Fantastic experience: This has been my primary dental office for a few years now and they are fantastic! I was prone to avoiding dental visits out of anxiety, but I knew I had to take care my teeth. They were intsrumental in to getting me back on a regular dental schedule and I've no issues setting up new appointments in the future.

Negative experience: Haven't even started and already. To crowded. If you’re 10 mins late on a busy road with construction they cancel your appointment. It’s the rule. Also no Saturday appointments available. Im already thinking i need to look at another option.

Fantastic experience: I switched dentists a couple of years back when I had a bad experience with my previous dentist who my family had gone to for 10 years at that point. We were recommended to Dr. Folbe and Associates by friends of the family and it worked out great because we live just down the street. I’ve always felt comfortable at Dr. Folbe’s office, and never had a bad experience. As someone with dental anxiety, I always leave thinking “see, that wasn’t bad at all!” I now work within the dental industry and I understand how important it is for not only the dentist themselves, but the front desk and hygienists to create a friendly and easy going environment for patients, and they always do. Fantastic experience: They were able to get me in as a new patient on quick notice for a tooth ache which was amazing since I needed to be referred to an endodontist. I've never had a dentist (Dr. Brodsky) be so thorough in explaining things to me and it was so appreciated! I made the decision immediately to switch to the office as my permanent dentist.

This dentistry practice, the other dentists and staff included, are excellent at their profession. They practice with integrity and honesty. Their skill levels are exceptional. If you are looking for a great dental experience and a staff that cares about you, this is the one to go to.

Growing up we had a family dentist that I really liked going to, but since moving away from home I’ve been to so many different ones, including horrible corporate chain ones, and nowhere compares to here. Dr Folbe is absolutely fantastic. The staff is friendly and nice, but most importantly everyone is so knowledgeable. I had a crown fall off (from a previous place) and they got me in the next day on a Saturday morning and had it fixed within an hour!! My entire family comes and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking.

Negative experience: I absolutely DO NOT recommend going here at all! I’ve been a patient here for years and everytime it’s a let down. From the hygienist pulling out my filling to the SAME filling falling out or cracking multiple times, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I called today to get a filling redone for the THIRD time, and since this has repeatedly happened I was expecting them to just fix it, but oh no they want to charge me $162 for an exam and x-ray that I don’t even need. I literally just need my tooth fixed but they just want to add unnecessary expenses onto it to get the $$$ AND that’s not even the end of it, on top of wanting to charge me for their mess up they want to LIE to me and say they’ve never filled this tooth before when they’ve filled it at least 2 times prior to my experience today. Please, please if you’re looking to go to this dentist office just don’t. Save your time, energy, and money because in the end your dental work is probably just going to get messed up like mine. Never ever coming here again and I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed with them. And don’t even try to reply to me and say i’m not a patient in your system or my dental work isn’t in your file because I WILL call my dental insurance and get the documentation of your dental work so fast. HAHAHA you reply and say nothing that has to do with anything in my review, if you were truly a good dentist you would stand by your work, just got exam and x-rays for FREE at another dentist they fixed your 3 time screw up thanks for nothing!

Negative experience: So my daughter had a balance of $50 for a last minute cancellation so apparently they’ve attempted to contact her ( no calls were made) and they had the wrong address on file for payment, yesterday she gets a letter that states “after several attempts at collecting your outstanding balance of $50 without success we are asking that you and YOUR FAMILY find a new healthcare provider.” I literally have no words all I can do is laugh. We’re all fine going elsewhere.
