I’m terrified of needles and thin rolling veins so I’m used to getting stuck 3-5 times in order to find a good vein. The anesthesiologist got it in one go. I was asked about how handsome Aaron Pierre (Mufasa) was by the dental assistant and I was out like a light before I knew it. I had a total 5 teeth removed and the procedure only took 15-20 minutes. Dr. Parker and his team were awesome and made me feel so comfortable and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know. Thank you guys so much.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff, the finance staff, the nurses and Dr. Parker were all welcoming, kind, considerate and professional. This was the third time Dr. Parker has performed surgery for me and I would never go to anyone else. He is kind and compassionate and has checked on me everytime the day after the surgery. I don't know many people (if any) that are happy about having oral surgery or even going to a dentist in general but OMSA made the experience more comfortable than one could ask for. Fantastic experience: I’ve needed impacted teeth pulled down for years, if I would have found Dr.Jung sooner I would have had 0 hesitations she is fabulous and most of her staff are respectful, considerate, and absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: Our daughter got all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed & the whole experience from beginning to end was wonderful. It started with the consultation with Doctor Kean. He came in the room explained everything, & we set a date. We originally wanted to have it done at the Prattville location but it didn’t work with our schedule. We ended up scheduling for the Montgomery location. Everything went as planned. The staff was very knowledgeable & professionals. The place had plenty of parking available, very clean and organized in the inside. We even got a follow up call that afternoon. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get wisdom teeth removed

Fantastic experience: Excellence and nothing short of it. Dr.Parker did my implant procedure about 6 years ago and personally checked on me the next day.That meant so much to me. Today he removed my 21 year old nephew's 4 wisdom teeth with the same Excellence. His staff are kind and patient and 2 of them gently walked my 6'4 nephew to my car with so much care. Fantastic experience: Honestly, I was nervous and went in with some unwarranted, preconceived notions about the place. However, they were instantly shut down the moment I stepped in the door. The receptionists were nice. It was clean and not loud even though it was busy. The intake nurses and billing staff were just as nice, professional, and courteous. Dr. Parker came in professional and provided a super thorough consult. I highly recommend.

My encounter with each and every person from start to finish until the day of my surgery has been seamless! ARIEL stands out the most because she has been one of the staff that has saw me from my initial consultation, surgery room, and even escorting me safely to the car on the actual day of surgery! She always greets with a smile followed by genuine care, concern , and comfort followed up with a great sense of humor which definitely eased the nerves that majority patients have when it comes to anything dental related.

Fantastic experience: I had 5 teeth removed yesterday including 4 wisdom teeth. Dr. Parker and his staff treated me absolutely wonderful from the start of the process to the very end. I tend to have severe dental anxiety but I had none leading up to surgery. They get you in and out pretty quickly. It's been a little over 24 hours since my surgery and I've had very minimal swelling or pain. No bruising so far. I don't know what Dr. Parker and his staff did, but they absolutely worked some magic in my mouth and I couldn't be more grateful for them. I highly recommend using them to anyone needing any dental work done!! Ps shout out to the nurse who was with me the whole entire process yesterday. I can't remember her name but she was an absolute gem and made my morning so much better!!!

Fantastic experience: Great experience. They treated my 9 year old very well, explained all procedures to him and answered all his questions as well as mine. Surgery was quick with excellent instructions and they even called that afternoon to check on him. Definitely recommend and will be using them again if my family needs another oral surgeon.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a wonderful experience. She had all four of her wisdom teeth removed plus one other, and besides a little pain afterwards, she has been having a great recovery. Negative experience: The wait to get into see the Dr was excessive. My appointment was for a consultation. I arrived 20 minutes early and did not get taken back until 55minutes after my appointment.

Positive experience: Had to wait so long in consultation room to see the doctor that the lights went out. Also was not told that today would only be for consultation. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and helpful.
