Fantastic experience: 2026 update: WE STILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DENTIST OFFICE! Dr. Mina, The Front Desk Staff, The Hygienists and The Assistants are all wonderful! Dr. Mina is new to the practice but just as gentle with my filling repair as Dr. Mahadevan when he worked there. I happily continue referring people to this dental office. They are great! Old post: WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DENTAL OFFICE!!! Their consistent wonderful customer service is the cherry on top of the excellent service they provide from the front desk to the doctor's office. Dr. Mahadevan is very friendly and has made me feel at ease about dentists visits( disclaimer prior to this office all dental visits were a necesaary evil to me) but so far from cleanings, to sealants for my son and fillings (new and revisited) the experience has been exceptional. My 9 year old even looks forward to the visit. In addition, the office, including the bathrooms are very clean and most importantly, their hygienic practices put me at ease pre and post pandemic. Thank you all for your excellent care. I definitely recommend your office to others!

Negative experience: I will never go back. I was there to have an abscess tooth extracted, with future implant. Valerie (receptionist came in with cost analysis 450.00) because I had to get a bone graft done now, the same time I had my abscess tooth removed. So I had to apply for care credit. When I left they said call back if you need anything. I did, I was in excruciating pain, 800mg motrin, 1000 mg of Tylenol wasn't touching my pain. He wouldn't call in anything stronger, but Valerie wouldn't even ask him if I could take 1,000 MG of motrin. I ended up at the emergency room and was taken care of. I researched bone Graft's and they DO NOT have to be done at the same time in fact everything specifically stated do not do a bone graft with an active infection in the mouth.

Fantastic experience: I originally scheduled my appointment due to some tooth concern. After speaking with Valerie, I advised her that I wanted to schedule a cleaning instead and she was such a sweetheart during the process and heard me out throughout the call. I had my appointment 10/28 with Hygienist Gwen and her assistant Daija! Daija did amazing with my x-rays even though i know i might’ve been a little difficult because of the mouthpiece that she had to insert in my mouth. Daija was very gentle and hands on. She proved a lot before Gwen came in for my cleaning! Gwen did an amazing job! She made me feel like a kid in a candy store! She told me my oral hygiene was amazing! Which i take pride in ☺️ She also noticed that i had some bruising because of how I was eating and she advised that I would possibly have to get my wisdom teeth pulled. As a 23 yr old, I panicked but Daija,Gwen and Dr.Mina reassured that I would be okay and that Dr.Mina would take good care of me. I will be scheduling my appointment for my removal soon! Can’t wait ‍ Also the office manager Gina was such a sweetheart!! They made my new patient experience so worth it!! Along with my little goodie bag I got on the way out

Negative experience: The appointment should have already been confirmed when I made it with you.I understand it is monday and sometimes we start the week off unprofessional, and confirming the appointment through a text message is concerning for me when you could have called to ask me to confirm the text message, instead! You threatened me by saying you're going to give my appointment to a different customer, why is that? So, I do not wanna be a part of your establishment at all! Now Cancel the appointment, and give it to someone else that matters, because you're not paying me.I'm paying you, remember that! From Gina and Valerie at the front desk (awesome customer service skills) to the hygienist ( very knowledgeable, genuine, and gentle) to Dr. Craig (very professional, trustworthy, and sincere). Fantastic experience: This was an amazing experience. I enjoyed my visit as it was well overdue. I had stopped going to the dentist once Covid started. Coming here was very pleasant. Gwen the hygienist was very knowledgeable and helpful when giving tips on how to brush. She also was very gentle while cleaning my teeth. Dr. Craig was very knowledgeable as well and gave me insights about my dental health. The front end receptionist Valerie was also helpful in the insurance aspect and helped me understand the costs. Fantastic experience: I recently went to True Dental office because a friend of mine at work referred me there I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive everyone was. Dr. Craig was very attentive and also very knowledgeable. He listened to me and he also gave me advice as to what to do or not to do. It was totally my decision. I thank him for giving me a voice in my treatment. I had recently went to a different dental office and basically I was told that this was what was needed and that was that. When I would ask a question I would get interrupted and then would be told what was needed. I walked out of there and decided at that point that I would not return back there. So happy that my co worker referred me to Dr Craig who not only listened but let me know that I also had a voice too. Fantastic experience: The absolute best experience that I've ever had at a dental office. Gwen and Dr. Craig explained everything about the services that they performed in way that made it very easy to understand. The receptionist "Val" I think is her name is also always very pleasant to talk to. Initially, I was disappointed and very frustrated with my wait time. I arrived early because my appointment time was very close to my start time at work. I noticed that a couple of people who arrived after me were called to be serviced before me. At that point I was ready to just cancel the appointment and walk out. In that moment I was called back, and after my services were completed, I was very happy that I stayed. The customer appreciation bag filled with a lot of useful items was also an awesome touch as well. I'm looking forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Typically the dentist isn’t my favorite place, but I’m not dreading my next appointment. Valorie at the front desk helped figure out insurance information and the other woman was able to accommodate my schedule. I was running behind that day and they were able to squeeze me in- which I know isn’t always possible. Both DAs that assisted during my appointment were amazing. I remember one was Jason, but cannot remember the name of the woman. I do know she was newer to the office. Jason and Dr. Craig both provided education and reassuring feedback to the newer employee- the collaboration and teamwork was amazing. Dr Craig is personable, he explains in detail what he’s doing, answers questions, and you can just tell he enjoys what he does. The experience overall was a breath of fresh air ;)

(reasons why) However, I could tell asap that I was in the right hands. Everyone is knowledgeable, put patients health and comfort first, & very kind! Forever patient! God is good!

Getting my teeth worked on has always been an anxious topic for me, but today I felt safe and comfortable through the entire process. Gwen specifically made it really easy for me to relax. She is an absolutely incredible person! Despite knowing I have to get a little more work done next time I come in, I am not dreading it like I used to as a kid. Maybe time does that to you... Most people already know you have to be super comfortable when you’re going to the Dentist office because for some reason we were taught to be nervous, but this place made me feel extremely comfortable. Fantastic experience: I needed emergency dental care early on during the pandemic(April 2020). This office was recommended to me due to the ONLY office in this network open during the pandemic. I was a little nervous about going to a new office, seeing a new dentist, and out in the mist of a current pandemic. I made an appointment and received the BEST quality of services from the front desk assistants all the way back to the treatment rooms. Dr. Mahadevan did a phenomental job on my dental work. I also appreciated the follow up call after my procedure from Dr. Mahadevan checking on my well-being. My experience there has been nothing but great. I have recommended family and friends to Dr. Mahadevan. They have also come back talking about the professional services they experienced at this office, and have recommended others there as well. I never would have thought I would say this about a dental office...I love my dental office!!

They’re also really good at what they do, their work is outstanding! All of the staff, and Dr. Mahadevan have shown me nothing but the upmost care and respect. Highly recommend!!!
