Fantastic experience: The care, comfort and experience of the individuals here are nothing short of amazing The dentistry here is second to none. I came in for an emergency appointment due to tooth pain and was quickly informed about a need for wisdom tooth removal. I was quickly scheduled within a week! Once I arrived at my surgery, I was comforted and consistently checked on to make sure I wasn't nervous or anxious. People often say Wisdom tooth removal is painful and uncomfortable. My experience was completely different. My teeth were removed quickly and even though one was complicated and stuck. I was well sedated to avoid pain and handled with lots of care & consideration. I didn't experience any pain during the removal and following my removal, I only experienced pain for a couple of hours. In the following days, I experienced no pain on my pain management course and the sutures that were put in place did well to help me recover painlessly. If you are in need of dental care and want a dentist who will make sure you are comfortable and free of pain, this clinic is by and far the best possible place to go.

Negative experience: Creekside Dental was able to squeeze me in when my dentist couldn’t on a Friday afternoon when I chipped a tooth. I appreciated that. When I went in, I was bombarded with questions of other services I might want that my insurance covers like their version of Invisalign etc. I was even randomly asked if I snore and I laughed and said my husband does, which triggered the pitch about dental devices to help with him that. Thanks for the information, but I hadn’t even been seen yet. It felt very “sales”-y for a dental visit. This was back in August. I received a text of an invoice this week that I hadn’t been notified of previously. Apparently, it takes over 6 months to process invoices and then they spring it on you when you least expect it. It’s my bill, so whatever. It’s just super inconvenient of them.

I had extensive surgery and the recovery was painless. I have had more pain at other dentist offices with a simple filling than with this procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Alexander and Dr. Bal.

Fantastic experience: I'm 32 years old and this is the best dental experience I've had. Vicky, who worked the front of the house was very kind and transparent about insurance and how it worked and we were able to come up with a plan of action which made things make sense financially. Mandy, the dental hygienist was super nice and very informative and made me feel optimistic about where I'm at with my teeth and moving forward. She was also very thorough and worked around my mouth with ease and I was more than comfortable. Dr.Bal came in after my cleaning and was clearly an expert and was able to pinpoint exactly what needs to be done to fix my issues. A good amount of my family goes here and that's how I heard about them and I understand why they recommended me here knowing that I've had some fear with going to the dentist based off of past experiences. Fantastic experience: I was too scared to find a dentist after leaving the kids care and having to find an adult dentist. Coming to Creekside my fears were no more, I love the environment everyone makes you feel so comfortable. It’s very gentle and you’re out of there in a reasonable time. Dr. Bal did my 2 fillings in 40 minutes. I 100% recommend and will keep spreading the word about this amazing family dentistry.

Fantastic experience: Creekside saved me! I had a dental emergency and none of the other dentists could take on a new patient on such short notice. Creekside was able to see me in 30 minutes and start the exam within the hour. Staff were super nice and accessible. I'm sticking with Creekside in the future.

Fantastic experience: My apologies for posting this so late. I wanted to take a moment to compliment the team at Creekside Dental. My journey started in late 2023, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Bal. My teeth were beyond help, so the best course of action, for me, was dental implants. I was a bit apprehensive, at first, but warmed to the idea, the more I talked to Dr. Bal and Jesse. The care and concern for me was beyond what I could have asked for. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, to no fault of the team, but Jesse, in particular went so far out of his way to remedy the situation, I took notice. He is the poster child for "above and beyond". They stayed after hours to accommodate me on more than one occasioon. Not being known for my patience, they explained everything in minute detail, so that I may understand what was going on the entire time. In addition, Vicki is to be commended for constantly keeping me appraised of the status of my case. All in all, this worked out fantastic for me and I get complimented every day on my smile! Forever grateful for Dr. Bal, Jesse, and Vicki, and the entire team at Creekside Dental.

