Fantastic experience: I travel all the way from Miami, FL to Sacramento just to be treated by Dr. Moser. He is very knowledgeable in their fields, professional and gentle and honesy He explains your procedure and answer any questions or concerns you have. I trust their medical advice. They are friendly and their staff members are also very friendly and attentive. A great group of people. A one stop clinic for all your dental needs. I highly recommend them.

Negative experience: Crazy how I mentioned I was going through a domestic violence case and I needed my records, they then just dropped me. I wouldn't go here, they don't understand psychiatric disabilities such as CPTSD, as a transgender Hispanic AFAB, I feel unsafe here. I had mentioned my phone line got compromised due to the case, so I'm unsure how why they didn't just send me a letter to communicate. English is not my first language, ASL is. I think instead of a miscommunication, you folks could have given a bit more patience and understanding towards my situation. Ps, they did not allow the 30 days, they completely ignored my phone calls.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Charles Dental Group! From the moment I walked in, the front office staff greeted me and made sure that signing in was simple and efficient. This was my first visit with Charles Dental Group so of course I had all the forms that needed to be filled out. The staff made this process so easy, and they answered my questions with obvious knowledge, and with smiles! My visit with Dr. Salvatierra was perfect. I have some profound work that needs to be done, and Dr. Salvatierra put me at ease immediately. He walked me through the procedures that he would be performing and through all of the steps that would be needed for a successful and efficient results. His professionalism was ever present. His manner put me at ease, and made me feel confident in his knowledge and abilities. I have had several dentists over my life I have had some really terrible experiences with dentists and receiving treatment. Fantastic experience: Dr. Koett is the most caring and compassionate dentist I’ve ever gone to! He knew in advance I was a tough one to numb and that I’d had a bad past experience, so he took extra care to be sure I was always comfortable and never felt a thing. I also have to rave about Carlos who assisted Dr. Koett throughout both of my procedures I’ve had now. He is extremely careful and thoughtful and again, always making sure that I feel absolutely comfortable and at ease. They were both very certain to explain everything to me so that I understood what they were doing. I used to hate going to the dentist… I am so eager to see these dentists and assistants now that I have told everyone I know who is also afraid of the dentist that they need to start seeing the Charles Dental Group! I will be bringing my grandson here as well. I have my beautiful smile back! The work they did on my front teeth is so amazing you cannot even tell I had any work at all! Visit by visit we are replacing all of my old Amalgam fillings with beautiful white ones, my teeth are becoming more beautiful every visit!

Fantastic experience: Broke one of my front veneers during dinner. Dr. Moser got me in the very next day. He was able to manufacture a new veneer the same day. I was able to walk out of the office 2 hours later with a new tooth that was a perfect match to my existing teeth. Dr. Moser is a suburb dentist and an absolute artist at cosmetic dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Salvatierra and staff are amazing! I had my first wisdom tooth removed last year and I had such a wonderful experience I came back for the next tooth. Office is very clean, welcoming, staff is friendly and the appointment itself went very fast. The extraction itself only took 3-5 min and I was very comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: The people here are all SO nice. The hygienists and assistants are all friendly and gentle. Dr. Salvatierra is really good, and also warm and personable. They have greatly reduced my anxiety about going to the dentist. They also have very current technology to both speed and improve the quality of products like crowns and night guards. Being able to get an entire crown handled in one visit, without ever requiring a temporary, is a game changer. And I've been wearing night guards for nearly thirty years, but never had one that felt this comfortable to have in. Plus, now that they have the 3-D rendering used to print this one, if anything were to happen to it, they can print another one without having to start over at the beginning.

Positive experience: Once again I lost my superior dental hygienist, Marwah. First Mary and now Marwah. They both cleaned for an hour getting all plack off. I had Rachel today and she cleaned for 30 minutes. I could still feel build up on my teeth. My teeth were smooth and the spaces between my teeth noticeable with Mary and Marwah. I am tired of losing excellent hygienist. I wish they paid them more to keep them.

Going to the dentist is always anxiety-inducing, but every time I come, Dr. Sal walks me through every step of the procedure, taking the time to make sure I understand what's going on and what to expect before he does anything, and he makes what is stereotypically a terrible experience, a walk in the park. I always leave with a wonderful smile, feeling relieved, educated, and well taken care of. The front office is efficient and thorough. The appointment reminders are super helpful. The TVs on the ceiling are a brilliant distraction. The office is clean and up to date with some of the latest dental equipment. They even do crowns in office, in an hour! The staff is efficient and friendly. I cannot recommend this dentists office, and Dr. Salvatierra enough. 10/10.

I looked at a lot of dental clinics in Sacramento, and now I found what I need.. this is a wonderful staff, everyone is friendly, pleasant, everything is very clean!! I am very happy with my doctor Andrea Hersh and her assistants Alla and the guy (I don't remember his name) the doctor is a professional, she knows her business, with her I feel calm and comfortable and have trust!! Another plus is that they make crowns on site within an hour, it is very convenient and you don't have to wait two weeks.. I am very happy with the clinic and recommend it!!

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious about having my crown replaced but knew it had to be done. Come to find out my tooth next to the crown also needed a crown because it was giving me a lot of pain. Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist. I’ve had the worst experiences and it’s kept me from taking care of my teeth. Dr. Moser was so darn kind and explained everything so well so I knew exactly what to expect. He performed a root canal and it was not painful AT ALL. The staff were very sweet and helpful. Fantastic experience: Broke my upper denture in half on a Wednesday night. Got it to the office early the next day and had my repaired teeth back by 3:15 the same day. How about that for some super service!!!!!