Negative experience: I have no idea how this office has 5 stars. They posted pictures of the ceiling ‍♀️ nothing else to show to potential patients? Also, I shocked about their prices

Fantastic experience: This is my fourth time visiting Dental Creekside office. I had some pain and problem with one of my pretty old bridge and it was time for the replacement. Dr. Bal was extremely patient and professional explaining everything very clear.I received my new bridge and I don’t have any problem at all.Visiting dental office is not something that most of the people would like to do but Dr.Bal is making visits very comfortable and she is definitely someone that I can trust.Office is very clear and stuff is very kind . Definitely 10/10. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I neglected my dental hygiene for a very long time, that I was nervous about going anywhere and getting help. Luckily I chose the best dental office to help me! Vickie and Dr. Bal helped me get my dental routine back on track. They were extremely helpful and amazingly kind. I actually look forward to going in for visits and seeing them again. And even though their office is currently under construction, it’s very clean and provides a wonderful ambiance for someone like me who was a little nervous.

Negative experience: I read so many fantastic reviews and was excited to give them my business. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. When I walked in the front door, I was not sure if I made a mistake as I was immediately in the middle of the office which looked loke it was under construction. They brought me into a room, took x-rays and the next thing I know, I am being told that the X-rays and the cleaning would be over $300.00. I advised that I was there just for a consultation and not cleaning. Then I was told I had to pay for the X-rays. I advised that not only was I not informed about any cost, that the other three dentists that I consulted with did not charge for X-rays. I still had to pay for them. I was never asked why I was there, or what my issues were. I was just told to sit in a chair and pay my bill. Not a good experience for me. The lesson cost me a couple hundred. Lesson learned.

Negative experience: To your response. It was not at all my "CONFUSION." I specifically asked if my insurance was "IN NETWORK" I WAS TOLD YES. So there is NO confusion on my end. The truth was withheld and that is a problem for me. NO CONFUSION ON MY END.

It was long holiday weekend and one my of tooth just erupted and pain is unbearable, they promptly replied to me , instruct me what to do, they made sured I am covered for all of all of my discomfort all the way through. Fantastic experience: This company goes above and beyond for your needs . Im a special needs paticent it cost a bit more but they where able to make it so that when i got 3 cavities filled with porcelain filling material( stuff that makes it look like you never had a cavity) instead of the gold or silver material i was knocked completely out since i can not deal with pain and scared to death of the dentist .yep i sure am. It was my first 3 cavities .they are so laid back extremely friendly they do great work and work with you 100% to make sure you have a scare free top of the line 5 star care from start to finish .

Fantastic experience: The staff is very kind and makes you feel right at home. I called with an emergency situation and they got me in within 30 minutes to try and a see what can be done. The entire time I was there they didn’t waste a minute. They got me some meds to get out of pain and got an appointment scheduled right away for later this week to have my procedure done. I would highly suggest this dental office if you have had bad experiences before.

I finally got up my courage & made my first appointment with Dr. Bal for a long overdue tooth extraction. I was met with her compassion & gentle treatment & received a painless tooth extraction. WOW! She’s amazing with a computer and knows how to multitask between scheduling, billing and even a dental assistant. How does she do it. And don’t forget Jesse… he and Vicky make sure that everything runs smoothly. He programs computers, whitens teeth, does design and construction on the building and goes out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable. Thank you all for being such wonderful people.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bal and her staff are excellent. I Have very sensitive teeth, I'm very apprehensive of Dental Appointments. Dr. Bal and staff are so patient and understanding, and very personable and fun. This is the first dentist that I will allow to use the ultrasonic cleaning on me. In the past it was always to painful on my teeth. Now it is a breeze and so much easier all around. I feel very comfortable going here and would recommend them to anyone. I have been going to Creekside several years now and will continue.

Fantastic experience: You can feel the positive energy in the building, everybody was greeting you. The receptionist made me and my wife feel welcomed. They also keep you updated on what they are gonna do next, instead of letting you sit there guessing. My own personal experience, it was 2 thumbs up.

Negative experience: They cancelled my appointment since I didn’t send them a confirmation 24 hours before my appointment. (There was nothing in the paperwork I signed which said I would confirm 24 hours before the appointment). And if the cancellation comes from the patient 24 hours before the appointment, they can charge you $100 no-show fee. Very underhanded.
